The moment we walked in, no one smiled or said hi. A hostess gave us the smallest table. Our server, Ivanna, was terrible and two-faced. She never brought meals to our table, didnt look at us, very factual and straightforward. With the table beside us, she brought meals to them, explained menu items, smiled, and was very sweet and pleasant. I feel discriminated against. I am never coming here again.

Decided to stop in regina. Food was disgusting. They ran outta rice. alcohol Drinks were inconsistent. Fruit fly in my butter. Crab legs were cold. Bad experience. Wont ever return. Place needs an overhaul.

Our waiter Serg was very good. He was happy and quick and very pleasant. He made sure we had everything we needed and was funny.

Endless Shrimp - need I say more.......

Only dislike is they dont use the thin sliced parmesian on the salad and the butter isnt heated with a candle. Also gf is super sad they dont blueberry balsamic anymore. 2024 update it seemed sad I remember when you would have to wait for a spot with a beeper, it was dead and the power went out so we had to wait like 30mins for the system to turn on to pay to leave. I couldnt believe my bill either most weve ever payed for subpar quality food. No candle heated butter, had like 4 whole potatos worth of fried potatos with my crab and some shriveled up beans. I feel this was the last time as the quality has continued to go down. The utensils were from value village or something..

Food was decent and hot. Service was poor, had to ask for stuff 3, 4x as no one came around. Dirty booth , light fixtures and wall and window frame, stains. Many staff just walking around and talking, not cleaning or doing anything. It was pretty gross. Pretty expensive for certain items.

Great service and food!

Decided to go here for lunch around 1pm as it had been years. Sat down. It wasnt very busy. Took a good 20 minutes before a server came. The drinks were delayed. My husband ordered the same drink as me and they looked and tasted completely different. My husband ran into a employee with a hair net in the washroom and he was talking to himself and didnt seem right. It was odd. My husband wanted to order the crab legs and was told he was not allowed to substitute the potatoes for rice so he decided to add on rice and pay extra. Then a few minutes later the server told him they dont have the rice ready so it will be 20 more minutes. When the food came, there was a dead fly in my husbands butter. No one came to check on us. By that point we were so grossed out, we just wanted to get out of there. We went to the front since our waitress never came back and thankfully the manager didnt make us pay. On the way out, we saw that same employee outside picking his nose and eating it. Disgusting.

Had another great meal at Red Lobster in Regina but this time it was made even better thanks to our waitress, Lindsay. She is probably one of the best waitresses we have ever been served by, at any restaurant. RL is lucky to have her as a part of their staff. And I hope to see her the next time we go there for dinner

I am afraid I didn t get his name. But he was excellent. He was African with an accent. I really regret not getting his name. There were 6 of us and we all enjoyed our meals and the service. Parking: We we here about 5:30. And there was plenty of parking!

Lyndsay was amazing! She was so engaged with the little one. It was such a good time and we hope to see Lyndsay again!

The server was great but when we asked the manager if he could take a dirty plate away he said someone will get to it . Won t go back

What happened to red lobster? I ordered surf n turf the lobster was dry/ overcooked my medium well steak was well done and very salty the garlic butter dip is not butter but a milky salty thing even the shrimp linguini was a little off. Biscuits were the same service was excellent. Not worth the money.

Well how the mighty have fallen....well sort of. No more choice of sides with your ultimate feast, you must enjoy the bland rice or choose from the up-sale premium sides. Money grab?? Absolutely!! I only gave the service 2 stars because of the lack of choices on the menu, not the staff. Ordered Calamari and we got more green beans than actual pieces of seafood, for $ 17.00 its an absolute ripoff. I know that Calamari is chewy but this was oily and not crispy, order came out in about 5mins, absolutely was rushed and disappointing. The following picture is with beans removed, to show the amount of Calamari you get for $17.00 Ultimate feast is $51.00 and left me hungry. If you are going to eliminate options and leave me with terrible tasteless rice, DROP YOUR PRICES! We have little to no options in this city for good seafood, being landlocked Saskatchewan, you kinda have to take most dishes here with that mindset. I will not return as prices are enormous but quality and choice have gone down the drain. Best fish and chips you ask... Bushwackers in Regina got you covered! Save your money on lobster and crab and get some quality fish and chips.

