The employees are very friendly. The service is fast. Our waitress came to inquire about our needs frequently. Our games facilitator was available and answered our questions. The place was clean. The only problem for me would be the loud noise. It s normal, you tell me! Yes, indeed! But, since the ceiling is low (on the 2nd floor), sounds are amplified. A little noisier than the other Randolphs Ive been to. I didnt rate the food because I didnt eat it. On the other hand, the dishes that passed in front of me seemed delicious!

It was the first time I went there, since its not close to my house. I went there in memory of Karl Tremblay 1 year!! And I loved my evening. Good games, good food and cowboy songs that many of us sang. I even left a photo montage there that I made of Karl and the cowboys and that they were kind enough to put on the fridge. THANKS! It touches me. I highly recommend!!

I loved my experience except the host who was arrogant and even insulting the young man really had a negative impact on the rest of our evening.

It was quite noisy and it was difficult to play games. Plus, the game master neglected us a bit. We would have liked to see him more often

Perfect pub food to play games well presented by the entertainment team. Its clear that you dont go to Randolph for the food, but what they do, they do well. Nice selection of microbrewery beers.

Very nice atmosphere. Really knowledgeable and enthusiastic presenter. Very fatty food, creating nausea and stomach discomfort, not to mention the exorbitant prices for penard cuisine. If I go back it would only be to play games. Entrance price which makes no sense ($9 per person).

If you come on a weekday (except Friday), the Randolph is really nice. But as soon as its busy (Friday, Saturday evening especially), it takes a long time to get your meal. The entertainers and waiters are all very friendly and do their job well. There were 3 of us and we waited almost an hour for our 3 burgers. One of us took his plain burger and there was still sauce in it when it came to the table. As I write this review, he s been waiting for 20 minutes for his burger poor him Otherwise overall, great atmosphere and the games are fun

We had a lot of fun. The entertainment service is excellent. The hosts are funny and available. A lot of noise in the pub so it was more difficult to hear each other during games that required communication (quizzes or others). The food is good, but the service is long. So you have to take the time to have fun, without being in too much of a hurry to get your drink or your plate. Great experience!

My fish and chips were delicious and I appreciate the range of non-alcoholic drinks offered. A pleasure for the whole family as well as a great evening with friends!

The food is just okay and the portions are quite small. You dont have to be in a hurry to be served by a waiter or game presenter. Its definitely noisy, so more difficult with a bigger group. But its still fun to try lots of games and the facilitators explain well and choose good games according to what we want. Like style. Vegetarian options: Veggie burger

Service was good however the atmosphere was very noisy and there is no parking on site. Price for entry of $9 + whatever you want to drink/eat. ($$)

I went there yesterday for dinner with a reservation at 6:30 a.m. It literally took us an hour and a half to get our first course which was simply drinks. Thereafter, another 1 hour delay before receiving our entries. 3 hours later, around 10 a.m. our meal finally arrived, but completely cold. The entertainers are number one but the waiters/waitresses leave something to be desired given my first experience. The games are fantastic but the evening service is very, very average. For the first time, very very disappointed.

I liked the place. The game masters were super nice. The drinks were good and the nachos too. I give them 4 stars just because you have to pay $9/person even if you consume. This is not the case at other similar places.

It is a good place to gather and have fun with family and friends. Large selection of beers, spirits, cocktails and mocktails but room for improvement in terms of menu vs. price.

I enjoyed my evening but very expensive. For 2 people 3 drinks each with a meal and a late evening snack $450. All in all ok but for the price there are better.

We went last night for dinner around 6 p.m. and we were completely ignored for almost 2 hours. They didnt even bring us the menu, even though we constantly asked for it... It wont take long, said all the useless waiters and waitresses, but they never came back. A place to avoid at all costs!

Great evening, our Junior entertainer was perfect! As for the food, unfortunately it was cold and not very tasty. We will definitely return there for the gaming experience but not to eat there.

I really dont understand, we are 4 girls who made a reservation, we are aged between 22-24 years old and one of our friends didnt have her physical cards but she had a driving license, passport, health insurance card in a photo and it refused us. The worst part is that she was the only girl they had. Why would we make fake cards to go play games at Randolph. Honestly.. It really ruins our last day of vacation before work. In addition, the bearded gentleman is super stupid.

Blatant lack of professionalism. Horrible experience. I booked for 5 people. Once we arrive, the man and the woman at the entrance ask us for our identity documents. One person in the group did not have a physical ID but had their student card on their cell phone (she is 24 years old). The man refused us entry saying he did not accept ID on the phone. He required identification even from people who were not going to consume alcohol. Moreover, in my reservation confirmation email it was not mentioned in any way to bring your identity documents. We have left and will not return to this branch again!

Very nice discovery. It was a first and certainly not our last. If you dont already know the Unlock game series, its definitely worth a try if youre a fan of books in which you are the hero, or Sherlock Holmes-style puzzles... Trippy!

I had a great evening with friends at this place. The board games offered were fun and the cocktails were original and delicious. The choice of micro beer is a little expensive as is the food, but nothing shocking considering the good service we had both at the entertainment and for the food. I highly recommend it for board game lovers!

Déçu. Les portions sont très petite et le prix élevé. On nous charge 9$ pour que quelquun nous explique un jeu pendant 2 secondes. Des gouttes tombaient du plafond et bien que nous allons mentionné le problème, rien na été fait pour nous accommodé. Les crayons pour les jeux ne fonctionnaient pas et il a fallu demander à plusiquers reprises avant den avoir dautres.

A very nice pub, lots of choice of games. The facilitators are very friendly and always available. The food is very very average and really expensive for the portion. The $20.75 Cesar salad is as small as an individual ready-to-eat version from a supermarket. $100 bill + taxes for two meals with drinks and entrance fees.

The place is beautiful! On 2 floors with a terrace at the back, it is difficult to wait for a table to become available. This was our first visit, as we dont live in the area, but we will definitely return.

Very welcoming staff

It is not normal that the person who shows us the games does not know 10% of what they have in inventory (information provided by the presenter himself)... It is new, but should be accompanied or go find another person if he is not able to answer us (the games presented did not correspond to our criteria since the known selection was limited). The service was impeccable though. It would be necessary to add decoration or something on the walls to reduce the noise too... We were not able to talk to each other at our table and we had difficulty understanding the indications of the entertainer although we were in a relatively isolated corner. We are regulars at Randolp, but we will definitely go to those in Montreal or on the South Shore in the future.

As for the service, it was good. For the food we didnt like it at all and the atmosphere you had to shout to hear yourself speak. So for my part we will not go back there again.

One person in the group did not have a physical ID but had their student card on their cell phone (she is 25 years old). The man refused us entry saying he did not accept ID on the phone. He required identification even from people who were not going to consume alcohol. Moreover, in my reservation confirmation email it was not mentioned in any way to bring your identity documents. Since we were being refused entry, we asked if we could look at the games for sale section to purchase one. He told us in a stupid tone that we couldnt go see the games, that we had to be accompanied and that at the moment he didnt have time to accompany us. We have left and will not return to this branch again!

This place is not like the others! And Im not just talking about the fact that you can play board games there with friends! There is a festive atmosphere; probably thanks to the entertainment staff being so competent and friendly. Plus the food is good and there is a good selection of beers and cocktails.

The service is excellent, and the explanations provided on the board games are very clear. We see that the people who work there are passionate about these games and are very happy to be able to share them with others.
