My experience last night was outstanding. Our server Renee is very engaging and good service. Ryan on the other hand, who ate with us in the restaurant is super knowledge gave us a good recommendation and especially the salmon aburi press and the queen bee pizza.

Wow! Amazing food and nice ambience. Renee was friendly and upbeat! Ryan was knowledgeable about the menu and recommended the grilled chicken caesar salad which was a good portion. YUMMY. Will definitely be back.

Our burgers look like this unfortunately and that was last night ordered from uber eats. Was very disappointed and scared at the same time.

I had the best experience at Earls today! My food was amazing as well and the servers and bartenders were great to talk to. Bao helped me out at the bar, was very engaging, and gave me spectacular service. Ava was also serving and was on top of everything in her section. Overall, 10/10 experience! The new version of the tuna poke bowl is (still) excellent, but what really made the experience excellent was the staff. Abby at the door very friendly and a great smile,, Vania and her quick greeting and attention to my drink level and clearing my plate, and McCalla a server who is super informed about the menu, very friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience.

I ve been coming to this Earls location since 2020 and it has always been amazing. The taste, service and everything is just amazing! Definitely my favourite restaurant in the city!

me and my boyfriend came in this past saturday and Fiona was absolutely incredible! by far the nicest server i ve ever came across.

My friend and I came in on Saturday and we had Fiona as a server. She was so friendly and made our time at Earls comfortable and fun. She always ensured we had everything we needed and took an interest in how are day was going and how are week was. It is so nice to see servers making connections with customers coming in. Having Fiona as our server was the highlight of being at Earls! Highly recommend!

Food was good but small portions

We usually enjoy our meal but had a bad experience yesterday. When we ordered a couple items ( a Caesar with extra Worcestershire) and a 3 oz side steak well done. She acted like these would be big accommodations. We were never brought side plates, and it seemed like a hassle for her to get them. Appy ( spinach dip) was Luke warm. The waitress didn t offer a refill at any point of the meal. The steak came out pre-sliced and obviously pink. The waitress got snippy when we asked where refills were while eating our meals. We usually have good service here, but redhead who was working last night should watch her tone. When you are paying $200 for a meal you should get better service. Even McDonald s makes sure food is right and offers substitutions.

Talyah was a great server. She was very friendly and I liked the vibe she brought. All our food was presented well and tasted great. The seasonal vegetables weren t that good but it didn t take away from my overall experience. 10/10 experience.

Went to earls for dinner last night to get my favourite salad in the city (southwest) and had an amazing dining experience. Taliyah was our waitress and she was excellent. She was attentive, kind, and personable. The host who was bussing in the evening last night (didn t catch her name) was also on top of everything, friendly, and approachable. Will absolutely return because of the amazing staff who made our dining experience seamless.

Had an amazing experience at Earls today! The staff was great and my server AVA went above and beyond for us. The lunch manager Grace was very friendly and answered all our questions and made sure we were all taken care of! Would recommend to come with friends and family!

I celebrated my 19th birthday here with my sister, and the service was beyond amazing. Our server, Kiera, was AMAZING she helped us make our birthday the best night!! Took pictures for us and was a very helpful throughout the night. Me and my sister would 100% come back to Earls next year to celebrate our birthday!

Came in for dinner. Got the chicken Alfredo as well as the pulled chicken club house. Had hannah as our server and she was spectacular! 10/10 would come again :)

Everything about my expirence was spectacular! I was greeted by the lovely hostess Abby and sat us in a terrific spot in the lounge. Went to Earls this evening for a work meeting and it was quite pleasant. We were greeted with smiles and the food was excellent! Taliyah took such good care of us, so much so that we felt at home.

Both meals were 5 star! Our Server Rhylynn was great. She was prompt and checked in a few times through out our meal. Whole process was excellent! Highly recommend Rhylynn and Earls South.

My recent experience at Earls was disappointing. This is my third visit despite the second not so good visit, I decided to give it a try again but to our shock most of the food items were already out of stock by 8 PM from starters to the main course to dessert. Although the manager kindly offered a free dessert, the overall experience was quite bad. I hope they address their inventory issues soon. The loud music dint help either!! Ordered pick up from Earls last month, our order consisted of ahi tuna poke bowl and a Cajun chicken Caesar salad. An additional chicken breast was added on (and this is where they get you because the menu only states add on chicken but its only for a half breast, if you order a full breast (two halves) you are charged twice as much). We then proceeded to go in to pick up the order which cost $70 for two meals and pay with a $100 bill and the server asks, do you want change? to which my husband said yes, and the server then proceeds to say, how much. Full disclosure, Im writing this from the perspective of someone who worked in the industry for over two decades - first rule of thumb is you NEVER ask this- you just give them their change back, and if youre lucky, they will tip you. Did she really think we were going to tip over $30 on a take-out order we came and picked up? Fast forward to this past Wednesday where I ate again with my two friends and my one friends daughter. My one friend is gluten intolerant and ordered the ahi tuna poke bowl. The bowl comes out- she starts to eat and is then informed that this wasnt actually her food, and they are taking it away. The other meals then come out- and they are all wrong... none of this is our food, and they are delivering the food to the wrong table. So, we sit and continue to wait for the proper meals. Food finally comes- its fine, but the new ahi tuna poke bowl has no sauce. The glass of wine my girlfriend ordered was $20. Everything is way overpriced, and they arent stating on their menu that add-ons are only half the portion size, and overall, the experience wasnt great. Service is slow, and the manager comes out after to ask us how everything was. We say fine, however they forgot the sauce- weve already paid (will note here that my friend gave the server cash, and she just took it and never offered her change), nothing can be done. He looks disappointed and walks away. Anyways- Im not impressed. If you want to pay big money for good food- go to a Greek restaurant. But sorry Earls, you charge way too much for crappy service and your servers are just taking peoples money and not offering change? Thats stealing, and thats a problem. Do better.

