Chris is an awesome server who makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in and is quite the comedian. After being let down by previous visit he changed my view will definitely be back again Service

Poutine did not meet my expectations . But service was good and they were very kind.

It was ok I got the dill pickle poutine which was good but cold, I had high expectations as the one in lloydminster is good. Almost each persons food was cold and taste was disappointing

My husband and I waited for 15 minutes and were not even acknowledged but a family of 4 were attended promptly before they even had their coats off. Not impressed.

I really enjoyed my visit. As usual this place is busy and somehow they always seem to be able to provide excellent service and good food. The only downside is they tend to have the music, or game, just a little too loud.

We usually really enjoy coming to the brewhouse, but our most recent experience was awful, and makes it likely we won t be going again. Service was lackluster at best, we waited a very long time, and once our order was placed we didn t see our server again. I ordered the steak special and it was delivered badly overdone. It took over 20 minutes to get a replacement - which was once again badly overdone and completely flavourless. At this point my husband had already eaten his meal and we had been in the restaurant 90 minutes. I ended up not getting a steak and going to McDonald s across the street for my supper.

Friendly and attentive staff, great food and a great place to watch sports! Enough tvs that there really are no bad seats, yet not so loud so as to make conversations hard.

generic response from the owner said we were part of a group of 20!!! There was FOUR of us by our selfs!! Yes FOUR. NO one else was with us. Also didn t even address the disgusting washrooms. Do your self a favour and stay away from this place!! Came here as a family, and had poor service. Took 20 minutes to get our drinks. Two Pepsi and two water. The food was mediocre at best(beef dip was dry and stale tasting, the pizza was soggy) The service was lack luster and then to top it off a mandatory 18% gratuity was added because we re a family of 4? 18% mandatory for shitty service. Didn t even have the option as it was added to the bill. DO NOT GO HERE. Also the washrooms were filthy!! Even my 7 year old said dad why are they so gross? I don t even wanna go to the washroom here, I can hold it till we get home

Showed up, was told to sit anywhere. I did. In 10 minutes nobody came to take our order, but did serve other parties that came in after us. I left.

Always have a fun time at Brewhouse on Wednesday, which is wing night. Cheap, delicious wings and scooters! Staff around the bar are awesome!

My husband and I went there for some appies and some Chardonnay, our favorite wine. Entered the restaurant, no one acknowledged us so we asked the bartender if we could go to the upstairs patio. Once upstairs, the server took a long time to bring us one menu. She apologized for not bringing us each a menu as apparently they were scattered. We ordered a bottle of chardonnay from the menu and the server said shed have to go downstairs to get it. Quite some time later, a different server came over and said she would be our server now, as they were trying to catch up and what would we like to order. We replied that we had ordered a bottle of Chardonnay from the previous server. She checked on our order and came back to say they were out of Chardonnay. We agreed to taste test some Sauvignon Blanc, which was horrible. She had nothing else to offer, so we left. At this point we had already been there for 45 minutes. We wont be back.

Service was friendly and the food was excellent. Have a had a few times were service was terrible including Aug 2024. Food has often been subpar as well.

Service was not good for what appeared to be a slower evening We got passed off to another server before we ordered our food. The new server didn t know we were their table. Once we ordered, 3 out 6 entree s came correct. We had to ask if one meal was coming that was being remade. Our bills were also wrong. The server didn t care much about anything. A positive was the manager was friendly and apologetic.

Had the Rib Bites Special, blackened Cajun dry rub, good flavor but much too dry. Wouldnt recommend.

Lots of beers available. Evan listened to my likes and suggested a few options. Both were great beers. I ordered the Donair. Very tasty and cheesy. Very good atmosphere, food and prices.

We were looked at by waitresses, walk by and wait on others. Couple younger than us came in after and got waited on. Tourists from Ontario that were tired and hungry went to another brewery restaurant

I m only rating my entree. The appetizer was great. But I ordered the fish and chips. Single worst meal I ve ever had eating out. Fried within an inch of life and when I broke the fish open a significant amount of oil flowed out. Personally I never send food back but I tried to explain to the server that it wasn t very good and she laughed and walked away. Against better judgement I ate everything. And as soon as I finished I started to get sick to my stomach. Likely from the amount of oil that I consumed. Everyone at the table appeared to have a decent meal but me. Just wish the server didn t walk away when I said it wasn t very good. Personally do not recommend the fish and chips.

