Not coming back. I bought the FIRECRAKER SHRIMP. It says Jumbo Prawn. I got a Walmart size and taste mini shrimp. We bought a lot of food but all of them are a knock off from the actual thing. Not coming back here again. The service took so long to get out our order and our food. The food wasn t so great either. Don t epend your money here. Go to EARLS instead they don t cheap you out and you actually get what you paid for. The whole time I felt like everything I bought there and ate was a knock off of whatever I order. Don t go here.

Small small portions for the price

We haven t been here for a few years and wow has it ever gone down hill. The service was ok, but the food was not good. We ordered the in house chicken strips/ poutine and the two meat/ poutine. Everything came out cold except the strips, but the strips were over cooked and hard. It was a mess. They did replace the two meats, but by the time it came out we were ready to go home and it came out soaked in liquid smoke. The server was kind and apologized. But the food was not worth the price. Not at all.

Played darts here. The ribs were good and Christina from ukraine was such a good sever and so nice!

Awesome and fast

We ate on the lounge side. Very nice inside and has a great little patio as well. Lots of TVs for sports. The food was tasty and filling. Well be going back for sure.

Live update So far, can you give us more than 5 secs to look at the drink menu before asking us what we want to drink? Menus are kinda beat up too. Rusty old rack on patio. - Just throw it out. Food was good though. Older crowd, that pickleball, Arizona snowbird type.

Seven of us went for a late lunch, service was great and everyone had a good meal. I had the blackened chicken club with yam fries. Highly recommend

Portions are small and not worth the price you pay. Food itself wasnt flavourful, just bland. I wouldnt go back here. The waitress was nice and helpful the atmosphere was nice. But for me the food was overpriced and not worth going back for.

I am a vegan and the food was very tasty which is hard to find in many restaurants also there are so many options and the server named mahek was very friendly and helpful also the chef and it was my friends birthday and they gave us dessert with a sparking candle which was very nice. Definitely I will visit here again.

The best place ever to have a dinner date. Delicious food and impressive service by staff.

Table was really dirty, waited 30 minutes for our order to be taken, 20 more minutes for our food to come out, really bad service, the waitress was not really talking and only came to our table once. I ordered a medium rare steak and it looked like it was just microwaved for a couple minutes. The steak had no seasoning at all, my roasted veggies were brown and only tasted like salt.

The food is very hygiene and tasty. Mainly their hospitality and the ambience is utmost. Must visit Food : 5/5

The food is always really good when I get it delivered but the quance location is amazing! I sat in the lounge and the atmosphere was very nice. My server was really quick and kind and the food wait time was fast. They also had some really great happy hour specials Definitely check it out if you re in the quance area.

First time visiting this location and it was amazing. Our server was Brittany and she was very attentive and friendly. We had 2 appetizers, one main, one wine, and one pop, and it was only $70! What a steal. Great quality food. Perfect portions. Had enough to take home too. Have ordered a few times on skip for the baked Brie since keg took it off the menu and have been happy with the delivery so decided to try out in person and was not disappointed. Very pleased with our valentines meal.

We had previously reviewed this restaurant but I have to downgrade it after our visit yesterday. We were there early in the evening and the place was not busy but we still waited 15 minutes for our server to take our drink order. My wife ordered salmon with roasted vegetables and rice. The salmon was burned which we pointed out to the server. The roasted vegetables were seasoned so much she couldnt eat them. She had rice and picked a bit of the salmon even though it tasted bad. That salmon was $28 and we were not offered any discount or even an apology. Also disappointed that they have a new menu with higher prices and fewer choices.

Best restaurant must try

Might have been the worst meal my wife and I have ever paid for. Service was great; but the pizza and the smoked meat platter were horrific. On a positive note our dogs loved the leftovers.

This is a good place

St Patricks Day, special cocktails obviously. Had chicken Caesar salad which was excellent as dressing was drizzled on top (so salad was not soggy as other plaves(. Also had perogies and pulled pork ... Definitely a different combination, but it was delicious!

From photos, this place looked amazing. From the menu, it was really hard to decide. We ordered appetizers and the waitress didnt bring plates so we had to ask. The main meal (blackened chicken on penne) was not blackened chicken, it was barely seasoned and the penne sauce tasted like plastic. The asiago fries were drenched in oil. The garlic bread was good, drinks as well. Would I come back here? No, I came to support local but the service and food isnt worth it. Three starts for the hostess, she was lovely.

