I ordered a Nashville burger I received a chicken patty between two buns with no condiment and no sauce.

25 minutes to be served a trio behind the wheel under the pretext that the restaurant is full when there is no one there! Plus its lukewarm. The employees are mixed together solidly! Its expensive for such deplorable service

On a lousy Saturday evening...from September 7, 2024 The colored clerk doesnt really understand my order which is nevertheless super simple.. mega crispy blt chicken... which was not a surprise to me to receive another kind... very very slow service 3 customers only and not the right order.. I give it to her out of my disappointment.. she makes it for me again... but once again its not the one I asked for... super spicy.. me who never eats spicy ..

Classic A&W like all the other brands of the same name in Canada. The Nashville-style chicken burger is very good.

J écris un petit commentaire car je trouve fascinant de s informer pour savoir ce qu il y a dans ce que je commande ( genre burger L Étagé ) et que la service ignore ce qu il y a à l intérieur puis de devoir insister pour obtenir l info !! En résumé c est une sauce secrète !! Mais tellement secrète qu il est difficile de la trouver dans le burger ( voir photo )

Really annoying customer service, the restaurant closes at 10 p.m. we arrive at 9:10 p.m. and they tell us who is closed, so either you change your schedule on Google, or people just want to clean earlier to leave right on time. I can understand if you arrive at 9:45 p.m. But 50 minutes before closing??

Quite a wierd atmosphere... the smell of the Thai next door encroaches on the smell of the burgers. It doesnt taste good. It was very very humid all the way through. The air conditioning works??? Entouka the burger was OK. The fritts were also OK. Thank you for the experience but I dont think I will go back!

Good morning, New owners have recently acquired the restaurant and it has never been as clean as it is now. Health standards and procedures are put in place to keep it clean. Know that they have A&W at heart and the one in Repentigny will be a restaurant where people will want to eat and feel at home.

I liked it! I went there while waiting for my bus and I was served quickly. The wait time was not long at the time I went and the meal was delicious and piping hot!

I placed the A&W mobile order 15 minutes before arriving because it told me it would be ready in 3-6 minutes. I get there and they tell me that there is no mobile ordering. To finally tell me ah Well she just came back but its going to take a while to prepare because I have to punch her and we have to do it. I took the trouble to place a mobile order to save time because the service is always very long... What next time should I order 45 minutes in advance?

The food is good, the service is friendly but the business is very dirty. The floor is greasy and sticky everywhere in the business. The benches are cracked and torn. The windows and baseboards are filled with dust. Even the sign above the order counter is dirty. Cleanliness to be reviewed...

I think the restaurant needs renovation. The chairs and bench torn. Quarlage crack. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The tables and floor rooms. The toilets smell like urine. The front door doesnt close properly so its cold in the restaurant. Too bad because the food is good.

If you want errors in your orders, youve come to the right place! ALWAYS errors in our orders on Uber, we order 2 combos, drinks, burgers or fries are always missing! Very insulting to pay $40 for a service like that!

Very long service, drive-thru orders were given priority, the onion rings were not cooked and there were errors in our order. The customers behind us left due to waiting. Usually I like it, but this branch, not for me.

The meal was not up to A&W standards in my opinion.

The food was good, but the toilet smelled terrible. It was ~7 p.m. anyway, the end of the evening, however, it wasnt normal.

Really average place. The slices were shabby, all stuck together and the breading hadnt stuck. The service had some hiccups, because the manager cant have enough employees... We can assume that the salary is not attractive. The cleanliness of the place was truly shameful. I rushed to the toilet because it smelled like urine. The dirt in the urinal and under the tap indicates that cleaning hasnt really been done for a long time.

Its not the first time this has happened to me, but waiting 20 minutes at the drive-thru when Im the only one and there are 2 employees eating their best burger while grabbing their donuts at work. is unacceptable

A&W Always very good but there is a coffee problem at this restaurant it costs water very pronounced apparently a problem with the coffee machine for 3 months!!!! So we took it because of the threesome!!! Pffff

Super fast service today; I didnt even have time to get my napkins when the order was ready. And the restaurant was impeccable too; no trash, no trays lying around on the tables, no overflowing trash cans.

I have never eaten so many BLTs without tomatoes.

Sunday p.m. 4 employees and no customers in the dining room...2 customers at the drive in. We wait 5 minutes at the counter and then I shout at someone who is serving here...I disturb their conversations which are more important than us...and then finally I place my order only to be told that the very very good one is no longer on the menu even though there are advertisements everywhere in the store..falsehoods since I go to the North Shore shopping center and there my order is filled with a smile. #&%÷=

Cela faisait un moment que je nétais pas allé manger chez A & W sur la rue Leclerc et jai été très déçu de constater à quel point cétait négligé ce nétait pas très propre les tables, les planchers et la porte dentrée étaient tellement sales, mais la nourriture était délicieuse, alors laver votre table et ne toucher à rien bonne appétit 4 étoiles pour la bouffe et aucune pour la propreté.

On a passé une commande par internet pour gagner du temps et qui devait être prête dans 15mn. On arrivant, ce cétait pas le cas on a dattendre longtemps avant dêtre servi. Avant la qualité du service était pas mal meilleure.. On préfère mettre cela sur le dos du manque de personnel..On espère que la situation va se rétablir très bientôt

We ate there on July 30, 2022, almost unsanitary restaurant. The floor was so sticky, everything was dirty, tables, chairs, full trash cans, toilets Absolutely unacceptable.

Waiting 25 minutes, one of the hamburgers was not cooked enough and the salad was black moldy, the onion rings were much too salty (as if they had leaked their spices in.), both drinks were lukewarm, really nothing good and all $32 for two combos. I will never go back there again. Vegetarian options: Vuge burger beyond meat

I go to the A&W very often and Im never disappointed, but yesterday I went to this one and Ive never had such bad service in my entire life! There were just 3 customers before me and it took me 15 minutes to get to the cash register to order. Then, I had to wait 50 minutes for two teen burger combos! I will never go back there again, I have never seen such incompetent employees!

This restaurant is near my house and its always a pleasure to eat at this place because the food is delicious.
