La bouffe et le service excellent notre serveuse étais parfaite mais le gérant TRES arrogant et désagréable avec ses employer et les clients je sais pas fait combien de temp que les employer endure cela mais son faite fort...p.s - à lire les commentaires 90% des 1 étoiles que vous avez implique le gérant et on dit tous la même chose...

Si je pouvais mettre 0 je le ferais. Ma mamie est décédée il y a deux semaines. Hier, mon papi est venu à votre restaurant comme il le faisait depuis plusieurs années. À la porte, on lui a dit quil ny avait pas de place pour une personne seule. Ce nest pas suffisant de perdre sa femme, il doit changer ses habitudes parce que vous discriminez pour faire du cash. Vous êtes dégueulasses.

Cold reception, we arrive this evening (Tuesday evening) around 4:45 p.m. quite early, we ask for a table for 2 but if possible for 3 people because there is the possibility of a 3rd person who will come later. Stupid waitress tells us that we cant have a table of 3-4 people on a Tuesday evening for 2 because it will be full and thats the rule?? After 2 minutes of sitting we went to eat elsewhere I wasnt going back to this old Duluth unfortunately

Outstanding service, well done to the waiter/waitress. Managing a big 0 rushing customers during a reservation of 25 people to close the restaurant and tell the customer next time go elsewhere if you are not happy. We will never set foot there again!

The WORST service I have had in my life, Not to mention THE ARROGANT AND DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER. He yelled at us to pay our bills and leave because we complained about the PITCHOUS service and FOOD. Not to mention that we never received our dessert and coffee, due to lack of time.

You cant go wrong at Vieux Duluth in Repentigny. Whether for the service including the kindness of the servers, the quality of the food and the presentation of the plates. Restaurant very well managed by Patrick who always ensures that everything goes well. He speaks to many customers including us during each of our visits. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Group of 25 who booked had to wait 1h30 outside in the rain because the manager or whatever stupidly told us that we were in their way by pushing us. Because the room was not ready on time, some of the group left, it was Saturday September 7 at 7:00 p.m.

I would like to thank the entire team of this restaurant for allowing me to welcome me and my guests after a funeral on a Saturday evening. This is the incredible story I have never seen in my entire life. I had booked at the Vieux Duluth in Pointe-aux-Tremble 2 weeks before the funeral for 35 to 40 people. The boss told me that someone would open the door for me at noon so I could put my bottles in the cold since we were at the funeral home from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m., so I had reserved for 5.30 a.m. That day I arrived 10 minutes early, I waited, I waited, and I waited, no one came to open the door for me, so I called, the boss himself answered me, I politely asked him if anyone can open it for me so I can enter my wines for tonights reservation as planned. He answers me, listen maam there is no one, as I come to explain to him that it was he himself who had made the agreement with me, he cuts me off in an extremely brazen manner and repeats to me he there is no one there and hangs the line in my face. I have worked in the restaurant business for 20 years and I have never seen a restaurateur be so disrespectful, so arrogant, and dont care so much about customers. Not only is a funeral stressful, he also puts me in trouble because I dont need to tell you that I didnt want to go to his restaurant with my guests after what had just done to me. SO IT WAS WITH KINDNESS THAT THE OLD DULUTH OF REPENTIGNY ALLOWED ME TO WELCOME US ONE SATURDAY EVENING AT THE LAST MINUTE. WITH COURTESY, EXCELLENT TABLE SERVICE, AND THE SUCCULENT FOOD AND ALL MY GUESTS WERE VERY HAPPY, AND THANKS TO THIS RESTAURANT THE FUNERAL ENDED VERY WELL. SO HATS OFF TO ALL THIS GREAT UNDERSTANDING TEAM, AND EXPERIENCED IN RESTORATION ONCE AGAIN, THANK YOU A LOT FOR SAVING ME FROM A SITUATION WHICH WAS MORE THAN DISAPPOINTING AND REALLY UNPLEASANT ON THE PART OF THE BOSS OF POINTE-AUX-TREMBLE WHO LACKS KNOWING LIVING THIS MAN IS REALLY NOT IN HIS PLACE.

The kitchen honestly a big zero for supposing filet mignon which was not one at all despite the waitress was very nice despite my dissatisfaction with the atmosphere it was correct despite the fact that a man (the manager) was standing in the kitchen entrance watching us eat it was uncomfortable

The food was excellent apart from the rice which was very mushy. A lot of noise in the kitchen when they empty the dishwasher, it must cost a lot of dishes and I worked in catering for a long time, I know that there is a way to reduce the mixing of dishes...Service is always correct and more than perfect when its Johanne. On the other hand, the owner seems to find it painful to see customers. NEVER say hello, NEVER smile! I find that there is a lack of interpersonal skills on the part of the owner. A chance that the waitresses and waiters are more welcoming

Like all restaurants in Au Vieux Duluth, everything was excellent from starter to dessert.

Le vieux duluth cest un classique de la restauration, bonne bouffe à bon prix avec une ambiance plutôt relax, lendroit est pas neuf, le style non plus mais la qualité de la bouffe et son prix viennent compenser amplement! En plus cest un apportez votre vin! Vous pouvez facilement vous en sortir sous les 100$ pour un couple et ça cest rendu rare en 2024! Je recommande!

Very good service, my arrogant manager in charge of the kitchen gives me back the first steak I asked for rare and it was overcooked, the supposed kitchen manager says thats not okay, so I ask for rare filet mignon and take the filet mignon not cooked (very blue) no special no excuses.

