If one can brave the parking lot and have the patience to find a parking spot then endure the long weekend lineups for dim sum you’ll be fully rewarded with delicious large portioned dishes at The One Fusion Cuisine. Dishes are flavourful and are very well priced given the very generous portions. Would like to return more often, but am deterred by the long wait times for dim sum. Would really like to see a reservation based dim sum experience in the future.

One of the top Chinese restaurant in York Region. An upscale service without the higher prices. Some of their specialities are amazing. They had lobster with noodles on special. I am not a lobster fan but loved it. Their pork buns were so light, flaky, and delicious. It wasn't overly sweet like others I had tried wherever. Loved it. We tried their Octopus in a small basket with spicy sauce, also great. The sticky rice pyramid in the picture, had so many fresh ingredients. Note that they always have a long lineup for lunch. We went on a Monday after 1pm and got right in.

Good value jumbo size dim sum restaurant. I don’t think they are one of those having flat rate dim sum on weekdays but their quality definitely attract customers. Sunday afternoon 2:50pm and we can still hear the queue announcement for seat. I haven’t come for dine in dim sum for years but they definitely keep the quality and taste. But honestly, I think the size is too oversized and if you only come with two persons or so, you can’t try many things or need to pack the left over home all the time. I prefer a smaller size of ha gou and siu mai (like I rather like golf ball size than tennis ball in this case). It is still recommended if you have a large group of ppl, definitely you can cut into smaller portion to share. Make sure you got to make reservation earlier and this restaurant seems to be packed easily.

Craving dim sum for few weeks then decided to go today. It is a weekday and I got there before 12, still, had to wait for a table. Luckily I got seated after about 15 minutes. I ordered 4 dishes, beef ribs, pork pastry, ha gao, beef tripe. Food came fast enough. I am not sure it’s because I have been eating clean for too long or not, although the food taste just like before, it is a little too heavy for me. I didn’t quite finish despite small portion, Paid $50 for the meal. I would not say it’s for everyone. Huge lineup outside when I left. Not sure it’s worth the wait

I had dim sum. Some of the dumplings are way too big and fall apart. Sometimes less is more. Some flavors or pairings were a bit odd for Cantonese dim sum, which this is not. Pumpkin chestnut congee actually was pretty tasty. No cash discounts here. The decor looks glittery and seemingly high-end, but quite a few dishware had chips and stains on it. This could be overlooked if the food was better. Not impressed.

Definitely a staple for us for a regular weekly Chinese dinner with the family. They offer a la carte but also set menus which are pretty good. The food has all been great so far, and one of their off the set menu items, the lotus leaf wrapped rice is a family favourite. Definitely make reservations because like any Chinese restaurant it gets pretty busy during dinner time.

I had an amazing experience at One Fusion Cuisine, especially when it comes to their dim sum! The variety and quality were top-notch – the shrimp dumplings and egg yolk buns were absolutely delicious. Every dish we tried was fresh and full of flavor. A special shoutout to Manager Ben, who made our visit even more enjoyable with his friendly and attentive service. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great dim sum and exceptional service in Toronto!

Sister restaurant of Skyview Fusion Cuisine. This location is better if you do not want to wait for long lineups at Skyview. Knowing the staff for decades, I finally got to have dinner here for the first time. Came here for Mother's Day and I got to say their specialty dishes are made to perfection. It is on the pricer side but you are getting the quality and experience that you paid for. Worth it. Dim sum as usual is one of the best in town! Also known the owner since I was young, I must say they do care and are passionate about their food and clients!

Always have to wait at least minimum 30 minutes even with reservation . Dont matter if you have a reservation or not, you just gotta wait min half an hour to 1 hour +. I ve been here more than handful of times and to the Skyview (under same management and owner) for both of them the reservation mean nothing. Or you can try giving them pocket money and they will just shove you in first even w/o any reservation. Food, portion is big and ingredients are fresh.

