I stopped by there to practice some darts in the middle of the day and Tianna was absolutely wonderful! She was attentive and fun and the ribs were tasty too!
The food is always good, the service has never failed me, the atmosphere is like a small bar with a pool table where everyone is friendly.
Never had a bad meal here before. From their pizza to their poutine to their platters. All their meals punch way above their price tag!
What a dissapointment i thought greek family restaurant just want basics boy did they strike out no wonder we were only ones there the soup was ok but the cutlets were nasty right out of the frezer. Ive had a couple restaurants we cut our own pork and hand breaded it after tenderizing at least hit it with a hammer for 5 seconds gravy was Nasty im sorry but this was horrible nener go back
Ordered a lasagna with mushrooms and pepperoni. They charge an additional $3 for each extra item. When the lasagna arrived, there was only 3 thin slices of mushrooms a about 2 slices of cut up pepperoni. Sent it back and left. Haven't been back there since. What a rip off!
Lounge side. The atmosphere has no character, very bland, dated. Only one small tv in a corner. It's basically just a place for sad souls to squander their social assistance money on VLT's. Before coming to Bill's, I looked at the menu online, was craving a burger. They boasted hand made high quality beef patties. I was served an OBVIOUS mass produced, press formed frozen patty. Ordered the 'Ultimate'. I'd give it a 5 out 10. Definitely not worth $20. Better off going to Five Guys for that price. The server was nice, so one star for her. Another for the Original 16 on tap, I could tell they keep their lines clean; nice tasty, crisp cold beer.

Theo Bill's restaurant exceeded all expectations with an exceptional dining experience! My delivery order included a creative lasagna-pizza combo that, though unconventional, was a delightful fusion of flavors. I opted for extra cheese and it was one of my favourite dishes I’ve had in a long time! The deep-fried pickles added a crispy and tangy twist, while the hearty creamy chicken soup provided comforting warmth. Every dish was fantastic, showcasing their culinary prowess. An old school restaurant and bar. The food was delicious and the service was good. The place could use some upgrades, but I think it is the part that makes it old school. There is a bar with a pool table. I will go back again.

Every time I order from there some servers give me my full order and other server only gives me a half order. And acts like Ive never ordered from here before ignores and the food doesnt even taste good. So Dont waste your money ordering or trying to dine in at Theo Bills.

I love this bar. Food is amazing and so reasonably priced, Staff are great. Its also really clean. I recommend the Sunday brunch buffet and karaoke nights and the pool table is spot on unlike my pool skills lol. The owner is a pretty great guy as well. I visit every time I am in Regina from Alberta as I was made welcome the first time I went there. Nothing fancy but a great neighborhood bar thats such fun.
I had a bacon cheese burger from here and it was tasty. The smokey thick bacon was salty and good. I was surprised they had pinball and kareoke here.
The ham was dry, hashbrowns looked very greasy. The crepes, etc. were good.
Went to do karaoke. First time being there from our of town. Karaoke host was crabby after I asked to changey song even though there was plenty of time to do so. So I left. Shame because the service otherwise was decent

My husband and I went once alone and liked it so much we took the kids back for supper with us the next week. The prices are good. The food was good and you get nice size serving. The staff was friendly and polite. We will for sure be back. Food

We decided to try somewhere new tonight. Theo Bills provided an awesome experience. The food was fantastic! I had the supper special - Shepherds pie. It was amazing. It came with a bowl of soup, which was also great. The gentleman serving us was friendly and made us feel very welcome. Great experience! Thank you!!!

We ordered two meals for takeout. Specifically asked about dipping sauce for the chicken.... the chicken was over cooked, dry and no dipping sauce was provided in our order. We had salads and fries as well .... no forks for the salad and the fries were cold. We were VERY disappointed since weve always had excellent food from Theos. Will think twice before ordering from here again.

i made an order online to theo bills and it took two hours for you guys to bring cold stale food. the driver did not have it in a thermal bag on top of how long it sat. when i called to complain i was told to expect a phone call from the boss the next day to get a refund cause he wasn t there during the evening. i never got that phone call. 50$ went down the drain. i will never be ordering from here again.

Stopped for a few beers and a pizza on the way home.had a hard time relaying to the staff member to give me the beer special everytime I ordered . Thought it was a little cute cause at first there was only 2 people in there including myself. But the straw that broke the camels back was when my pizza was ready to go . It was a 15 instead of a 10 number #15 . Which even the guy sitting at the next table agreed with me that I ordered 10 number #15. I paid the out of this world price. But never going back

Buffet was delicious.
Ordered food at 630 for delivery called to check on it at 730 was told it was on its way. It didnt make it to me until 8 after my lunch break was completely over. I canceled the order and was told they will no longer ever accept orders from me because I canceled an order I could no longer eat. I would not recommend this place.

Came for breakfast with the husband, usually we have our daughter but today she s at school this morning. The owner noticed she wasn t with us, asked how she s doing and gave us some treats to give her for Halloween! The food was amazing as well

Real ham! Great eggs, and huge dishes!
Not much of an atmosphere. The sausages not cooked enough. The ham was good. For the bacon you have a choice of well done or not. The pancakes and crepes were very good. The omelettes are good but small. The scrambled eggs are well done and not fluffy and moist how I like them but most places are like that. The coffee was good. Great service from Cole (ex Glitters) as usual.
I go here for karaoke, and love it. The staff is good, always checking on our drinks, and the karaoke hostess is a lot of fun!

It was good place to eat ... I liked it I was there on a Sunday morning for the buffet. Staff was very friendly and the place was quiet at the time. Seems to be a popular place because I drove by there since then and the parking lot was crowded. The other businesses in the strip mall were closed at that time of day.

I ordered delivery for a few burgers, salad and wings. The burger was okay probably 3 stars for that, tasted better as a leftover, they are big in size. Salad was extremely creamy, salad is usually always good, wasnt my favorite but depends on the person, wasnt bad. However the wings!! Their chicken wings are the best wings Ive ever had for delivery/bar! They are breaded nicely, good crunch and yummy sauce! Beware they dont look the best but taste amazing!
September 11/ 18. I just ordered a 15 combo from Theo Bills. It was supposed to be a three topping pizza, family size Ceasar salad and a pop. I also ordered an extra pop. When the order came to me I paid for the third topping, I got a salad for two people and no extra pop that I paid for. I called the restaurant and the server said that cheese is a topping on pizza (because every pizza you order comes without cheese!) I got the free pop but there is a charge for the litre... (Right! I didnt get it!) And thats a family salad. Well it was a tasty pizza but Ill never recommend this restaurant to anyone else because I dont want more people to be ripped off for being hungry. No more Theo Bills!
