Worse steak I ever had

A unique food stop, ask to eat in the train car.

Ordered a steak that came blu rare and I mentioned it to the waitress who brought it back to the kitchen and had them microwave it. Overall a pretty bad experience.

Got a coupon in the mail, $10 off food and $10 for slots. Havent been to the Casino in years and was looking forward to being entertained. Unfortunately the two coupons can not be used at the same time. One coupon for one month, the other for another month. Lame. Ordered soup and a burger. The menu claims the burger is 100% beef. The burger looked like beef drool that had been squeezed out of some sort of noodle machine. The patty was a heaping pile of this beef/noodle/drool. I lost my appetite after three bites. The bun was also old and dry and the cheese was cheap processed cheese. Think kraft cheese slices. For $18 bucks I was hoping for better. The soup was good, but too salt for my taste to finish. Anyways, the long and short of it is I will never go back the the Casino.

What a disappointment. Overnight stop in Regina during our drive from YYC to Toronto. Felt sorry for the server. She was excellent but the kitchen and bar service was atrocious. The margarita they serve was like a weak limeade and not even close to being cold or anything close to an actual margarita. The food was meh at best. Skip this place and go elsewhere.

Poor service. The waiter kept disappearing to the back even though the lounge was empty. They didnt check my meal before service and forgot the chicken breast in the pasta. I asked another waitress for help, who then didnt resolve it or tell my waiter. I had to wait for the waiter to finally appear fix the meal and then pack it up to go right away. Would not go there again.

Went to this restaurant for Mothers Day thought Id treat my wife to a good meal got there and the service sucked the meal was totally disgusting we had to wait for are drinks for a good 20 minutes and we just had pop and when the meal came we all had the Sunday special they steaks had no taste we told the servicer it had no taste the servicer said she could bring us HP sauce. Not happy with food or service at all. No discount on the meal when talked to the manager just took the salad off the bill and gave us dessert oh wow.i recommend not to good here.

Came here to eat in the train car cool experience, this restaurant had excellent service and great fish and chips.. price is reasonable too

We hadn t been here for a couple years and really love how they ve renovated it. We had wonderful service and food was great. We had the Bison burger with root fries and OMG you have to try the root fries! If I lived in Regina I d be here every week Tourist or Local you gotta try the Union Restaurant in the Casino Regina.

Love the chorizo spaghetti its the best pasta in Regina

The $12 pouting was awesome but when I got rib dinner the asparagus was hard and rice was gross asked waiter who was rude if asparagus was supposed to be hard he said its a free thing like I not paying for it with my $25 rib dinner never going back

It is a good location, with decent food. The service is good. There breakfast is usually what i come in for, but this time I came in for the lunch menu. Will have to try the weekday evening specials in the near future.

I had the special sandwich. The bun was really dry and the chicken was hard to be found. Fries were decent. The quality of the food has gone down since the reopening. My opinion only. It was a go to restaurant for us before covid now nobody suggests it

Excellent food, love eating here

Place was overflowing with seniors when we went, and they seemed short staff. Service was excellent, food was excellent. Atmosphere was excellent.

Good service but the food was a bit lacking. My bruschetta was decent for the price but my friends fries did not have salt.

We went here to have supper, we were going to the show lounge after . We started with coconut shrimp appy it came looked like it had been cooked in a nuclear reactor . It was burnt . Had butter chicken with naan and rice and chicken strips & fries . Butter chicken was good ! But the strips & fries came out of the same reactor . . Strips cooked to a crisp . Not even lets us get you a new appy or strips nothing or comp it . But to no avail . Sorry but never again Also I see on their reviews they never respond to a negative review to say were sorry or come back and we will comp you another meal and appy I would only like the meals that weren t satisfactory replaced my butter chicken and rice was great and tasted fine . The others were not !!!

I noticed you never reply to the bad reviews! Hmmmm cant think to much of your restaurant if you can t reply to all reviews! Anyway we can here for a second time tonight and omg overcooked shrimp and I ordered the chicken fingers which were also over cooked, and the fries I swear the cook counted them as he placed them all over my plate and they were cold! Very disappointed with our meal. The waitress basically dropped our food she didn t really care to ask us how are food was. By the time I got ketchup which was like pulling teeth was to late as the fries were ice cold! Bad service all around! The best was overhearing the table across from us complaining too! Will never recommend this place to anyone!

It was very good place to eat

I booked this new restaurant for their great prices and cool location. Also we research every time we go out because we have a gluten free daughter. So were sooooo disappointed when the menu was a bait and switch. Our daughter wanted a gluten free pasta dish and it was on the menu as being able to be made gluten free but were told it was not possible. Also not possible was ordering an alcohol free beer. Like come on! Pasta is sooo easy to sub out. Just not sure we will be back and we eat out a lot. We wouldnt have chosen those restaurant of we knew they had only 1!!! Gluten-free option .

Outstanding food and customer service. Had both lunch and dinner here and both meals were 10/10. For dinner - my friend and I shared the NY steak, butter chicken and chili chicken to start. For my lunch meal I just tried the brisket sandwich and French onion soup (bartenders request). Would highly recommend! Awesome restaurant and even better for those looking for a good meal during gaming/gambling sessions.

Horrible service. Waitress we had was making excuses for food being late. Said the food was taking a little longer then usual but everything came cold. Salmon was dry, cordon bleu was nothing like a cordon bleu. Fries were cold, veggies were cold, chicken cold. Not very food safe. Asked the waitress about a drink and she responded I dont know I dont make them. She wouldnt even ask the bartender. Asked for ketchup and she responded oh I forgot to get ketchup I was waiting for you to ask didnt even make sense. She could use some customer service training. Used to have good food but its gone downhill.

Went to the restaurant on Wednesday July 31st. Not only did our supper take a long time to arrive. It was not as stated on menu. The chicken cordon bleu was disgusting. Gelled gravey that was beef not mushroom as stated on menu. All the vegetables were cold! The fries that others had looked lukw they were refried hard and cold as well My salmon was dry and hard. The waitress was terrible. Rude and not very good for that matter. If you think you can enjoy a dining experience that night was seriously lacking!!! Others were waiting long periods of time as well. Next time we will eat elsewhere before we go to show lounge

Food is inexpensive here, so you can live quite cheaply.

Friends are full of praise for the food here.

Great deals for players club members

We have visited on a number of occassions. Consistantly a great level of service with great food at a reasonable price.

Good breakfast... good service

Cheapest breakfast in Regina if you have a players club card.

Their $5.50 breakfast special includes 2 eggs, bacon or sausage or ham, hashbrowns, toast and tea, coffee or pop.

Staff are very friendly. They offer a variety of options on their menu. I would eat here again.
