I sat at my table for 20 minutes and it was like I didn t exist. I got up and asked for a server to come to my table at the 15 minute mark. Sat there for another 5 minutes and left.

Went there twice because we liked it. Everyone was happy with the food selection, including me as a vegan, and the picky eater. Service was great and they even have a pool that was fun to play while eating.

July 4 2024, they werent busy at all and still waited an hour for our food (burgers and poutines) to come out, they looked great.... however Im not a fan of COLD burgers and fries. Waitress was in anything but a rush, even with dirty tables backing up on her. Not normally one to leave bad reviews as we all have our days, but hf with what they charge I think warm food isnt a high expectation Worst experience Ive had at an original joes

Food was what you would expect from a chain, reliable and good. However the service was what made it stand out. Me and my parents had a young girl named Sam serve us and she was lovely! Not only did she give us some good recommendations, but she also provided excellent service with a bubbly personality!

When I cannot dine in I order in. This fish and chips was so underwhelming. When did they change their portion sizes? Never again will I order from them.

I ordered through doordash for some dinner, the food arrived and tasted great but the shrimp was accidentally left out. I called them and they went above and beyond to fix it, let me come in to pick it up as well as gave me a gift card and a brownie on the house. Definitely will he coming here/ ordering again, they were great!

I came into this establishment last weekend and let me tell you about the fantastic service I received. To begin, the server immediately greeted me and offered to grab me a drink. The drinks did not take 20 minutes to arrive like other restaurants; they were brought to me within 2-3 minutes. Once the server took my food order, it was delivered to me within 10 minutes, and it was DELICIOUS. Everything was decently priced, the drinks were good, the food was good, and the service was great. 10/10. I will be coming back to Original Joes real soon.

Ordered online. No dressing was included in my salad. Ordered a bulk dressing item and only half the oz was included. Wanted extra for the future and now I am using the bulk item for my missing order today.

Service was fantastic. Food on the other hand was not, chicken wasn t cooked all the way, food tasted completely off. Hubby and I got terrible food poisoning and being pregnant, it ended me up in the hospital. I would not recommend, so glad I didn t bring my 15 month old to the restaurant or she would be in the same boat as us. Definitely wasn t worth the $75 we spent. Won t be going back.

Stopped by on way to airport for a happy hour snack. Sat at bar. The bar where I sat was not wiped prior to me sitting down I saw later, Ick. Good Happy Hour menu for snacks. Avoid the mini-yorkshires, ok taste but messy. Dynamite shrimp tempura was yummy-spicy! Good OJ beer & special $. Service good/ok.

We came to restaurant on Monday 3rd around 5-6ish . We ordered chicken tenders fries and nachos. It was horirible experience as our ordered arrived almost after 50 minutes of wait and when it arrived it was cold and I asked one of the co worker to chnge it so I get. The same fries back .. they were double fried which I know it was as I worked in food industry so I could tell . It was such bad experience as we had to pay almost more then $60 and the food we get wasnot even fresh .

For Asian people, I think the Pacific Rim Noodle Soup might be nostalgic as the hot and sour flavor in the soup blended with chicken, shrimp and all the veggies in it is incredibly so good! Just shared it on WeChat with the Chinese community, hopefully people will come and try it soon!

The bartender Brian was absolutley stellar in his recommendations for drinks and cuisine! Amazing energy and a sense of understanding. Trinity my server was uniquely comforting and kind, her skills in temebring my order and execution were perfection. In addition to that the yorkies at last call were masterfully manifested by the chef Angelo whom I gave an individual tip to in addition to the front staff... Ive travelled the world, yet I assure you these team at last call and end of night were an absolute dream team for a business, please give these people a significant raise!!! I would. Ome back to visit from Toronto just for these 3 staff members

Worst service I have ever had. I have never left a review in my life until today. Had a reservation for 8:00 on Valentine s Day and no one even brought us waters by 8:30. Meanwhile there was only FIVE other tables. I am very forgiving and understanding if the service industry but this was absurd. Even when my boyfriend called out and said excuse me, the waitress said one second and continued talking to her coworker. We got up and left.

I had the Pacific Rim Noodle Soup. It was delicious. The broth is spiced just right for my taste. I did not need additional salt and pepper or the heat from the chili oil. The only thing that brought my rating down is that it is hard to have a normal conversation with louder music and people sitting close. This is my preference, and it may be ok for others. All in all, a nice, friendly, and welcoming place to eat.

Taylor and Trinity were very friendly and spot on with their bar service, demeanor and friendliness tonight. Will definitely return to OJs in the future!

The service was horrible, and the food was not much better. Went for a drink and some appies. Ordered the dry ribs and they came out sitting in a pool of grease. Brought this up to waitress and her response was they are always like this . They are not, I have had them at other locations and not once have been sitting in grease. She had complete lack of interest in serving us. I don t recommend this location.

I took my mom for an early dinner. We loved the food, and the waitress was very nice and attentive. The atmosphere was pretty good. However, the music was a bit loud for 4:30 pm on a Tuesday. It made it a little hard to talk.

Service was incredibly slow. Our waitress actually forgot that she had already taken out order, and asked us the second time. Other tables were receiving there food and drinks before us. It took about 20 minutes to just get out cocktails and had to ask several times for water. Food was good when it finally came. Probably wont be back.