Caution: Serious Safety Concerns at This Restaurant I took my two young kids to The One for lunch today and ordered a Crispy Yuzu Tofu Rice Roll for them. To my shock, there was a sharp, melted, and hard piece of plastic about the size of a thumb wrapped inside the rice roll. Thankfully, it was my husband who discovered it while eating, but I can t imagine how dangerous it would have been if one of my kids had eaten it. I informed the staff about the issue, but all they did was remove the rice roll from our bill no one came to apologize or provide any explanation. To make matters worse, we only managed to eat one piece of the rice roll because of the plastic. I am extremely disappointed with how they handled such a serious safety issue. This kind of attitude towards customer safety is unacceptable. I will never return to this restaurant, and I strongly advise families with children or elderly members to be cautious when dining here.

Finished our meal and still drinking tea, they rushed cleaned the table, still have my personal items on table cloth and they almost bunch it up in there. See u later bye bye, they said. I heard they spoke Cantonese and said, Wait for a few minutes. I will get you a table. At least 4 tables are given to ppls. they dont have numbers.I hope the owners or manager can do something. Oh boy, where do I start? The employees hunted us down for the tips (and that there was 15% after tax tips rate thing). The employees chased me for tax even though the CRA states that tips are NOT mandatory! The discount was a wolf in sheep s fur, the employees said there s a discount (10% off) for this meal and we paid it but they IMMEDIATELY started demanding us to pay about OVER 20% TIPS!!!! THE CRA STATES THAT TIPS SHOULD BE BEFORE TAXATION!!! The food was alright, some weren t even seasoned and the bowls were not cleaned (we had 2 complaints about leftovers in new bowls).

Today, I had tea with my friends at Julongxuan. The refreshments were normal, but the service was very poor. When I finally paid the bill, all the tea tables were fully charged, even for a 5-year-old child. When I asked the female manager, she had a very bad attitude. She looked at each other and spoke in a tone of voice. Its so bad that even the children will accept it. A friend said that he saw the teacher next to him stuffing 20 yuan with the female manager. She pocketed it very quickly and was extremely attentive to the teacher. My friend laughed and asked if it was because we didn t give her any money. Julongxuan will treat you well if you have money, but if you dont have money, you will get angry. If a restaurant is hired by such a person to manage it, it will only get worse and worse. I wont go there again

November 22, 2024

Have morning tea with my family on Sunday from ten oclock until eleven oclock. The food was decent, but the attitude of the waiter and the female manager Michelle was really a mess! Even if there is no service when eating, I will try my best to clear the dishes on the table from the moment I ask for the bill. I will not even let go of the cups, and I will not take the last sip of water. When I paid the bill, I was told that the tea table should be 3+1 (three adults + a five-year-old child), so I took the menu away without hesitation. When we got the receipt, we saw that there were still four tea seats on the bill, so we angrily told the waiter that it hadnt been changed yet. The waiter saw that we had to find the manager himself. good! The female manager came and said directly, We usually only accept tea seats for those aged three and above. We laughed immediately. It was the first time in more than ten years of drinking morning tea that I heard that you wanted to accept tea seats for children. Can children drink tea? ? My kid doesnt even drink your water! After the female manager said that, she turned around and left. Then she asked another waiter to bring the changed order and swipe the card... What? For an extra $2.5+hst, your tip will be a little more, right? He didn t even say a word of apology, and he just didn t dare to come back to see us! We have high emotional intelligence and tip normally, but Julongxuan s service attitude will soon be outclassed in today s society. Learn from your competitor Big Lobster or learn how Haidilao does business. The working style of this female manager is about to be eliminated.

This really popular dimsum restaurant has been on my radar for a few years now but having seen the lines, Ive always found alternatives but on this one occasion I was here right at 9am so decided it was time I tried! There was a long-ish line of people waiting for them to open but it went super fast once the first group of diners got seated. Food was good and brought out promptly. Some of the items I ordered were not available at 9am but I wasnt told this until I followed up with a waitress after an hour. I was dining with my husband and toddler. The Har gow and Siu mai are good but honestly, Yu Seafood is better in every aspect possible. When the bill came, the waitress pressed the machine and upon the tip page, she physically covered it with her blazer and hit 22% and accepted it then proceeded to give me the machine to tap. While 22% is totally acceptable as a tip amount, what is outrageous is the audacity to trick its customers.

