Menu needs an update. This place is still one of the best coffee shops in Regina. Really useful hours -open to 8pm... like coffee shops in real cities. No plastic wrap in sight. Not trying double as a 7-11... all good. The staff are incredible. Love them. The resturant food is excellent. Where this place is lacking in excitement is with their bakery. Boring. Same dull selection they had two years ago. If these guys partnered with Sinfully Sweet and openened up their variety of cookies, muffins, squares etc... I think they would be far more popular to the coffee and muffin crowd. The coffee here is good however... its the same coffee you get at Naked or Drip etc... all Calibre just different bags.

The food is OK at best. It s overpriced for what they offer. Ingredients are cheap (beans/lentils/bread/veggies/etc). Why do they charge so much. And why is there no flavour yet they call it Mediterranean . Choose a country (Greece, Lebanese, etc.) so that you can actually incorporate a spice blend from that country rather than claiming the whole region. Unless there is a reason you don t want to name the country that inspired this unflavoured food.

support local Tim Hortons isnt anymore (Burger King bought it) Minhas is NOT LOCAL (they make their money in Saskatchewan but the brother & sister live in AB. And the old people live in ON). Parking: The Cathedral area is the most cultured neighbourhood in Regina. Kid-friendliness: Authentic Saskatchewan

Pillar of the Cathedral Community, 13th Avenue is part of what makes 13th Avenue so nice.

Service is slow, but I can understand why its slow because of the back and forth of serving food and running the register, but it does take a few minutes to 20 minutes to get your order taken. Which is a bit of time to wait. Also, the treatment of some of the interns is unprofessional. If the interns dont know how to do something pls teach them. You cant expect them to know things if they havent worked alot. Overall, I enjoy the food and coffee, the service is slow, can feel cramped when busy. If the interns dont know how to do something pls teach them.

This small boutique Cafe had some excellent food. Several delicious and healthy options for everyone. Vegetarian and non vegetarian options and food also eas extremely well balanced. Would happily come back for another meal.

Came here with my mom for a quick lunch while doing errands. I had a delicious quinoa bowl, that was filling, healthy, and pretty! I had the best falafels I ve ever had here. Whether you want to sit down and hangout or stop by for a quick bite, this place is perfect. Cozy vibe. I also have celiac and I didn t get sick, which is always a plus! 10/10 recommend

My husband and I were in town visiting with family and we were drawn to the little cafe since the day we arrived. There is no accessible entrance, but for those with limited to full mobility, there are only a handful of stairs to climb. The inside is a calm ambience with music that provides a very chill atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They are also very knowledgeable of the items on their menu, especially since there s so much to choose from. I ordered the chai rooibus tea with oat milk (this is caffeine free) and I enjoyed every sip. I also ordered the vegan chocolate mousse, and it DID NOT disappoint! It was rich but so worth every spoonful. My husband ordered the everything bagel with their red pepper cream cheese and he was very pleased. It looked quite tasty, unfortunately with it not being GF I wasn t able to try it. Overall we thought it was a very nice spot and if we lived here, it would definitely be our go to morning coffee spot!! Vegetarian options: This cafe offers plenty of vegetarian options for breakfast and lunch food along with drinks and snacks. Dietary restrictions: This cafe offers a variety of options, especially those who are vegan, vegetarian, dairy free or Gluten Free. There are caffeine free options for the hot and cold drinks as well.

The feeling of a cozy European cafe

Great tasting coffee and has a variety of savoury dishes. The bagel sandwiches and breakfast bowls are my favourite. The sandwiches are decent and I know others really like hot lunch offerings. They do have a liquor license for that after work drink. Really eclectic vibe and you can purchase plants, local artwork and seasonal produce occasionally. Sweet treats are a limited selection and they dont have pastries, pies or cakes.

Very bad service

Really excellent coffee and if you can get a hold of one of their Morning Glory muffins, they are MOIST and delicious. A perfect breakfast. They switch up their specialty drinks and food all t he time so its worth following them on Insta - Im still thinking about the butterfly pea coconut tea I had last year. Super refreshing on a hot day and just what I needed. While I was in a shop recently, a gentleman came in insisting that he lost his wallet - he clearly didnt and just wanted some food but the owners were super kind and gave him some even though I offered to pay. This is a cafe that supports their community and I love that.

Being Indian from country India, I am pure vegetarian (no meat) and this coffee house I found best for myself to have 95 % vegetarian eatery options, I ordered Iced Mocha and Mediterranean bowl, tasty was amazing and the atmosphere and interior of cafe is very calm, relaxing, refreshing and homely. Out and out love it 100 %.

A regular establishment. Quiet. Very good staff works. The food was nothing special. You can come in and have a quick bite.

I had cheesy brocoli soup and it was delicious. Not a great place for a visit though, acoustics arent conducive to quiet conversation. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

I scrolled the menu online And drove to purchase a deli meat sandwich. I found that they were out of turkey so I got charged $3.50 for chicken and $1.50 for gluten-free bread . Then found out that the prices was $3.00 dollars more in house then online . .so I paid $18.00 dollars for a very dry sandwich that would fit in the palm of my hand . I tried to resolve this with them and was told the manager was on break then told she doesnt work weekends and I could send her an email haha an email wow Very disappointed in the manner and the 18 dollar sandwich Each to there own no thanks to this nobody as the way I felt .

