Browns Socialhouse Eastgate in Regina

We enjoyed a very nice evening at Browns Socialhouse! Celebrating a dear friends birthday, the staff made sure we were very comfortable. The food and drinks were delightful and the atmosphere is terrific for visiting. Highly recommend this spot for a supper out or special celebrations.

Price is just way off for the total experience.

Great customer service

This afternoon we went to Brown s as it was their 20 year Celebration ! They had some new items on their menus. We chose Ginger Beef & it was delicious! We also had the Snack in Nachos which are always good & ordered the 50% off wine !! Ended our meal with the Key Lime PIE!! Thank you for bringing it back! Our lovely server was Shayna , our wine opener Alesha & the great manager Gerardo ! We came home stuffed! Thank you!!

Fantastic food and very friendly staff. The owner came by to see how things were doing, which is rare these days. Even received a complimentary dessert for being our first time there. Elisha was fabulous thank you so much.

We sat there for over 10 minutes, not once but on multiple occasions, waiting for a server. The food took forever and the restaurant was not busy. 2/3 of the tables had no one sitting at them. The servers were polite, but everything was slow as molasses. My step-father was offered zero refills on his coffee, nor was I offered any refills on my beverage on our last visit. Service is very spotty; however, the expectation of a tip is not. I dont know. Its doubtful I will go back, but maybe someone else will have a better experience.

The food and service were really good, the chicken was cooked to perfection, and the dish was seasoned very well, the meal was very enjoyable. The meal was expensive and the portion seemed small, but the quality was top notch.

Reliably good food and service. Dominated by TVs showing sports, so be ready for that distraction. Kid friendly but not kid focussed. Classic bar and dining space modelled on American pub and grill format. Outdoor seating area actually enclosed, which makes sense since it s in a big box wasteland with nothing but traffic to watch. Spicy dishes aren t but they are good nonetheless. Serving sizes generous. Brunch to 3 on Sunday, although it s a limited menu. Can get regular menu at the same time.

The Appy hour is worth it! We didnt love one of the dishes, but it was due to flavour profile and my picky taste buds. The food was all cooked to perfection, and the service was spot on. We will be back again.

The tuna poke bowl is 10/10 my go-to every time. The hidden kids meal is great for the little ones

So Im just passing through, and I decided to grab some supper, and this place was open. So I stopped by about an hour ago. As I got in there, I was greeted by a gentleman, I cant remember his name, but he was super nice, and when I didnt know what to drink he offered up a few and the one I choose was nothing like Ive ever had. I also ordered the baked carrot cake, and that hit be so hard on how good it was. It was the best carrot cake since Ive had out here. The texture of it was nice and crunchy but not too crunchy. It was a little soft, and it was warm. Normally, I have carrot cake, and it would be really sweet, nah this one wasnt overly sweet. If you have the chance to come here, Id so recommend it. I am stopping by on my way through again in 6 months.

Food is phenomenal but why is the MUSIC SO LOUD! You can t carry on a conversation! We asked multiple times to turn it down they did once but then cranked it shortly after. We heard it s so people don t hang around talking .. My head was pounding when I left. It s too bad because as I said the food is fabulous. Service staff awesome.

Service was fantastic, prompt and friendly. I requested my meal to not have any peanuts. They asked if it was an allergy or preference. The chef then personally delivered my meal (nut free). The follow up service was impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I would love to give a 5 star review but Browns consistently has problems with one small thing each delivery order. This time, the au jus for the beef dip spilled all over everything in the bag. Still had ½ left and was just enough. The baguette was little tough. However... the food tastes awesome! Tons of super-tender, tasty beef! Hubby is addicted to smokehouse burger. ALWAYS excellent! (A little light on the fried onions this time but still great!) We throw the Yam Fries in our air fryer for 6 mins when they arrive & they are perfect - great taste. They also go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. Love Browns!! Oh yeah... tossed salad is excellent too!

Got a $24 beef dip that was probably $15 at best. I get inflation but does that mean sacrificing quality? Mid range restaurant but there are better in its menu class.