Went to have a nice meal. Long story short waited 15 minutes I lounge...tried dinning room ...iin the end ...they were chatting...paid 9.90 for a beer and left cooked my own steak and shrimp....with bernaise

Had an excellent day after Mothers Day supper. Excellent service and food. Highly recommend the Baja Shrimp bowl! It was delicious, fresh grilled shrimp and all the extras. Also the Strawberry Bliss cheesecake was perfect. It was a Monday so my husband had the All you can eat Shrimp and again it was fresh and well flavoùred. Very enjoyable meal.

me and my family went to dine in 2 weeks ago when we getbin thenplace is not bisy there are lots of open table but then the hostess told us we have to wait for 20 minutes if we like because the servers are busy thanks to the manager we didnt have to wait that long and made us a table for 7 people as usuall inordered my steak and got disappointed because i have to bring it back because it wasnt done accordingly still the lobster is superb and the soup we ordered is a 5 as well the server sorry i forgot her name was awesome! always checkes on us and even ahow the kids the lobster

The last time I went here was a couple weeks but we basically went here over 100 times to review, they have good service nice people, a bit expensive but good quality food definitely worth the price, recommend going here.

5 of us, 2 crab legs, 1 7oz steak, coconut shrimp, garlic shrimp. All the dishes were well presented and tasty. Good size servings, more than enough for the price. Loaded baked potatoes were perfect. Both drinks and food arrived in good order. Biscuits were delicious. And the birthday girl got a special desert to finish the meal. Very busy. Very popular.

Yeah, just no. It was always mediocre, moderately, overpriced food but okay for an occasional greasy, salty treat. Now its just plain awful. The menu is about half of what it used to be and the quality is worse. Staff were lovely of course. But, this being a city where Olive Garden spells quality, the place was busy and Im sure they wont suffer a bad review.

Was scolded for arriving without a reservation. People came in after us and seemed to know the girls seating People and they also didnt have a reservation they were told 10 min. After 25 min we were sat, there was 4 tables open the whole time and remained open the whole time we dined. Got the ultimate feast the shrimp were over cooked and rubbery and the crab was cold. The scallops were burnt but the best thing on the plate. We only got 1 of the 2 starters along with the table behind us. For $258 it was not worth it, go elsewhere! It was my sons 6th birthday and he chose there and this morning he said Im never going to red lobster ever again.

Upon arrival the hostesses and manager were incredibly nice and got us seated very quickly after initially quoting a 20minute wait time. Our waitress was overly enthusiastic in the begging but as soon as we mentioned ordering only an appetizer our service completely ended. We were basically ignored compared to the tables they were serving around ours. Biscuits arrived after we had finished our drinks and appy, as well as AFTER everyone seated after us received theirs . Decided not to tip due to service and waitress walked past us uttering ouch at us while looking at the receipt. We decided against talking to the manager as it was very busy & not worth the time. Although our food was very good, we wouldn t return due to our servers attitude.

Little dated. Great Lobster

My God has the quality gone downhill. Whoever is cooking tonight needs to be fired. It was the worst under cooked food ever. Borderline raw. Get it together or close your doors. I wont be coming back to give another review it was that bad.

Revised (sadly) Ordered from Skip - dont think it was Skips fault. 1) Create your own Ultimate Feast with: Med 6 oz Filet Mignon x 2 - was blue-rare and inedible! Garlic Shrimp-ice cold! Jumbo Shrimp Skewer-missing! Crispy Brussels Sprouts-Hard & very cold. Raw inside & barely browned outside. (they are normally the REASON we order from here!) 2) Baja Shrimp Bowl - ok Total bill was $119.72 and Skip will only refund 1/2 the price. Never ordering from here again Old review: Very quick, friendly staff, good value for the cost and really yummy food!