I repeatedly asked and frankly pleaded to find out what I had said but I was given no explanation other than it was about the dog. I cannot express how utterly surprised at this. Phoned in a pick up order for 9:00 p.m while visiting the city. The OJ s in our home town shut down and we wanted to get our favourite soup again. We showed up at 9:00 pm on our way out of town and I m currently sitting in the restaurant at 9:28 waiting for my food .

My partner and I had a horrible experience here. As my boyfriend was eating his burger, he found a plastic bag clip in his food (bread bag clip). I guess accidents happen, but what disappointed me most was the lack of remorse from the server or staff. When I asked if the manager could apologize, we were told he was too busy. Otherwise, food is standard pub fare. Go elsewhere.

We were just heading home tonight from the airport and popped in for some food before our four hour drive home! Our waitress Katherine was the sweetest bubbliest person and absolutely made our day. Our food couldnt have been better and she even had our salad split for me and my fiance. The floor manager is fabulous at his job and we also forgot one of our phones on our way out and they got it back to us right away! I hope Katherine gets her snowflake ring! She deserves one!

5 of us met here for a weekday lunch. Service was extremely slow and fragmented. We eventually received our food and it was average. We noticed that many others who had arrived after us for the lunch hour didnt even receive their food before they had to leave and go back to work. Clearly this restaurant is not properly resourced or managed.

I really enjoy a couple of their vegan options, the blackened soy (chicken) is really good. I also like that you can hear the music but dont need to shout over it Vegetarian options: They have a number of dishes they can make vegetarian/vegan. Dietary restrictions: Along with the vegetarian/vegan options they also have gluten free items.

The food is lovely but every time I order online the time is way off. They never have it ready and its as if they start making it once I get there- which is not the point of ordering for pick up. Disappointed that this has happened multiple times now.

I usually order pick up/take out and lately my order has been so inconsistent. One time prepped this way the next another. I don t really mind because all the ingredients are the same it s just weird to have the same order with food cut/prepped differently.

The service was very good, but the food was lacking. My cheese quesadilla had very little cheese, I had to request salsa and sour cream that is supposed to come with it. My side salad came with leaves and goat cheese and none of the extras the menu boasted. Disappointing. We wont be returning.

Daily Special on Tuesday (.49 wings) is a great deal. Really enjoyed the Mango Habanero and Caribbean Jerk flavours. Please please PLEASE bring back the Industrial flavour though. Honestly I m floored with the customer service. I ve been driving all day and just got to my hotel so I m a bit cranky, I ordered for my family of 5 from here and it was well packaged and very presentable. However, I m vegetarian and I made a note on the order no meat on mine and also called in to make sure they saw this note. Well it arrived with meat, I called and they passed me to the manager and he immediately rectified the situation. He offered to not only remake it but have it delivered to me as well (I had ordered through DoorDash). Just for this alone I would absolutely order from here again. It s hard to come by such amazing customer service and empathy even though I was less than friendly when I called in about it originally. 20/10 would recommend, everyone else loved their food too!

Satisfactory service by the servers. But that doesn t make up for quality of food served. I mean while hurled if it has the potential to break your car s windshield, it shouldn t be called tender . May be the other items on the menu taste decent enough. So as benefit of doubt, two stars instead of one.

First time trying Original Joes and was happy with the overall experience. It is a little more on the pricy side of things, however, the food was worth the price and I will definitely be back in future.

We ate for the first time at this location. I wanted to mention that the food and the service was excellent. Our server, Isabella was knowledgeable, fun and easy to talk to. I highly recommend dining at Original joes!

Went for supper Sunday night -waitress was very friendly ! They didnt have NEAR enough staff for after a riders game ! Food came out in relatively decent time but my brothers fish had so much HARD batter on it , he couldnt cut it -had to scoop out the fish snd his fries were soggy !We waited FOREVER for a 2nd drink - Even after telling the waitress about the fish -absolutely nothing was taken off the bill - my brother could eat hardly any of it ! First and last time we ll dine there!

Went in labor day Sunday. 7 or 8 patrons in the place. Tried to order cocktails and was informed that the bar only had 1 ounce of Tequila left. We came for a burger and Tequila. Ended up ordering not Tequila and was served drinks with no coasters or napkins. Which became a self serve endeavor and a walk to the bar. We looked at the menu and each other and decided to head down the street to Earls. Where the Tequila was flowing freely. Not sure what happened to Joes. Used to be a good place to visit. Wont be going back anytime soon.

Literally got reprimanded by the manager because we called in advance to ask if we can see a particular sports game and thought wed be able to see it while we are here as we were told on the phone we could. I was uncomfortable the rest of the visit and will never return. Waitress was nice and apologized for her evil manager. I do not recommend.

Don t know about the food it sure did smell good was looking forward to tasting their food but our experience there was The worst.....!! We were Given a table in the corner in the dark probably because we were people of colour while the rest had beautiful tables lit and constant customer service No one attended to us until called for Ended up leaving without ordering any food It is what it is yeah....

Food was good and came quickly. Waitress let me sample 3 beers to figure out which was to my liking. Waitress was very pleasant and polite If I was to complain about anything my wifes pasta could have been cooked a touch longer. Overall was good and Id recommend this location.