Both of my servers Kaitlyn and Caitlin were amazing! The food and atmosphere was great. I highly suggest getting the Pulled Chicken Clubhouse, it is delicious.

Hannah Brownridge from the moment I walked into the cared for me even though she wasn t my server. She made sure I was situated and that the request for an island be installed be carried out. Not only that she double checked my food and made sure it was to par. Very put together and made my whole experience from the door to my last drink smooth and wonderful. Would truly recommend asking for Hannah if you have any issues.

Earls has always been a go to spot for my friends and I. Tonight, we were served by Keysha, and she consistently provides great service every time we visit. Will be visiting once again in the near future. Above the product, it s the people that bring you back.

Ordered a dynamite roll for delivery and asked for extra wasabi and got a metric ton of ginger and no wasabi or soya sauce. Extremely disappointing when you dont enjoy the roll without either or those things. Good waste of $30. Thanks

Earls provides a world-class location for an atmospheric evening amongst the skies. My wife & I had just completed a 7-day road trip from Charleston South Carolina to Regina Saskatchewan on our way to our final destination of Saskatoon. Our meal at the Earls competed with the best of the best en route and the best of the Charleston foodie scene. The service, drinks, and sushi tacos were amazing. My friend and I wanted to go out to a fancy restaurant for his birthday, they sat us down and a few minutes later brought us water. They said that a server will be with us shortly, we wait about 20-30 minutes for a server to come but no one ever came. Many servers walked by but never acknowledged us or looked at us. They only had about 8-12 other tables, we ended up leaving. Then we went to victory location and they took our drinks and order within 5 minutes

Love the atmosphere and the service!! Really felt like the server cared about us, even a simple smile while walking by makes all the difference, unlike Brewhouse South!

Ive never had a server who was more welcoming, energetic and lovable before. Huge kudos to Marcos for his phenomenal performance tonight, definitely will be coming back. Now with that being said i ordered the truffle tortillini and was not impressed. My sauce was super runny and it was a small portion for 25$ i work in tbe kitchen business so i know what it should look like. But marocs made my experience worth while.

My wifes steak was overcooked. We asked for a do-over, 25 mins later the manager asks if the new one is to our liking... We havent recieved the new one. She goes to the back, 25 mins later were ready to leave, but... Still no steak. They bring one out, which we ask to be boxed up (just how everyone wants their steak, boxed to go...) and when we get back to our hotel we find out the new one is more overcooked than the first one. Not great considering my wife was hoping for a great steak on our visit to Saskatchewan and this was probably our only chance. Kid-friendliness: A kids menu literally does not exist. We intended to share our veggies with the kids, and they came covered in chili peppers.

Was their for my Uncles 70th, we had a custom cake that looked a barrel with ice in it containing a whiskey bottle. The staff got a card and flowers for him with not even. Being asked, it was a very thoughtful gesture.

Typically our go to place. Saturday evening the place turned into Chuck E Cheeses with with a large table of children running everywhere. Parents could care less. Restrooms were trashed. Management could care less.

I came in to do some studying during lunch and midday happy hour and everything was awesome! the staff was very friendly. Kassidy had great recommendations that was exactly what I was looking for. The chefs cooked my steak perfectly! The bartender made my drinks quickly and delicious! My table had an outlet right behind me so I was able to charge my laptop while working. Will be back again!

Great atmosphere - clean and inviting dining room. Food is spectacular, drinks are great and service was amazing! Thank you Sage, you made our night. We definitely dine at Earls again.

Friendly and polite staff but food was quite overpriced for what it was.

Earls is ok. Lots of choices, good for people who want Vegan dishes. Prices are line within similar restaurants.

Our food was amazing! Especially the oysters which is exclusive to Earls and the best we ve ever had The service was extraordinary. We met Isabella in the bar while we waited for a table. She educated us about the menu since it was our first time there. McKenna then seated us at our table where we were treated like family. Tyra was was our server and continued the amazing service. McKenna even brought the general manager over to meet us and we finished the evening with the toast we live in North Dakota, but we will definitely be back!