Hey, the service in this restaurant is really bad. All the other food had been dried long ago, but the leek dumpling had not yet been served. After waiting for 30 minutes, there was no sign. I saw some waiters walking around carrying dumplings. After asking around from afar, they didnt come to our table. I complained to the waiter and the manager and apologized. They immediately tried to quibble and said, We have to wait so long. When checking the return form, we found out that we were too patient, and they were too slow. Tuntun went to the kitchen to take a look. The most outrageous thing in the end was that when they brought a leek dumpling, they just said perfunctorily, Okay, theres one more of you. But for every table, the menu was clearly written, and it was clearly 4 What a dumpling! This kind of service attitude is really disgusting. I dont want to come here again.

Some of the dim sum was tasty and very plump. The shiu mai and pan fried dumplings were my two favourites out for the dishes I got. I feel like it was very pricey and I can get similarly good dim sum elsewhere for a lower price. Giving it a low rating because of the service. It took almost 1 and a half hours for them to serve the 6 dishes that I ordered. I was seeing other tables who came after me get their food before me when we ordered the same things. I ve been here several times before for dine-in dim sum with family and never realized that the attitude here can be horrendous. The ladies at the cashier counter (who seem to be the owner) are a nightmare. This time, I went in to order takeout & she made me feel so bad for ordering 2 items on the menu I almost felt like they were bullies. Then, one of the items I ordered was sold out so I had to think for TWO SECONDS about what to order instead and they rushed me like hell. They will talk down to you like you owe them money. That s definitely not the way to talk to customers and if you want a peaceful morning, I would suggest to stay away.

Seems like they spend most of their budget on decorations instead of soy sauce. :( The building is really nice- love the atmosphere and the service was pretty quick. However, I m disappointed with the food. Most of the food we got wasn t flavoured well, except for the tentacles. The soy sauce given with my rice roll seems like it was an almost empty bottle and they just added water. I m sure if they just fix this flavouring problem, my rating would be much higher.

One of our favourite dim sum restaurant, though it is a little premium. Portions are good, siew mai is huge with lots of shrimps, turnip cake is tasty, rice roll is smooth and the family s favourite is the black steamed molten yolk bun. But the pork spareribs have too many bones and sharp ones. Tea is $2.50 per pax. Atmosphere is nice and decently clean using their own restaurant s table cloth. The noise level gives the HK tea house vibe. Long queue always around morning to lunch hour especially on weekends. Crowd is less after 1pm. Asked if we can make reservations, they mentioned if more than 8 pax Update: Went again on another Sunday around noon, and waited for an hour for our table! Best to go after 1.30pm!

Anyway, wont come again. ps: Judging from your Asian face, even if you speak English, you will be ignored, so a tip is that your attitude must be fierce enough, especially to the person who calls at the door. Their cha-siu rice is the right blend of fatty and tasty, siu mai, steamed dumplings, tripe - all really good too if you dont think about the health aspect of it!

It pains me to leave a negative review because I really like this place and have come before in the past. My family saw noticeable improvement in the quality of food since we last came and the overall atmosphere is exquisite. However, the way we were mistreated by staff today really left a bad taste in our mouths. My family and I came here during the Labour Day weekend for brunch. We had just started eating for what couldn t have been more than 15 minutes, when we noticed staff started packing up tables and moving chairs around. Then the other guests dining around us started being rushed out. Eventually we caught on that someone must have booked this half of the restaurant for a special event in the afternoon. However, at no point did any of the staff bother informing us about this. They all just kept moving furniture and tableware around, barking orders and issuing commands to each other. It felt like dining in the middle of a construction site. Had I known before we d been seated that we wouldn t have as much time to eat, I wouldn t have minded waiting longer for a table in the section of the restaurant that WASN T reserved. I had already waited 50 minutes anyways. It was so hard for me to co-ordinate this family get-together, especially when everyone has busy lives. And as a son, I felt so ashamed and embarrassed the way my grandparents were mistreated when I was the one that picked this place. I had really hoped this would ve been a nice meal together after a long time. Instead, we spent more time waiting than actually enjoying our meal and the brunch ended with to-go boxes being dropped on our table and the bill shoved in my face, all while we were still eating. I sympathize with the restaurant that running a business is hard, especially during holiday weekends when there is a large influx of people. However, I have no doubt in my mind that this situation could have been handled better.

