My eggs benedict were cold, but good.

Friendly service while remaining professional. Tasty dishes, generous portions while remaining reasonable. A playlist that transports us to the south. A beautiful space that allows for intimate conversations between friends. A great discovery.

Noisy. Very long to come and take the order, but then the dishes arrive quickly. When I checked with the waiter if there were dairy products (my daughters severe intolerance) in one of the dishes (normally no, but I always check) he replied that there was milk in the bagels (! ?!?!), but thats not a big deal for most people! Obviously, he then came back to say that there is no dairy in the bagels, but his lack of concern regarding intolerances/allergies is worrying.

Best lunch restaurant Ive ever had the chance to discover. Very warm and welcoming service, affordable prices, fresh and very good quality products and a relaxed atmosphere! It has already happened that certain products are no longer available, but these are always for quality reasons and/or end of stock due to holidays. In my opinion, this only proves that the owners are invested and take the time to serve high quality food. Three kinds of delicious coffee as you can eat, you also have the chance to leave with bagels and homemade cream cheeses! I recommend this restaurant to everyone who wants to have a good lunch in good company!

Beautiful concept, clean, adequate portion, affordable price and great team. Oddly you have configured your business on Google as a hotel instead of a restaurant. Forks unpleasant to use (too small and with a rough finish) I still rated your rooms 5 stars ;) Good continuity.

Its so good !!! Their bagels are exquisite! Their homemade cream cheese is amazing. He with dried tomatoes is the best for savory flavors and my favorite in sweet ones is cranberry and orange! Their lunches are amazing! I recommend it to everyone, plus you can take bagels and cream cheese home.

Poor customer service. We arrive with no welcome, no hello. We were invisible despite being people of color. I had a cast I waited standing and when I went to sit down the waiter spoke to me as if I was a child and with so much rudeness. His tone of voice was unacceptable.

If you like bagels, you will find the best at Bagel Gourmand! I have never seen a restaurant with such a wide variety of fruits, all year round, and they are always excellent. The service is impeccable and the manager is a gem. Oh and their hazelnut coffee, I love it! I will never regret my trips back and forth from Montreal for their restaurant.
