Bad service - first waitress complained when we requested to change seats and the restaurant was empty. Afterward most of our food was fine, but my chicken was cold. I asked for mashed potatoes- what they serve me was a normal potato, cooked in microwave and crushed in my plate. Very disappointed about this location. No wonder it was empty on a sunday night.
Update from May 2019 The place is not an express restaurant anymore. People are nice, but the service is the slowest I have ever seen... I stopped alone and it took more than 90 minutes! -------- The perfect place for a family dinner in a relax environment. For us this is our place to stop on our regular road trips between Ottawa and Quebec City. Price is really fair, easy kids menu and fast service; what else could we ask for? Adding a play room for young kids would make it even better for families with very young kids.

Good restaurant. Its better since they changed the dining room layout. Its more peaceful for those who dont want a bar atmosphere with music.
My partner and I went there for the dinner show on the St-Hub side. The service at the beginning was quite ordinary considering the staff behind the bar (5 girls) Until we realized that there was only one who was rushing (Nancy) while the others were just stirring the air while looking at the ceiling and drinking their juice. I can understand the lack of staff, but I dont understand why you decide to train new employees during a rush with no one to supervise them. Shout out to Nancy who managed to save the evening. As for managers, your place should have been on the floor teaching the news how to do the job.

Order a Hot Chicken received Cold Chicken. For the fries they were lukewarm not really hot. The waitress asked me if I wanted a refill for the mid-meal soft drink, I told her yes please and I received it after my plate was empty.

Price error on the slate, the invoice does not appear at the correct price but the young waitress panics because she does not have time to make the correction. $97 bill with 18% tip I think we can take two seconds and correct it, finally she was in all her states we told her to let it go. She still gave $3 back because she had change on her but .. she provided very good service despite that.

On December 31 at 10:42 am I place an order online for 6 people, I ask that the order be ready for pickup by 5:30 p.m. 5:30 p.m. I arrive at the restaurant and I choose to collect my order with the new service in the parking lot, I dial the number indicated on the sign and it rings busy! Its not very operational as a new procedure! I enter to collect my order, there are two or three customers in front of me, the customer in front of me has also placed his order online; the problems keep coming! The customers order is not in the computer system and the girl at the counter apologizes and takes his order to have it prepared; the young lady is kind and empathetic. Its my turn, I present my document with the details of my order, my order too is not in the system and is not being prepared! My guests are at my house and waiting for dinner which does not come at the scheduled time. According to the young lady at the counter, there is a manager on site, indeed a young man with a black t-shirt with the inscription TEAM LEADER, who without speaking to me seems to be busy preparing my order. I even suggested treating myself to a sugar pie as compensation for unnecessarily ordering online, parking for the parking service that doesnt work, and because of the delays!!!! After 20 mins, I received my order, no sugar tart!!! I asked, and where is the sugar tart? the young lady told me, I thought it was a prank, in front of the other customers present, I said, no it was not a prank. Compensation of $17.95 on an order of $138.48? I head home 5.36 km away, we sit down at the table, the fries are cold, the sweet potato fries, cold, soft and disgusting. At least no error in the order. Really disappointed with the customer experience, luckily the lady at the counter was there. My exchange was cordial and polite despite the problems. Next time I should give SCORES a chance.
This restaurant really sucks. Handle every crooked mistake on top of arrogant manager mistakes. The other day 30 minute wait for chicken wings. I really dont recommend this restaurant. Filing a complaint with the head office also requires that changing managers is difficult.

New Years Eve dinner, order placed on December 31 at 10:40 am on the St-Hubert site to be picked up at 6:00 p.m., I go to the counter, a young lady answers me, she tells me asks for the name associated with the order and she leaves in the back without telling me anything! She comes back about 10 minutes later with the order. The deadline was good for receiving my order despite the lack of communication. At home, 6 main dishes for the family, my son doesnt have any sauce with his St-Hubert poutine and his small salad isnt there either! not a bad dry poutine with no sauce!!! A customer experience that leaves a slightly bitter taste!!! However, I left a 10% tip on an order that I picked up myself, 10% too much for me. Its difficult to have an error-free order these days.

Reservation at 7 p.m. for 12 people on the restaurant/bar side. We started receiving our food at 8:40 p.m. We had to wait until 9:00 p.m. to receive all of our dishes. There is a severe shortage of employees. We came to celebrate my partners birthday. Needless to say, this spoiled the mood of our celebration. On the other hand, great staff. They really do their best. And star of the match to our singer without him we would have already left for a competing franchise.

Bad service, bad drinks, no utensils, bad information given, 30 minutes to just order... Very bad service! I will never set foot in this branch again! In addition to the order being delivered not as initially wanted. Note that it was very quiet when I was there and lots of staff. So this is not the reason for our bad experience. Here are the details: We initially order 2 Economix at the express counter (since we are in a hurry). And that it was possible to eat here, believing that it was an express section given the order counter. We are told to go to the dining room and a waiter will come to see us for our order. Surprised, I ask if the same prices to eat here or to bring. The person at the counter told us yes. A person needs to sign after 10 minutes who has seen us and will come to see us. Before paying, I notice that these are bottled beverages at $3.25 which are indicated. I ask her if she has any in fountains. She replies that she only has bottled beverages for take-out orders. Im surprised, but I pay the bill anyway. While waiting to receive our order, I see the fountain drinks supposedly not available at $2.50 appear on the menu screen! We finally receive our order from another person and we head to the car to eat and leave as quickly as possible. So were not talking about beverages where we were completely filled... We thought that our saga of bad adventures was over in this place... And no! We open the bags. Two surprises... 1- There is a 500ml bottle of Diet Coke and a simple small 355ml can of regular Coke 2- We would like to eat, but no utensils in the bags! My partner goes back inside. She asks for utensils and asks why we have a can instead of a larger bottle than charged. Looks like theyre out of coke bottles! Obviously, they didnt want to mention it! WAITING TIME 30 MIN We thought we were in the 12 works of Asterix. Go to one place, wrong information, go to the other, back to square one... BAD DRINKS In the end, even though I wanted a fountain drink, they made me pay for a 500ml bottle, making me believe that it was only what they had. But they finally gave me a simple 355ml can for the same price of $3.55 NO UTENSILS Fortunately we stayed to eat quickly in the parking lot and didnt leave on the road otherwise we ate poutine and chicken with our fingers. After 1h15 of waiting for delivery (estimated time) being told that we still dont know when the order will arrive. With a 2 year old child, this deadline is impossible, so we had to cancel and a Saturday restaurant ended up being a Saturday to worry about. Thank you St-Hubert!
Terrible, cold soup in shortage of soda biscuits, endless wait between services my boy did not have chicken in his hamburger, small oversight.... I tried the nachos, new on the menu and I received a tile of cheese and burnt chips with a few pieces of undercooked chicken, its true that such a dish requires an exceptional chef to create. As a final surprise we received an invoice that everything was charged separately without any table dhôte and all without apology. Sorry St-Hubert but our our long story has just ended there.

We tried on several occasions to give them a chance on the first 3 times or we called 2 times he supposedly had a power outage (the only one who seemed to have a power outage in the whole city). We ordered about 7-8 times, we received our order twice in a reasonable time (less than 1 hour 20 minutes), otherwise our orders took more than 1 hour 30 minutes to arrive (an order for two people, while we were told a maximum of 1 hour ) twice 1h50 and once more than 2 hours when we call we are told that the manager will call us back without ever hearing anything afterwards.