Let me preface this review by saying the food was top notch, we just came at the wrong time and unfortunately the damage has been done and the family blacklisted the restaurant. It was my father in-laws ~92 birthday. We booked reservations on the recommendations of my wifes coworkers. When we arrived we realized there was a large wedding booked at the same time. Which is where our troubles started, clearly in the eyes of management that day the wedding took priority. When we thought about coming here the reviews really set the stage for the kind of service we expected, but we were kind of sidelined the whole time we were there, the meals came slowly, there was much confusion, even with the receipt on the table saying what we had received so far, the servers didnt plate anything until the end when it appeared we wouldnt finish in time for the next seating. We ordered an additional dish on top of the set meal. That came within half an hour from the time we shouldve been leaving and we had to shovel this extremely hot dish down while they were serving dessert. For the majority of our time there, we were second class citizens in the eyes of the staff, and only when it looked like we wouldnt finish in time for the next seating did anyone deign to notice us. We eat at alot of Chinese banquet restaurants and this is hands down the worst service weve ever experienced. But again, this was during a wedding. So maybe on a normal night theyre ok. Too bad I wont get a chance to see them at their best, the family was not pleased with the experience and never wants to come here again.

I saw that someone had previously commented that this restaurant has the ceiling of Harbor Point in Toronto, so I went with a few friends to try it out. What is the ceiling of Harbor Point? Ordered Hong Kong-style carrot cake, bamboo charcoal quicksand buns, beef louvers, cowboy ribs, shrimp dumplings, the best buns in the world, rice rolls, etc... The first thing I saw when I entered this restaurant was the beautiful decoration, and the dim sum bamboo charcoal quicksand buns were really good. , there is quicksand as soon as you bite into it. Basically, the presentation looks pretty good in all aspects. What I ordered today are all basic Hong Kong-style dim sum. Although the taste and taste are not up to par, they are basically up to par. One thing I have to praise this restaurant is that we started eating at around 10 oclock in the morning and when we arrived at around 12:30 noon, there were already a lot of customers lining up at the door, but the store didnt let us chat because we had finished eating an hour ago. And for urging us to leave, I have to give the store a thumbs up

Worst Dinner Ever Had in Canada. I wish I could give lower than a star. The food was fine (average) but the service was terrible. The server was throwing the plates on the table and don t even bother to set the table up for us. It was fine I am gonna do it myself. May be it s just rush hour but there s more. No one filled the water. Missing orders. No free dessert afterward. Thus, the server asking us for more tips! I mean wt? This is literally what I said.

Everything was good up until the server hovered over me while I was paying with my credit card and questioned my 9% of the total (including tax) tip for lunch. She said I inputted 9%, to which I said, yes its a fair tip, its lunch and the machine computes it of the total. This was a sour note to end off a decent meal. Why should a client be judged on their discretionary tip? tip, at lunch is a standard 10% of subtotal, and 9% of total is more than fair. It is ultimately discretionary, not to mention has racist and classist historical roots and a client should never be questioned for their discretionary tip. What a terrible way to make a customer feel! To top it off this server must have been a higher up staff as she had a walkie talkie. The owners should take note.

Waited two and half hours in line. And the lady skipped our number and I had to go up to her and tell her we were still waiting. Once we got our food it was such poor quality. The pork buns were not fresh. The sticky rice was dry. And they forgot to bring out our chicken feet. Very poor experience. Not worth the hype. Also maybe get an automated messaging system rather than forcing everybody to wait inside the restaurant to hear their number.

