This was the most horrible experience ever, the food was tasteless and the time it took to get it was ridiculous. I went through the drive-thru as I was on a time crunch and I sat there for over 10 minutes. I will not be going back to this Taco Time or any Taco Time for that matter as the food was gross.

The customer service is outstanding. The crews make sure that they serve the food right on time. The crews are friendly as well.

Came here a while ago & got a deflated empanada lol... Was pretty sad

Just was there and they screwed up the whole order which wasn t that hard shorted me one Mexican fries and screwed up the hard and soft tacos like it s really hard right Fisk off losers we pay enough these days like gtfo losers

Amazing food

This place is very clean, and the staff are always very friendly. My kid was hesitant to try something new, and we walked away with him giving two thumbs up! Vegetarian options: Veggie burrito without cheese or sour cream is my favorite! Extra veggies, please! Kid-friendliness: My kid liked it here!

The food quality sucked. There was no meat and what was supposed to be called a taco and yet they still charge for it very disgusting. We will start going back to Taco Bell. We thought wed give you a chance and use terrible service terrible and terrible food.

This is our favourite TacoTime restaurant. All The staff are very efficient, patient, polite and fast. Excellent customer service in all aspect. Vegetarian options: We enjoyed our favourite dish of Vegie Bowl, all the goodness of veggies and beans. Dietary restrictions: They make our order No Dairy very well.

Food was good and it was made relatively quickly. Staff was nice and quick. The atmosphere was nice because its a smaller restaurant and nobody was inside besides me, and my parents. Some best service Ive had at a restaurant in a long time. Parking: Not a very big parking lot. Its annoying to get a parking spot and to get put of the parking lot because there is only one entrance and exit in and out of the parking lot.

last week while i was driving from lacombe going to gasoline alley, i was captivated by the looks of this taco time store and decided to have snack to the drive thru. the service is fast and also the lady on the microphone and drive thru is very helpful, has an amazing customer service, and has an awesome attitude, i ask her name and her name is grace... 100% ill definitely drop by again to buy amazing food! thank you for your extraordinary service!

Employees were super friendly and i was served within minutes. Our order was taken in a sweet tone by an indian girl named kiran and was served by Miss.Simran with a cute smile as if they expect me to visit again.

I hit this new drive through today for the first time. My expectations were not very high as you tend to get what you pay for with fast food... But I was pleasantly surprised! My food came out reasonably quickly, it was HOT and extremely fresh! No soggy lettuce or stale taco shell in sight and the prices were obviously decent! Ill be back!

I had a gift card for helping a church friend move. Cost me $17.30 for a comp. and the minute I bit into it, tasted awful watery no flavor just refried beans with a tiny bit of lettuce. And think I got food poisoning, Ive had a terrible taste in mouth ever since. I Pray they clean up there act of get out of the food business. Ive take activated charcoal to naturalize the nauseous feeling in my stomach. Please the health board needs to be notified.

Awfule service and overpriced for food that had all kinds of carbon deposits all over it. They clearly dont clean their machines. On top of this she made a mistake with my wifes drink and instead of getting a new cup she mixed the drinks. Rude and incompetent staff.This was my first and last time Im ever going to this establishment.

Food poisoning

The Red Deer south side Taco Time has been pretty consistent for decades plus. I finally got around to going to the new restaurant today for taco Tuesday take out, which is in the general vicinity of the old restaurant, that was dated and torn down. Im not sure if it is the same owners or not, but it is still the same hot food and friendly service as years past.

Very Disappointing I ordered 3Hard Tacos to bring home and I ordered 3 additional sour creams @ .70 cents each My total bill was $14.46 Got home The tacos were terrible ended up throwing away and I only got one small hot sauce not ordered and no sour cream which was charged on my bill Will never go back

Wish could give more than 5 stars for this location , The owner and staff went above and beyond with their customer service. The veggies used for the food were super fresh and the food tasted well. Will definitely recommend everyone to visit this location for tacos, burritos & Mexi-Fries.

This is supposed to be a beef and chese, its all meat and nothing but meat...... very disappointing, not to mention the size of the burritos are extremely smaller than they use to be.

Prices has gone nuts when you charge 13.00 for a salad and charge for miscellaneous stuff. Wont be back Add fries and a pop your at 21.50 wow

They never listen, I asked for no lettuce and every single time I get something there s lettuce on it. They screw the order up and it s so annoying

Wife and I drove through, had the mexi fries, beef hard tacos, and classic burrito. Food GREAT, service GREAT, went back for supper GREAT. Give them a try, well worth it.

Lettuce is going bad. Meat is very salty. It s $2 per taco on Tuesdays (regular $3). Regular taco prices are comparable to local taco restaurant but quality is significantly below local taco restaurant. No salsa or sour cream included. Pretty bland tasting. Taco shells seem fresh and crunchy and generous with the meat.

Usually a good experience, but its fast food so you cant expect it to be gourmet. I like the elcruncho even though its not on the menu anymore they still make it.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! I got a Campylobacter infection after ordering from them. I have been sick for almost a week! I had to go to the hospital!

Dude tending the walkins feels irritated when taking orders. I dont know if he likes what hes doing or not. Not cool though especially if youre in fast food that requires a great customer service.

The crispy burrito was over cooked and almost burned

Ive been there 3 times over the last couple of weeks and asked for only a little bit of lettuce. It doesnt matter what Ive said, I still get tons of it. I got very sick today from the food there. If they cant get my orders correct, I wont be back.

It looks like maybe it was one of the first Taco Times or something; its an older looking building in an area that doesnt look like a popular destination for dinner. But they do exactly what every other Taco Time does, so if thats what youre after, youll be satisfied.

Food was so hot and tasty. Friendly service, one of the workers came out and asked how our food was-that was really nice, we sat outside on a beautiful sunshiny day and ate. I would highly recommend the store!!!

Went inside to get some takeout for dinner. Before we were even fully in the door the girl behind the counter asked what we wanted. We said we needed a minute to figure it out. Then it was Iike we were completely ignored, no acknowledgement at all. We ended up taking our business elsewhere and will continue to do so.

$12 would have been fine if my order was anywhere near what I ordered. Crispy Beef Burrito does not sound like Soft Taco but no Burrito for me. I dont like soft tacos. Very unhappy. Would rather drive to Sylvan lakes Taco Time n get what I ordered n paid for.

Love taco time. Taco Tuesday is a good night to go to make it more affordable. The mexifri deluxe is always my go-to and is delicious! Chicken quesadillas are always a solid choice as well. Wish they had real salsa instead of the hot sauce stuff they call salsa.

I can honestly say that I have been to this location at least 500 times over the last 20 years. That if nothing else should tell you that it is pretty darn good. The staff and owner are all great- super friendly people. The food quality is standard for all Taco Times, which in my opinion is quite good. The menu offers a good selection as well. Try it, I doubt it will disappoint.

Prices are insanely high now. 18 bucks for a meal in a fast food restaurant is way to much. Food has always been good but at these prices I wont be returning.

This is one review I wish I could give zero stars. Of the 10 times Ive eaten here Ive been disappointed 12 times. Twice they screwed up an order even on their second attempt. Staff arent polite. Quality of ingredients is brutal. Their lettuce is often warm mush going in so wonder is tastes so bad after they over microwave everything. Terrible value for your money.

I ordered bean tacos and I got beef tacos . I don t eat beef so now I m out money and I m hungry. I had to go back to work and didn t have time to go back. I won t feel bad if some one does fire in the hole at the drive threw .

Improper order and no handicap packing. We are wheelchair had difficulty maneuvering through door. On the good side they gave us a free sample. The staff was very polite and helpful.