Came here for lunch at 1pm and they were still serving brunch, which was a nice treat. We had the gluten Friendly southwest rice breakfast bowl with a fried egg, corn/bean/tomato chili mix, salsa, lettuce, and chipotle sauce. It was quite good, but a bit spicy for my taste. My partner had the avocado poached egg toast that came with a side salad that she enjoyed. Both portions were a large size, fresh, and served hot. It was very quiet here on a Saturday. I would definitely come back for brunch. Dietary restrictions: Many Gluten Friendly options

Foods good but bloody slow.... and $10 for a handful of Fries is criminal!

Have eaten and ordered from here for years. Food is normally great but the prices have gotten outrageous. Upping the price of your dragon bowl to $23 was still a huge reach, but now at $26 on skip the dishes, it s laughable. $14.50 for a kids meal is also extremely expensive. Won t be supporting this business any longer, you are completely ripping people off with price gouging.

The experience visiting this restaurant is always wonderful. Our server was very friendly and patient. Food was excellent. I would definitely recommend their florida special sandwich with the garlic parmesan fries. I liked the atmosphere all around with those little candles and the music. Also, the brownie dessert was my favourite part of the meal that night. I may have named the items a different than what exactly they are in the menu but that s the closest I could remember them.

Had a steak. Definitely over priced. Service was fast, attentive, and friendly. Steak was cooked exactly how ordered.

Very rude and third class behavior by male receptionist. I show one delivery boy has small carry bag, he requested to come back with large one eventhough the male receptionist insulted very rudely. He must be fired.

Party of six: Serving staff was friendly and knowledgeable on items. Drinks were delivered in timely manner. My meal came in a quick manner ordered the blackened Chipotle steak meal also my niece had steak frites our meals both arrived quickly. However my mother sister grandmother all ordered variations of the fish tacos, my nephew ordered the pub burger. Their food came quite awhile after as I was almost finished eating my meal when their meals arrived. Timing in the kitchen was a little off but thats it all the food was delicious no complaints at all. The seating was busy so all the issues that were apparent the late food was quite forgiven. Recommend arriving before 4 on Saturday to beat the rush

Great place for Happy Hour when in Regina!

Just had the block butcher burger and after eating 75% of it (was actually very good, above burgers you can have in similar chain restaurants), dont know what it was but was something rotten in there. Told the waitress about it, she took the food and came back saying and I quote: manager said it will be a small dicount but thats it. Lol felt like a low life who came there fo a free ride. So for that absoulte clown of a manager and why not for the waitress too, was expecting to say you will check with the kitchen whats going on and let me know if everything is ok with the food you just checked, and appologize. Let me know if you want me to come by and give you back the $2.28 you put as a discount on my bill, looks like they are really important to you.

I dont want to give too many details as it sound be confidential. But a friend and mine dined at this location last night when a senior citizen fell next to us and had a medical emergency. Staff actually stepped over her while we were performing first aid! Not one staff member came to the family to assist and we had to request them to call 911, get cloths and ice and a chair. The most shocking was when the family in crisis was presented with their bill as their Mom was being loaded into an ambulance. My guest and I stayed for some time after and not one staff member came to speak with us about the incident or make a report. I am sad and shocked for this family. There is no excuse to not have 1 staff member on shift to handle this sort of critical situation, or at least know not to step over people recieving medical attention and CPR. Absolutely awful

We loved Brown s Social House! We were staying at a hotel nearby and were looking for a restaurant and came across this one - with a kids menu! All 3 of our meals were amazing. Kids mini dragon, Dragon bowl and the veggie burger with a salad. The atmosphere is great and the service was awesome!! We ll definitely go back!

Great late night find after a long drive from Canmore. Food was delicious, service a little slow, seeing restaurant was fairly empty, but all in all , a great place.

Sam ( didn t give a last name) at the bar was amazing. His energy and overall charisma was enough to make my day. And a smile to die for. 11/10

I had the Southwest chicken rice bowl which was quite good.