The overall taste of the food here was average. There were five of us, but we were seated at a small table (it was quite empty when we came), which only allowed for two dishes to be served at a time. Any more than that, and there was no room, so our food ended up being served quite slowly because the table was too cramped. The roasted pigeon was quite good, though. Even though the menu said it was braised, it felt like it was roasted, with a crispy skin and flavorful meat. The server recommended the geoduck, complimenting it as delicious, but when it arrived as sashimi, it was disappointing there was a strong fishy taste. We mentioned this to the server, but they didn t respond much to our feedback. We ended up put lots of wasabi in the dip to cover the taste. ($130 wasted - not recommended) The seafood in the spicy and sour soup was decent, but the soup itself was very ordinary. The Mapo tofu didn t taste like Mapo tofu at all not recommended. The steamed eggplant with whitebait was okay, but there was barely any whitebait. Initially, I thought there was none at all when the dish first arrived. The flavor of the steamed eggplant was alright, but later, we found a mysterious blue string-like object in the dish. When we addressed this to the server, they said because we had eaten more than half of it, they could only give us a $10 discount on that dish. I found this a bit ridiculous. At that moment, I honestly wished I could have vomit out the things I ate since it was contaminated with unknown objects . That said, to be fair, the servers were quite nice and professional. The food was bad was not their fault. However, spending nearly $700 for five people and getting this kind of experience we won t be returning.

Fantastic! Thats all I have to say. When we first looked at the menu, I was admittedly skeptical cus it is pricier than your average dimsum place but once your dining experience begins, youll see that its more than reflective of the price. Their servers are attentive, the portions are huge and the dishes are quite tasty. There were a couple of dishes I didnt like as much nut for the most part it was excellent. I already recommended to our friends and will be coming back again soon. It does get pretty busy on weekends so arrive early to get a table or youll have to wait for a while. Update: We went back there for dinner as well and while the price is quite hefty compared to your common spots like Congee Queen, the food is very good and nicely presented.

Food: This restaurant is a standout choice for Dim Sum, offering both traditional favorites and some unique dishes. It has quickly become a family favorite for us. The steamed dumplings, fried rice, noodles, and more are always delightful, consistently making each visit enjoyable. Service: Despite being noticeably busy, the staff manages to deliver good service. They are professional, friendly, and efficient. For those on the go, theres a separate counter at the front where you can order takeout. Ambiance: The setting is typical of a Dim Sum restaurant, featuring light decor and plenty of seating. The walls are adorned with aquariums filled with sea creatures, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. It can get quite busy, so arriving early is advisable to avoid waiting for a table. Overall: This restaurant is a reliable and enjoyable choice for anyone craving quality Dim Sum.

Absolutely absurd of an experience trying to get a table. Booked a reservation for 12pm today for 11 people. Came at 12, as expected there was a busy front door as it s a long weekend. We kept checking in with the hostess so that we don t get missed, they kept telling us you re next . Large party tables after large party tables got sat before us. We waited 45mins after our reservation at this point. We checked back in with the hostess to see why others have been seated before us. She says the previous table was a large party WALK-IN that waited an hour, so they had to be seated because they waited so long. How absurd. At this point we re about to wait an hour as well, WITH A RESERVATION. What s the point of booking ahead when you prioritize walk in parties over those that reserved ahead of time. Hostess just ignored us and looked away. They finally realized the direness of the situation and got us sat next. Took 50mins to finally be sat after our original reservation time. Recommend booking an hour earlier if you want to be sat at the right time to have your meal, or maybe just walk in because maybe you ll prioritized over those that booked ahead as well who knows. Backward system at this restaurant.

