My husband and I went there on Wednesday with our son, his wife and our granddaughter. What a delightful taste experience we had! The food was absolutely delicious and came quickly, and our waiter was super friendly and attentive. Prices were very reasonable considering the generous amount of food we had - we were too full to even try the scrumptious looking desserts on the menu. We’ll definitely be back.
Went here with my family on Thursday night. We were blown away by the portion sizes. My wife and I had come here a year ago and did the all you can eat option (which was great) so this time we opted to order some items from the menu instead. Absolutely incredible. The boneless chicken thighs were juicy and massive, the chef's rice was really good. I got one of the ramen soups and it was perfect especially on a cold day. The prices are reasonable. We also found out the lowered the price of the all you can eat option so we'll be back to do that again probably in January. Love this place so much.
We came in Friday to celebrate our anniversary and had John L. For our server. It was our first time to Jumble and we ordered the sushi bbq ayce. John was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate our order. Sushi came out and we had a combination of nigiri, sushi and sashimi. All was very good and then we had our bbq meat selections arrive. We did over order so it’s best to order some then order more if you want. Portions are a good size and it’s fun to cook at the table. Pop was full your own glass and free refills. As we sat and cooked our food we watched as other food was being delivered to tables around us. The food looked amazing and we talked about coming back again to try some of the meals we saw coming out of the kitchen. Carol the manager came over and chatted with us a little bit to see how we enjoyed the meal. She was very pleasant and made us feel at home there. We got a price of cheese cake for dessert really didn’t need it but was a nice touch to finish off our evening. We highly recommend dinner there and we will be returning.
We’d been looking forward to checking out this place. We only had the ala carte menu and ordered the beef tartare, the magic steak, and the bento box with beef bulgogi and dumplings. The beef tartare was a bit chewier than we expected, but the flavor was good. The magic steak was good too with the hibachi rice, as well as the dumplings and beef bulgogi. The portions were big as well. There wasn’t a lot of people as we came in after the lunch rush/early afternoon. Next time, we’ll try the all you can eat.
Very cozy. Associates were very professional. They greeted customers with smiles and warm greetings. Right there in the corner of the busy intersection. The food is sumptuous.
Had a wonderful time. Went for lunch with 6 year old and we did the BBQ. Everything we ordered was flavorful. Not the cheapest but you are getting all you can eat. Nothing was overly spicy with just the right amount of heat. They had a great selection and the options for sauce were awesome Our 6 year old tried everything and enjoyed most of it. Definitely a great place for a bunch of people to get together and eat and chat or a group date. Definitely want to go back down the hotspot or even the soups.
*update* we came back, and it was even better than before! The menus have photos so you know what you're ordering, and John was such an awesome server. He recommended some sauces, and even brought them to the table for us to try! Loooove this place! Had my first Korean bbq experience here, and it was incredible. Great food, great service, and I ate so much I was in a meat coma for hours! That's exactly what I want from a place like this. Thanks guys!!
Had a great first experience at Jumble Eats. The food was delicious for the all you can eat grill and the price was reasonable. The all you can eat sushi was a great add on too. We were celebrating my son's birthday, and I love the way they came out with a sign with his name and sang happy birthday to him. The service was great, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Will go to try their all you can eat hotpot next.
Everytime I go to this resturant it is absolutely amazing!!!
It was my first time trying Korean BBQ and it was an experience Ill never forget. I highly recommend their desserts too, they were the perfect way to end the night.
Everything was excellent Food, ambiance and service! Special thanks to John for his extra mile assistance. We truly had a great time!
Honestly it has been a while since I ve eaten a great meal I got from door dash but the bibimbap and crab Rangoon were good enough to make me leave a rare review. Will be ordering again forsure.
Been here twice in the past bit, good food, good experience. Our server John was superb... Definitely recommend eating here... The Korean BBQ buffet is a great experience, that everyone should try atleast once.
A nice calming experience. Defiantly different and fun to do!
Amazing service, delicious food and great atmosphere! So many tasty options to choose from. Great for date night or group gatherings. Dietary restrictions: Staff will guide you through the menu to help navigate what options are best for your dietary needs. Parking: Parking in the from as walking distance Kid-friendliness: My kids LOVE the kids meal sushi option! Wheelchair accessibility: Access to entire restaurant
Amazing food and great service! Sushi was the bomb dot com! Soju flight was tasty and a fun experience!
Had a great experience here at jumble, the food was great staff was friendly,
Definitely an experience to remember! Wonderful food and very friendly staff!
Ate at Jumble for the first time and it was great. There was 3 of us and we went with the all you can eat sushi and barbecue. Very good and I get the value was there for the price. Had a little of everything and was really fun and interactive to bbq our own food as well as sample the other menu offerings!
Great food. I dont really have any idea what I ordered but it was tasty
Super accommodating for all scenarios dining out solo, with kids/baby stroller, date night, friends get together and celebrations of all kinds.... The servers and staff work well together in this environment. Their stresses never making it into to your experience. Super affordable, highly recommend the All You Can Eat option. Explore cooking your own meal or try a pre set ready to serve menu. Truly a must try location. Kid-friendliness: Great with children all ages. Wheelchair accessibility: Accommodating
Tuesday Wing Night is our familys favourite wing night in Red Deer. Their Kare Kare(Peanut Butter) wings are a peanut butter lovers dream, Padak(Honey Mustard) wings are amazing, Yangyum(Sweet and Sour) wings are great as well. At $5.30 per order its an amazing deal and we all love this place. The kids say its their favourite wings theyve ever had and the staff is so friendly! Kid-friendliness: Kids love the Tuesday Wing Night. Especially the Kare Kare(Peanut Butter) wings. Wheelchair accessibility: Roll in roll out
Unpleasant food. Arrogant owner! I was disappointed. Also difficult to find parking space. Definitely not recommended.
Good service, cleaning floor, delicious food.
Fun new experience brought to Red Deer! The food selection is amazing and fresh. Friends, and I cant wait to go back.
Love the sushi and sashimi here. The menu looks great but all I have had is sushi so will have to be more adventurous. I enjoy going here
Great food! Huge servings. Great staff! Parking: Free street and lot parking after 4:30pm and weekends/holidays Food : 5/5 |
Sorry but the meats and seafood served for the Korean bbq were gamy and the fried appies such as shrimp tempura were very disappointing Great concept so hopefully they improve the meat and seafood quality before someone gets sick Food
I order my food but they got it wrong and it s not complete. I order beef and I receive fish, I don t even eat fish. The server didn t write my order that s why she got it wrong and she very rude the way she look at me. I don t know because the store is about to close or what but that s not an excuse to do the job poorly. I don t have a energy to complain anymore, I m having a good day and this is how my day gonna end with a bad dinner.
