The best ambience of a restaurant that Ive ever been to. Very quiet despite it being full, and love the free bread. I had quite an experience tasting the fondue!

Friendly service but we came home with the flu from the waitress who coughed throughout the service = sick for 10 days afterwards solid. Back 1990s, everything is brown. Musical choice of the restaurant to review, old French repertoires from the 80s not great for creating an atmosphere. Simple menu choice, presentation or plating non-existent. Expensive vs quality. Deficient ventilation system: we had to let our scarf coats air out for 4 days and nights in the cold outside to eliminate the oil odor encrustation. Not bad restaurant but reviews are overrated, good effort in terms of service. For the price paid we could have done better in another choice of restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes accessible

Group of ten this evening and everyone loved their experience. Everything was good, service 5 from Justin + the sambuca flambé offered for my uncles party plus the music playlist was super good. The word disappointment is the first that comes to mind. We arrived at 6:30 p.m. and left at 11:30 p.m. (10 minutes after receiving dessert) service = 0. The portions are not sufficient. (we raised the idea of finishing our meal in a fast food restaurant on the way back) The final fondue for 2 includes the equivalent of 1/2 banana 1/2 apple 5 mini marshmallows 1 strawberry and....canned cherry The owner is warm We are going to go back there unfortunately not much too expensive for what it is.

Excellent service from Nathan who introduced us to good homemade drinks. The homemade dressing on the salad is just too good. The fondue is perfect. And what about the maple fondue for dessert or the crepes suzettes flambéed at the table!

We were a group celebrating a birthday in the private room. Everything was sublime, from A to Z. The manager and the cook, real gems, welcomed us very warmly with a magnificent smile and helped us organize our evening. The service was perfect throughout the evening, despite there being several of us. The food was completely delicious and the portions very sufficient. Everyone loved their experience! Good morning, My partner Pasqual and I loved our experience at Chaudronnee Suisse! The restaurant seems small from the outside but then surprises us with a very large, warm space inside. Subdued and flirtatious atmosphere, ultra comfortable armchairs like weve never seen before and magnificent solid wood tables! The service is impeccable and makes us feel at home. Nathan, our server was super friendly and attentive. The owner Stéphanie was very welcoming and smiling. The staff were just great, inviting. The food was delicious (fresh, local produce) and it was really plentiful. We had plenty of time to eat and chat without having the stress of leaving. We were able to take our time. 100% experience. The place for the best fondues

The platters are delicious and the cheese is very good. The service was very slow but there was a technical problem... The waiters are friendly... Value for money too high in my humble opinion....the langoustines advertised are tiny and they are bay scallops. .. The wine is quite expensive (private importation).. the room is very dark but that is probably intentional... The setting is beautiful...

Exceptional experience we were a group of 25 people I ate the best cheese fondue and a delicious Chinese fondue and for dessert a chocolate fondue. The staff was patient and friendly. Even the buzboy was welcoming.

WoW first visit amazed Everything is really good, for Easter I invited my 6 and a half year old daughter and my wife. Even my daughter ate cheese fondue and she loved it. Its also difficult. So seriously the meal was more than perfect.

But above all the service. 5 stars for the lady who was at our table. Rarely had such service and attention. Having done several tables across Quebec including very recognized tables, I must point out this. Dinner was enhanced with this outstanding service. The restaurant was a hit or miss choice but I will return and definitely recommend it.

The starter and the game fondue are excellent! On the other hand, the portion of meat is small and we did not like the maple dessert fondue. So I recommend the chocolate one! In addition, marshmallows and cocktail cherries have no place at all in this dessert and there could have been more fruit (only 1/2 apple, 1/2 banana and 1 strawberry cut into 4 pieces!) The waitress was very nice, but the service is VERY long.. it took 3 hours to get to dessert. Total of $170 for 2 people, too expensive for what it is.

