Nando's PERi-PERi in Richmond Hill

The worst restaurant ever , i ordered chicken liver , and they served it with fungus in it , the green liquid came to my face when i pressed on it while i was trying to eat it , The worth thing is when i talked to the waiter and the supervisor, she said there is nothing wrong with it , and she didn t admit that there food is not good , she was talking to me in a very rude way , and she said its normal the liver comes with the spleen, can you imagine spleen is toxic and its not possible to offer food with the spleen. I asked for the manager and they told me he is not here , and i called there head quarter no body answer or even get back to me . I don t recommend such a bad place to any one .

Smallest portions in the world. You will actually be shocked lol. This isn t a business this is a den of thieves. Great place if you like to get scammed though.

Dietary restrictions: I called to ask about where the chicken is sourced from. I wanted to make sure it was halal. Their chicken is supplied from Maple Lodge, and is machine slaughtered. I consider hand-slaughtered to be the only halal option, so it was interesting to learn. I think its a useful bit of information for any Muslims considering dining here.

We came all from Whiby and was told can not go double leg with 2 side 5 orders. Totally declined. This is my first and last time visiting this place . I should have gone to Mississauga. Strongly recommend check before going there. I was offered 20% discount but the money does not matter , it s the food you love I have been to Nando s since 2008. First time ever l had the disappointment

Add an option to cut the chicken into pieces on their delivery apps. Always have to call in to ask, and its a huge waste of time. And sometimes they still dont do it! Even in their own app under order notes that shows on the printed receipt they stick on the bag says cut into pieces, and they still dont. Terrible...

We came here on a Friday at 7pm and found a spot right away. The place was clean and service was efficient It s been a while since we had Nandos and it did not disappoint. The chicken was very well seasoned and nicely charred, and the fries were fresh and crispy. Would definitely come back for another tasty family dinner

It has been several years since I ve been to this location. Much has changed. The chicken is sooo good, you can really taste the char on the chicken. Our server, Mohammed, was very attentive and accommodating. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

We love coming here aw always because its a fast food restaurant with 5 star restaurant quality be it on service, food, or location! They have new sauce and menu items every once in a while, i like that the food comes fast and served on a warm plate. Kritika is a top notch manager greeting all customers with a great smile .

Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE. The cashier lady told me there will be 35mins for chicken and I said I can wait then after 20mins food was served but it wasn t the one we order. So she came to our table and said another 20mins waiting then I told her Whaat?????? I ve been waiting for almost 30mins and u want me to wait ? Then she changed the timing (7mins) . So after 7mins food wasn t served. I ve waited again for 15mins so I went in the front asking our FOOD. She said 2mins more . I asked them to give me a new sides because the one I ordered was seating there for an hour then they refused. I don t have complaint about the food. It was just the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I ve got to the lady cashier.

The food was great! We got a large shareable platform with very reasonable portion sizes. The chicken was juicy and flavourful and there were a variety of delicious sides. More importantly, the service at this location was amazing. The employees were kind and accommodating and let us celebrate a birthday, providing candles and lighter for us too! Not the first time they have messed up our Skip/Uber order. Do yourself a favour and save yourself the grief, do not order from this location.

There were flies and a dirty table just next to us that wasn t cleaned in the dining area. They also give you the drinks in a plastic cup which is strange for a Nandos dine in. Usually it s a glass cup. The food was pretty good overall. Can t go wrong with Nandos. The dining area could be bigger as it gets pretty crammed quickly. I d probably recommend another Nandos location for taking your family too.

Enjoyed coming to Nandos Richmond the food was yummy and the staff namely Zara, Kritika, Jamie and Feli were superb; the way they handled the hush hour was commendable!

I had a fantastic experience at Nandos! The lively atmosphere and friendly staff kertika feli zara made me feel welcome. The peri-peri chicken was deliciously grilled and perfectly spiced, and the garlic bread and spicy rice were great sides. The attentive service and casual vibe made it a perfect spot for a meal with friends or family. I cant wait to return highly recommend it for tasty food!

