Great atmosphere, great service and the food is simply incredible

Exceptional service and the food is exquisite, at a good price too. A place to discover for those who have never been there.

2/1 with delivery service...Burgers very good but nothing to die for...8.2/10...On the other hand, 2 dishes of frozen McCain fries which still taste like the freezer (Make you vomit)... !!!

Fried squid looked for the squid in the frying and they are too fried! Western Shepherd a spot of sauce in the bread so small that it looks like a golf ball and funny inside above the bacon and cheese what is that the waitress tells me its marked on the menu me eh well its fritte julienne I thought it was a side but she told me when they were able to fritte they put some fun no but it takes an administration of no genius to think of it without warning the customer. In two visits I had problems with cooking and quality of cuisine.

I had a bad experience at the White Rabbit. The service was very slow, I waited over 30 minutes for my order, and the food was disappointing. My steak was overcooked and cold, with no flavor. The atmosphere was loud and unwelcoming, which made my evening unpleasant. I do not recommend this restaurant. On top of all that, the dishes were really too dirty, we could see traces of the food from before. I would rather recommend Mount Tacos next door.

Honestly disappointing I started ordering there for takeaway during the covid and it was great but its getting worse, tonight was the last chance. Crouton for tartare all in pieces, hamburger steak in a mixture in the bottom of the box, a mini cup Vinaigrette for the salad and last order of tartare, the meat was gray I didnt dare finish it... too bad :(

I recommend 100% We went for my sisters birthday and it was the first time I ate at this restaurant. Honestly, it was very delicious! Their tartares look exquisite, the general tao chicken just looks so delicious and the flank steak was cooked to such perfection! We sang happy birthday to my sister and the whole restaurant joined in the song, we were around 50 people singing for my sister, thank you all, it was very appreciated! Great waitress Cinderella! The only item worked; The quantity of fried squid in the starter, for $19 I was expecting a little more but it was still very delicious.

The salmon tartare tastes nothing, no seasoning, the hamburger steak has too much nutmeg and in my experience it is made in a factory then frozen and baked in the oven yak!! White wine served at the wrong temperature, too hot. Much too expensive. The only positive point are the fries, they are excellent and the waitress is very nice. Will I go back NO

On the other hand.... the service.... my partner and I were the only customers on January 28 around 7:30 p.m. Two blonde customers arrived and started talking very loudly, were rude and were talking with the bartender who obviously seemed to know them. They started kissing... AND THE BARTENDER PHOTOGRAPHED THEM WITHOUT GUESS. Its really unprofessional and very uncomfortable for customers. The bartender started to change the music that was playing to put on the music of the two girls. This made us very uncomfortable. Our waitress (brown hair) was very nice, but her service was slowed down a lot because she was busy chatting with the bartender and the two other blonde girls....

Easy to access, easy parking, plenty of spaces. Decent service, too bad the back door opens often I had a cold draft in my back, we had a table facing the kitchen, not the best place but hey the place is not very big and the room quickly filled up so I understand. The table dhôte: soup was okay, the steak was very good, the cooking requested was perfect. The vegetables are super good, seasoned well. Fries good but ordinary, spicy mayo was necessary. The dessert that came with it could have been good if it wasnt made in advance, all the sides of the cake were dry. :/ Extremely fatty fried squid, only small pieces, too bad. I had high expectations for this restaurant, I was a little disappointed, to see if I try it a second time to form a better opinion, or not. Parking: Easy and lots of places.

I would only go back in summer on the terrace. Air conditioning in the middle of April, several customers ate with their coats on. Noisy early for a Saturday. Food good but my fries were cold after 3 minutes.

Nous avons attendu 1h pour des burgers de porc effiloché (deja cuit ça devrait pas être long) resto plein au quart, les 2 sortes de bières commandées finalement la serveuse nous revient 20 min plus tard nous disant qu il n y en a plus. Poutine noyée dans de la sauce brune ultra salée, au final cher pour rien, nous n y retournerons pas.