Everything was great as usual. But the service was quite slow, and we never did get a refill on our biscuits. I think the waiter was new, so I have to give them a break on the service rating. Im sure he will be much improved next time.

The food was great! Lots of different options with the Endless Shrimp special. Took my mom out and she really enjoyed it. Service was great too. The buns are awesome. The only thing is that as well as not getting a salad, you only get one side. So I cant have a baked potato and vegetables, its one or the other. This doesnt make sense but theyre saving money any way they can. Id go back for sure.

Went in for Supper last sunday to celebrate my husbands birthday with friends. I had called and made reservations and was asked if we were celebrating anything. I told them it was my husbands b-day. We were greeted by a sweet and pleasant hostess and seated. The food was good as always though unfortunately the service was terrible. The server we had was not at all pleasant, barely spoke to us and made zero attempt to be friendly. Despite discussing on the phone when asked at reservation time, she never mentioned anything about the bday we were celebrating. We all had assumed thered be some thing staff did because we have witnessed other patrons being sang a cute/funny song to by staff to properly embarrass the birthday boy. I thought it would be something fun for my husband to experience which is a big reason I booked in at this establishment. When the server did come to the table, it was always only for a second or two and always very rushed. She did pop by after our meal which then our friends brought up that it was his birthday, and inquired if theres anything special done here for bdays. She just says we just do ice cream. Not a smile, no oh well happy bday, nothing. They said yes please can he have that? So she grabbed that and dropped it off still without even saying happy bday. No effort made whatsoever to be friendly or personable. When clearing plates she decides to stack them up right in front of me and ended dumping crumbs all over my lap. Normally we have had excellent service here though it was very disappointing given the occasion we were out celebrating. Definitely not what we had expected for a big birthday experience.

Weve always loved this place whenever the insatiable craving for seafood strikes. Just today we came in for their Endless Shrimp Monday. What made the experience special this time is Jozo, our amazing server. Hes present, attentive, timely, and just full of energy! Highly recommended and worth the drive from Moose Jaw.

I recently had a delightful experience at Red Lobster for my son`s Birthday, and I cant wait to share the goodness! The seafood at Red Lobster is amazing! I tried the Lobster Feast, and it was like a party in my mouth. The lobster was perfectly cooked, and the shrimp were so tasty. The garlic butter they serve with the seafood is a game-changer I wanted to lick the plate! The service was top-notch. The waitress Lindsay was friendly and always ready with a smile. She explained the menu well and were patient with our questions. Our drinks were kept filled, and she made sure we were comfortable. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming. It feels like being near the ocean with the nautical theme. The restaurant was clean and well-lit, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. Honestly, there was nothing that I didnt like about my visit to Red Lobster. It exceeded my expectations in terms of both food and service. Red Lobster is a fantastic choice for seafood lovers. Went for lunch, had lobster and shrimp tacos. They were recommended by the server. They were fantastic! 3 tacos, good flavor, enough food. Also had the Lobster punch beverage which was very good as well. Definitely will return.

It was a bit of a wait to get in but it was Monday night. Id recommend a reservation if thats when youre planning to go. Our server Ivana was really great. She was quick on refills of food and drinks and super friendly.

Good food, average service, fair prices

Saturday night 6pm and we were shown to a booth right away. This was all you eat shrimp extravaganza so no waiting was appreciated. The booths are a tight fit but clean. The wait to order was short and the food came out fast and hot. Our server Serg, was friendly and helpful, extra helpings were offered and at the table before we had finished our previous setting. Would go again

Okay, I know ordering a steak at a seafood restaurant is a gamble but this just isn t medium well. Food and drinks were good otherwise. The service was just okay. We were ready to order before we even had our drink orders taken and then had to ask for additional biscuits when we could finally flag down our waitress.

Had the meal for two for $52. Appie, entree, AND dessert. Our waitress was delightful. Great food, staff, and price will bring me back.

