Waited 35 minutes for food, service is crappy, staff aren’t very friendly, food was good but expensive for the portions. Don’t waste your time.
This place is always what I need when it comes to food. Absolutely recommend for anyone. It's always awesome when the hot indigenous woman serves me. She is so beautiful, I wish I knew her name. 🤭 She is always great to deal with.
Went to Feshii tonight for the 1st time and the girl behind the counter was on a personal video call the entire time. I was at the counter trying to order, asking questions that fell on negligent ears, we had to grab her attention even though we were standing directly in front of her since she couldnt put her phone down. She greated us when we arrived, she moved from the dining area to behind the counter but that's where her diligence ended. Felt very ignored and definitely not like a valued guest. So many places offer a rice bowl (what I was craving) and I feel like I will take my business somewhere else that puts the guest first and makes them feel less uncomfortable. Food was good but service not so much.
The girl working the counter was honestly so lovely. She was helpful, friendly, and very accommodating to me while I juggled my baby. Great meal for a great price.
Years ago, I gave this Freshii's location a 5/5 but I have deleted that review and am posting this updated one. Service and food have gone down hill over the past few years. The chicken always has a strange texture, we always pay for extra sauce or find it dry. Today it took 20 minutes for 1 bowl and smoothie. A group of three were in front of me and 1 online order came in. So no reason to wait 20 minutes after ordering. Such a shame. We used to eat here all the time.
Was there around 5:30 Saturday December 16 I got my regular go to Buddha bowl and my son got thr Chipotle steak wrap. The young lady at the till who took out order and made our food was Super nice ..so shout out to her!!! Fast, Friendly service and great food..A+
After a long day of work, just looking forward to a easy meal. Ordered two steak bowls, one with normal amount of steak the other with double (mine). I know this ingrediant was requested because we had asked for chicken but the location had run out, so we went eith steak. Half an hour later after getting home and ready to eat, I discovered my bowl which should have double steak does not have a single piece. With how much I paid for extra steak, this is ridiculous. How do you explain forgetting the main ingrediant, the first choice you pick when ordering a bowl? Completely unacceptable.
I ordered the Mediterranean Salad with chicken . Very good including the dressing that came on the salad, warm Quinoa & a little mixed greens. It filled me up & tasted great. Little hard to order as I am unfamiliar with this lunch spot. Will stop her & try something different next time.
The burrito was good and filling.
The last 3 times we have been to the red deer location we have been disappointed. Slow service, wrong order every time. Used to be our go to spot. Looking for something new

Freshii has always been a trusted, healthy option for a good meal. Their consistency as a company is a large part of what s sold me. Every bowl is so incredibly dense and filling that you definitely feel you re getting your minds worth. As these bowls are packed with nothing but nutritious ingredients that are provide a filling meal, but not one leaving you feeling sick after. My definite go to! Ethan from the Southpoint Location has been one of the most helpful employees in terms of customer service, there was an issue with not having what I ordered and needless to say Ethan resolved it in a manner that I will be a long term Freshii customer. Thanks Ethan! Vegetarian options: I love that they keep us Veggie s in mind as well .
I love this place. But it annoys me that they don t provide any proper retribution (besides making it again. Proper the next time) for mistakes. Simple hospitality rule apply. Besides that this place is my go to!
first time ever eating there. The greek wrap was very good, however, I will never be back as I cannot untaste or unsee the hair in my wrap..Big Yuk to that...
Good variety of healthy food choices. My wife had a Tex-Mex bowl which was really tasty and included brown rice which is not that common in restaurants. The place was clean and attractive, service was good. I tried the creamy tomato soup which was not that creamy and rather on the thin side, otherwise it tasted pretty good.

Never ate here before. I did a little work for the owners (it s my job lol) and they offered to treat myself and my coworkers to lunch and what a treat it was. Delicious and filling. Like I said I have not eaten here before but I ll definitely make it a stop for a on the way home for a quick meal for the family on those busy days when you just don t wanna make anything yourself. Thank you for an excellent and enjoyable meal

We had our first Freshii lunch here today at Paramount and it was exceptional! Great flavors, super fresh & exceptional service. We cannot recommend Freshii Red Deer enough!! Great work Teresa & team and THANK YOU!!!