Its definitely an experience. The hotpot is not for us, BBQ was great, though we ordered off the menu rather than the all you can eat BBQ. Service was not great, and we waited a long time to see a server whenever we needed someone. We like to be in and out of restaurants as we have young children, and we were stuck there for over 2 hours, so that was not ideal. Will probably give it another chance without the kids as it does seem like a cool place for a date night, and the sushi was awesome.
not bad food, just the service is very poor, it s our first so we don t know how to do hotpot and everything yet service is obviously poor and so slow, plus what you order they said it s already out of stock, so it s not really all you can eat, not enough stock where you take your own ingredients and veggies, mostly empty when we got there and they never refill it and it was only 6 pm. no onion , no garlic etc it s $35 per adult on Sunday , the website and the menu says $28 on Sunday but it s a lie
Great place, great food and amazing staff
Great service!
Wonderful place and friendly servers especially CHAI/CHY Reasonable prices and cozy ambiance. Food
The only issue here...... I couldnt eat enough! The food was sooooo good, Ill definitely be back Parking: During dinner hours when we went there was lots of parking Kid-friendliness: The staff were very accommodating of our two boys
Our favourite go to resturant! Great service, great food and atmosphere. We celebrated my birthday, my daughter s birthday and wedding anniversary here. Service is always excellent and our favourite server is Chay. She s very nice and accomodating! We really enjoyed our dine-in experience here!
Great service. Surprised for a Friday night how quiet it was. Food portions were a lot bigger than we thought and ended up having tons of left overs. Lots of variety as well Parking: If you come after 4:30 free parking but otherwise paid in the week.
Very good and tasty!
Definitely recommend
Greasy cuts of meat along with a freezer burn taste from the sushi fish. Wasnt worth the price. The paper slip system used to order ayce kinda sucks too since its weirdly tacky and very server dependant. So if youre unlucky to get an innocent yet overwhelmed server during a lunch/dinner rush, expect food to come out slow...like 45minutes slow
Great first experience at Jumble. The service was great, our server was very helpful in explaining everything to us. He also brought out the different menus so that we could choose which AYCE option we wanted ahead of time. The food was delicious and came out fast and I really appreciate the variety of sushi they have to choose from on their AYCE menu. I find that with a lot of restaurants - the sushi quality on the AYCE meny drops drastically and ypu get the better stuff when you order off the menu. For Jumble, this wasnt the case. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back.
We had an outstanding experience at Jumble today. The food was exceptional every dish was bursting with flavor and expertly crafted. Our server, Aaron, was incredibly patient and attentive, especially considering we were first-timers. His kindness and thorough explanations made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for both the amazing food and top-notch service!
The best as always the staff are friendly and the ambiance is really good and most of all the Food is Excellent
Had the AYCE BBQ a fews weeks ago, and it was extremely delicious!!
Staffs go for extra mile. Spent my birthday with a surprise yummy sliced of cake thank you guys! you re the best! Kid-friendliness: they provide high chair for little ones
I will never return to this establishment and I absolutely do not recommend it. We had a terrible situation with the service. We came in four and had to wait more than an hour for our order, the most unpleasant thing is that two of our guys were brought food after 40 minutes and the other two guys had to wait almost another hour. The waiters did not respond to our requests, throwing our table to each other. And when we asked to call the manager and explain the situation, we were told that the manager was not there at the moment, but when we had problems with the wrong bill, the manager showed up. Very strange. They did not calculate our check correctly and we paid more than it was worth. I recommend you guys working here to change your approach to the client!!!! This ruined our whole day.
We had a terrible situation with the service. My mood was spoiled for the whole week. The situation was like this: we came in four and had to wait more than an hour for our order, the most unpleasant thing is that two of our guys were brought food after 40 minutes and the other two guys had to wait almost another hour. Very upset about this situation. We will not come back here again
Not great. Very very slow service! We were there for two hours and there was only 3 of us having the all you can eat bbq and sushi at 4:00 pm on a Saturday. Our first order they only brought out less than half of what we ordered, when we ordered more it took 40 minutes to get to us and at that point we just wanted to go. We had to stack our dirty plates on the empty table beside us and they sat there for over 20 minutes until someone took them, we didn t have any room on our table for new incoming food, it was almost to the point that I was going to bring them over to the kitchen myself. They were out of kimchi, soy sauce, salt and lots of other things from the buffet making your bbq meat tasteless and flavourles - I did inform staff about this and they topped them up after 15ish minutes. You have to help yourself to your own condiments (when they re available that is). I think salt/peoper on the table would be beneficial as it s a staple in cooking. I think more staff would help. The food: The bbq foods were decent, lots of fish options, beef and chicken, chicken teriyaki and scallops were my fave. The sushi was to be desired as well as the sashimi. Tuna sashimi was very fishy tasting and tasted a little stale. Salmon sashimi was good and buttery however very thin pieces. The deep fried sushi was cold, and some of them just tasted very off. I know the staff members try to keep up and I can see that they re busy, but more attentiveness is key even if you re just taking dirty plates off the table. It s not the staff members fault, it possibly could be a management fault for not putting enough staff on. This was our second visit and I m unsure if we will come back, I can t justify sitting at a restaurant for 2 hours and most of those two hours waiting on food to be ready. It is a cool experience nonetheless if you ve never tried KBBQ but there are better all you can eat sushi and bbq outside the city. More staff would solve most of these problems stated.
Met family at this restaurant yesterday for the all you can eat hot pot Sunday special. Lots of issues, very unorganized, when order was received many items were missing, we received the raw meat before the broth so it sat there for like 20 to 30 minutes before we could cook it. Staff were kind. Once everything was figured out the food was decent.
Delicious food served by a friendly face in a warm and modern environment. I ordered the calarmari, chicken egg burger and fruit punch. The food came fresh and tasty. Prices are below average and portions are awesome even for a thick guy like me.
I really love this place. Their BBQ platter is the best, and they also offer great price! Service is amazing as well, the staff are friendly! Food
It was a mid experience. They kept forgetting the stuff we ordered and service is a little slow , and it wasn t as busy when we came in. Although the meat didn t have flavour. Restaurant has potential but it needs improvement
Poor service, extremely overpriced. One time our table was completely forgotten, other times just slow service. Food is ok.
This place is great for Korean BBQ. The hot pot is decent but would prefer a larger, table centred pot. Could do with some more sides/starters but the all you can eat meats are very tasty. Multiple servers still come by the tables a bit often and arent fully co-ordinated. A single server per table would definitely help alleviate this issue, especially when theyre not busy.