Our service this evening was awful. Part of our group showed up early, waited over 15 minutes for a drink. When we arrived it was at least 10 minutes before we saw anyone else, one server was going to take our order, but another server said she had us. She took our drink order then it took a long time for the drinks to arrive. When they did, our server left and it took another 15 minutes to get a food order in. The bartender evetually brought our appitzers which were lukewarm (this was around 20 mins later). When we were about halfway through our appitizers we were told we needed to leave as we had a minor. Now, I understand this, but we sat down 75 minutes before minors had to leave, which should be more than enough time to enjoy a meal.... But we had only started our appitizers. Also, the kids menu states veggies are served right away, my child didnt recieve the veggies until they were boxed for takeout. To top it off, we were told we needed to leave, and it took our waitress 20 more minutes to get our food boxed and a bill to us. It was a very disappointing meal...

Super good! The food was awesome and the staff were amazing! We just got into Canada from America today and wanted to stop for dinner. My husband decided he wanted to try the burger challenge and completed it in 30 minutes. Staff was amazing and they kept coming to check on us and see if hed finished it! I got the Mac and cheese and it was delicious. The interior looks amazing and the atmosphere was super fun! Definitely a good place to stop!

We enjoy the atmosphere. The problem is that when you order a stir fry and they ask if you want chicken or beef they dont verbally let you know that it is an extra charge for either item.

I admit I didnt eat here as my friends and I were doing a pub crawl. But the environment was great and friendly staff were lovely to work with. The rooftop is a neat experience. Warning if you dont like loud noises, during exciting game nights there is an air horn with flashing lights, very exciting for the sports fan but can be a bit startling if you didnt know it could happen haha..

Food was great! Got the CBH Donair, was really good. The rooftop bar was nice. Sun was shining and the service was good! Would recommend for small groups for sure. Has actual patio furniture and fire tables which are comfy to sit around!

Me and my friend went tonight with my 3 month old. Food was great! And the server we had was extremely nice and patient with me trying to get my phone out to scan the menu as I was holding baby. There was a male server who wasn t ours, who also stopped and asked if we needed a high chair and offered to pull it out for us which was very appreciated, even though she s just too small for it at this time. I was worried about bringing her out tonight with us, but staff made it very comfortable for us and we re absolutely lovely, and baby was so comfortable that she napped while we ate! 20/10, will definitely be back again.

Service was excellent waitress was very personable. Chicken bacon wrap was pretty good. Lettuce was pretty wet when it was put on my wrap so it made the wrap kind of mushy. Otherwise good. The roof top deck was awesome!

Went with a group of 14. They tried to make us pay a mandatory 18% gratuity... I wi never be forced to pay a tip. Not to mention a small helping g of wings is now $18 ... really $18. I had way better wings in small town Sask for half the price. Brewhouse continues to disappoint. This was the final straw. I wont be back and neither will friends.

Not a fan of Brewhouse, but: Mullen was our server this evening and she has changed my opinion of this company and brand promise. Not only was the service impeccable, more importantly, she was personalble, friendly, and welcoming at the table. Would recommend visiting this place to enjoy her warm hospitality- i will be back when im visiting Regina!

Solid food. A bit pricey for the amount you get, but pretty consistent. Usually Ill get the playmaker platter, which is an OK amount of food for 2-3 people, or appetizers for 3-5.

Food was not great, the service was terrible. We have tried this place and it gets worse every time. Probably will not return to the east one. South one has always been good.

That was the most fun we had in a while! We gathered for lunch with family. We chose Canadian Brewhouse because it is a bar but they allow minors. Chris and Kylie made it feel like we were home. The kids got toys out of their treasure chest and cotton candy for desert. We all enjoyed the amazing food. They have a brunch menu as well! Highly recommend going for their food, service and fun atmosphere. Thanks again CBH crew for the fun time!

