Love the goat curry. Edit: Visited on June 27th and sad to see the way the service has deteriorated. It was awful. One server, I dont want to share the name and she was actually trying to avoid the guests. May be she was tired working alone. But it was disappointing. Ill share one of the incidents: We were waiting for tandoori chicken for a long time and she was passing by without offering us. I called her for tandoori and she actually served us only naan and left without offering any chicken. I was stunned by utter ignorance. We were talking with customers seating at the other table that service was below per. We used to visit the restaurant at least twice a month and we perhaps would change our regular Indian restaurant.

My daughter was taken from the restaurant by ambulance after being assured the food contained no nuts..they lied.

I almost died to their NEGLIGENCE. There s a no nut sign next to their butter chicken and then I even asked to double check if there were no nuts. She CONFIRMED NO NUTS, and when I started eating only a few bites that s when the reaction started. I asked if the naan and rice had nuts (because I had already asked about the curry) she checked in the kitchen, no nuts. And then I ask about the curry, again she checks in the kitchen, there s CASHEWS in it. I AM SEVERELY ALLERGIC TO TREE NUTS. And when I asked about her not telling me there was cashews in it and there was a no nut sign next to it she said that s a different nut and it s outdated WHEN YOU ASK ABOUT NO NUTS THAT IS NOT JUST FOR PEANUTS. Then I spent time in their bathroom vomiting my guts out, they asked my dad if I wanted a different food, NO I AM DYING. And when I get back to my dad shaking and struggling to breathe they hid in the backs like COWARDS. He called an ambulance and even when the paramedics came to take me. NO ONE CAME OUT. The only time a staff came out was the fill the buffet and check out another customer. Do you know the panic of not being able to breathe and not having an epipen on you. Because now I do. Not even once did they come and say do you need anything, water, another chair, NOTHING. If you want to come to this restaurant be prepared for them to not know their menu, or what a tree nut is. And if you are having an emergency, they would rather let you die alone and than even offer water. They obviously do not care about their customers or even employees to train them good enough. Restaurants are required by law to have a first aid kit, and yet NO ONE BROUGHT IT OUT. Employers, contractors, or owners must provide first aid training and have first aid supplies available at their workplaces. - First Aid in Saskatchewan Workplace I spent the next 8 hours in the emergency room, my heart rate going up to 140 bpm, the average is 80-90. I also had to miss my class where I was supposed be to present a presentation worth 10% of my final grade, the ambulance ride also costs roughly $275 and I had to call in sick from my work today because I am so drained physically from all of it, that s another $120. Overall if you have any food allergies of any kind, DO NOT COME HERE. Because they, a restaurant, are not educated enough of life threatening allergies and apparently have no one trained in first aid. Also should I mention there was no manager on call at the time, just a server and chef. Don t come here if you want to be treated like a person and not a pest. Dietary restrictions: Im allergic to tree nuts, apparently the server does not know the difference between a peanut and tree nuts. And the menu has a no nut sign next to it.

The rice was uncooked, and the paneer had an unpleasant smell. To make matters worse, the kadhi pakoda lacked the pakodas entirely. The food counters were frequently empty, and the service staff was argumentative and unhelpful. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Food was good, but the service was non existent. You have to walk up to them if you want something or want to pay and are basically ignored during the dine in, took a while to get our order taken too. Also didnt feel comfortable in the restaurant, it felt like we were treated poorly compared to the other customers because we weren t a part of the culture. You are probably better off ordering for pickup or delivery.

I can never imagine that cholley bharure can ever taste this bad. I was quite disappointed with the experience. It was a complete wastage of $30. The bhature, which should have been light and fluffy, were greasy and heavy. Chickpeas were so hard that you can t even mash it with your hands. All in all it s a pathetic experience!!

I was disappointed by the false advertising at this restaurant. Despite the sign outside claiming the lunch buffet was $15.99 when I called them they said its actually $18+. I felt deceitful. They are trying to attract coustomer by putting up fake posters. I wont be returning anytime soon.

I visited this place on Monday along with my friend. We were really impressed by the food and service! All the dishes were delicious and they served us fresh chicken and naans which was amazing! The staff was super friendly as well. I would definitely visit again!

This place is nostalgic to my partner and I. When we first stepped on Canada s soil (migration), this was the first place we visited after being famished from a 30+ hour flight. Then, we felt that the food was good. We visited this place occassionally during our 2 year stay in Regina. We moved away and due to Covid, we have not returned back to Regina. We visited it again today since we have not eaten there for awhile. We had the buffet and the food has significantly improved even better! We loved the spiciness - the butter chicken and goat curry are delicious! This restaurant will continue to be one of our fav in Regina.

I ordered golgappa for takeout they filled it with stuffing that made it soggy and you can see the size and quantity of golgappa now they all are garbage. They should put the stuffing in different container. For the restaurant like this making that mistake making no sense to me. Food : 1/5

Solid food (no home runs or surprises though). Solid service (some attitude). Cleanliness is neglected. For the seasoned traveller it s completely worth it. For a first date, maybe consider a cleaner place.

Nice meals but no real African dish.

My experience was bad. I always order from that restaurant love their veg korma. But was totally unsatisfied experience because they changed the size of packing box which looks same box what very shorter in size. I am going to attach picture of boxes before and now of packing boxes. This is how restaurant make customer fool.

Best Indian food in Regina.

This is a new discovery for me. I was impressed with how delicious the food was, the variety of options served, and the friendliness of staff. So much so, in fact, that I ve only waited a few days to return for more deliciousness! I cannot wait to go back. Their naan is second to none and everything was great.

Worst customer service I had ever since. I often placed an order for Veg biryani with suggested spice level and mostly they made spicy even they are not listing complaint and their staff are rudly answered on complaint.