We have been going there several times over the years and it is a good sign to confirm that it is a good restaurant. Each time, the quality of food and service are impeccable. Yesterday my wife chose the fondue trio as a table dhôte with my sister-in-law, and they loved it. My brother-in-law ordered a raclette while I selected a fondue for myself (with seafood as an option). Well, all four have no complaints. Everything was good! Price wise: Certainly not affordable, our meal was well worth its weight in gold. When you pay a lot but get great service and exquisite food, you realize the value! We can say that it s mission accomplished on this side. In short, as with each previous visit, we greatly appreciated it. This will ensure a future re-visit.

Swiss fondue good Chinese fondue, the broth is not tasty, very disappointing. Cold chocolate fondue. Very cold in the restaurant, not really pleasant. The service on the other hand was good. But dont recommend for fondue.

I expected better. The service was impeccable for example, but my expectations were too high.

The meal was excellent but compared to the fondue garden in old Terrebonne the decor is much more enchanting, however on a culinary level it was a very nice discovery

Its rare that I take the time to write a review of satisfaction but this restaurant fully deserves it! The service was impeccable, the food excellent! It must be said that we got what we paid for. The waitress we had was very concerned about our satisfaction, thank you very much!

It was excellent, the service is perfect, the meat is tender and delicious, the cheese fondue is completely to die for, the shrimp fondue specifically, in short, everything was perfect. The only point of improvement that I could share is the bread during the meal. Its not cut, and its hard to slice it with the knife we were given, unfortunately I put crumbs everywhere. If not, I highly recommend this fondue restaurant.

Cheese starter so cooked that we had difficulty eating the cheese. Excellent fondue meal and dessert. Average service and very insulting to finish the waitress calculated by hand the tip to give her. Lets see, Ive never seen that in my life. Because of our discount coupons she added her type. She would have gotten a much bigger tip if it hadnt been calculated and added to my bill. We were 8 adults and it was over for us.

I found it expensive I took grilled chicken and beef there were 3 small cubes of chicken a small slice of steak 4 mushrooms 7 small slice of onion a small potato slice for $29, my daughter the same except instead of steak she had 2 small shrimp my husband and my daughter we took fondue he had a bouquet of broccoli and a bouquet of cauliflower more $33 each at the end the bill $130 and we were still hungry and no drink on top only of the I tried water and it didnt work

Very nice place, clean and quiet. Excellent food and fairly priced. My only problem is the waitress. She was very nice, but she didnt really talk to us. Let me explain when we arrived she took us to a table and asked us if we wanted an aperitif I said no, unfortunately Im driving as soon as I said no she left without really listening. I did the same thing again 10 minutes later when she asked us if we wanted wine with the meal. She avoided our gazes and no smile, not even a single smile

Correct welcome, what is unpleasant is that you cannot have half a bottle, you have to have a glass of cheap and expensive red or the whole bottle. The waitress offered us a cheese fondue with bread as a starter and told us that it was easy to eat with salad. She arrived with a huge cheese fondue and a large basket of very ordinary bread right there. We were no longer hungry for the main plate...we no longer wanted the main plate. They forced us to take it while telling us that the broth was already being prepared...which in my opinion is a ridiculous response... She told us that she. She ate everything in 2 hours including the main melts WHAT? too expensive to pay a bill of $130 for two. We feel that the waitress is selling. In addition, she kept coming to the table to remove the cheese pot. I had to tell her at least 4 times to leave it in place. never go back there again

We went this evening, the waiter was very very nice, nice personality, very good service, it was a very good meal with cheese fondue, chicken beef fondue, vegetables Caesar salad and green salad, with homemade vinaigrette, very good made by the mother of the owner, excellent. We purchased with groupon. Something not to do. We took a bottle for $55. The final amount we must pay following the invoice is $95. We would have gone to the grocery store and it would have been just as good.. Very ordinary and disappointing.. I do not recommend this restaurant. They are thieves. Make your fondue at home. Much cheaper and just as simple and good.
