I dont know whats changed lately but all my last orders were perfect and the service is awesome!

very good service and the dishes are really delicious, I love their shushis and woke. The property is really nice, adorable, she even gave my daughter a bracelet

Crispy (burnt) noodles bathed in a sauce resembling a sweet and sour soup. They told me that you have to combine the sauce with the noodles. See the photo for the result. It s not wok at all

I often order from Itchiban in Legardeur and the food is delicious and the service is excellent!

I ordered a platter of 50 sushi, I was extremely disappointed, I got half chicken and half raw vegetables. I feel like I was scammed and given leftovers. Dont trust them, they will choose your own sushi.

Banner Ichiban, I ordered a #87 online on this menu, but once there, the price is $5 more expensive. The person at the cash register tells me that they have their own menu and that the prices are different... how am I supposed to know that ! This is immoral and deceptive. So I told him that I would pay the higher price despite my dissatisfaction but that I would not come back, I was told perfect, dont come back again Sushi Taxi, although a little more expensive, is by far better

Im a sushi eater hehehe, but I admit that these are the best sushi Ive ever tasted!! Are so fresh and taste exceptional :)) In addition, the service is so courteous, the gentleman is super nice Nothing to say!! A good 5 star

The sushi is of good quality. Customer service remains their greatest strength. The employees are so nice you want to become their friends (so to speak) but for me who has no hope towards human beings, finding pleasant employees must be very good.

Having been a weekly customer for a long time, I find the service so terrible. The size of the subs has decreased and they practically yield more soy sauce. Even the next ones they dont give any more (Waswanipi) Everything is cut in half. When I mentioned my comment to the lady, she responded curtly. Too bad but you just lost a customer. I will go elsewhere.

Dont take anything other than sushi, you will be disappointed....lack of rice in your dish, quantity of vegetables and deficient variety. Inadequate dish, the stiro mousse no longer has its place

Do not respect opening hours. We are refused access to the restaurant at 7:30 p.m. even though the restaurant closes at 8 p.m.

The owner is extremely unprofessional. He should rethink the way he runs a business.

Best sushi Ive ever eaten! Especially the north shore (smoked salmon and cheese). Always served quickly and kindly.

I ordered 1x Chicken Pad Thai, 1x Crispy Beef Noodles, 1x Corico Sushi Combo (205) and 1x Kamikaze Sushi Combo (206). The Pad Thai and crispy noodles were ok but nothing more like the sauce was too watered down. Adding soy sauce helps a lot but its missing a little something, Thai Express is better... Surprisingly the sushi combos were good, my bar may have gone down but very surprised at the quality/price ratio. For a restaurant that I tried on a whim, I was pleasantly surprised. I bought my sushi cheap in supermarkets but I think I found better and at the same price with this restaurant.

Very slow service. The food is very good, but the customer service is non-existent. We called over 10 times with no answers and waited 45 minutes for a small order. In short, I only recommend if you have a lot of patience.

The restaurant doesnt look like much, but the sushi is very good, fast service, friendly staff, especially the owner, he always has a smile and offers great customer service, too bad he doesnt offer delivery :(

I loved going to Ichiban! But, I dont want to go there anymore. I called to have 1 order prepared: 2 Californians, 2 Bostons, 1 Quebecois, in another dish: 3 chickens and 2 vegetables. I had 1 of each and no chicken. I went back to see them (with the two boxes of sushi) to explain the problem and the waitress told me: it cant be, I indicated the sushi numbers on the box. I gave her my order again and she prepared the chicken sushi for me. She wanted to charge me for the sushi. I explained to him that I didnt have to pay, that it wasnt my mistake. She gave me the box with the missing sushi. There was only one chicken although I ordered 3... The waitress was haughty, she looked up when I spoke to her, she cursed and insulted her friends and the customers... Too bad, I liked this place