Food was delicious! So many options!
Wow! I ve been looking forward to trying Jumble for some time now after the reveiws I ve seen on social media. Today we finally tried it (delivery). Let me say it did not disappoint! My boyfriend and I ordered the BBQ plate and a lobster salad to share. For the price, I was expecting about half the portion we got. We have enough leftovers for another meal. One of our new favorite spots to eat in Red Deer. Hope to try dine in next time. Thanks Jumble! Dietary restrictions: Menu was outlined well for any dietary restrictions, which I appreciate as I have a child with Celiac disease.
food was ok; server thinks we couldn t finish our food and was being sarcastic about the portions we order. items we ordered were missed 3x. may or may not be back.
We drove to Red Deer for staycation mostly because I wanted to try Jumble eats sushi. My husband doesn t like sushi. I have read reviews that all guests on the table should to select the same type of AYCE. Therefore we went with ULTIMATE BBQ-SUSHI FUSION A.Y.C.E. WITH UNLIMITED SASHIMI. The first thing I asked the server if it is $4.4 Mimosa(it was Sunday) and the answer was - YES. Surprise, surprise: it was not. Each drink was $7.10 on our bill. Confusing? Yes but didn t want to spend time in solving this issue. If the place advertise something they supposed to honor it. Especially 2 of us only got 1 drink each. The biggest disappointment is that only few kinds of sushi included in BBQ-SUSHI AYCE. Nothing with eel at all. Almost all that is included with cooked fish inside, which I didn t enjoy even a bit. Different people - different tastes, but I want my fish raw in sushi. There was only 2 kind of rolls available with fresh salmon, one of which spicy. No tuna too, unless Crispy Seafood Roll that I hate because all fish inside was cooked. I had feeling I am eating canned tuna - not something worth $44 dinner. If I pay for BBQ and SUSHI, I want to try NOT LIMITED selection of sushi from the menu. But I cannot go with SUSHI AYCE and order BBQ AYCE for my husband(who doesn t eat sushi) because as I said 2 people at the table, should to select the same AYCE. BBQ selection on another other hand was pretty good. Teriyaki chicken, teriyaki beef and shrimps were 3 the best items. Really the most awesome thing that I ve eaten at this restaurant was shrimps: super fresh and yummy. By the way, tempura shrimps were awful because we received them already cold. Why I did not really liked other meat options for self barbecue? No seasoning at all. And it would be OK if they provide seasoning on site so I can add what I want during cooking. However, the only things I was able to find was salt, pepper, and chili powder; also sesame oil and soy sauce were available. Sauces you eat cooked meat with, like peanut sauce or sesame sauce were not taste good with any kind of meat. I tried with chicken and with beef and with shrimps it was not a good combination, So I am not sure why those sauces are there. And in conclusion, I wanna say that, for me personally, this place does not worth to come again(especially drive). And it sure does not worth the price.
Great place. Reasonable prices for good quality food. Great deals throughout the week and specials worth taking advantage of.
Drove all the way from Edmonton to come eat AYCE sushi and Korean bbq and was really disappointed of the quality of food. I d consider my self a pretty big foodie/fatty and I honestly could say out of everything we picked from the menu I only enjoyed maybe 2 items. Almost all the Korean bbq meat was just hot pot meat with some sauce and the quality of fish in the rolls and sashimi weren t the best. The staff was great and friendly but that s about the only positive thing I can say about my experience. Definitely would not recommend or drive back. :/
The hotpot was really bad. The quality of the meat was poor, the slices were too thick, the selection was limited, the servers bring random dishes (vs what was ordered) and the broth was tasteless. Imagine boiled cuts of meat that you would usually not eat and you get the experience. Add in that it is not inexpensive, it was shockingly cold in the restaurant and the serverice was adequate and you have a definitely do not eat here recommendation.
Slow service, food is ok, substandard quality. Sashimi had freezer burn taste, meat all jumbled not knowing which meat is which. Disappointed and not worth the $$
I was unhappy before even getting seated. They seat you based on the menu choices, so you need to decide before getting a table. I couldnt repair my mood afterwards. The servers were nice. The salad bar was early empty and mainly sauces. I left the resteraunt before the food arrived ( my family stayed to eat) . Too much noise for me, the hvac was so loud and the accoutistics are terrible. I cant comment on the food .
Liked the atmosphere, but service was slow, getting the food was spotty as in I got my seaweed salad way later after I finished my meal. They forgot my drink. We got the all you can eat sushi. Sushi was meh, but the sangria was a 10/10. Gyoza were really good.
Food was delicious, although the service was SO SO SO SO SO SLOW and I cannot express this enough. We were a group of 9 people and all got the all you can eat kbbq. Every time we would try to get our next round of food, we would have to wait atleast 30mins. All that waiting caused all of us to be full, which was not worth it at all. It was such a waste of money, unfortunately.
The atmosphere of the store is very nice, dim lighting and tasteful decorations. Service was slow (even though there were maybe 5 tables occupied), but staff was very kind. Self service is great, you get to make your own sauces and side dishes if you wanted. The all-you-can-eat kbbq + sushi is delicious, but again having the ingredients served to you can be quite slow, just have a bit of patience. Lots of variety of dishes to cook, from the staples of pork belly to Filipino marinated dishes as well. You get one refill of ingredients which is nice, but I often order too much and end up not using the refill. Overall the price being too expensive is dependent on you and your appetite. Would definitely come back again.
Horrible food and service. Went for the all you can eat kbbq and sushi and it was horrible and over priced. Servers kept on ignoring us and forgetting our orders. The cuts of meat were all fat and bone, not like any other kbbq Ive been to before. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you like bland food, poor service, and garbage cuts of meat.
We were looking for all-you-can-eat sushi and found this place. The food was great and the service was fantastic. We felt the price was fair - $44 pp - and the quality of the sushi was very good! The only thing we werent crazy about was the pop music playing, which gave it a nightclub vibe. We will definitely be back!
We recently dined at Jumble Restaurant, and it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. Despite the restaurant not being busy, it took approximately 50 minutes to receive our first order. We ordered a pork katsudon and chicken katsudon. Unfortunately, the server mistakenly identified the chicken as pork and served it to us as such. Our pork katsudon never arrived for some reason. The server admitted her mistake and assured us that it would only take a few minutes to serve the correct food. However, it took more than 20 minutes for the food to arrive, by which time the rest of our party had already finished their meals. Frustrated, we decided to cancel our order as it was taking too long. To add insult to injury, the server then charged us for the wrong meal, stating that even though it was the wrong order, it was still served to us and eaten. This was despite her earlier assurance that she would bring the correct order, which never arrived on time. The correct order did eventually come, but by then it was too late. The waiter forced us to take the meal as takeout without charge, but this did not make up for the poor service and overall experience. I would not recommend Jumble Restaurant based on this experience.
