I went this evening and I’ve arrived at precisely 9:50 pm, and the door was locked. This place closes at 10:00 pm every day of the week. The lights were on, and I could see the employee behind the counter. I’ve tried to knock on the door, waving at him, tried to open the door few times, in order to ask if it was closed but the employee never looked at me, never even raised his head to look at the door. When he knew for sure that there was someone at the door. He could have at least acknowledged my presence and the fact that I was there. I wanted to get 2 or 3 sandwiches for mine and my kids lunches for tomorrow. It’s very disappointing and limit disrespectful to completely ignore the presence of a customer, especially when it’s 10 minutes prior to closing time. I always go to this Subway but now I don’t really feel like going back there, with those kind of employees who are deciding to close the restaurant before the actual closing time and ignores their customers who are trying to get a hold of them.
The pink girl hair that served us was super rude.She kept complaining about doing her job and threw the food at us.If you want to be served horribly this is the place.She should not be working there if it’s to treat the costumers like that.

Very poor service. This is the second time I've been poorly served here. Although the placed still had 1h30 before closing, I, and the other clients lined up, felt like we were being rushed out. The manager or assistant manager was very curt and kept referring to closing tasks. The younger staffer seemed very nice and capable. Too bad she wasn't in charge. They didn't turn on the grill so no grilled wrap. The fountain drinks was closed and more Brisk in the fridge. This is the last time I come here. My 3 kids were disappointed by the service as we'll.
Clean and always fresh, great staff
Covid ready, hand sanitizer at the door, when someone walked in, and did not use it, the store asked them to use it. Path way marked on the floor. Oddly shares the bathroom with the convenience store, which someone locked the key inside and no one had the spare key.
A big zero for lunches. The eggs were still frozen, no coffee, luckily there was a Tim Hortons nearby. The kid wasnt really turned on. Awaille the young man, a little enthusiasm.
No matter the Subway there is a funny smell
It says on Google that it closes at 10 a.m. so we stopped on the way. Once you get to the window it will say that it closes at 10am as well, yet it was 9:30 in the evening when we arrived. I dont mind the fact that it closes early but its VERY annoying when they dont display it on Google or in the door.
Arrival at 8:30, restaurant marked open at 8:00. Once I arrived, the employee sent me away saying that it was not open and opened at 9:00. It says 8:00 on the door. The employee didnt want to work? Or is it the boss who is too stupid to change his opening hours?! Yes, a big 0.

Im disappointed! I ordered a 6inch and biscuits, I left a tip. I came back because the biscuits were not cooked well.. they were greasy and fell apart on their own. no refund, and she did not didnt want to replace them. Disservice!
You read that right! 0 stars! I have just come out of this place, in Richelieu, where I received the worst service in my life. ZERO hello on arrival! No smile either!!! And yes, even behind a mask you can see a smile! I was placing an order for 3 people; my partner, my granddaughter and me. The girl mumbles, I ask her to repeat a few times.... In exchange, I get sighs and pairs of eyes from her colleague!!!! I contained myself since my little girl was there! Didnt even have the kindness to address her directly. As she took a little time to decide, I had to endure other endless sighs..... However, we were alone in the restaurant. ..... Really in 2021, it is unacceptable to keep such employees! For my part, its over! I will go to Chambly from now on, even if it means eating less hotly!

Incompetent!! A delivery that took 2 hours because they didnt have a driver. It seems to me that you call the customer, after an hour of waiting to see if they want to keep their order, right??? The submarines were cold and wet. $40 straight into the trash :(

What a disappointing service and whats more, at dinner time, there were no toppings of several kinds left and no vegetables to put in the sandwiches. Blatant lack of supervision in this subway, especially at a busy point on the side of the highway.
Sometimes some workers are heavy (like a ball and chain).

For a tasty 12-inch breakfast for two. Our choice fell on a 12-inch bacon, egg and cheese at $6.59 for a total of $7.58 with taxes. We were served by Annie on May 17, 2018 at lunchtime. The wifi also worked well which is an added advantage in addition to the excellent food that is always fresh. We got enough for two and at a good price. We offer you some photos. Arriving at 8:37 p.m. when it closes at 9 p.m. and being told through the barred door that they are closed given the preparation time at Subway, very ordinary!
The time it was supposed to close at 9:00 p.m. and we found ourselves in front of a barred door at 8:37 p.m..... I can understand 5 minutes before closing but thats nonsense
