The restaurant has a nice atmosphere but the food is not authentic turkish cuisine. I lived in countries where authentic turkish cuisine was served and available also drinks like eyran and uludag. I would like to see b rek, labacun and proper döner kebab on homemade bread. Maybe this will prompt the owners to put some authentic food on the menue for everyone to enjoy.

We usually like eskandar kebab, and donair wrap. The bread is made in the store. The service are so good! Very lovely personnel, they can even serve Turkish treats and tea. Will visit every time i am in the town

We liked their pizza, but management has removed the pizza from the menu, which is a bit strange. I think they must bring their stellar pizza in the menu.

The kunefe was excellent! A must try item for sure. My falafel wrap was pretty good. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was my lentil soup was barely luke warm. Would go back!

I ordered pide for pick up, but unfortunately, it was the worst that I had ever, may be because they had cutted and placed them in a small container which made the pide like pasta. Touch cheez I could eat only a piece.

First time there from out of town. Came in to order dinner around 830pm looking for something healthy in the area. Ordered a Grilled Chicken Breast Pita. Owner and staff were nice and helpful. Chicken breast was cooked fresh on grill to order. Veggies were fresh added light hot sauce and tzatziki. Took it back to the hotel. The pita bread was nicely grilled to finish giving it a warm and light crisp texture, the chicken was cooked great not over cooked and a bit juicy and good portion. Ill come back here if in town again and definitely recommend

The ordered platter for four people was overpriced at over $100. The lamb chops were cut in half and were tough and dry, resembling lamb jerky. The kebabs were small, consisting of four inches of dried bread. While the portion of rice and flatbread was generous, there was insufficient meat to accompany it. Despite driving 20 minutes to pick up the order, I would have returned it if I lived closer. I felt cheated by the experience. Would not recommend and does not have any taste of turkey food Very disappointed

Hello, I came to the restaurant for the first time in this city, the Turkish food was wonderful, the kebab and the salad, the rice were very good, especially the pilaf, me and my family were satisfied, they served us tea after the meal, everything was very good.

Charged $5 for just tap water, and portion sizes are really small for the price. Taste wasn t even all that good. Really overrated. Won t be coming back. Not recommended!!

Avoid this place!! Really small portion size! Some guy said in one of the reviews that the Turkish offer large portions but this was far from it! I had the BBQ chicken plate and the chicken was really thin as well. I counted a total of 7 fries! We were 7 people and each of us was left hungry afterwards. Felt like we were scammed! And lastly, I saw in the receipt that I was charged for tap water??!! If I hadn t seen the receipt then they would have gotten away with it. I would steer clear of this place.

I have been here couple of times and every time there is improvement. New items are added, and older items are as good as they were or even better. Service is very good. Finally, tea and pastry are amazing. When you taste the Baklava, you will know the difference. If you are a tea lover, you will love it. Friendly, nice staff and owner. Ive been coming here since last summer and its been my favorite ever since. Always greeted and served by such warm hearted cooks and I would like to give a huge shout out to this gentleman named Ferhat that works there who gives the atmosphere a very cheerful and positive vibe. I always feel like Im leaving family when I go. Maybe thats why I love coming back!

If you re a fan of donairs, baklava, and/or pizza, give this place a try. I came in for lunch and was blown away by how delicious the food was and how the kind and knowledgeable the employees are.

I had lunch there, today. I was very pleased with my chicken kebab plate which included two sauces, rice, French fries, a bit of salad and a Turkish bread. There was a nice amount of chicken on the plate as well. When finished, they brought me a hot cup of Turkish tea. It was very nice. Definitely recommend this place.

Came here for the first time today. Was not sure exactly what I wanted but the young man helping me was very patient with me, even when I had to call my spouse and find out what he wanted on his wrap. We both ordered the beef wraps and the ground beef pide. Both delicious. My only complaint is that the pide was quite greasy on the bottom but otherwise delicious. Will be back for sure!

I ordered the Chicken Yogurt Kebab Plate, Pide and Ayran for takeout and really enjoyed my meal. Im from Germany where you can find Turkish restaurants almost everywhere, and I am very excited that we have one now in Regina. Hope to visit Turkish Express in person soon :)

The service was good and staff were nice but the quality of food was terrible. We ordered beef kabab, and Iskandar kebab. it was very dry, oily, and cold. No recommended at all.

SO GOOD! The grilled chicken thigh plate is my go-to order on the days I forget to pack a lunch for work. Everything is fresh, delicious, and well seasoned. And the portions are huge! 4 chicken thighs, rice, salad, fries, and bread. Im obsessed with the seasoning salt and yellow dip they serve with the fries. Turkish Express is an absolute hidden gem that I recommend to all of my friends. 10/10!

Amazing food and customer service. We had a small mix up with the delivery of our order but the owner got back to us and insisted on bringing us a free order of baklava himself. He went above and beyond and we really appreciated it. The food is so tasty and fresh. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Hidden Gem!! My 8 year old daughter stopped here for a quick bite and we were so pleasantly surprised at how amazing the food was and how kind the owner was!! Must go try!