Jumble Eats, a perfect place to go to, perfect ambience, good service, and amazing menu at reasonable price. Come and try and you won t regret. Thank you Jumble Eats, my husband s retirement party is now in our book of unforgettable memories. The hotpot, Korean bbq and sushi were top notched. You folks rocked our beautiful RED DEER.
Had the AYCE sushi and appetizer today at Jumble. Everything was really good, presentation was nice, and service was fast. The price felt appropriate after the discount for sushi Thursdays and happy hour pints. Enjoyed the meal a lot!
A unique experience - but unique doesnt mean good. This is a place thats an all you can eat buffet - for 44$- that you ALSO cook all the food, season it yourself, choose the oils, spices, etc and cook it st your table. There is no instructions from the wait staff in how to cook. If I did not know how to already cook asian food, our table would have ate poorly cooked and seasoned sliced meat. Truthfully - I wouldnt pay that amount to cook my own food again. The only thing the house makes is rice. Well for 160$ a table (four seats to a table minimum 44$ each) Ill make my own rice. Drinks are ridiculously expensive. I cannot think of a single redeeming quality in this establishment. Will never see me again.
Went with my Husband on our Anniversary and the service we got that night was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious and the servings of meat were kind of huge so be aware of that when ordering haha. After our meal they brought us a little piece of cake to celebrate our anniversary too which was super sweet. Definitely recommend going!
So good!!! Great authentic hot pot and Korean BBQ, great environment, and the all you can eat!!!! Yes please! More? Yes. Lol. Delicious! The kids loved it too :) Food : 5/5
First time there. Had the hot pot. Very good. Will be back to try thr BBQ next.
I can honestly say this is the best fusion restaurant Ive ever been to, and the food was fantastic.
We are regulars here and LOVE it here! The staff is always so lovely and attentive to us and blew us out of the water with their birthday celebration! I can t recommend it here enough, easily a weekly venture for us and always worth it. Love you Jumble!!!
Been here twice, first time was busy so I can understand on slacking on service but the second time it was dead and we waited forever.
The ramen was SOO yummy and the drinks and the workers were so polite
Jumble has not just 1 but 4 separate experiences that you get to choose from. The atmosphere is fun and interactive. The staff are fun, helpful, and kind. And the food is premium and wonderful. Fun for groups and special outings. Plus they have free wifi!! Make sure you take your friends and/or family to experience Jumble!!
Dietary restrictions: If you want dairy free meal options, theres a great choice here and delicious . Food
We came on a Tuesday for sushi but it was wings night too so we tried some as well and I m not complaining about the food but the services wasn t the best. They messed up with the drinks and were late serving the wings at the end we asked for a little box for the left over and they wanted to charge us $3 extra only because we had some wings left. I asked for the reason and the lady said it was something new because we didn t finish the wings there.!! It didn t make sense to me then she came back saying that it will be only a $1 for the box? Had this happened to anybody else or it was just us? I felt that they just did it on purpose.
Friendly staff and accommodating.
Went there with my spouse and my parents last weekend. The server was very helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. Highly recommend.
Great service from Ate Miyan!! Food is great!! Will surely come back!!
The service was excellent..great food..enjoyed our dinner
Fun experience and fresh food. The staff and very friendly and attentive.
The experience was fun, if youve never been before it can be a bit confusing at first. We enjoyed our meal and had fun making our own hotpot, next time Ill try the BBQ, you can only do one at a time per table so make sure youre all wanting the hotpot or BBQ if you plan on going. All you can eat the portions were decent. The service could have been better, we were never asked if we wanted a drink, and were mostly left on our own during the entire meal. Overall good experience and well be back.
My wife and I went there last week the food was fantastic. Service was excellent.
Great food, great service, variety and location. Jumble Eats is an underrated gem. Ive visited 3 times now, and all of them have been great. I have tried both the hot pot options and the menu and they are both delicious. The staff are also super friendly and helpful in making menu recommendations which I have appreciated. Whether its a quick lunch or a group for supper, I totally recommend Jumble Eats. 5/5
There for 30 minutes before they took our order. After waiting another 20 min they told us they lost our order and were just making it. No offer for anything to offset this long wait. Got the food and the broth was meh. Meat portion was good but lots of fat on it and zero seasoning. Sauces weren t the best. You have to serve yourself for all veggies, sauces and drinks which is whatever. Not once did a server come check on us though. Cool idea but I would be really reluctant to go again.
The food was not good. Ive eaten at Korean restaurants in many countries this was absolutely the worst. Frozen shrimp of very poor quality. The meats were of very poor quality. The service was appalling, we constantly needed service and had to go looking for help with our meal when there were more staff there than clients.
The pork skewers were delicious, the tonkatsu ramen was not as flavorful as i expected, the broth was creamy, a very delicate flavor. I expected more pork flavor and more salt.
I don t know if we came at non busy hours but most of the food that came with the bbq was either cold or from yesterdays. The teokbokki was so soft, rice was already room temp. probably just got warmed up in the microwave. We already lost our appetite but they said they ll charge you extra for left overs. We barely ordered anything yet they missed some of our orders. Hence, it wasn t worth it $30 per person for left over bbq on Tuesdays. I think if we ordered a different menu it would have been better like the sushi menu they have would have been fresher.
My hostess Miyan is one of the kindness person I have met. Her attitude and presence just make me and my friend feel so welcomed. I thank you for you help tonight!
I ve been going since opening, tried everything on the menu. And the service has gone completely downhill. Wasn t that busy the server didn t even bring or come see us for drinks for over 40 minutes. Today will be last time, they made adjustments to all you can eat and did not notify anyone. Also, I have shellfish allergy s don t like the fact that I ask for separate plates and broth, and don t like sharing plates with other people (germs), and I feel like everytime I ve asked I ve been cold shouldered, and not very good treatment over asking for separate plates for the table. Adjustments including: AYCE does not mean all you can eat, every time I have been 1 main broth. 1 refill no charge, instead we were told 3.50 after we already ordered. Obviously if you sit for more than 20 minutes 60 cups of broth goes off very quickly. We were offered hot water for refills, for free. 11 year old AYCE is now adult price which we were not notified until the table was already full. Which is insanely high prices for 11 years old. 20$ Won t be back. Each time has just gotten,
Fantastic service- great food - an awesome experience- go there hungry and expect to be there for a while
I stopped in for a quick lunch. Had a sushi roll and appetizer. Was very good. Will be back to explore more.