Phew, the steak fries supposed to be beef scoter as a piece of meat... When you cant cut meat with the steak knife imagine in your mouth. At $34 a plate, its clear that well go back and unfortunately be disappointed twice.

Very bad experience this evening. I arrive at the restaurant to buy a gift certificate. 4 tables are occupied. When I arrive, the hostess is behind the bar. An eye contact is made so I know that she has seen me and deduces that she will come to meet me. After a few minutes, she comes out from behind the bar, walks towards a table, not forgetting to ignore me as she goes to talk at a table. Arriving at the table, starts talking with the people present, removes his mask and drinks from the glass of one of the customers. I deduce that she must know them. She finishes her conversation and goes back behind the bar, still ignoring me. I decide to move closer to the bar, she will end up answering me if I go to meet her. Another eye contact with the young lady and she flees to the kitchen. I arrive near the kitchen, I start to think that someone is making fun of me. In the kitchen, the cooks sit on the equipment, without masks and talk without worrying about what is happening in front. The hostess reappears in front, I intercept her a little out of patience to have me deliberately ignored and ask her for a gift certificate. She replies in a tone that seems to bother her that its not her who takes care of that and calls one of the guys without a mask in the kitchen. I talk to the guy who is clearly bothering me and relays me to another person who gives me my gift certificates. I spent 30 minutes in the restaurant, being ignored, and clearly its not rush hour (7:30 p.m.). The other cook finishes my gift certificates and thanks me for encouraging them in their difficult times.... I leave and the hostess with a smile thanks me and wishes me a good evening, grandma hostess who ignored me 3 times before. I have never been eaten there, I went there to do an errand for my daughter and I cant believe it, I who have worked in restaurants for almost 35 years have been treated like this. The service makes me in no way want to try this restaurant and even less to recommend it. It seems like were disturbing the employees and if its to be ignored as soon as we enter I cant even imagine if Im missing something in our meal. Very disappointing experience.

Very poor service, waited at the branch for 30 MINUTES longer than expected for my take-out order. Because their system supposedly did not see my order. Not even a discount.. nothing just a sorry Poké bowl really not good, dry and overcooked rice. Terrible tataki tuna, it looks like it was thawed. And the house salad really isnt good. Their crab cakes are actually pollock cakes. Its expensive to pay for a product that does not correspond to what is listed on the menu. If you order from Ubereats, they do not make any compensation or take responsibility for the false description.

Im not the type to write bad reviews but worst experience in a restaurant. We had a reservation for 6:30 p.m. but when we arrived there was no room inside so we had to go outside and they told us that we had to leave at 8:30 p.m. Meals arrived at 8:30 p.m.!!!! (While people who arrived after us had finished eating). There were no more glasses to have glasses of water and did not want to give a cheese to put in a childs hamburger! In short...we will never go back there again. On the other hand, our waitress, a real gem (Gabrielle). Kind, attentive and tried as much as possible to compensate for the negative of our evening!

I usually order or eat there in the dining room. This evening I order for around $100 and I receive an unedible flank steak, overcooked and overly salty, a pepper sauce instead of the blue cheese sauce as requested, tough ribs without the salad accompaniment cabbage and popcorn chicken without sauce. What can we say about white rice that has no taste and is super mushy?! No way to reach them again by phone. Before eating we noticed that the coleslaw was missing and when I called the manager simply said we have more! . No one notified us or offered an alternative choice. When we started to eat and everything left something to be desired we tried to call back, without success. Very very disappointing.

