Order a chicken Caesar salad meal on the lunch menu for 16.95 at lunchtime and get loaded with Caesar salad for $17.75 + extra strip of chicken for $4.95 even though it was included and be told that its thats how they charge, last time I ate there. I felt robbed.

Tonight, Saturday November 23, 2024 was the worst customer experience received at Scores Repentigny. I ordered a chicken breast, a take out order, the chicken was almost rare definitely not edible in my opinion. I return to the restaurant explaining the situation, the employee responsible at the counter, this evening judged according to her that everything was normal, the chicken had the usual cooking time. Also, she adds by saying that it is not possible to do better. I dispute this with a superior and ask for a new meal, which is entirely reasonable given the inconvenience. Then, back at home, in the meal box, I find the same seasoning sauce half empty, with no salad or bread on the side, which I hadnt even used. Finally, I am truly disappointed with my experience at this location, precisely because of terrible customer service, lack of empathy from this employee, which I unfortunately received today. I advise you to review what the standards of customer service are.

As for the service, it was great. I ordered traditional chicken skewers, good but served with white rice and frozen julienne fries. Small bowl of BBQ sauce. If I wanted vegetables I had to pay $1.75 and the salad was $5.95 more...so for almost $23 a pretty simple plate. Last time for me.

If I could put 0 I would. I went there with family and no one liked their plate. The chicken tasted like it was made in water and had no spice despite being ordered with spice. The general tao plate was horrible. It was salad bar ingredients with some General Tao chicken, and it cost almost $20. The quinoa was terrible. I felt like I was eating grass. Our plates came quickly so I can only assume the food wasnt fresh. There was also the waitress who came once or twice while we were there, she had forgotten us. Over the years, the quality of Scores has really declined. I would never go back there again. If you are looking for a restaurant, even Mcdonalds would be better than this.

The quality of the food was terrible! For a rotisserie when the brisket is not edible it s shameful! I mentioned this comment to the waitress and no consideration! Very unfortunate! I wont go back there for sure!

The service is sooooooo good. Ive been served by a blonde more than once and its literally the worst service. She looks like someone disturbed her and she looks really stupid. No smile and only comes back to see you to make you pay the bill. And even to get the bill you have to ask a barmaid. Sad!

The chicken was a little too dry for my liking

My partner and I have been to this Scores several times and have never been disappointed. The service is fast, the employees friendly and weve never had a bad food experience. Its rare that this is the case with chain restaurants like this, so well definitely be back!

I wanted to enjoy the trendy atmosphere of the scores, but an employee had shoes that were not black enough!! THEY WERE ALMOST WHITE!!! DISGUSTING! I wouldnt eat there again while hes there. This EMPTY employee is clearly stealing from the coffers, he has the profile, he REPULSIES me. His shoes CUT OUT my appetite.

Thursday evening 7:30 p.m., very bad experience. Group of 20 people, meal after funeral meeting, reservation made at least 1 week ago. 3 children with us, no childrens menu distributed. More than 10 minutes after taking orders, still no water was served to us, I had to ask someone who was placing placemats to get some. We receive our plates, but no drinks ordered have been received, we are told that at the bar they are overflowing, it is 8 p.m., lucky it is not Saturday evening. Although it has been 10 minutes since everyone received their plates, there are 2 of us who still have nothing. I have to get up to ask the waitress for our 2 plates. While people are halfway through their plates, we have to ask for our drinks again, because we still havent had them. It seems to me that the drinks should arrive before the plates. There was no crowd, it seems to me that it would have been normal for once the plates had been distributed, for the waitress to come back to make sure everything was ok and that was not done. No water filling was done either. Im not the type of person to complain about nothing and I understand the lack of staff very well, but when there is almost no one there at this late hour on a Thursday evening, it seems unusual to have the drinks 1 hour after our arrival. I expressed my displeasure by tipping $1, something the waitress did not appreciate, I was polite and explained to her the reason for this amount. She gave me back my $1, angrily telling me that I must need it more than she did.

I think were going to have to get used to waiting... We had to ask for our glasses of water, our drinks which we didnt have to do before. We received our bill without even being offered dessert or coffee. The portions have decreased and the price has increased. So now for a piece of sugar pie about 2 inches wide at the crust to end up very small at the tip, $7.25 is asked. Finally we waited more than 20 minutes for the waitress to bring us a new bill. And no the restaurant was not full there were 4 tables including ours.

We go to this restaurant for the salad bar, and for the food, which is always good every time. The quality-price ratio is good. Parking: 2 free terminals for electric vehicles but only one was working during our last visit

We ordered last night and we are really disappointed... My partner ordered two Portuguese chicken legs and when he opened his box there was sauce everywhere. For my part, my club sandwich was terrible: I had no pieces of chicken, but a whole piece of chicken breast placed on the bottom slice and too large slices of tomatoes. The slices of bread were different sizes, in short it was impossible to eat it without everything falling off. I will not recommend there again.

After 3 visits to this restaurant, I will not return there again. Only 1 time did we have a satisfactory dish (faitas). First time a rotten baked potato (brown/bad smell/bad taste. The rest was passable. 2nd time chicken parmagiana (so dry and hard to chew. Salad bar not very elaborate and above all tasteless, the salads all seem to have the same mixture of salad dressing (vinaigrette) it doesnt taste like mayonnaise (no taste)... potato, broccoli and apple salad, and macaroni. My daughter and I informed the waitress since the macaroni salad was safe. It was disgusting. Leaving the restaurant 2 ladies were talking about their meal. They said were not coming back here anymore, weve tried 3 times. They took chicken skewers (some pieces were full of meat and above all very dry. Besides, we had been forgotten. It took a very long time before a waitress came to see us.

