Great shop, especially if you come from Europe and experienced this American breakfast in the last hotel, which is only partially edible for Europeans. Very tastefully presented, French baguette (France no better), sensational pies (foie gras, rabbit etc.), milles feuille, crème brûlée, croissant etc Compliment to the Boulanger and its employers!

Unfortunately, I am changing my opinion which gave a perfect score. Ive been disappointed with both the service and the quality for a while, often its not fresh. And I find that the prices do not follow the quality.

Really disappointed, I took the trouble to go to a bakery to get some fresh chocolatines. 8:45 in the morning, I expected it to still be warm. Dont take the detour, they were hard and dry, and they sold for $14 for 3. Go to the grocery store instead

asteur have never returned anything like bread at 3:30 a.m.!!! cheese jack = obliged to line up in the morning! No thanks. Never enough stock of Cheese Jack Breads. You have to take whats left. Before they had a lot of stock, but now... meh! Never get what I want. the daughter told me instead at the bakery: come early at 7-8am in the morning HEYYY IM WORKING!!!

My mother wanted a vanilla cake, butter cream, kirsch syrup and almond paste. She had been looking for a quality one for a long time! The creaming was actually butter and there was kirsch syrup. In short, satisfaction guaranteed and they met our criteria very well! (even if the price was still high, to see the satisfaction of a person who knows about cooking, it was very pleasant) I recommend!

I went by on March 5 to buy a praline cake and 3 baguettes around 3 p.m., I stood there in front of the pastry window for 5 minutes without anyone coming to serve me, until I called a young person who was in the middle of a discussion with his colleague. the cake was good, but the baguettes ($3.50 each) were not worth a penny, inedible, pure rubber. However, this business was recommended to me by a colleague. I will never buy bread from you again.

A disaster!! On New Years Eve, the sandwich buns were dry with a trace of egg, ham and chicken inside. My 4 year old grandson didnt eat a single one. He said they didnt smell good. The crusty bread was cemented. I thought the cheese and cold meats were presented on a platter, but no, the cheese and cold meats were in their original packaging. I was told that it was like that, that I should have ordered from the catering side?! I had to improvise a set last minute. The person who took my order, even though I wanted to order for more than 5 people, suggested that for 5 people it would be more than enough. The sandwiches were spread sparsely on a tray. I ran to Métro (thank you) a few trays of sandwiches were still available. The macaroni salad tasted like water, no flavor. The guests were honest and told me the same observation. Damage. No more for me, although I have been a loyal customer for several years. What happened?

My mother ordered a prosciutto sandwich. There was no prosciutto, so it ended up being just an $8 vegetable sandwich.

Friendly employees, but the queue is not efficient and very complex to understand.

The pizza was better before, now it is hardly topped with tomato sauce and the crust is often burnt, which is a shame but I have found better elsewhere

As for the galette des rois, , very disappointed. If its not crushed, its a partially burnt crust. Its not even packaged in a box. It was much better years ago.

I was there once and it wasnt good at all but a friend convinced me that their almond filled croissants were good so I wanted to have some. Today at 5:25 p.m., I come home and start to choose what I want to have, I ask a girl at the counter for almond-filled croissants, she tells me that there are none left. I go to choose from the other window, I was ready to order when we go to bar the door I understand that they are closing, I ask him Please can anyone help me?! Its fresh and good but small portion for turkey sandwich dinner which didnt have much in the bun. The potato salad was very good. The dessert was fresh but no taste, it was a small autumn cake with cream on top

Last year we reserved a Yule log, and when we went to pick it up, they couldnt find our reservation in their system... (very laborious). I took the last log from the display and paid for it. A few weeks later, we were billed on our credit card for a log..., because we would not have honored our reservation which did not exist in their system during our visit... Afterwards, I presented twice to Marie Pain for a refund and each time I was referred to the accounting which was closed each time, they took my details and it did nothing, I gave up, too laborious for a log Christmas... They are very efficient at taking credit card numbers and billing, but the reservation leaves something to be desired, perhaps they should merge the two systems... So, a Christmas log for the price of two! Well done Marie Pain! You have lost the trust of our family...

Sorry but your almond croissants, the dough doesn t taste like almonds at all . It looks like flour and brown sugar. I threw it away after one bite. I didnt try the pastries, I found them a little expensive at 5 hours/each. Elsewhere I often find between 3.50 And $4.

Good sandwhich. Salad portions are a little small, and on this Monday, they seemed to lack a little freshness (the kale in my coleslaw was wilted). Nice choice of cakes, pastries and tarts, typical of a French pastry shop in Quebec. The choice of breads was limited and I couldnt find any organic breads the day I visited. Being a regular at small artisanal places, I found MariePain de Repentigny more commercial than artisanal. A new branch is opening in Rosemère shortly. Ill try it too.

Good morning. I ordered the festive brunch for this weekend. I am satisfied but...I would have liked to choose the bread and the jam or marmalade. I received a pain au chocolat (not great with cretons) and instead of jam or marmalade as advertised and expected, a chocolate spread (I dont like chocolate spread). In addition, the festive brunch has seen a significant increase of $15. I ordered the same thing in May for $60 vs $75 + taxes. SM

Good product in general, but the prices are ridiculous! $9.95 for a salad with a hard-boiled egg, a little chicken sandwich and a small cup of confit... Cute is nice, but they could sell it for $5 and still make a profit! Also, look at your change when you pay, this morning my friend had $7.50 paid with a $20 for a sandwich (already ridiculously expensive) The sandwich cost $7.50 and she should have received $12.50 (she was refunded when we got back to them say). A mistake can happen I agree, but we were the only customers vs 5-6 employees visible..., its not like it was a rush. It is certain that with these prices, their target customers are people with very good incomes and I will avoid them in the future, because the prices do not make sense to me.

I ordered catering service more than a month in advance, Marie Pain was mixed up in the delivery date and contacted me to tell me that I did not pick up my order. I told them that the date was following week and they ask me I dont want to receive this order prepared in advance, he answers me of course. On the scheduled date I will pick up my order, the order I received was the same one prepared more than a week ago so the sandwiches the crust was hard same thing for the pizzas the raw vegetables were withered and soft the icing on the cake was like strange elastic like texture and taste (paying almost $100.00 for the cake) I called Marie Pain to explain my dissatisfaction to them, he offered me a $30.00 gift card I paid $230.00 the manager had to call me back still no news