The service keeps us coming back to this place. I like a few things on the menu, but its the service and relaxing atmosphere that make this place great. This review is just for this location, the Browns in Moose Jaw is great too, but different. More family centric.

Came here solo for dinner after work. I was seated right away by the hostess. My server was nice but after asking for a bit more time with the menu it took her a long time to return and actually take my order. I ordered the blackened chicken fettuccine alfredo which was delicious. Just the right amount of sauce and creamyness and the chicken has a nice Spice on it. Once done with my meal it felt like it took the waitress quite a while to bring the bill once asked for it. The restaurant was only about half full. Overall enjoyed my dining experience but 4 stars due to the long wait times at times. I would come back here again. Quite a fan of their menu items I have tried at Browns.

Decided to stop by for supper as it was nice and close to the Days Inn. I am very glad I did! My burger was phenomenal and the salad was a fantastic compliment to it. Service was fantastic, thank you Joey!!

Chantelle, our server was pleasant. The burger, when it arrived was good. Thats it for the good. We were greeted promptly and seated right away. Chantelle showed up 10 minutes later and took drink orders. Water and Pepsi. Be right back with those. 10+ minutes later.... Order food, 30 minutes later after multiple tables that were seated after us had already received their burgers....ok great. 1 hour after being seated our food comes...its good. Water refill???? Asked Chantelle, be right back she says....another young lady comes around with a pitcher of water and gives the table next to us their 2nd refill of water. We give up, check please.

Good food, drinks, Ordered salad wraps and jalapeño margarita , very good. Just a warning the margarita is spicy! Worth the stop in.

We got super service and really enjoyed our meal. Giving a shout out to Joey and Earl! I like the fish and chips (very filling!) And my husband would eat the creamy Thai soup every day if he could.

Me and a friend went here for lunch, for the first time and it was fantastic! I had the fish and chips and my friend had the soup and salad. Everything was fresh and prompt. The server was great and polite. I would come back again for sure. I also loved the décor and atmosphere of the restaurant.

It was really busy, so me and my GF and I sat out on the patio, and it was much quieter there. Our server, Rylan her name was (I think.) was so good to us both. She was truly an amazing server she managed to keep on top of our order even though it was busy. She was easy to talk to, and made sure everything was absolutely perfect for us. Also she was extremely supportive (I am non binary) and ensured that I wouldn t be misgendered by any of our food runners/hosts. Thank you so much Rylan, and sorry if I am mis-spelling it. Last time we were here we had amazing service too, although sometimes the wait can be a long time so be careful of that. It was great though, thanks :)

Ordered the dynamite sushi roll today and they changed their dipping sauce?? Atleast for me when I ordered, It just came with plain ol soy sauce instead of their original tangy/spicy soy sauce so disappointing.

Was a last second change of venue. Our experience was nice. It was quiet since it was after the lunch rush. The meals were tasty, bursting with flavour. Portions were a little small for the price. But then everywhere seems to be higher in price these days. Szechuan beef noodle bowl x3 spicy was just a nice amount of spice for accentuated flavour. If you are one that wants a burning sensation, you can always get hotter than what they offer. Others had Tiki Tuna Poke bowl, burger and fries, and chicken quesadilla. The fries and gravy were quite welcoming surprisingly. The service was attentive, polite and welcoming.

Food was delish, place was hip and rocking for a nice dinner setting. Prices on the high end (for the area) but you definitely wont be disappointed. Went to this place several times this week while in town. Will definitely be back!!! The two pics are the lettuce wrap app, and the blackened chicken Alfredo. The chicken was done perfectly! Moist and very flavorful. Side tip is to add Cajun thru out the pasta as well. Thank me later

Steak was amazing. Beer was stale. Mixed drink was 2 oz spirit and 18 oz mixer served in a pint glass which is not at all how that should be made. Gotta be weirdly specific when you order or else they ll make some odd assumptions. Went with a coworker and they assumed we were a couple. Was alright. I d come back just be prepared.

Got the traditional pub burger it came without the bacon it was supposed to have. After a couple bites I noticed the inside was still very pink.. total waste of money. I used to order in all the time and never had this issue before.