We were greeted with respect and the service was impeccable despite the waiter being overwhelmed and alone. And what about the food it was delicious! My steak was well seasoned, the rice pilaf tasted like real rice pilaf, the potatoes were really good and the sauce on my steak wow! In addition, the restaurant is clean and does not stink of Pinesol, no mold on the ceiling and it is well lit. No employees shouting at customers like at the Pointe-aux-Trembles branch, the extra 5 minutes by car is worth it. Parking: The restaurant is part of a commercial building so there is ample parking space.

The old Duluth Repentigny on Notre-Dame Street is a must, it s simply delicious. The dishes are always excellent every time. The employees are all very kind and smiling. What can we say about the boss Patrick who cares about his customers by listening to their requests. I 100% recommend this restaurant for a dinner at dinner or in a group. I went there for a friends party and it was good. The others really liked their meal (shrimp plates, hamberger steak), I had the Mediterranean pikilia plate, it was good but Ive already eaten better.

Le Vieux Duluth is a restaurant that is worth the detour. I leave Louiseville to go eat because the service is fast, the waiters are very friendly and the manager is very sociable.

Despite the impeccable service of the waitress, very disappointed with this restaurant... for the filet mignon, we asked for medium rare when we received very well cooked, followed by a refusal to give us the plate we had ordered, there was a fly in our 7up and we were told that it was normal even though it was -20 outside... we asked to speak to the manager, our waitress told us that he refused to come to us see, only to finally learn that he left rather than come to see us. Having been a regular customer for at least 10 years, he has lost a lot since changing ownership.

The restaurant was 45 minutes late for a reservation for a group. Not all items are on the menu, you should know that. The Greek salad with very little bacon, you have to pay extra to get more (in normal quantity). The bread that is offered at the start of the meal is rationed. No healthy dishes on the childrens menu (only fried foods and ultra-processed foods). Very good atmosphere. Nice waitress all the same. Would not return to any Au Vieux Duluth, its not good and the prices are inflated.

Jai eu une super soirée chez Vieux Duluth. Entrée descargos gratiné, assiette de crevettes géantes , baklava en dessert. Cétait excellent, les employés étaient courtois, à lécoute. On vite reçu un pot a glace pour notre bouteille, servis du pain chaud, de leau en abondance. Jai aimé la hauteur et lintimité des banquettes. Je recommande lendroit.

Tough pork skewer. When serving water, the waitress puts her hand directly on the edge of the glass where you put your lips and is not very pleasant as well. The lady serving the food should have her hair tied up. Review the clothing of the girl at reception. Phew! Should just wear a white shirt.

The menu is correct however the prices are very competitive for the dishes offered.

Imagine a restaurant that refuses to take our reservation when we have been customers for 15 years. We were much better served when James was the owner.

Unclassy receptionist hung up the phone on me I wanted to book for 16 people and she told me you only have the table for 2 hours so I said let these not be an errand her birthdays of my mother who is 87 years old

Our experience on June 29, 2023 was very disappointing, my wife has spice allergies, so she asked for a filet mignon at $35.95 + tax no spices, the waitress Suzi says OK, she comes back with the dish with spices, my wife says it is impossible to eat this plate because of her allergies, the manager comes to see us with his white shirt very arrogant and no kindness no replacement proposal and offers no alternative and takes the plate back and charges us, it is really disappointing, no understanding for different people very very disappointing.......... Dietary restrictions: No respect on this level

Its filet mignon, but not tender at all, full of nerve. I was there for my 44th wedding anniversary. I chose the restaurant wrong. The chef has changed where you buy your meat. Sorry I didnt go back there. And the Shrimp were not as tender as before.

Without prejudice. A spider came down from the vent of the ventilation system to my wifes plate. I asked to see the manager and it was the owner I got. I told him about the situation and asked him what to do. And he asked me if I had any at home??? In a more than aggressive tone. The result was that I myself became aggressive a few moments later I apologized for my attitude and he replied that he didnt care about my excuses that I was now on the Black list. Disappointing this reaction from the owner. He probably needs a vacation. Bon appetit.

If I could have put 0 thats what I would have put. Usually I order by phone and there on website. No mention that Door Dash delivers once the order has been placed and paid for $71.74 for 2 skewers. No phone call to the restaurant asking to change for take-out order. Possible to pick up the order but we have to pay door dash fees. Phone at Door Dash, nothing to do either. More than pitiful service ended Old Duluth.

Service and food, just terrible

We had reserved for a group of 17 people to celebrate the 86th birthday, at 5 p.m. The waitress should maybe change jobs, she was rude and unsmiling the whole time we were there. She came to carry the basket of bread and while passing behind a person sitting at this table, the latter almost received the basket on the back of her head. My partner had ordered a plate of spanakopita, he informed our waitress that it was not cooked. The puff pastry was like a ball of dough inside, it left with the plate and came back almost immediately, so no oven but, in the microwave, it was not edible, it did not eat but still received the bill. She told him that was how they made it but one of my brother-in-laws had the same dish and his was cooked. At the time of coffee, if the service had been faster, people could have had a second coffee but there was no question of having a second because, in a still stupid way, she told us that we had to leave because it was 7:30 p.m., we had to leave because she had another table reserved. We were very disappointed with our evening. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Extremely disappointed Chicken Caesar Salad I threw away 3/4 of the romaine lettuce that was brown and soft, I asked for vinaigrette on the side and 2 envelopes and received no 2nd envelope to mix at $24 a salad, its really not much.