The food was great! Especially the takoyaki and the bulgogi. The service staff were very helpful with specific dietary needs and had a smile while helping. Food : 5/5
Food - Served to us too warm, salty BBQ skewer, sisig lacks of flavor, portioning are inconsistent, from rice to liempo, beef pares are warm and the meat are bit overcooked. Service- We waited for almost 2hours for the first batch of food to served, we keep on following up, other customers aswell, and waited 1 hour for the second batch to served. If we dont follow up many times they wont served it right away. Staff- Some are friendly approach and one staff was rude upon customer recovery and approach, asking hows the food we said it was warm, shes being sarcastic telling me i can warm it for you. And other customer complain and she respond youre all 200 guest here, and were only 10 in the kitchen, its so hot inside and were sweating, you can just leaved and come here nextime if were not busy. And her name was KAREN Other staff that we talked are very polite being sorry for the bad serviced. This is Honest Review coming from a customer that experienced this store. Thanks
They posted a promo for Easter Sunday Special and upon leaving, the staff named Arlene said we didn t expect a lot of people to come in and also mentioned that they will not be doing this again in a very sarcastic manner. We understand that there are things they can t control and we were even talking how bad we feel for the staff when a lot of the customers started to complain for the long wait of food to the other staff. However, this particular lady was very sarcastic, rude and can t even be open to constructive feedback. She didn t show any empathy and was not even apologetic for the 2 hours wait everyone had to endure. We were just going to leave without saying anything as we just want to move on and enjoy the rest of the day but the staff named Arlene was just plain rude and just made the experience worse. Also, not sure how you didn t expect a lot of people to come in when there was actually a lot of people that replied to the post you had about this particular event. Food was ok, nothing special.
Incredible experience. Great food, the service was amazing to a whole new level. Maybe the menu for pricing is a little confusing but ultimately we had a great meal for a family with 5 where mouths were busy chewing and visiting and enjoying different meats and flavors. Will definitely return. Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating for allergies Parking: Free weekend parking
Me and my friends had so much fun eating at Jumble. Their foods were outstanding and they exceeded my expectations. Relatively, I am amazed with the service we received. Carelle, John Carlo, and Pat together with the team provided us an exceptional dining experience. It was indeed a blast! We will surely go back here to enjoy their tasty foods! Thank you so much, Jumble! You re the best!
We had an amazing experience in trying their foods and the all the staff are friendly and commendable. Will definitely go back here. Food
The staff was very friendly, and there is a lot of options to choose from!! Will definitely visit again.
Staff is always really friendly every time I visit with friends and very accommodating. Has great selection of foods! Worth a try!!
Efficient service and the food is on point! The servers were polite and accommodating. We ve been coning here since the first day and the quality never declines! Good job!
The hot pot was delicious! It was my first time trying hot pot and the staff made the process less daunting. They provided super friendly service, recommendations, were very patient and attentive. Lots of protein, veg and starch options within the hot pot and everything tasted great. Will be back!
Good food
Great selection, quality and servics
We tried it bcoz of the hype about this place, but I was disappointed, I order their Ramen for pick up, and I was surprised that, there was no RAMEN EGG, I called them and it was a extra to put a RAMEN EGG on their RAMEN, for $17 ramen, it was disappointing, Other place charge $15 for their ramen that include ramen egg,
Already tried there hot-pot. It was awesome. Now it was a turn for their wing night. Price $5.30 per pound is the best. Flavors are something worth trying. It took them a bit longer to cook but the end reault was more than we were expecting. If you like asian food flavors this is the place for you.
This was my third visit. We had Hot Pot and I highly recommend the Tom Yum Broth. A little sweet, a little sour and all delicious!!
We had a really great time at Jumble eats. The food was great and Miyan who served us was excellent. She attended to all our needs with utmost quality and her big smile every time eventhough the place is packed. Will be back for sure.
I stopped in at lunch and had the beef bibimbap with bulgogi sauce. With the hot sauce added it was very tasty. I will come back another time to try the BBQ at your table.
This Apple fell out of a tree on Ross st. and landed into food heaven. Sushi rolls prepared fresh and all the servers were friendly and on point.. truly though watching other people do the bbq or hot pot left this apple wanting more! I will definitly be back to try EVERYTHING! Parking: Parking free on weekends and evenings
Great staff! Food was fantastic, definitely going back soon, hopefully. Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is on street level. Food : 5/5 |
EXTREMELY POOR EXPERIENCE! : The first time my daughter and I ate at this restaurant was a positive experience. It was a Wednesday afternoon. My daughter and I just had our second meal here, on a Saturday afternoon, and it was extremely disappointing. So much so that I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. We had intended to have the $35 per person AYCE BBQ sushi special. When we found out it didnt include gyoza or sashimi, we switched to the AYCE sushi deal instead. I specifically asked if it was the same price as the AYCE BBQ sushi. Our server said it was, and even circled the $35 price at the top of the order sheet. While we were looking at the order sheet, another staff member came out and crossed off several items that werent available, including the gyoza we wanted. We decided to make the best of it and ordered. While we waited, the staff showed up beside us suddenly and SHOUTED Happy Birthday to the table next to us. It startled us so badly, that if we had been eating, we probably would have choked on our food. Even one of the children at the birthday table said three or four times that it had scared them too. We had two rounds of adequate but not exceptional food. We were required to get our own condiments and drinks from the self-serve bar for the first round, but had to ask for additional soya sauce from our server because there wasnt any available at the self-serve. When we were done I asked for the bill. When it came I had been charged $44 each. I talked to our server about it and she stated that she had talked to the manager who said to charge us the $44, not the $35. I had not been advised of this, and had been assured it was the $35 each price. Any business who tells a customer a price for a product and then charges more than the expected price needs to be investigated for shady practices. It makes me wonder how many other people theyve done this to. I will tell anyone who asks about good restaurants in Red Deer to stay clear of this place. Parking: Standard find your own parking in a city, free on weekends.