Edit: After seeing the owners response to other complaints as an opportunity to insult the customer, the one who literally keeps your business open by spending money at your establishment... I will preface with this: I am a Red Seal Chef of over 10 years. Its your job as a restaurant to provide quality food for paying customers. No excuses. If the customer just doesnt understand food, thats your fault for not presenting the food in a way that can be widely consumed. Be better - Thats it. Im actually surprised at how bad my meal was. I went here because the reviews seemed great! Unfortunately it was horrible. The Donaire wasnt wrapped properly, so when I opened it, it all fell out all over my lap. I tried to fold it back together, but the dough was so raw that it all just stuck together. It was so raw it was translucent in some places (pic for reference) and tasted bitter like raw flour. It was doughy and gross, taking lots of work to chew. Because it was raw. Lol The meat was dry and wet? It was so oily, my mouth was just saturated in oil, but the meat was flaking and dry. Very weird experience. Meat was kind of flavorful? But hard to tell because there was so much oil. Im legitimately surprised at how bad it was. Definitely not worth my hard earned money. It was all such a mess all over my lap, trying to eat it was like eating a greasy half cooked taco. But bad. Like, really bad. Im so disappointed, still hungry, and out $30. Definitely wont be coming back, but I hope this feedback is helpful in the future.

All food is Halal. Food is delicious and every platter comes with all amendments. I prefer Beef Kebab, and Beef donair platters. Bakalava is good. They have a loyality card. Food

Like the Turkish sojouk pide here. They do serve Turkish coffee here (dine-in only) and with a Turkish delight. They have expanded the menu more recently. If going to order a drink, bypass soda can.

Best Turkish restaurant ever really yummy original turkey food I loved it.

The restaurant is very clean and welcoming. The customer service was incredible as well - I wanted to pay with cash but was shor a few dollars and said I would just step out to my car and grab some more money. The staff member refused and insisted on using a few dollars from his own tip jar. Very generous and kind. The food was all cooked fresh and absolutely wonderful. Everything tasted fresh and was flavoured so well. Felt like I had ordered from a restaurant. Presentation was also beautiful with a few sauces. Incredible Tzatki!! My first time trying this place but would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you so much!

One of the best Turkish restaurants in Canada, outside of Istanbul itself. I would come to Regina just for this! The owner is very warm and welcoming and the place is kept very clean. The food was made fresh and tasted AMAZING. We got the BBQ chicken thighs and Lamb Kebab and both were cooked to perfection. The homemade baklava is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. They even offered us Turkish tea on the house! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to experience Turkish food and hospitality!

Great food and service!

I was the first person to order and that last to be served. I ordered the lamb shish plate and a drink which was overpriced at just under $28. The lamb was chewy, grisley and impossible to chew served on a plain, tasteless bed of rice. I was stared at by the staff as I tried to eat and felt uncomfortable there. I will not return and will advise others about my bad experience here.

The food was indeed fresh although I was the last customer. I ordered the mix of chicken kebab platter and beef kebab platter. The taste was different from Iranian Joojeh kabab and kabab but now a new delicious awesome item is added to my favorites list here in Regina. Next I will try their doner kebab and Eskender kebab as are famous there. The restaurant was so clean and the owner was very polite, warm and friendly. The quality of the food was high and the price reasonable. (update## in case you wanted to order the food that I shared its photo here, show them the photo because what I ordered was customized by me)

As a Turkish, I think my comment will be the most valuable and accurate one. We are all coming from different cultures. So before visiting a new cuisine, I always love to ask a native friend what to expect from the experience. First of all, Turkish restaurants love to serve big portions. Secondly, they are known for their hospitality (believe me sometimes it is too annoying:)) and they always serve little extras. And the last one is to be exceptionally clean. If you are really into trying new things (like me:)), I can honestly recommend Turkish Express as a great representation of the culture and the cuisine. Their Kebab platter is a must try before you die. I was planning to try a couple more things but I even couldnt finish my plate cause it was huge. Staff was so welcoming, helpful and respectful. The restaurant was very clean. And after my meal they served Walnut baklava as a desert and Turkish black tea for free which absolutely made my day . Just go and try some new things, learn about new cultures and be happy

Stopped at this restaurant before heading back to Saskatoon. The staff this evening was friendly and very caring 10/10. Food was delicious and fresh. If you ever find yourself in regina this place is a must try.

First time here. Walked in and ordered the feast for 2 at 7:30 pm on a weeknight for take out. 15 min wait, offered us Turkish tea while we waited. Place was immaculate. Food was delicious and I will absolutely return.

Im so glad this place is here. Regina is super lacking in ethnic food, and after growing up in Multi Cultural Vancouver, and spending 6 months in Turkey when I was younger this place is a welcome mix to Reginas food scene! Also, one of the ONLY places that the food comes to you looking just like the photos!

I was not expecting a nice turkish dine-in experience in Regina. Their chicken BBQ wrap was delicious and the fries were out of this world, crispy and just the way we prefer. I hope they turn to be a bigger business eventually. Vegetarian options: Salads and wraps can be played around different vegetables. Dietary restrictions: Serves halal. Parking: Lot is small but given the size and location of business , it seems sufficiently. Kid-friendliness: Kids of all age are welcome.

$20 for a pretty standard, run of the mill wrap is a bit pricey, wasnt anything to rave about. Prep time was a bit too long. Facility was nice and clean, and the staff was very courteous and pleasant.

Ive been in this restaurant many times and each time Ive seen improvment in quality of the food and service. Staff are very friendly and they go out of their way to provide you with what you ask or need, the owner also very hands on and friendly. The place is clean and warm.
