We had to repeat each order more than five times. The young girl forgot some items and told us it was our fault and was disrespectful. They didnt add the extras and served us unpleasantly.

As usual, disappointing. Wrap rolled in a hurry, all the ingredients fall out even before the first bite I also ordered a McFlurry 2x Smarties and the manager looked at the order screen and then inside the McFlurry and still gave it to me with worth of smarties. I just ordered an avocado wrap trio with a macchicken. They deliver me a chili wrap, no fries with a macchicken... Its already around $40 for this meal plus theyre not capable of making the right menu and forget the fries.... Sometimes its Its better to take 1 minute more and make the right order than to be quick and miss everything. This is not the first time that this has happened to me when ordering from you but this is too much.

SCARY, we went 2 times and 2 times too many! Already the first time error in our order it happens! 2nd time we ordered 3 things at the drive-thru (2 cheese extra pickles + a fries) and they charged me 1 item out of 3 arrives at the station they just give me a cheese no extra pickles! Ive been going to my McDonalds restaurant every day I work for about 4 years. Recently I participated in each of my visits to the Monopoly game but since last Wednesday, November 1st, the medium cups with the stickers of the Monopoly game are out of stock at my branch on boul. Louis-Philippe Picard of Repentigny. So on Wednesday I had a big coffee so I could still play your game...but there are no Monopoly stickers on it! I was extremely disappointed. You are offering a competition and we cannot participate in it, I find it unfair and illegal that we customers of this branch and perhaps others too can no longer play even if we are going to buy from you. The next morning I didnt take any chances and went to your competitors house (right next door). When I came back around 1 p.m., I asked the McDonalds attendant if they had received the medium cups with Monopoly game and they told me no... With this way of doing things, it is obvious that many prizes will not even be won if you cannot participate.

The thickest McDonalds in the gang... waited in line, ordered 4 burritos. Arrived at the 1st counter and didnt find my order... it didnt start well... go ahead and look ahead. A young girl comes to me and asks me again what I ordered. Arrives at the 2nd counter to make me say We there... we cant make burritos at 1100.. My answer well why didnt you tell me on the microphone it was 1058!!! No, we couldnt... then waited 5 minutes blocking everyone to make me say do you want a refund... there are no other options since I wanted burritos not mcmuffins since there couldnt be any either!! Great experience!!! We arrived around 7 a.m. on a Friday evening, ordered from self-serve and chose to have it served directly at the table (I didnt even know that was possible) When we arrived at our table it was super clean, they had put a cloth over all the tables and even the benches!!! Really fast service under 5 mins. Thank you Audrey for your good service and your smile, it really feels good!! Dont give up on your beautiful work!!! U.
