We just had lunch here and it was excellent. Be prepared to be hungry when you have lunch here because they serve big plates but its so good. I was surprised because it was cheap especially with the quantity they serve.

Decent food. On the other hand, at lunch the baked beans seem to be canned and there were a lot of potatoes. Atmosphere how to say, very elderly clientele. Kind service. Reasonable price.

Ordinary service, nice waitress but doesnt know her menu, brings the condiments 10 minutes later. Not very good meat, poor quality. Lunch is better, it will be for next time but no Burger.

First time going to this restaurant and it will be the last. First, fruit fly infestation. The little insects were circling around us despite the fact that they put a homemade trap (glass with red wine) Secondly, the meal. I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Benedict with mushrooms. The meat had no spice, very bland, no onions. And to top it all off, a slice of single white kraft style cheese. Very disappointing, tasteless meal..... The waitress only came at the end of the meal and asked me if I liked it? I told him that it was missing onions, spices... that it had no taste. She told me that it was written in the menu that there were no onions and that no one complained. Im sorry but this isnt the first time Ive had a philly and this one was the worst. I find it insulting to make me respond like that. Also, jam on the fruit....no. We should set aside. I wont go back there thats for sure. Oh yes, and the floor.... dirty.... we had to avoid food on the floor, splashes. This is my first complaint ever.

We had excellent service, the portions were very generous at a very affordable price and it was delicious! 10/10!!

No complaints about the food, but they charge $3.50 + tax to share a plate. The waitress told us they do this at plenty of places, but that s no excuse. This kind of policy is theft (to encourage customers to order different dishes), and I know a lot of other lunch restaurants that allow people to share plates without problem. So for us the experience was ruined, and I dont recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Lucies service was exceptional. This woman is funny and is committed to serving her customers well. On the 4 plates, everyone was satisfied. Super generous plate, foodies take note. On the other hand, there was the manager (I think) who was extremely unpleasant. He constantly puts pressure on the staff and loud enough for all the customers to hear. Just for him I would have given 1 star. But Lucie and the other members of the team deserve much better. Please Mr. manager change your attitude so as not to lose all your customers.

There were two of us. The waitress did her job well. Food was ok. But the one who takes care of the waiters puts pressure on his employee to give the bill as quickly as possible so that the customers leave quickly in order to make room for other people who are waiting. We had finished eating and paid. We finished our coffee. He came to stand at the side of our table and spoke loudly enough to the waitress (so that we understood the message) - Give your bills girls, I already told you that. Give your invoices, there are customers waiting. We will return there again.

It was a great lunch, one of the best in the region. The portions were good, the food too. The restaurant was very beautiful and very clean. I am removing a star because of an employee, André-Anne, it was one of the worst services I have had in my life, an unacceptable attitude in front of customers.

We asked for an empty plate for my daughter because she is sharing lunch with my wife and we were informed that the restaurant will charge us for the empty plate. This is the first time Ive heard that. I am very disappointed with this policy and this is the last time I will eat at this restaurant.

This unpretentious little restaurant is fantastic, it feels like visiting friends. The food is delicious and the service is friendly. I will go back there for sure!

The portions are very generous. I had the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and they were generous with the salmon. The seasoning on the hash browns is delicious, (maybe a little too salty for those who need to limit their salt intake) and they are cooked to perfection. The Hollandaise sauce is tasty and creamy. As for the fruit salad, I emptied it on my plate at the end to eat it and it almost filled my plate! The fruits were diverse (grapes, apple, honeydew melon, cantaloupe, watermelon, pineapple, banana, strawberry). The waitresses were quick and attentive. I went there on a Sunday morning and it was full! In short, I highly recommend this restaurant for all traditional lunch lovers who have a big appetite.

Super friendly place, everything was good, served with a smile. We recommend without reservation. Excellent value. We saw lunches being served until almost 2:00 p.m. Very generous plates. Several people seemed to us to be regulars. We went there for lunch around 1:00 p.m. We ended up having two lunchtime specials . The prices are ridiculously low considering what is served for $13.99. Unlimited coffee, water, and a vegetable and rice soup, then for the first special : fillet of sole (thin and ultra hot breading), a dome of rice pilaf, large quantities of al dente vegetables (carrots and broccoli) , an obviously homemade tartar sauce in a metal dome. 2nd special : a nice portion of grilled chicken escalope with yellow peppers topped with a slice of melted brie, as an accompaniment the same dome of rice pilaf, a very copious chefs salad (iceberg) with sliced cucumbers, quartered tomatoes and grated carrots. Surprise, the salad dressing was house (brown, slightly sweet, probably with sesame??? delicious). Dessert was a nice slice of a very thin vanilla cake marbled with chocolate, also homemade in our opinion, almost the thickness of a brownie topped with commercial whipped cream. The cheerful, attentive service, everything was perfect. Benches and tables. Plenty of parking, the restaurant is in a shopping center.

Before and during covid it was our favorite lunch restaurant, fair price, great service, good. BUT, for a few months, it has been HORRIBLE hairs in the food (cooks not covering their faces so I deduce that it was beard hairs in my pancakes) excessive prices (8.49 for an order of toast + 1 slice of cheese ) On the other hand, the service is excellent

The food is good, but watch out for the service! We had barely finished eating when our plates were gone, the bill on the table and the machine next to pay. A child got up (there were 5 of us) the extra table was put away and the chairs removed . We felt like we were thrown out! Not even time to finish our quiet coffee! Really disappointed, we agree that going to a restaurant is more of a luxury with the prices, our special outing wasted!

Its the first time that we were going to eat at this restaurant, really not good. I asked for two eggs and sausage. The eggs tasted nothing and the sausage was not good. It was too greasy. The toast was too much butter, not to be eaten except the waitress was nice. Too expensive too.