I Do more reviews then ma y people on Google for Central AB and always want to give a review which represents Honest opinion even if it is constructive against the location. This is a Long Over Do style Table BBQ location that has been in Edmonton and Calgary for decades New Establishments alway come with some hurdles. The staff was not to speed with the menu and offering or what was your options or what was All you can eat. The staff was limited on there own food quality or taste but to be fair Language may have been a hurdle for proper answer and new staff. BBQ was great food good experience But the lack of understanding what All You Can Eat means is a ISSUE. It needs another try for a real fair experience and have a real answer on how much you get for All You Can Eat ? Rating today 3.5 ONLY due to uncertainty of staff knowledge makes eatting questionable when they cant tell you information about some items Especially when Allergies are involved
I love that Red Deer finally has a KOREAN BBQ, HOTPOT, and al a carte menu restaurant !!! Everything is delicious! Owner is really trying hard to create an environment that everyone loves. Of course regular beginning hiccups, but really Everything is coming long beautifully. Parking Downtown - restaurant will reimburse the cost before 4:30pm... and after 4:30pm parking is FREE, especially at large parking lot south one block, easy walk. Ive experienced the Korean BBQ, fresh and delicious! Some Al Carte items, which were very good!.... I need to go back and try Hot Pot (Asian fondue in bubbling broth) Cocktails and liquor, good variety, our server did mentioned that the Owner is continually working on changing up Wine, beer, and cocktail list to fit Red Deer clientele tastes - to keep it interesting! Im grateful they opened!! Highly recommend!
We stopped in tonight to try the hotpot! It was delicious and there were so many choices. It was a great experience as we had never been. We will definitely go back for Korean BBQ!
Came to Red Deer to visit Family. We thought we would try the Korean BBQ. We really love the hot pot in Edmonton. Definitely did not enjoy the shared cooking plate. Some hate fish. Some hate veggies. Everything stuck to the pan. Disappointed dessert is not included in the AYCE price, like at home. Not impressed with the whole dining experience. I will try something different next time.
All was good although I found it a bit expensive and I really hate gratuity my group tends to Tip a lot if its deserved, but to make us tip 18% is ridiculous. Food
Chai was our sever, she was super friendly and her service was awesome. Jumble s a fun addition to red deer!
The food was excellent. Service was pretty good and the staff very friendly. I found the 2 person tables to be a tad awkward with the little grill on. Not a lot of free space. The staff did surprise my daughter with birthday singing amd a slice of cake which was awesome (her shades of red were priceless).
Service is Top Notch the cocktails are exceptional. The only thing they have to work on is the seasoning of meat aside that is a good place. And ohhhh if you celebrating your birthday I will highly recommend this place they have a full ambiance for you.
We ate here on February 25th, and it was a total disappointment. So bad that I posted a 1-star review about it. The owner reached out within half an hour of my posting, and he provided one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. He didnt try to excuse what happened, but he sent me a gift card so that we could give Jumble Eats another chance. We went today, and it was very good. The wait staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. We tried the AYCE Korean BBQ this time. There was a lot of meat selections and the marinades were exactly the right mix of flavors. I would recommend that people should try this restaurant at least once.
We love the food. Everything tastes great. We have been to many restaurants like this and this one is just a delicious. Service is good some days and then not great the next. Hopefully they are working out n that.
Excellent Food.. Cant wait to go back. First time having Korean BBQ, wait staff was very helpful with choices and sauces.
Good place for korean Bbq + sushi all you can eat. Service was great and quick! Faye was awesome!
Nice to order something different for a change! Very tasty.
OMG! Weve been saying we need to go to this place since we first saw the sign! Weve never been to a Jumble Eats so we had NO idea what to expect. When we got there, we werent afraid to ask lots of questions about the menu. Basically, they offer four different menus and every person at the table has to choose the same menu, you cant mix and match. So, there is barbecue at the table, or order off the regular menu, or order off the sushi menu or cook your meat in a broth (like Fondue). We chose the barbecue, and it was all you can eat. So, she gives you a slip of paper and you mark down how many servings of each item of food you want and they bring it to your table, raw. So for example you check off 2 servings of beef brisket - it comes raw on a plate and you put it on the burner/hot plate in front of you to cook it. The thing we didnt do the best at was what to cook it with (which sauce / oil to use while BBQing the meat). So, next time we will cook with the sauce instead of using it to dip after the meat is cooked. We started out with sushi as an appie, then led into some different meats (lamb, brisket and pork) and veggies with noodles and ended with the house pudding, that was delicious! (The noodles come cooked by the way). They do charge for excessive left overs, but we didnt have any left over as we only ordered a couple.poetions at a time. The service was great! It was not busy in there so we had the waitress full attention, but she was very competent, helpful and friendly. It is located in the downtown core of Red Deer so there are different options for parking. We parked right out front, but something to remember is that Jumble eats reimburses you for any parking costs you incur while eating there. THEY PAID FOR OUR PARKING!! Also, we bought a gift certificate for my friends birthday and the manager came out and was very helpful and friendly! While we were there, two other ladies came in and one was celebrating her birthday. The staff came out part way through their meal with a humongous marquee sign with Happy Birthday Claire!! in flashing lights and sang her happy birthday! It was so cool! GO CELEBRATE YOUR BIRTHDAY HERE!
We showed up hungry and ready to eat. Lots of selection, all very tasty. Sauce bar had many options that you can combine to make your own flavors. Will definitely be going back for hot pot on a cold day.
We ordered off of the regular menu and the food was delicious and brought out fast once we had ordered. The staff was nice but we were never brought waters that we had asked for at the beginning and had to ask the person clearing our table at the end to get our server to bring the bill since no one had come to check on us after we received our food. Was pretty smoky inside and could use better ventilation and more space between hotpot tables but was good otherwise. Would come again to try the KBBQ and Hotpot.
Amazing food and friendly service/atmosphere. You get the choice of menu, hot pot style or Korean BBQ with the in table grill . I had the kBBQ and there was a large abundance of meat, sides and even sushi to choose from along with a large selection of self service vegetables, spices, sauces and add ons available for personal taste and desire to grill Left being well beyond stuffed but super satisfied. No more needing to drive to Calgary, the taste and options of kBBQ is beyond satisfying. Cannot wait to come back again and bring more friends Parking: Street parking in many locations are free on weeknights or weekend and their sign at the front says if you paid for parking they are willing to cover the cost
Its my favorite place to go and have lunch everything is delicious But everything is very good and the service is good too.
Wing deal on Tuesday 5.35, 10 wings. Fast service
Wonderful experience!
Finally some awesome ethnic food in Red Deer! Great Korean BBQ, hotpot, all you can eat, etc! Loved it all!
Wow, this was awesome! We had the BBQ and it was so delicious. The chicken skin with the vinegar, Japchae, the sauces, the meats! All so good. And the servers were so kind, happy and made the whole experience amazing. We will be back!