We love coming here. Especially in the summer to sit on the patio and watch the birds on the pond. Food and service is great. I do miss the Smash Potatoes though with the Sunday Brunch. They are way better than the cubed potatoes.

We have ate here in the past, although a couple years ago. Not sure what changed as the food wasnt even close to what it had been. Ordered 3 different things and all 3 were pretty terrible. Brisket Mac n cheese, the brisket was overpowering with smoke flavor, not a pleasant flavor. Almost tasted artificial. The burger tasted almost burnt and bitter. The pulled pork pizza used a bbq sauce that was very overpowering and thats all you could taste, which wasnt good.

We attended as 3 couples. My wife and me only had an appetizer as we had a late lunch. Everyone else seemed to like there meals. Our poor waitress had a bit of time sorting out our 3 bills correctly. But after a 4th attempt she got it. We could tell she was getting frustrated with herself.

The entire place had a haze of smoke inside which wasnt pleasant. This restaurant used to be packed several years ago, but a couple of weekends ago, we walked right in on a Friday evening and we found out why. The food has definitely gone downhill. The extra sauce did not hide the fact that the meat was burnt. I am sorry that i didnt take pictures of what we were served, so you could see what cane out of your kitchen. Initially, I wasnt going to leave a review at all, but I want the owners to know so you will fix your exhaust fans and re train your kitchen staff. For the price, no one at our table was impressed with their meals. We go out a lot. Unfortunately, we wont be coming back until we hear its improved. I hope you can turn things around.

Unfortunately this was a super disappointing visit at rock creek. The food was doused in oil and it came with very minimal amounts to actually dip in (spin dip) and the boneless dry ribs were so overcooked with barely any meat. Not to mention poor service. We weren t checked on after our food arrived, finally had to walk bar side to ask to pay for our bill 30 minutes after we finished choking down the food. The restaurant had three tables occupied only. Staff all hung out in kitchen while we looked around for service. Sadly won t be returning

Food is really good here, but someone who works there can never be found. Expect to have your hostess show you your table, and wait 20 minutes for the waitress to take your order, another 20 minutes for the food to come, and another 20 minutes for the bill to come after youve finished your food. This is a horrible place to visit for lunch if you have a job.

Will never come back again. The girl introduced a special menu to me, so I ordered a steak sandwich for $19.99 however, after the dinner it shows $25.99, I asked the question, an manager told me the special is only applied to before 5pm. The $6 difference Is not a big deal, but I treat this as cheating customers. It makes a bad feeling for the whole evening!

Was to be wing night, but menu changed. So our group stayed and we ordered. Everyone got their pizzas, but my salad was delayed. Waitress told me she should comp my meal. Bills came and my meal was full charge. Paid and left. Meals were good, but several disappointments tonight.

Came in for a birthday supper and felt very uncomfortable as soon as we came in. The hostess gave us a dirty look as well as a rude tone of voice. Service took a long time. It took about 45 minutes to an hour to get food. The $27 salmon was burnt so it tasted horribly. Very uncomfortable environment from the hostesses and some of the servers. Felt like we were trying to be pushed out when we were still eating. Overall horrible experience. I wont be coming back. Felt very unwelcome.

went out for a family get together { 7 adults } the meal was very good & the service was very good , always checking how the meals were or if our drinks were good . we had one minor little hiccup with the order which our waitress quickly corrected . All in all very satisfied with everything ..

Went here for wing night but disappointing. Service VERY slow, waitresses very un-interested in suggesting flavours, dishes etc. Got one of their specialty sauces and it was an absolute bust. Sad to say I wont be back.

Had a rare steak done to perfection, And while thats normally enough to satisfy me the d***** mashed potatoes were so delicious and nearly ordered seconds. Décor was marvelous staff was lovely, Beat my son at chess. 5 stars

The service was OK. The Sirloin Steak Sandwich I ordered with Onion Rings was well done and I ordered medium. The Onion Rings were great. My wife had the french toast and bacon. The french toast has no cinnamon on it which made it a little flat. The syrup had no flavour. I wouldnt go back.
