Really great place to eat south indian food. Vegetarian options: Gun powder masala dosa Idli vada dosa platter Rava masala dosa Paneer masala dosa Vada samber Filtered coffee Payasum (desert) (Coconut and tomato chutney as much as you want) Everything we ordered was delicious! Must try their food. Recently visited South india and the taste certainly reminded me of Coimbatore. I wish they had Kesari in deserts! May be one day. overall great experience!

Awesome dosa. I like the vada most. It was so crispy. Idli was also too good and not much spicy which makes my little one eat without any complaints. Overall the best place in Regina for dosa, idli and vada. Food

I have no problems at all, and this is our fifth consecutive visit to Khrishnas Dosa Grill. First of all, the restaurant has a really lively and upbeat ambiance that makes you feel at ease and at home. The same is true of the cuisine, which includes a wide range of South Indian meals, including dosas. Its a must-try that transports you to the homeland of dosas in just one taste. Last but not least, their service is excellent since every member of the staff is incredibly friendly and always has a grin on their face. It is a must-try restaurant that is genuinely fantastic.

I went to this place.Congested area ,with no free parking.tried to pay and park, but that was also not easily available.so drove straight to another Indian restaurant with free parking. Skip this place if u need parking , or else, it can be a headache to find parking .

I went on restaurant order a egg biryani and i found a stone inside the biryani and then i compliant about it he was very rude with me and after he offers some sweet but i denied and today was same thing when i orderd dosa and when i m asking to extra chutney they charge me extra money and they did not mention in menu so when i m asking to why u charge me extra he said its hotel policy i said ok but he was very rude with me and i said i m never come back again in this reasturant , so the employee said its your problem and i dont need you. Please do not go there worst experience ever . Not worth of money

The food at this South Indian restaurant in Regina is nearly authentic and quite good. However, the dining experience was somewhat marred by the lethargic service, which lacked basic customer service manners. Overall, it s a decent spot for South Indian cuisine.

I was expecting south indian taste food but received north indian style. Driving from Alberta to Toronto via regina stopped just because of south Indian food but unfortunately it wasnt worked for me. If chef is reading the reviews please consider Changing the taste #1. Kothu paratta - please add more spices #2.Raitha - south indian Raitha with always comes with chopped onion. Not lassy style #3. Dosa - sambar, Kara chutney, coconut chutney all needs more spicy #4. Noodles - Is the best and taste is really good. South indian someone eats less spicy it works here very well.

Disappointing Experience - Avoid the Masal Dosa! Rating: 1/5 I recently visited this restaurant with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. I ordered the masal dosa, which I specifically requested to be made spicy. However, what I got was a dosa with a few extra green chilies thrown on top, rather than being incorporated into the filling. It was a lazy attempt to add heat without any thought to the overall flavor profile. But that wasnt the worst part - the sambhar was an absolute abomination. It was, without a doubt, the most horrible sambhar Ive had in a long, long time. The flavor was off, the texture was unappetizing, and it was an insult to the very concept of sambhar. Needless to say, I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The masal dosa, which I was looking forward to, was a disaster, and the sambhar was a nightmare. Unless they revamp their recipes and cooking techniques, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Maybe they should focus on getting the basics right before trying to impress with extra green chilies. Until then, Ill be taking my dosa cravings elsewhere.

The food was average but a bit overpriced. One thing that I didnt quite like was the fact they charge you extra for sambhar and chutney refills which is not told beforehand and is not very common too. The staff was nice and polite. Food : 2/5

I had a poor experience at this restaurant. The food was average, and the male server was unfriendly. He made my buttermilk too spicy and served it last. He also overcharged me by punching in the wrong order. Thankfully, I caught the mistake and got a refund, but its surprising considering the restaurant wasnt busy.

We tried their Mysore Masala Dosa, idli, paper masala, gobi machurian. If you want real South Indian taste in Regina this is the place. We still need to try their meat option and am sure they are good too. Definitely going back.

Ordered takeout paneer pakora, seemed like they were the frozen ones we get at Walmart. Tasted and appeared exactly same, also when we dined in they looked and tasted much different. Unfortunately many Indian restaurants are cutting corners, another disappointing experience.

Tried this new restaurant today. Food, service, and atmosphere were great. This is their 4th restaurant, expanding to Regina from three locations in Surrey BC. First time trying dosa, which is like a large crepe or thin pancake. Ordered the House Dosa with lamb curry which came on a platter with two soft dosas, two kinds of sauce, and a bowl of curry. I am used to eating curry with rice, and this was the first time with pieces of dosa to dip in the sauce or curry. It was quite tasty and filling. The meal started with complimentary papadam (no chutney) and a bowl of rasam soup and finished with hot spiced chai. There is a wide variety of dosas as well as curries, vegetarian choices, and tandoori options. Im looking forward to returning and trying other dosa varieties.

Awesome new south indian restaurant entry in Regina! We ordered few dosa varieties which comes with Sambar and two types of chutneys. Especially the sambar tasted authentic like home made. Kothu parotta is a must try here! Starters like cauliflower 65, fish pakora, paneer pakora were of the right amount in size and tasted top notch. Just one observation is that, as mentioned in the menu, coffee was not a Madras filter coffee, rather just an instant coffee. Also, could make arrangements for dedicated parking rather than always unavailable street parking when crowded.