Best food of its kind in the sector! Even a salad bar!!

Upon arriving, a very warm welcome, unfortunately the evening was spoiled by the young girl who cleared the tables, made a lot of noise dragging the chairs, replacing the tables and clearing the cutlery . I dont recommend this score if you want to have a quiet time.

I ordered 5 hours in advance. The order still arrived an hour late. The chicken was lukewarm and the fries were limp. Dont order there. This is the third and last time this has happened to me.

The service was OK, however the air conditioning did not seem to be working properly and when we arrived the door was so stiff that we thought it was closed, after taking a look through the window a waitress came to open it for us. telling us that the door was broken but no signage to that effect, ultimately the food was ok but for the price it could have been better and the menu was heavily limited as was the drinks menu, note that they only serve Pepsi products and not Coca-Cola.

At dinner time I went to visit my son for the last day of school. The service is not crowded. Was a little long the food the chicken was dry. The salad bar was still a must. But I believe that the new generation of servers needs to update themselves on what customer service means.. So a little training is to be reviewed!

Sara the waitress (Saturday July 22 evening) a big wow for your service! Very kind, quick, she came to see us often and she replaced my plate (wrap soaked in oil) without saying anything and even if I was no longer hungry (taken in a doggie bag) she was kind and patient. In short, I was not satisfied with the food but for the service received, I would return.

Really disappointed. The chicken tenders had NO but really NO taste. Chicken that tastes NOTHING. We brought it all home for the dog, and even then, she didnt want it. When a dog turns its nose it is not a good sign. Too bad but we wont go back there again.

The quality of the buffet is unstable. On my last visit, no luck, soup way too salty. They never handed out green salads out of three types; we started the meal with only two left and finished with only one. The Olives were super salty to the point of grimacing. For fruits, green and red apples, grapes, as long as you have whole fruits, why not open the fridge at home! In my dish everything was good, except the sauce was too diluted. To top it off, the waiter didnt take care of us at all, a glass of water at the beginning and one at the same time as the bill on our request which we practically canceled because we had eaten a lot of salt. SO FOR A KNOWN CHANNEL THAT HAS QUALITY AND CONSISTENT STANDARDS, CHOOSE ANOTHER SCORES UNLESS YOU WANT TO KNOW IF YOU ARE ON A LUCKY DAY.

I like this Scores, Every time we have gone we have had good service. The salad bar is good and always good soup. For the rest of the menu I have noticed that the food is better on the weekend than during the week..

So, I appreciate the concept of the bar and the all-you-can-eat service, I find it ingenious and advantageous for the wallet. For my order, I took a general tao poutine. The General Tao sauce took over, I didnt taste a classic Poutine sauce, but it was drinkable. I will come back to try other dishes.

Weve eaten there twice now and both times we had food indigestion. Very disappointed. I dont recommend.

Lack of utensils... It was a long time before we had long utensils to have refills of beverage. Buffet leaves something to be desired, the noodles in the soup were mushy, lack of chicken. The tangerines had a tangy taste which is not was better.

Good food but slow service

I ate there, I ordered a half in 2 thighs, fried potatoes, coleslaw. The chicken was good (ideal if you dont want to eat too fatty) because I found it less fatty than its competitors .The fries are crispy and soft inside. Coleslaw really leaves something to be desired which doesnt attract me to the salad bar. Excellent service, Im satisfied.

I was surprised by the attention of Guillaume, our server today. He was able to offer us a service that is rarely found these days. The meals were tasty and in good quantity.

Everything was generally going well and towards the end, one of the waiters dropped some beer and half the glass fell on him. The least we could have done would have been to offer a free meal or a discount, but nothing...I left completely drenched in beer all over my lower body.

The service was polite and courteous. That was greatly appreciated since the kids were a handful!

Very disappointed with our last visit. When the salad bar was able to reopen, there were more choices. This is one of the reasons that led us to return there. The waitress told us it all depended on what was left in the kitchen. Pita chips with the soup instead of biscuits, the waitress told us that it was the supplier who no longer made them. Overcooked chicken breast, probably reheated. In short, $60 for a bare soup and salad bar, overcooked chicken, a carafe of wine in addition to ordinary service, it was our last visit.

Very bad! Since Ive been in Repentigny its the worst delivery experience Ive had! No chicken!! Either no delivery, this evening I did not receive the cheese for the poutine nor the dessert that I paid for....never perfect delivery! I do not recommend the Brien branch! Rotten !

The girl on the phone didnt know the menu The delivery guy asked me to go outside?? I imagine who didnt want to take the trouble to come and bring me the order. My food was good, but my partners was quite the opposite. -his burger tasted like coal because the meatball was so burnt. -missing ingredients in the burger -his outdated Cesar salad -his rice was drier than my grandfathers elbow skin. I spent 30 minutes on the phone the next day to get a refund.

Nous étions plusieurs clients à appeler pour savoir sil y avait un problème, si cétait fermé ou ouvert et on nous mettait tout de suite sur attente. Ce serait seulement bien de mettre des affiches pour avertir que cest fermé, au minimum.

Good restaurant, decent atmosphere, the food is good, but it is more expensive than other restaurants of the same type. The service was very good.

Really disappointed, I loved this restaurant so much. Its crazy how prices have increased in such a short time. The quality of the food not great, the portions too small. I receive my sauce and it has a layer on top, my partner receives the wrong order at all and in addition her sauce leaks under the hamburger bun, incomplete plate, several things were missing. Luckily the waitress was nice. Really disappointed and it saddens me I loved this place so much