Interesting place to visit definitely coming back bringing a bigger stomach or few friends to sample all the fresh food
Menu is mostly seafood. Service was terrible, but friendly, food was good. Wife never got her drink, and they never come check on you. Atmosphere was very cool.
this may have been one of the coolest places Ive ever eaten for a basic white person this is crazy its so different and you think it would be 1000$ but its so affordable please take your friends or a date here because they will never forget,it our favorite part was the cheese dip Nica and Chai helped us out big time thank you!!!!! Vegetarian options: massive salad bar:) Dietary restrictions: all the food was raw if your doing the cook it yourself at table so you cant get more fresh and open then that Kid-friendliness: I saw alot of children in my visit you can definitely bring them and theyll eat
Very nice place to try sometime new. One of the most favorite places in town.
Worst experience I ve had in a long time at a restaurant. I would say worst experience I ve ever had. The waitress didn t understand we were part of a group that had already arrived. We came with our 2 month old, and they seated us at a table that couldn t even have the car seat with us. The service is the worst I ve experienced. I have food allergies and they brought me food that I was allergic to. (Even with their menu saying to tell them if you have allergies.) The waitress was not knowledgeable, not helpful, and barely came to the table at all. My husband didn t even get to order until we were ready to leave. Self serve for water is ridiculous. We paid over $80 to serve ourselves and cook our own food. We left feeling sick, and not well fed or looked after. I would give 0 stars if I could. This restaurant is worse than anything nice experienced. Do not eat here unless you want to throw your money away.
Havent tried the hotpot yet (I plan to) but the menu items are incredible!!
Indulged ourselves with a delightful dinner. T was my first time trying out this resto and the experience by far is superb! Thanks to the most accommodating Filipino staffs, most especially to Sir Patrick and the alluring beautiful smiling ladies whom despite the number of guests they were able to cater our needs. Will definitely re-visit!
I ve been wanting to try their food for a couple months now so I decided to order takeout. I had the Japchae and a couple sushi rolls. The sushi presentation was nice. Their Oh Ehm Gee roll tasted okay, but the sushi rice was mushy. The beef on the Japchae was super salty that I could barely eat it. The tamagoyaki (rolled omelette) on the Japchae was stiff not sure if it was old and just reheated. Unfortunately, for the price I paid and quality of the food I received, I m hesitant in ordering again.
From the moment you enter you are welcomed like family, the staff are terrific and the atmosphere is lively! It was so much fun to explore the different foods; bbq with sushi, hot pot or menu. There is something for everyone. Enjoy! Vegetarian options: Lots of fresh veggies and tofu for grilling
Went to the place after finding out a new Korean BBQ place was in Red Deer, let me tell you they are solid! The service was nothing short of excellent! They were enthusiastic and explained how to order in a comprehensive and concise manner. We got our time rather quickly and the atmosphere was clean, organized and cozy, in all the place was a bit cold, but I really had no issues with the environment. I mean the bathroom was nothing short of INSANELY CLEAN. The food in general was good, especially for a newer establishment. We ordered Korean fried chicken, sushi and food items for the BBQ. The Korean fried chicken could have been a bit better especially with the sauce distribution, nevertheless it was still delicious. The chicken meat was juicy and the skin was crunchy. The sushi was great! The sauce was super tasty and appetizing and the quality of the sushi was also very high. The BBQ items were fine, the quality of the meats were okay, but something was missing in the food that would bring it to the next level. Would overall recommend you to try it out! NOTE: The place might be a bit busy and we did face some issues with parking. Kid-friendliness: The workers would extremely kind to my infant brothers.
Great food, service was excellent. The experience was wonderful and for a reasonable price. All you can eat and the fun of cooking your own creations.
We ended up here Christmas Evening after seeing their Facebook post that they were open. We were sat and served promptly and the food was fresh and flavourful! Full side bar with fresh veggies and sauces. We did have to sit at 2 different tables right beside as the breakers on the table would not allow us to do the BBQ and HotPot on one - BUT they accommodated our request to have 2 of us doing BBQ and 2 of us doing the HotPot! So very thankful for that. 100% recommend going to Jumble. Whether for lunch or their AYCE BBQ or HotPot!
Friendly staff, awesome food, comparatively priced to other AYCE sushi/bbbq/hot pot eateries. Service can sometimes be slow when its busy, and they could improve on the ventilation near the kbbq tables. But aside from those minor things, its a welcome new addition to the local food scene!
Updating my review after our recent visit: We had a very lovely time tonight after a miscommunication earlier in the day the owner/manager? Called me and made sure we got in which I heavily appreciate, dinner was fantastic and our service was great, the restaurant was super busy which im happy to see, one thing Id love to see on the condiment/sauce bar is ginger/ginger paste (not super authentic but its would be a really good flavour to include!) Our grill was changed out about 3x over the course of the 2 hours which was awesome. We will all be coming back frequently. Thank you so much for the great night and great food
You gotta try this ! Really neat experience! Unique, fresh and fun! Take a group!
Best restaurant in Red Deer hands down!! The american dream sushi roll is unbelievably good, i ve actually had dreams about it! The food is fresh and fast to your table, the staff is amazing and the atmosphere is like no other. I could go on and on about how good this place is, you HAVE to come here and experience it yourself. 6/5 stars if I could!
Pictured is the sushi burger, tasty but larger and heavier than I thought it would be. Korean style BBQ is fun, its a bit pricy but worth it if youre hungry. Lots of drinks choices both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Service has been good both times I have gone so far. Would recommend this place if you want to try some fun Korean dishes.
I was in tonight and had great service - delicious food topped off with a complimentary piece of birthday cake. What a neat place to go for supper
Went for brunch on our sons birthday, they dealt with our large group of teens, service was fantastic, food was so good, we did the hotpot Parking: On weekends it is free downtown and I think during the week they will cover parking cost.( double check before going)
Great food, friendly service. Coming back for sure
Everything about it was great. I had the BBQ all you can eat. They even have a limited sushi selection with it. Been back twice already. Great deal for the price and the food was delicious. Highly recommend.
First time at Jumble. We had a family gathering here and it was really a fun and yummy experience . At first it was a bit confusing but after the explanations on how it works (cooking at your own table) it was great. Plenty of food for a great price. Great service as well. Very friendly all around. I will be back for sure ! Thank you !!
We loved this experience! Did the Korean BBQ and cooked our own food at the table. Seafood was fresh, you get veggies and sauces and sides included per person, and unlimited pop! Get the marinated thin strips of beef!! And the shrimp!
Went today for my son s birthday. Was a great experience and they sang. The only huge downside and disappointment was that 4 of us did the Korean BBQ - we had received $100 gift certificate for Christmas, but upon paying we were told we could only use the gift certificates for al a carte meals. Which should not be how it works, a gift card/certificate is just money paid in advance and should work on the bill amount no matter what was ordered.
