Came here the other night for the first time, and had the butter prawn, and naan bread. Everything was incredible, well priced, and the server was top notch. Highly recommend coming here, and we will definitely be back! Food : 5/5

Made an online order as our first experience. We picked it up, brought it home, but unfortunately they forget our rice dish. Called, and they not only sincerely apologized, but immediately rushed it over to our house! Unbelievable service. We couldnt even get angry over this, wow. Food portion is large , its fresh and delicious. I ordered dal makhni with plain rice. Rice was well done unlike coarsely and hard. My friend ordered chicken Biryani and tikka. Both were delicious (as shared) , and in huge proportion. Service is very friendly. And great ambience. Thank you and keep the quality intact no matter what!

Visited this place with family. It s nice small and clean place. Ordered Chicken tikka masala, Charsi Karahi, Chicken Biryani, fries and 4 naan. Food arrived quickly, food was fresh and looked amazing. However, when it came to taste, everything was delicious. It cost us only $95 very reasonable price. Overall very good food and service. My friend suggested this restaurant and Im so glad he did!! The food is incredible! I had the saffron rice with the vegetable curry and it was amazing! I have really sensitive gut issues so I asked for mild and had no issues! They were also really accommodating with my food allergies (celiac) and made sure everything was safe. Its also incredibly clean and such friendly service. 10/10 recommend!

Just went for the Saturday dinner buffet - super clean restaurant and plenty of choices. Theres decent vegan choices as well with veg. pakora, samosas, salads, curry and Daal. Hot and toaty naan fresh out of the oven. the ony thing I missed was their Aloo Gobi, one of my favorites. Wife thoroughly enjoyed the butter chicken and Veg. Pakora.

We were craving East Indian and Butter Chicken Hut came up first on Google- luckily for us it was wonderful!! The food was so tasty we ordered the butter chicken, korma beef, the chickpea dish (can t remember the name), coconut rice and naan. The korma beef and butter chicken were our favourites- even our kids who have no spicey tolerance. The servers were also amazing- great recommendations and friendly. Looking forward to trying the Friday and Saturday night buffet next time we visit! Arrived Hot & Flavourful! When I try a new Indian place my go tos are Korma, Butter Chicken & Palak Paneer. The chicken was moist & in large 1.5inch chunks, although all white meat, which is standard, both the Korma & Butter Chicken were quite mild, which is perfect for me, while the Palak Paneer was medium spice. The naan was well seasoned, arrived hot but a little soggy so I toasted it (covered) to crisp up, it was perfect. We also got their made in house samosas, which were flavourful and moist. Yummy!

We went for the Friday night buffet. What a great deal this is!! I loved being able to taste things I probably wouldn t usually order too. Tasty authentic food, very friendly staff - you can definitely tell it s a family ran business and locally owned which I love. All of the family are involved on the floor helping out making it a very welcoming place. We also really enjoyed the pink rose drink they provided us all these little things are going to make this place in to something special. A little hidden gem for Red Deer. Thank you for providing my family and I with a great dinner! We will definitely be back to try some of the other items on the menu. Parking: Street parking and parking lot is like most of downtown red deer ($) But these areas are free after 4:30pm so if you go here for dinner, parking is free.

Butter chicken hut provides to the authentic desi tadka which I was craving since I moved to red deer. I almost tried all the Indian restaurants in town but none of them that give the authentic taste of spices in the butter chicken curry. Recently I visited this place just for taking some quick snacks but the restaurants vibe and servers gesture appealed me enough to try out some main course items. Man, what a juicy spicy lamb curry it was plus the butter naan was so soft. Overall it was a very good experience.

We were lucky enough to go to their Eid Buffet and it was delicious. We especially enjoyed the Butter Chicken, the Beef Nihari, and the Chicken Tika. The gulab jamun hit the spot for dessert. The WORST and I mean ABSOLUTE WORST food I have ever had. Indian or not. I don t really know what these reviews are going on about. Seriously if you value your opinion on Indian food go else where, like Indian Kitchen for example. Right hand to God I literally threw up not even 5 minutes after force feeding myself that food. This place lives up to its name! Really great butter chicken, my favorite place in the region so far. We went to the Eid buffet and got to try a bunch of delicious dishes - I dont think we disliked anything, there were just things we liked and things we liked even more! I really appreciate the spice level - a solid kick without being entirely overwhelming to those who arent as experienced with spicy food. We will definitely be back!

We made two separate orders for pickup. Pick up and payment were very easy and the food has been great, best beef samosa Ive had in Red deer. Aside from that we also managed to lock ourselves outside of our vehicle while ordering pick up and the restaurant was kind the whole time they offered ideas to help us get into our vehicle and when we had to call a tow truck they allowed us to relax in the restaurant until it showed up. They were more than kind the entire time offering to reheat our food and keep it warm until we left. A great experience, kind people, delicious food, and good prices.

My wife and I had a most wonderful lunch at this new restaurant. If you are looking for an authentic and delicious South Asian meal, Butter Chicken Hut is top of class in Red Deer. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, the ambiance is calm and pleasing and the service is spot on. Highly recommend the mixed grill platter although the butter chicken is A1 as well. What a wonderful addition to Red Deer s culinary scene.

It was so good, I could smell the deliciousness of it as we entered and the food we ordered was in no way disappointing. Give it a go, if you enjoy Indian food you ll want to eat here! Just order food from here, they got the food done in such a respectable amount of time. The girl at the bar was also really sweet. My biggest shock. I am a big biriyani girl, while I can t find Bengali Biriyani in Red Deer I was shocked at the size portion of the biriyani I got for just 16 dollars. I had a wonderful day after eating a most delicious, flavorful Biryani, Butter Chicken, Garlic Naan and a Chai promptly served hot in ample portions in a pleasant, soothing ambience of BUTTER CHICKEN HUT, Red Deer. The best Indian dishes I ever had in a long time! The owner was generous. The staff provided an excellent customer service, both continously interacting with me and other customers. I highly recommend this restaurant...YOU GOTTA EAT HERE!!!

Really friendly staff and delicious food at a good price! In my opinion, it s the best butter chicken in Red Deer. Also the spinach curry was well seasoned and flavorful. $12 lunch special gets 2 curries, naan, salad, cilantro, and garlic sauce. Available even on weekends. I have an onion allergy and they edited the lunch special to fit my dietary needs. I ll be coming back many times! Dietary restrictions: I have an onion allergy and they changed the veggie curry and the house salad.

We normally don t prefer Indian food from outside for that s what we eat at home. But thought we d give this place a try after seeing their ads in our Indian community forums. We were very pleasantly impressed at the quality, taste, portion sizes and the price. I will be introducing my staff to this place. We as a family are going to be repeat customers.

The absolute best butter chicken I have ever had in my life. New to downtown Red deer is a gem of a restaurant called Butter Chicken Hut and let me just say, they dont mess around when it comes to their butter chicken. The chicken was so tender and perfectly marinated in a rich, creamy sauce that was bursting with flavor. The naan bread, ohhh the naan bread. It was fluffy, buttery perfection. I could have eaten an entire basket of that stuff and called it a day. The owners and staff were so kind and accommodating. Trust me, you wont regret it. Go on, get yourself some butter chicken happiness.

We had a horrible experience! We waited over an hour for delivery and the delivery never came. When we contacted Butter chicken hut they said to bad! We asked them to reverse the charge because we had not received food and they refused!! Worst services ever!!! Never doing business here again!, very disappointed!!!