Red Lobster Regina. We ate today and we waited for about 1hr and a half. At first the waitress said that the manager was sorry and our food is for free because of too long waiting time. I asked many times if she is sure of that..and she said yes! Before we left we were told that the manager said its only 20% off instead of it being free! We wont be back to your restaurant!

Service is to slow between unlimited shrimp

Very yummy, as always. I had the shrimp tacos, and Mom had the lobster tail duo. I didnt know that different lobsters tasted different (Atlantic vs. Rock), but I can say I now know they do, and the next time I have lobster, Ill enjoy it even more! The tables had cool iPad type things on them that had games and other things on them and was where the waitress took our order. Our waitress was a sweetheart and very knowledgeable about the food and drink menu.

First and last dine in this branch I won t go there again Although there were alot of tables empty we were seated on the table right beside the bathroom !!!! and there was 2 flies rooming around us we were tring to bush them away of our plates all the time we asked for another table away from the bathroom and the flies after finishing the main course so we can move on desert time but we got uncomfortable one again and the brownie wasn t even delicious as we thought it would be All in all it was bad experience for me and my family but I ve seen better experience in other branches.

Had one of the best steaks Ive had in a long time.

Food was fantastic, as usual. Came in for the wifes 64th birthday and our 44th anniversary. Our server, Shane, took great care of us. We were never feeling rushed and suggestions were helpful. She came around often enough to take care of our needs but not too often as to disturb us. All in all, a fantastic experience, as usual.

Interesting seafood place. At the entrance, a girl greeted us and led us to a table. Then the waitress came up (I could be wrong; her name was Tanya or Tanya, sorry, I don t remember names well), the waitress was very sociable and attentive, she suggested and explained all the questions about the menu. My wife and I have poor English, but that didn t stop us from having fun and a good time. The dishes were served very quickly, I think less than 15 minutes. I liked everything, the total bill came out to 130 kads, taking into account the tip of almost 160. Special respect to the potatoes and buns. The crabs and lobsters themselves were excellent, the sauces were beyond praise. I would also like to mention the lemonade, juice and ice, and the sugar syrup was well thought out, very tasty. Next time we will definitely come again, thank you everyone. Parking: There are not enough cameras for parking (maybe I didn t notice it). Knowing what area this is, it would be nice to have a camera guard your car.

Drastic difference between dining in person and carry out orders. Carry out orders have extremely small portions and are not prepared like the way they are in restaurant. The salad was build out of mostly the inedible parts of the butt of the lettuce and had maybe 30% of the cheese and croutons compared to the one they made when I ate in the restaurant. The staff ignored me when I went in, the person who walked in behind me got a nice cheerful greeting though and I stood there so confused. What a poor experience. Only giving 2 stars because when I was in the restaurant eating it was tasty. But sadly, I won t return. Edit: removed a star because I found a hair. Ew

Great food and service, but I was wondering if I actually got tartar sauce or coleslaw sauce for my fish,did not taste like any tartar sauce I ever had, and looked exactly like the coleslaw!

Pretty quiet around lunch hours, but that just means less competition for the biscuits.

Literally, our server forgot about us and our order, and he was nowhere to be found. Waited over 30 minutes until he came out and looked at us and realized what had happened. In the end, it was a bit better because he tried to fix it, but it was already too late.

You know there s no quality control in the kitchen when the only thing at par was the side. Steak was exceptionally dry and tough. Such a disappointing experience, you could see the server try, however, the food is the biggest disappointment.

Excellent place to eat if youre craving seafood while land-locked in the prairies. Service was excellent despite large tables of teams in the restaurant, food was delivered piping hot and as ordered, cant ask for more!

Food service was extremely slow and the server while friendly clearly was not keeping up with the work. Was there for the endless shrimp, items were missed on the order and we ended up getting someone else s food. Will not return to this location

I was there for my husband and daughter s birthday, it took over 45 minutes to get our appetizer the drinks also came wrong. More then an hour and 15 min later we got the main course with cold fries and my salad we had to remind the waiter to bring after we got the main. The salad was over dressed and came with brown lettuce. We had 2 people with the all you could eat but it was more like all you could wait for. The server brought a dessert after part of my party left in anger over the service and the lack of speed in the kitchen.