Our experience at this place. 1. Food - not a lot of options. Food taste is just okay, not something that you would crave to come back. 2. Service is pretty bad. While this is a place where you cook your own food (Korean BBQ), even water is also self serve when we ask water from the server. But we noticed that other guest were served with water. It seems that the server that was assigned to us just doesnt want to do her job or just not in the mood to work. 3. There are a lot of paid parking around the area, they also reimburse your parking fee which is awesome. Vegetarian options: Not much vegetarian options. Parking: They reimburse parking which is awesome.
Great experience, celebrate my moms birthday yesterday, the whole crew came with sign and delicious cake to congratulate my mom! You are the best guys!!!
Servers are really nice, food is amazing and the location is perfect.
Sushi rolls are SOOOO GOOD!! So far I loved everything ive tried from the a la carte menu and sushi rolls. Love the miso carbonara, mango salad, OMG roll, risky roll, soft shell crab roll, chicken inasal, the korean fried chicken was also tasty!! Will definitely be trying the hotpot and kbbq next time
First time here and it was amazing. Our server Gela (I think that was her name. I apologize if that s wrong ) was beyond helpful. Definitely coming back to try the hot pot.
BBQ and Hot pot . good.food
The food was good. Service was ok they just seemed overwhelmed at that moment, but overall good will be going back again!
Very delicious and reasonably priced. A great new place to frequent downtown! Keep it up!
Had soup and salad . Its very tasty. Looked at the table cooking option 44 a person but looks very interesting
Super fun activity to do with the boys, it s all you can eat and the meats high quality. Don t bother with the chicken, just do the pork and beef.
I just watched my friend eat a massive amount of mussles. We will be back
The food was epic! Had fun with the closing shift peeps! I forgot to ask their name though but they will hold a special place in my heart! They also handed me the remote me and let me play some lively music. Hope i made their closing shift a blast! Will def come back with my homies! 100000/10
Was an amazing experience for all 6 of us. One of our group who has had this experience in bigger cities said this was the best KBBQ and Sushi they had ever had. The service was top notch, food was extremely fresh with many excellent sauces and toppings. We did the All you can eat KBBQ and Sushi. Stated for nearly 2 hours. Please support these guys. We need more top notch food variety like this! I will be back and very soon. Dietary restrictions: They definitely catered to our gluten free people.
The food was good. Here is a couple suggestions to make it better. Some of the servers were trying to hurry us along. We came to enjoy food and family Second. The music for us was to loud and not everyone likes hipster music at a Korean BBQ place. Third. Get some kraft beer in. There are tons of great local breweries like the establishment company and cabin. The selection is just mediocre.
Very good food. First time we have tried anything like this and the staff was amazing
I have been to many all-you-can-eat, Korean BBQ/ Hot Pot restaurants. This might be one of the best! The service of the friendly staff was excellent! The side dishes and sauces were perfect and the presentation of the sushi/ rolls/ sashimi brought to the table, were beautiful! There were many dishes to choose from and the variety of marinated meat were excellent. We had a gluten-sensitive person in our party and we were able to order un marinated options. We had 2 BBQs with one used for marinated and one for gluten free cooking. They even swapped your BBQ during your meal for fresh gelling instead of keeping it burnt like some other places do. The price was worth every penny and the amount of food we ate was well worth more than the cost of each individual. We had the Korean BBQ Lunch. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free soy sauce and options.
The sushi was good and the BBQ was amazing and the people were so friendly.thx
A friend and I had the kbbq, and it was great! There are lots of side dishes and great cuts of meat. Just remember to start slow and only order a few dishes. You can always order more if your still hungry as its all you can eat but if you have leftovers, there is a charge (which they tell you about ahead of time and a great idea so there is less waste) We did not heed that advice LOL and had food leftover, but the charge was minimal
Friendly service, great food, and good timing when food arrived. We dined in for the sushi and Korean BBQ. Plenty of food and very filling. The seating was very tight and had very limited leg room due to the table stove. There was also an error on our bill for their lunch prices which the staff quickly fixed and was kind and gave us a gift certificate for their error. Looking forward to trying their hot pot next.
Great food, service and friendliness of the staffs are stellar highly recommended
Editing my previous rating. This place is absolutely amazing now. Staff is super attentive and friendly. Prices are perfect. Ambiance is fun and upbeat. The food is INCREDIBLE. One of the best restaurants in Red Deer. My wife and I have gone 4 times now. Well definitely be back.
Tables are not great for taller people because of the lack of leg room due to the grill, ordering was a bit odd for the bbq, you write things down on a piece of paper for the meat you want. Food was average overall. Meat was a bit fatty. Staff were friendly.
Wierd rules, tables you cant fit under if your over 5,11 tall and penalizing charges if you dont eat everything they give you. Asked for a quiet table was sat next to loudest group in the place. Sat down and after explanations from the waitress decided to get the F out of there. Wish I could have tried The food. Business models not looking good for your long term survival.
Great job keep it up!
Spacious and clean. Need a MENU upgrade asap. Staff were nice. The sushi was okay but the star was the ramen. Well be back to try the KBbq next :)) Edit: I had the OMG Sushi. The portion of the sushi was enough but the amount of sauce you put on it overwhelmed me. Ill probably just tell the server to go easy on the sauce next time.
Jumble : Filipinos miserable imitation of KBBQ, Hotpot and Sushi. As expected, the food quality was beyond substandard. Its a failed attempt at Korean/Japanese/Chinese fusion cuisine haphazardly put together by some mediocre Filipino chefs. All cuts of meat were delivered to our table dry, with more fat on them than the meat itself. Some side dishes were clearly microwaved leftovers from three or four days ago. I wonder how they believe they can sustain themselves with this kind of business model. $44 a person for the all inclusive Kbbq is just simply baffling. To those of you trying out KBBQ or hot pot for the first time, please do not let this experience discourage you away from your future, GENUINE KBBQ/Hot Pot experience. Their food absolutely does not represent any of their presented cuisines at all. Jumbles misrepresentation of the three cuisines is not only embarrassing, it is ultimately insulting to the Korean/Chinese/Japanese customers. How would the current owners feel if a restaurant opened to serve the dishes of their own culture, but have zero respect for the actual food quality, ingredients used, and the cultural understanding of those dishes being served? KBBQ by Wish, Chinese Hot Pot by Alibaba, Sushi by eBay. Thats how it feels. Jumble of mess. Great name choice.
Parking: Parking Free after 430 Asia fusion Food : 5/5
An amazing dining experience! My first time was a bit confusing, but the food was well worth learning a new way of ordering a meal! I loved being able to grill my food right at the table! I will recommend this to many people and be visiting again!