Riley gave me the best service I ve had in years. The precision in his drink making and his attentiveness is like nothing I ve ever seen and his interactions have never been friendlier. If I could, I d have him as my bartender anywhere and everywhere.

I went to the Canadian Brewhouse with my husband and two 16 year old boys. Immediately we were told that they stop serving minors at 8pm. It was 7pm so I asked if that was enough time to get dinner. They said it would be okay. They requested that we go to the side of the restaurant where there were no clean tables and most of the tables were reserved. I asked a waitress if we could go to the other side of the restaurant since we couldnt find a table where requested. She said that was okay. I Immediately told a waitress in the section that we have two minors and we are trying to get our meal before 8pm. I didnt know who would be serving us but I thought the waitress I spoke to would pass on the message to the appropriate person. Because I knew we had to get our dinner fast, and I knew several members of the staff knew we had to be out of there by 8. I expected that there would be some communication between staff members that we needed to have our dinner promptly so we could get our 16 year olds out before 8pm. Unfortunately, no one came to our table and I had to waive down management to get someone to take our order. I ordered another drink and that took forever. I honestly didnt even know who our server was the whole meal! Then at the end of the meal the waitress asked us for a positive review of her service? I really didnt even know she was my waitress so that kind of took me a back. At 8:05 I was still trying to finish my unpromptly served beverage and had my payment with generous tip despite the lack of service on the table. No one had any trouble remembering at 8:05 that we were supposed to leave. I was told having minors after 8 was a strict policy. If it was such a strict policy then why wasnt service prompt? Why was there no communication between staff members? Why was I so rushed, and why did I have to waive people down to get served? I spent $153.00 for me, my husband and two 16 year old kids to have dinner. It was okayish. I can cook, I know good food. I like to treat my family occasionally to a meal out, but Im usually disappointed. I was super upset at the end of the night, when at 8:10, before I could finish my drink that we had to leave. If 8pm for minors is such a strict policy then mabey you should just be honest and say you cant meet th 8pm deadline, or try to be prompt if you say you can. Not really a great experience. Also, If waitresses are asking for great reviews mabey thay should give great service? Im giving 3 stars instead of one because I think this could have been solved with better communication.

First time trying their brunch menu, wasnt crazy about the eggs benedict or breakfast poutine

We came in yesterday for a few Appy s and drinks and received Keera as our server. If we could have her every time I would request her! Exceptional service, drinks and food were served promptly and she never left our table without making us smile. Thanks again, keera!

-Long wait to be seated even when the restaurant is pretty empty -The salsa was terrible -Paid 7$ to add 10 pieces of chicken of the nachos - Dark dinge and not well kept -Had no dairy free cheese and where not supper allergy friendly in general -The south location is MUCH BETTER and more allergy friendly its worth the extra commute

My friends and I were out a couple weekends ago for the ufc fights. Had a really nice time and when it came to the bill, I tapped for purchase forgetting that I only have a $100 tap limit. The machine had an error and I was charged twice on a decent night of drinking and eating good food. I did not realize this until the following morning. I quickly addressed this to Ken, general manager of this location. He was more than happy to address this issue and got his team to look into this in a fair amount of time. It did take a little bit of time to get reimbursed but I do understand how lengthy the process can be when all Ken had to go off of was bank statements, not receipts. Thanks again for looking after this. I am Looking forward to having another awesome night at this location.

We had a team supper here and it was excellent. Nice big and fairly private space for us, friendly and efficient service, and tasty food. The kids meals were amazingly affordable at $8 each. There was even a fun trivia game to play with your group on the TVs. We will visit again and would definitely recommend! Dietary restrictions: We had a few in our group with gluten intolerance and they easily found menu options. Kid-friendliness: $8 kids meals

Everyone told me that their fish n chips is worth it so I couldn t stop myself to try it! It is actually delicious The fishes were huge and crispy outside. Their cocktails are okay but not great. The place is quite busy on the weekends.