The restaurant is beautiful except that there are no cooks working there there were 4 cooks aged 17 18 years lol I ordered a White Rabbit Poutine I asked to replace the meat with chicken I paid I felt totally cold the cashier went to ask his boss who was younger than young supposedly who couldnt do that and everything and afterwards the wait was mediocre and long I asked to see some water he told me look instead of serving me hhhhh WoW and where is it all there is no drink 25 minute wait for a poutine which costs $25 we pay for the minute spend waiting not for the taste it wasnt to my taste thats it to avoid its expensive for nothing and its not generous

He helped me get through this struggle and gave me tips on how to hold my yellow liquid. Thank god I came across to restaurant, changed me, love it. Now I can finally talk to women without fainting. The information on their site is not up to date twice, I knocked my nose on the door and neither is the information on reservations and available times we reserved for 6:30 p.m. (and with confirmation!) they called us only 1 hour before to tell us that they finally calculated their things wrong and that they no longer have any room.. VERY ordinary

At 5:30 p.m. the manager called us to tell us that despite our reservation there was no room for us. So we find ourselves at 5:30 p.m. on a Saturday without a reservation, our Saturday evening fell through.

Ok 4 stars because 4.5 is not an option and not 5 because no one will ever be happy about the prices.. but Ive been ordering from this place a lot... The food is amazing, they are quick and last but not least... not a single time did I not get what I ordered (and paid for... We all know how rare it is nowadays...) if you dont want to be disappointed... This is the place to order from.

I ordered popcorn chicken twice and Salmon Tart twice, the price of the Salmon Tart is $17/per meal, but it arrived with a very very very small box and not full, maybe worth only $3 . Yes, I ordered by Buy one get one free promotion, but you cant lower the quality and quantity like that, if you cant offer so many services, dont do promotion!

My girlfriend and I went there on the evening of July 12. My girlfriend had the raspberry mojito and it was really good! Lots of mint and raspberries in it! For my part, I took the white wine. There is a limited choice of wine by the glass, but the one I had was good and the glass was large! My girlfriend and I both had the fish and chips. It was a large fillet of fish; the flesh was very tender and the breading excellent! Everything was accompanied by a lemon wedge, tartar sauce, fries and a homemade spicy sauce. My girlfriend had the sweet potato fries which went very well with the spicy sauce! The waitress was pleasant and the service was quick! The prices may seem high, but the food is really quality!

Worst restaurant in the Area, i had to wait for 1 hour for a Burger that was all burned, yes Burned!!! The bread was burned inside and outside, and tasted like Charcoal, the staff didn t even say sorry or offer me another option. After the Manager stops at my table to Scream at me and tell me they were short of Staff, so save your money and your time, cause this one is not worth it!!! I will put it 0 Stars if could, but the minimum is 1.

The music was really not to my tastes, I would like it if the playlists were in the 80s-90s rock style, but there it was anonymous boomboom dance club style, but we are seated for dinner... I had a simple beef burger. Reasonable, but there are better places elsewhere for the price. I also had a lagavulin 16 scotch which was somewhat disappointing, served in a Cognac glass which did not appear to have been washed given the stains on the glass and a greenish residue on the rim like a dried herb. The aromas seemed amplified with tones of vanilla rather than the good smoky peat of this scotch. Was it the residual aroma from the previous drink? No idea. The toilet was not cleaned, there was lots of sticky splatter on the seat. The service was pleasant and courteous. Food at the right temperature and served quickly. In short, not disappointed given the evening planned and the expectations, but we will go to the competitors next time.

I ordered a traditional salmon tartare...I asked to have it unspiced because Im intolerant to anything spicy...Im going to get it...I arrive home at the first bite I have mouth on fire japel to make another order...the super nice manager...offers to make me another one to my liking which should have been done the first time...I had to move me again to pick up my new order...arrive on site incomplete order...no crouton and feeling of judgment from them following the situation because I asked to have a complete order as at the start especially since I I had to move twice...it was the first and last time

Really disappointing crouton for the tartare made in the morning and reheated not edible big price and not good ever again And yes we informed the staff on site. They brought us more, telling us that nothing would be different since they were all made the same morning (in fact it was the same) We were told that there was nothing to do about that, that they werent going to make tartare croutons... (with a little attitude about that) Were not normally very picky eaters, but at $140 a bill for 3 people I would have expected to be able to bite into the croutons without breaking a tooth. A little Sorry for the inconvenience wouldnt have gone amiss. At least we heard the next table complaining about the same thing, so we werent crazy!