Ordered our food at 4:50 and didn t get it until 6:15 we had a wedding too go too Soo we couldn t even eat in store by the time we got the food Soo got it too go and they even got my order wrong because the kitchen couldn t figure there stuff out. Our waiter Jeff g talking his head off even though we told him we had too go would not stop talking and was taking forever and was actually quite annoying the way he talked too you couldn t understand him from how fast he was talking, payed full price no money knocked off for our troubles our dogs ended up getting the 125$ worth of food because it was soo unappetizing by the time we got too eat. we will never be reuturning too this location and I wouldn t suggest anyone too go here too, go too keg, what a joke.

Went to Red Lobster for my birthday, got seated it then took about half an hour for someone to come and take our drink order. We figured it was just busy, so just sat and waited. Finally got our drinks and biscuits and ordered our food, it took another hour to get our food, and when the food came out it was incomplete. I was missing the crispy potatoes on the Crab Your Way meal i ordered, the other people in my party were missing salads. As well as the crackers for the crab, so i had to wait another 15 minutes for them to grab the crackers, just so i could eat. We usually go to Red Lobster for birthdays and things like that, but i dont know if we will be returning.

Jeff is a national treasure and you must protect him at all costs. He is the reason why customer service is still alive and everyone should take notes from him. You restored my faith in humanity, thank you Jeff! You deserve a huge bonus

Best seafood around and at reasonable prices!

I have been eating Red Lobster for years. Have nevertheless had a problem. Until today. Terrible. Terrible experience. Cold shrimp, brown lettuce, uncooked biscuits and room temperature Coke. Brutal. This was a good delivery service order. The food arrived in good time so the driver was not to blame for any of it.

Aside from one of the hostesses ramming the tables back and forth which then shook the booths attached making eating a bit of a challenge between the jolts and bangs....it was good

My wife and I shared a seafood stuffed mushrooms and 2 of the six werent stuffed at all. Most of the filling wasnt inside and it looked like it was slapped together without care for presentation. My wife ordered surf n turf well done, she got it med rare sent her whole meal back waited 9 minutes to be grilled longer. 2nd time was good. My side of green beans didnt have much flavor. It was a Friday evening about 630, and not even half the tables were occupied not that the kitchen was overly busy. Waitress announced she was new, but did a remarkable job.

wont be back again had the lobster duo one was good other one mushy didnt know that was bad but found out shouldnt have eaten it .it is from refreezing it or it was dead when frozen .service was also slow. Shane was our server and working alone and should nt be the only server at 3 pm on Wednesday but she managed and took really good care of us. Sorry your managers left you alone. The hostess as well, aww I felt bad she had to ask us to wait because only one server. Managers should know better. It s not your fault girls. P.s chefs the menu says seafood mushrooms not rice filled.

We had the Monday special for lunch. It was shrimp linguine, and, of course, we asked for extra biscuits. It was a large serving. Highly recommend this place.

An excellent venue for celebrations of many kinds. The wonderful assistance staff is available to assist you. Many options from their menu to suit your palate. Parking: We went at night so didn t have to pay for it. Don t know about the day time.

I forgot to take photos but l went three times when the all you could eat shrimp was offered. It was delicious each time and a great variety. We are going again today. They have a different special we want to try. Love the fresh biscuits- they provide you as many biscuits as you like. Better to fill up on shrimp though than biscuits. Parking: No issues with parking

Always a good meal!

Food is nice, but horrible customer service by waiters and waitress as we are elders and did not dress up modern style. They want to take care of customers, who dress up like rich people. Asked many times for fork and spoons for separate dishes, takeaway boxes, etc. We ordered over $120 for two persons. We paid tips 20% of our bill.

You get a generous portion of dessert, I had the cheese cake. The mussels are also good. The whole meal was delicious.

Had a great meal and time with my guest. Definitely will be back. Our server was fantastic as well
