I have been eating at this restaurant twice a week for 14 years. I showed up at the opening, 11am. They recooked the sausages and fries from the night before. I had never seen that in 44 years in Quebec. Never again.

Yesterday we went to get poutine and fries and my husband told me that he didnt see anyone cutting potatoes with the machine anymore, I found that the fries werent as good, I wonder why

The restaurant is so quiet that you can hear yourself eating and sipping liquor. A little background music wouldnt be amiss. Other than that, the food was good...and the service was quick.

The food is good but the service is atrocious 4 times out of 5. I waited 25 minutes for 3 hot dogs. If it was just because of the traffic ok but thats chilly and the staff isnt motivated.

Needs a good cleaning. 3 people doing their best while one person took the time to chat with 2 people for an hour. Really lousy place...if the owners wake you up. Smoke meat in a packet.

Friday evening 7 p.m. I waited almost 35 minutes at the drive-thru order and if there hadnt been cars behind I would have gone elsewhere. We could hear the young people laughing, it was fun. Even when I received my order it was not accurate, the young person seemed frozen. Not to mention the soggy hot dogs, the poutine used to be good at Lafleur, its disgusting, it tasted like old oil and a half-filled glass of Pepsi without ice was lucky. Now I dont even dare imagine the cleanliness in the kitchen because this morning Im sick.

The experience at Restaurant Lafleur was delicious! I enjoyed a delicious poutine accompanied by a hot dog and a refreshing drink. Good restaurant serving classic fast food food. However the prices are high. I recommend it if you have a craving for poutine or hotdog or others.

Young people dont wear gloves to make poutine, even with false nails! Or wears the net on top of the head but no hair in it. The cashier is lost as soon as the order contains more than 3 items and does not know how to replace the drinks Dietary restrictions: Even when you dont ask for cheese, we add some and scrape it!!

The man at the cash register is really rude and the quality of the food is very average. The beautiful Valmont province is much better.

25 minutes of waiting for poutine and a puck while the hot dogs softened in a take out box. 6-7 employees who chatter constantly. The girl ordering at the drive-thru does not help others even though she has no customers at her counter. But she chews gum very efficiently! This is the 3rd time at this restaurant and nothing has changed. The service is rotten!!

Phew! Its a shame for the owners to see how unprofessional and unworkable the employees are! We feel that we are disturbing them, they almost look up into the air! They take the time to chat with each other instead of taking care of customers! The manager told his employee to put down his cell phone, that he was not allowed to work with his cell phone... with their backs turned, the employees laughed at the manager! I don t want to go back there anymore!

I dont know how they cook their fries but I have the impression that the fries were cooked in 52 cooking sessions. Burnt and uncooked. Closing the equipment 30 minutes before closing is normal. As long as it closes at 9:30 a.m. not at 10 a.m. lets see! One of the worst Lafleurs, my best to date: Ste-Julie.

Its been a long time since weve been to this place, but the food is excellent. The reception, however, leaves something to be desired.

Horrible waiting time at the drive-thru order (+20 minutes) even though there are very few people. I notice at least 3 employees who do nothing except be on their cell phones and laughing together. No utensils (poutine without a fork is Bof), no straw and no paper towels. Thanks to the girl with the check who at least shows a smile even though she seems to be the only one who works in this place! You are definitely losing valuable customers by not taking care of the service. I wish you success with this new business model!

Pretty drinkable food, the hot dog ketchup/cabbage without ketchup, we ask for an onion ring and they charge us for it and not only forget to give it to us, THEY FORGOT TO MAKE IT FOR US. Plus, the staff seems like a gang of losers.

A medium fry for a whopping $7.18, Ill let you judge by the photo, if I had wanted half a medium fry I would have ordered a small one. It was the last time, Im going back to La Belle Province in Valmont at least they fill it up and add more even outside the bag for even a few cents less.... By ordering delivered at the window it makes your service terribly slow since the cooks cannot prepare the order.

Poutine without cheese or at least almost without cheese is not the way to attract customers.

The store manager yells at his employees, insults them in front of customers. We intervened to defend the employees, the manager replied Im the manager, Im the one who decides, Im going to throw your order in the trash and reimburse you, also shoots our cabaret to take it away from us. Then come and give us a paper with his name at our table 10 minutes later, telling us that he is the nephew of the owner and therefore untouchable. One of the employees was crying in the toilet following the incident.

VERY BAD REPUTATION It was around 9:20 p.m. on October 30, 2022 and I ordered a Lafleur trio with poutine like a very normal order......... I was asked if I wanted to leave them some tip (which you want add the same amount) he said..... I answered yes..... I waited 10 minutes at the Drive to be served by another employee....... I Greeted them and asked if he was okay and he replied Hold on with one of its coldness,.......... so much that I thought he had spit in my trio I calized them at drain seriously............. Good customer service training wouldnt hurt them
