Ordered donairs for delivery. The paper they wrapped the donairs in fused with the pita and made the food inedible.

Had no rice left 3 hours before closing and didnt even offer to make more, just said no more rice. Ill be going to the glencarin location from now on

I ordered the Buddha Bowl online and picked it up, got home and discovered that they put literally just 5 falafel in a box. They closed by the time I got home so nothing I can do about it.

Garbage donair with absolutely atrocious wrapping. Horrendous experience. Never returning again.

Wasnt much to look at upon entry of the restaurant. Although it was later when I went. Tables were stacked on top of each other. Wide open space. One worker, was very friendly. Cant remember his name. My very first Donair Ive had. I will try again! Dietary restrictions: Choices from whole wheat to white. Pick your own ingredients!

Use to come here often. All of the workers use gloves awesome. What angers me is the fact they are making my food and touching their dirty cell phones. Taking call, texting with the gloves then digging into the lettuce. When was the last time you sanitized your phone ? Disgusting

The person making our order was the only worker there and he was so rude. He had AirPods on and made it seem like he was doing US a huge favour by making our order. He said we were only allowed a certain number of toppings and sauces but his way of conveying it was also unsurprisingly extremely rude. Oh and he did not wear gloves either to make our order. Would not recommend this location at all.

Order 2 pita and took hour to make it. Please go to other prairie Donair not here. Very slow staff I could have driven to Moose Jaw and would ve gotten my order faster.

Washrooms are pretty trashy, and meat was pretty over cooked, definitely won t be back

Soft bread, meat was raw off the spit, which was unusual, then fried in the pan. Enjoyed sautéed vegetables and sauce selection. Gyro was well heated. Specials are strict to the recipe.

Over priced i spent 19$ On a simple rice falafel platter food quality not worth as the price.

Food is good. But horrible service. I ordered online for pickup. Went to pick up 30 mins later. Not ready and told to wait 15 mins. They served other customers while I continued to wait for my order. By the time I left with my order, it was 1 hour after I ordered online.

GREAT tasting donair at a good price. I usually go for the famous (chicken+lamb). Treat yourself to a savory dessert and get a baclava as well.

First time going to Prairie Donair and decided on a chicken Rice bowl, ok all s good so then they asked what sauces. I asked for butter chicken , ok all s good. When paying $9.95 I notice a special on the counter showing Butter chicken rice bowl 7.95???. Shows it smothered in cheese so I asked doesn t mine get cheese, she states no? I hold up one of the little flyers and I said isn t this what I m getting? She states No....so correct me if I m wrong but didn t I in all reality just order a Butter chicken rice bowl or am I missing something. Is it because I order a chicken rice bowl and then only added the Butter chicken sauce that changed something . Not good service to explain it to me. Wasn t to impressed, rice bowl was good none the less.

Super friendly staff and always delicious food

pretty decent food staff is friendly, knowledgeable, produce usually looks fresh. However biggest flaw is the kitchen generally looks pretty dirty, improper glove usage with the employees, no charts visible on fridges for temperature checks which are suppose to be available and post on the fridge as well hand washing is not seen between different clients and it was also not seen after dealing with cash they went onto putting on gloves and making someone elses sandwich. Grill appears to be rarely cleaned either and occasion Ive seen meat just sitting on it. Store is slightly outdated as well could use a reno but this is not an issue really if youre lookin for takeout other then it might give you second thoughts about eating there at all

Good kid behind the counter he tried his best but the thing is donair means it has to be fresh and hot he made the wrap but the problem is why you put chees on cold salad then cold sauce then chicken honestly I laughed like really ?? When I asked him why are you making the wrap this way he said my owner asked me do it this way listen who ever the owner is cheese needs to be melted on hot chicken or beef you need to change your concept please. Worst wrap I had in my life

The staff are by far some of the most customer oriented workers in the city. The food is delicious. The chicken and lamb donair is one of my favourite things to eat at any restaurant in Regina.

I was here once a few weeks ago and it was so delicious that I had it on my mind for a few days already ! They have kind friendly and fast service. The lamb donair is so good that I am stuck on it and dont know when I will try the beef or chicken donair !

Terrible service!! Only one staff was working at rush hour! Had to wait 20 minutes in line to find out that they have cheaped out on toppings and quantity of meat for tuesday and sundays deal!!! If you cannot afford the tuesday & sunday $5 deal then dont advertise it! And stop selling it! They will go out of business sooner than later with this cheap mentality. Literally half the meat and toppings of what they use to offer. Terrible place !!!! Will never come here

Excellent food and it seems like they are quite busy with skip the dishes so if you want to order from them using skip the dishes looks like they are well-versed in that.

Their foods always good, but lately their portions have become smaller. Sure you may be saving money on food costs,but you are losing my & others business.

The food is delicious and the greens are fresh. More meat for a $12 wrap would be nice.

One of my favourite places to eat. Have been eating at prairie donair for probably 8 years and have never had anything less than a great meal.

Sunday is $5 for a small donair, which is 7 size. Honestly not a bad price. It really depends what you order and what you like. Similar setup as Subway, where you can choose your bread, meat, veggies, cheese, and sauces. But what I like to do is try out what is on the menu, and customize the donair from there.

I generally like Prairie Donair but this location is lacking. Cleanliness definitely isnt a priority, the floor was black. The tomatoes in my Donair tasted sour. Ill go to Dewdney Avenue location going forward.

Best tasting meats out of all the donair shops in the city. Some of the employees need a refresher on safe food handling practices. Now I get it food costs money, but the weighing of the protein makes me laugh every time. These guys will pull out one morsel of meat if it s over the limit and let it sit aside waiting for the next customer just to be reheated again.

Probably one of the best places to eat in the city. Chicken and lamb Donair is UNREAL!!

I was very unimpressed with the service as a long time customer I am very unhappy with the change over of the restaurant. The large with double meat has never been soooooo small. And the knowledge or lack there of of the new staff. Its never taken 45 minutes for two donairs even with a much larger line up.

Eating from here caused me food poisoning!
