Went at brunch rush at the service was so fast and the food so good. Our waitress Courtney was great.

When we went in one of the cooks smiled ate and we waved back. Our waitress, Jen, was great. It was nice to have someone so upbeat to serve us. The food was good, we had pot toast.

Jen has been me and my fiancé s server and we always love coming into Denny s and having a warm welcome from her , places need more serves like her.

Jen was a great server when we ate at Dennys. Lots of energy and great communication and making sure she gets our orders right. The Peppermint oreo milkshake that she recommended to me was a bomb it was soo delicious and might have to try it out again!

Walked in, placed at a table with a broken plate underneath it; we asked to be moved as we had a 4 year old with us. Bathrooms were filthy; feces smeared on a toilet, pee on the seats and clogged toilets. I checked the cleaning schedule, not signed since 1130am but no date.. could have been days. I began noticing how filthy the floors were and it made me wonder how clean the kitchen would be. If I hadnt promised our daughter pancakes for dinner, we would have been gone before we even ordered. Arlene was our server and was absolutely incredible. She made sure our coffee was always full and our food was good! Please do a deep clean of your restaurant...

Denny s did not disappoint tonight! The service, food and atmosphere were all amazing. Robin the chef cooked everything to perfection, even the kids cleared their entire plates and our server Sev was absolutely wonderful, and another server who I did not get his name was also very good to us as well. 10 Star experience if I could give it.

Always love Denny s and their food, but I ve always been very happy with the service here from the waiting staff and management. The manager is especially concerned with the quality of the restaurant and the customers experience, is quite friendly and will remember your face and engage in enjoyable conversation, giving the restaurant a nice homely feeling. Do not hesitate to go here for decent breakfast food, especially if it s after midnight!

Love this place. Hats off to Robin, the cook who did our steak perfectly. Steakhouse quality. And Jen has served us several times, shes always attentive and engaged with us when were her guests. Our favorite stop in red deer!

My family and I came for dinner unfortunately my food wasnt the best but I have to say our waitress Georgia (hopefully I spelled it right) was the best we have ever had the way she reads the energy and develops a rapport based on that is absolutely amazing she was attentive friendly patient I cant say enough good things about her. Also the manager quickly fixed all the issues with my meal and had no issues turning down the AC even asked us if we needed the heat on Ive never seen a manager out on the floor helping his employees and interacting with customers the way he was. Please visit you wont be disappointed

Me and my friend went to Dennys in Red deer they had some of the best breakfast food Ive ever had. I highly recommend the strawberry crepes and the cinnamon pancakes. Also great people and was welcomed just overall 5 stars

Went on Saturday to use discount voucher from previous good review. Restaurant busy but tables not full. Waited 20 minutes after we were seated and no acknowledgment or visit from waitress to even ask about drinks. Waitress made eye contact several times and still never came to table. Got up and left and got excellent service from competitor in gasoline alley.

Here with our grandkids for their birthdays. One said it s the best burger! One is living the birthday pancakes. Manger is great, coming to our table to check on us. Terri is an awesome server, so cheerful and helpful. Great experience!

Me and my husband went in around 10:15pm on a Saturday night when we know it s not gonna be super busy. At about 10:30pm the restaurant filled up and we didn t see our server for almost 25 minutes. We wanted to order mains after ordering a starter to share but we didn t get the chance as the server immediately walked away (prior to the restaurant being busy). We waited and eventually decided to leave and go somewhere else because of the wait time. We also saw multiple other tables get sat and get their food, our waitress still didn t come back to our table. This whole experience was disappointing as we love Denny s and love that they are open late into the night as me and my husband tend to be night owls during the weekend. We have had many pleasant and positive experiences before at this location and generally have had little to no issues other than this occasion. But unfortunately it was a very disappointing end to the night. We probably won t be back again on a Saturday, hope this trend doesn t continue. The manager told me to email. I did, nothing has come of it which is very disappointing.

Denny s is always a great spot to get some basic diner food! Terry was our waitress and she was awesome! She was super friendly and came back to check on us as often as she could, we were never waiting long for our food or drinks :) I noticed she has to deal with a grumpy old man next to us and even though he was giving her a hard time, she was not bothered and still gave him the best service she could. Definitely the best part of Denny s is the service :)

Joanne was the best server we have had in awhile at Denny s Red Deer We brought 3 kids 3 and under and she made our experience so lovely and calm. She knew exactly what the kids needed. The environment was warm and welcoming. The food came fast and was delicious! Couldn t have asked for a better breakfast/meal with our kids! Will definitely will be coming back!