Cute and quaint coffee shop with great selection of drinks and food items. Tried a funky peppermint macchiato cause they were out of caramel and it was actually really good. The workers were super polite and happy to work to find a drink I would enjoy :)

I absolutely love the coffee house and have never had a bad experience! The atmosphere is beautiful and a good spot to sit with a laptop to work while having a coffee and item from the menu. I personally get the deli sandwich and #1 smoothie which are delicious. It can get busy so you may not be seen at the till from time to time but that just shows how popular the business is.

Great, friendly service, a delicious dill pickle soup, and a quality coffee, really made this visit special. I willl be back. Also, had the 13th Ave Coffee House cater an event this summer and it was spectacular to taste the care and attention to detail and flavours in all of the appetizers. I recommend asking about their catering menu as a way to support local. We had spanakopitas and salmon sushi.

Okay, the vegan chocolate raspberry cookie was actually incredible. The chai latte was about what you d expect, which is good. The lid flap opening on the to go cup drove me crazy haha. The atmosphere is good for working in. However, there are not many plug ins. I will be back for sure. Wheelchair accessibility: It is not wheelchair accessible

13th Ave Coffee House is one of my go-tos whenever I m visiting Regina! They re one of the few places that cater to the vegan community with fresh, delicious, and healthy food. For my lunch today I decided to stray from my usual Cathedral Burger and opted for the Mediterranean Bowl with extra falafel and no feta/tzatziki to make it vegan. Since I was ordering to-go, there wasn t an opportunity for me to taste it until I got home. Unfortunately, the brown rice base was very undercooked, like crunchy and hard. Luckily the falafel was still ok (though a little dry) but the point of the bowl is to mix everything together and enjoy the whole experience. Eating around the rice was not pleasant and had I not been so hungry I would ve tossed the whole thing out. You can see in the photo that the rice is still transparent in places.

WOW! Went here for the first time over the weekend. I had a matcha iced latte and the pineapple burger. Matcha latte was good, but the pineapple burger was outstanding!!!! Best veggie burger I ve ever had, I will 100% be back!!! <3

We had a latte and a peppermint London fog. Both of these beverages were exceptional. Clearly a talented barista. One of our cookies was a little dry, but still tasty. Will definitely visit again.

This is one of the best places to go for great wholesome nourishing fpod. The flavors never bore you and theyve got many great options Their energy bar is sooooo delicious. Seriously, its addicting. For a quick snack try the beet slaw. Yummy! The entrepreneurial ladies that own and run it are incredible! Role models! Inspirations!

This healthy, dietary restriction conscientious establishment is a gem in Regina s Cathedral neighbourhood. The food is always delicious, and the staff are thoughtful, friendly people. I love the vibe, from the local art on display to all of the lovely plants, and it s always lovely to eat in or out on the patio. Due to the location, it s also a great place to stop in for food to go so that I can explore and find somewhere outside to relax and eat. 13th Ave Food and Coffee House is a must to visit if you re in the Cathedral area.

So many favorites when it comes to 13th Ave! The veg burgers are super tasty, especially the Cathedral! The bowls are delicious though I find them a bit over-priced; the Lucky Bowl is my go-to. For dessert, definitely try the chocolate raspberry cookie! This is an awesome local business that I love to support.

Some vegan options which is good to see, however, neither my dish nor my husband s dish were good. We ordered the noodle bowl and the green curry. Both were void of flavour (bland except salt) and a number of the ingredients had been substituted from the menu description. Service was friendly and I m not hungry anymore but would not eat here again. Sorry!

Got a decaf latte. The coffee was delicious. Almond milk hot chocolate was okay. Their chocolate syrup is vegan so not as creamy. Food looks delicious and smells awesome inside. Friendly staff.

Amazing service! There was an issue with the wrap I took home so I called to get a new one and because I had to drive back they gave me a free iced latte and the new wrap was delicious.

I definitely wouldnt give this restaurant a star. The Mediterranean bowl was disgusting. They need to learn how to make falafel. It was just thrown together and my quinoa was overcooked. We bought a cookie and it wasnt even baked properly. it was raw in the middle. It was cookie dough. Never again

I ordered the house salad and black bean soup. The soup was very hearty and tasty. The house salad is above and beyond, consisting mostly of bean sprouts, beets and carrots, a far cry from what you would normally expect for a house salad. I chose the lime cilantro dressing which was very bright tasting and reminded me of chimmichurri. I will be returning and highly recommend it to business travellers staying in the downtown core who are a little tired of constantly eating rich food while away. Its also open til 8 which is nice especially since most everything seems to close up shop around 6pm.

Honestly there arent many places in Regina with sooo many vegan options available. The summer bowl was absolutely amazing and deliciously creative. Also couldnt leave without trying the vegan raspberry chocolate cookie (which is definitely now a favorite).

Theres amazing food here. Its a big hit among the rest of my non-vegan/vegetarian family too. There is a huge menu, the food is incredibly fresh and flavorful. I love thier tea and coffee menu as well. They keep their selection fun and creative! An awesome spot to hang out and chill at the heart of the cathedral village.

The facade on one side of the building has cow-themed paintings. The store is small, but it is packed with customers when you step inside. The food is healthy and exquisite, and the service is attentive.