Vegetarian options: As a vegan, its sometimes hard to find healthy food to eat at work. Frehlii being a welcome exception. I love their burritos!
Love that we have this option in Red Deer. I absolutely love their Oaxaca bowl and Spicy Lemongrass soup. I appreciate that they let you make substitutions for any ingredient that you arent fond of. Their food is healthy, filling and tastes great!

The girls who were working today are absolutely incredible and killing it in their jobs. Had a ton of people show up after me and my friend super close to closing and served them all excellently. The food was great and I love them. Give them a raise fr.
Dont go near the end of the day for an order. Mine was totally wrong. Overpriced for the quality of service and wont be returning
Freshii is Amazing. It is a bit pricey, but you definitely get your money worth. Soo happy they offer smoothies now too. Customer service was awesome as well. If you want a healthier alternative to fast food, this is the place for you!!

I love Freshii! Im sad that 2/3 locations in Red Deer shut down, but this location is great! Staff is friendly and my bowls are always delicious. I also love the new seasonal golden broth drink, the juices and the chia seed pudding. 2 thumbs up for Freshii.
Love the Freshii on the south end in 19th st. Been so much staff know me and what I usually order. Always good, fast and delicious. Will always be back for more!!! Thanks for being awesome.

Beautiful presentation! Very friendly staff and making brief conversation with me about my order. Very quick service. Wasn t busy at all when I went at 2pm on a weekday. I like that they don t drown the salad in dressing like a lot of places. My only concern was that a customer came in with a pet bird and was letting it eat in the restaurant. Update: I ve gone a few times when there was not enough dressing on the salad and it was very dry and flavourless. This is very disappointing because the dressings are delicious!

Great tasting fresh salads with lots of choices. Something available for all diets. Why buy a greasy burger with a sugary drink when for the same price you can feel good about visiting Freshii?

I only used the bathroom here, so I cant comment on the food, but it looked very clean in the restaurant and the bathroom was immaculate. The food looked great though.

I want to start out by saying my husband and I love freshii however the last 2 times I have been there my order was made wrong. Today I had chicken put in my burrito and I am a vegetarian!!!! I didnt notice until I had a few bites and it tasted strange. It made me feel soo sick. Please pay attention to the orders please can you imagine if i was allergic to something they put in the burrito because they didnt pay attention to the order?
Hi, Love the food quality. Its always good. But, the past few times Ive been here my custom order has been incorrect. Please train your staff on how to read the chits. Many times I have had no dressing, or no protein. Protein is an expensive item, as you know. So please, encourage accuracy in making the orders. Best wishes.

As a new diabetic this was a welcome alternative to traditional fast food. Decent flavour and helpful staff as well. Good meal size for $10 too. Definitely worth $2 more than McDonalds!!

The food is decent. Waaaay over priced. Wanna get you and the kids a healthy quick meal after school. Youre looking at spending $50+. The staff for the most part are amazing. So you are probably wondering why the one star? Management and ownership. Never in my entire life have I witnessed a more un professional way of running a business in my life. Screams and swears at her staff while customers are in the establishment. Keeps the fire exit blocked at all times. Tells other employees they are firing people before actually letting said person go. As well as firing employees over group chat on whatsapp They do not allow you to fill out your own tax forms. Try to force benefits on you. Pays her husband in freshii gift cards. And much much more. If you want a more professional experiance I highly suggest going to the bower mall location!

Incredibly friendly staff they love to chat! Awesome to watch youre good get made in front of you and so quickly. For even quicker service theres a mobile app so you can order your food and its ready when you get there. I definitely go at least once a week!
Good and healthy
Like the flavors but have been to a couple other Freshis and the food quantity has been very inconsistent. Really rationed hear. Same price and 2/3 the amount or less. Whether it is a training issue, pettiness, or lazyness it is disappointing.