Parking: This Earls is the one to go to. Great food and service. Our servers were amazing! Marco, was very helpful and loved that he was there when we needed anything! Food

I love this clean, happy restaurant. Its baby and wheelchair friendly. Best sticky toffee pudding cake in town! Our waitress was perfect: helpful, polite, and kind. The clam chowder is excellent. My daughter and her husband say the cheesecake is sensational. Good prices, too. Its a good place for families. Kid-friendliness: Highchairs are clean. We could talk freely without disrupting others. Likewise, we had relative privacy. The acoustics are good. Its not noisy. Wheelchair accessibility: I can roll freely without cramped corners or narrow aisles. Room for bulky power chairs.

Vegetarian options: There are several good vegetarian and vegan options. Note the vegan versions are slightly more expensive than the vegetarian ones Food

The place was close to 1/4 maybe a bit over 1/4 full and they said it was going to be a wait . The food isn t worth the wait in an empty restaurant in my opinion.

Stopped in for lunch on Valentine s Day and from the moment we entered Earls it was a lovely experience. The staff were very friendly and polite, they were all dressed so professional and nice. Our waitress was very friendly and this was the first time we were asked if we had any food allergies! Our food was very delicious and they offered us a sample of ribs. I highly recommend this restaurant. Yes the meal was a bit more than we normally pay but it didn t matter with the excellent service we had! The only complaint I would have is the music they played was a little too loud for our liking.

We had dinner with friends at Earls ( South Albert location ) on Feb 13 . We were seated by the hostess immediately with no waiting and our server was at the table seconds later .Sabine was awesome - she had a great recommendation for wine , knew the menu inside out and she gave the best service we have had in a restaurant in a long time ! Then to add to the 5 star service we received we met Marco ! He was bussing tables in our section and he was the most friendly and pleasant team member you could meet ! Everyones dinner was great and we really had one of the most enjoyable evenings out in quite some time ! Sabine and Marco would get 10 stars each if we could give them. Well done !

I like going there for the Happy Hour and always enjoy the food and atmosphere. (I would like to point out that our favourite staff member there is Marco Dos Santos; Marco is energetic, diligent, and friendly. He is quite an asset as he is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. My parents were on holidays from Mexico and Marco could communicate with them in Spanish, which was a blessing. No to mention, they loved him!!!

The food was yummy but pricey. I guess you are paying for the staff who were perfect.and the atmosphere that was perfect.

Wow experience!!!

So we decided to come back to Earls for a second try. The general manager Nick, had asked us to come back and give them a second chance. This time everything went very well from the service to the food. The staff listened to everything we wanted along with an allergy. Nothing had to go back. Well done to everyone at Earls!!!! I got to tell you. The service was ok. Our Waitress was good. I was so disgusted with my son s order. We specifically asked for no mayo on his order as he is allergic to it. Guess what . there was mayo on it. It was replaced with the same ingredients on it. The chicken was reused. In a restaurant of this so called calibre I was not impressed with that. McDonalds doesn t even do that. We ordered the seafood platter. Tina was great, shrimp was great, sushi was great and the lobster was just garbage. Don t put pre frozen lobster on a platter that has already been cut out and put back in the tail. For $90.00 not worth it. I miss the old Earls. New Earls .Never Again!!!!

Had a wonderful experience this evening at Earls in South Regina. The staff were fantastic and treated my mother and father-in-law like celebrities as they celebrated their 68th anniversary. McKenna and Jayden were so professional and who could not love Marco, the guy with the biggest smile and so engaging. My wifes parents were so impressed. We want to meet Marco again!

We had a very nicely prepared late lunch ( ie...later in the lunch hour) Our Server apprentice was Marco. He was delightful in personality and completely capable...in short.. an asset to the establishment. All other Staff was thoughtful and accommodating . Thankyou.

Went here last night with a friend, was amazing!! It was extremely busy but we got seated and served very quickly. Go-to place for dinner!

Well, first off, dont go there if you have a bigger party than 8. They will take your reservation and then stuff you in like sardines. After getting our drink order taken, they were served by someone else who had no clue who got what....then after 20 minutes I had to ask someone to get our waitress so we could order. While waiting the 45 minutes to get our food, I again had to get someone to get our waitress so we could order more drinks. I then reminded her that at our setting for 12 people there were only 11 forks and 9 knives. Once our food did come... again, they had no clue who got what. Why bother taking the order in a specific order if it isnt used to serve the food. 3 people ordered the same meal but with the meat cooked differently for each. They had no clue how the steak was cooked they were trying to hand out. Again I had to ask for cutlery so we could eat the slightly warm food we just got. After some time and nobody seeing if we wanted any more drinks, she brought the bill...again, not asking if that was all or if anyone cared for desert.