So expensive! I bought a half chicken with 2 sides for myself and 2 quarter chicken dinners. It was $82 ! Not coming back.

The Nandos Richmond Hill used to be a great place. I can only assume that they have changed management because of the renos & menu changes. Tried it this week & chicken was Tough, Chewy & undercooked. The time before this, we went for chicken wings & they were out of wings!!

Visited May 2024. Chicken size very small, seemed dry with ok flavor. I guess my preference is for a different style of piri piri chicken preparation at a restaurant at MajorMac and Weston.

Maybe the smallest Nandos location in the GTA, but perhaps the best staff and cooks. The garlic bread was actually cooked perfectly here, and not burnt like other Nando s locations. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The staff are friendly and get food to you quickly.

My partner and I decided to order nandos for takeout and pick it up. we got the meal that came with a whole chicken, two sides, and garlic bread. we went to pick it up and it was busy, yet one of the workers behind the counter was talking to her friend. we went in to pick up our order and went home. the bag itself was sealed shut with stickers so i assumed everything was in the bag. to our surprise when we got home, HALF of our order was missing. at this point we were 20 minutes away from the nandos, we ended up calling them and at first they were only going to give us a partial credit, or told us to drive back there and pick up the missing items. i am EXTREMELY disappointed and will not be coming back to this nandos.

Nandos locations in Ontario are a game-changer for halal food seekers! Their family platter was a hit with us - flavorful, tender chicken and generous portions. A big relief to find authentic halal options in Ontario. Note to Nandos: Please extend halal options to Alberta and BC locations too!

Oh, Nandos Richmond, what happened? My love for your peri-peri chicken has been unwavering, but it seems inflation hit your chicken sizes harder than anything else. Ive been a frequent visitor, always looking forward to those juicy, generously portioned chickens. But on my latest visit, I was met with a shockingly tiny piece of chicken. I mean, did you guys send my order through a shrink ray? The only thing that should be this small is my patience for overpriced meals! Speaking of prices, not only are we paying more, but we re also getting less. A lot less. The chicken looked like it had been on a strict diet not exactly what you want when you re craving a hearty meal. I ve attached a picture for reference. Maybe it can serve as a visual aid for your team to see what a disappointment looks like. We used to love coming here, but if the portions continue to shrink, we might need to bring a magnifying glass to find the chicken.You need to look for solution to find the good old days of proper-sized chicken portions. My stomach and my wallet will thank you! Note: Fork is placed for size comparison.

I thinks the staff here are under payed or something!! 5 people working at the same time but only 1 is a cashier during busy hours the rest are ignoring people and acting like they are busy. I knew that this is going to happen due to past experiences, so I decided to order on the phone and pick up my food. Lady on the phone said 15 minutes max. I got there 20 mins later, made me wait another 15 mins by ignoring me then telling me my order is not ready and I must pay first. After I payed made me wait another 10 mins then telling me my order was ready from the beginning. At this point what s the point of ordering ahead?!!

Nando s Portuguese Chicken and Spiced Rice are my personal favorites! The chicken is always tender and packed with flavor, and the spiced rice is the perfect complement. Rashii was also incredibly helpful, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is super super cold, either the AC is on full blast or there s a draft coming through. Food was very mediocre. Save yourself a trip and visit the Nandos in Mississauga (quality and service is much better). The Kale ceaser salad had a few pieces of kale .mainly lettuce. Overall a 2/10 experience.

I order the chicken wrap with fries and I must say the size of the wrap for the price is absolutely ridiculous. $20 for a wrap that had maybe 2 pieces of chicken in it and half of one side is the size of my palm and my hands are normal size. Nandos needs to either lower the price or start making bigger wraps with more chicken in them. On top of that the fries were soggy and probably already pre made.
