Kurde Pizza in Repentigny

We went to pick up a take out order. The meat sauce pizza was clearly not in our pizza The sauce in our poutine is gelatinous and of questionable color. As we ate at home and the restaurant was more than 30 minutes away we could not return our dishes. We will think twice before going back.

Choice of taking 3 ingredients. Our order once arrived at home, we noticed that one of our pizzas did not have the choice of our meat (bacon). We call to explain to him that he may have made a mistake when ordering or may have forgotten something. Unfortunately, he cant do anything!! Cant make us a new pizza, he cant give us a discount credit for our next order and he cant send a delivery guy to bring us the bacon hes missing.

I went to order a pizza in person, no delivery and the young cashier made me look very stupid because I didnt tip. Im coming to get it myself because I dont have a lot of money with a family of 5. I dont have any money to waste so Im going to look for it myself to avoid it. Tipping the delivery guy, I can understand, but tipping for a take out? She was offended She makes me wait 15 minutes before preparing the pizza. I waited more than 35 minutes there and I was served with a very unpleasant look. I ate at Kurdish more than 15 years ago and we understand very well that they have changed direction, you hear the dog barking in the back kitchen, its hell, to be avoided.

If I had the possibility to give 0 stars I would have done so! The Algerian girl at the counter who is rude speaks badly to people with a provoking smile the restaurant closes at 11 p.m. she refuses to accept orders after 9:30 p.m. I am really disappointed I will never come back again

I went to eat pizza in the dining room with an elderly lady, for whom I am a caregiver. Just to change his mind. We sat at a table and ordered our pizza choices. Waiting ; we ordered a soft drink. After receiving our pizza; the young waitress disappeared and left us to our own devices. Not very professional! Every time we had to speak to him, for different services. I had to go and pick her up, then ring the bell, to ask her what we needed for our meal! So!!! For us ! Its over ! When we want to eat pizza! It wont be there!!!

My family and I have been regulars at Kurdish for over 20 years. They often made mistakes on orders, but I always went back because they fixed them quickly. In 20 years, I have never requested a refund. I ordered vegetarian pizzas to be delivered at 4:50 p.m., I was promised a delivery time of between 30 and 45 minutes. The pizza arrived at 6:05 p.m. (1h15 plus part). They delivered the wrong pizzas (meat pizzas that I dont eat). When I called, they promised me replacement pizzas as soon as possible. After another 45 minutes of waiting, I called back and requested a refund. The manager told me that she didnt want to reimburse me because she was going to miss the income from 4 pizzas and that she had left me the 2 wrong pizzas as if the fact that she had delivered me the wrong one thing was my fault. I dont eat meat, I offered to return these pizzas to her and she refused any accommodation, the cost of her 2 pizzas was worth more to her than our customers. I finally received my replacement pizza at 6:55 p.m. and it wasnt even what I ordered. TO AVOID!