One of the best Hong Kong style dim sum restaurants weve ever had in Toronto! The Fusion One offers generous portions and ingredients that make every dish a delight. Highly recommend their pumpkin congee. Its super smooth and packed with flavor an excellent choice to kick-start your breakfast if youre there in the morning. The beef balls are amazing. Theyre bouncy, juicy, and burst with flavor when you sink your teeth into them. Another must-try is the soup shrimp dumplings. The soup is clear but sweet, and the prawn is fresh and crunchy! And of course, there are many more delicious options to try. The only downside is that its a very popular restaurant in the area. If youre there for breakfast, aim to arrive slightly before 9 AM to avoid the long queue. Service can be a bit slow when the restaurant is packed. Unfortunately, we didnt get our Xiao Long Bao as it took too long, so we had to cancel it. Overall, The Fusion One is a fantastic spot for authentic dim sum in Toronto!

We got here around 10:45 on Canada and the place was completely full and there were people spilling out from the restaurant. Needless to say this place is popular! I would definitely suggest going early on the weekends to beat the crowds. The BBQ Pork Steamed Rice ( ) was our favorites and is a must. The pork was really tender and juicy and had the perfect amount of honey. Other dishes that we really enjoyed the Thousand Thread Shrimp Ball ( ) and the Deep Fried Sticky Pork Dumplings ( ) were also very scrumptious. We ended with some Puff Pastry Milk Tarts ( ) and the Steamed Sweet Egg Yolk Paste Layer Cake ( ) which was the perfect way to start our patriotic Canada Day (Oh, Canada!). But seriously, the layer cake is a rare find that most places don t make anymore so we were really happy to see it offered here.

Her attitude was extremely arrogant and impatient. We ordered chicken feet, but they never came. So before we settled the bill, this woman named Michelle very impatiently asked if we still wanted it, and my friend said no. I usually dont enjoy going to dimsum due to how loud, and hectic it is on weekends so coming here for lunch on a Thursday was great - still had the expected hustle and bustle of a dimsum place without the over-the-top noise/crowds The one thing I found a bit wild is the price per person for tea sitting at $2.50!! To be honest though, I have no idea what the going rate per person for tea is at other dimsum places, and $2.50 might actually be what is standard. Still seemed wild to me but it is what it is - we chose the Iron Goddess tea which was more florally than I am used to for that tea type. Still a good tea choice though overall! I have detailed most of what we ordered on each photo due to the new character limit on Google Reviews Happy reading, and eating

My husband and I hosted our Chinese Tea Ceremony reception here and were impressed with the service and food they provided. Ben was our coordinator and his professionalism and kindness was the highlight of the entire experience. Ben met with us beforehand to discuss physical layout of the room, tablecloth and napkin selections, and any menu alterations / dietary restrictions. He was extremely responsive via text, and was able to accommodate last minute changes reliably. Dinner service was a bit chaotic especially at the start (thats where the one star off is from), but eventually settled into a comfortable pace. I will never understand the hype of this place. Service is horrific here, and it takes FOREVER to get your food. Servers aren t attentive, and the way the folks operate in the back is inefficient. After speaking to one of the managers when we complained about waiting an hour to get our last dish, we were told that the chefs wait for bulk orders of common things to come in before they prepare it vs having separate lines that cook different things in parallel (i.e. if they get one order of siu mai, they ll wait for 10 to come in before they cook them so they can pump them out in one go, hence the wait) This way of operating is INSANELY inefficient and you re literally waiting for AGES to get your food. Not to mention, others have to wait longer to get a table because the chefs are negligent. Please save yourself the hassle and go to another local spot who will treat you and your family right because this place isn t it.

We were there on Sat. March 9, 2024 @ 9:45am. Seated @ 10:30am for table for 2. We didn t have to wait long for our order. Our Dim Sum came in a timely manner. Staff is good. All the dishes taste okay with the exception of the curry squid which had the most flavor and the least expensive dish. Don t be fooled by the har gow (shrimp dumpling), looks big but filling was minced shrimp combined with 2 full shrimps. Hardly any flavor. Our fried short beef rib, was a little chewy and cold. Not even lukewarm, the oil reside on the dish was thickening. The place is very busy, no reason why dishes serve cold. Either the kitchen is not organized or staff is not properly train to bring out dishes when done. The birdcage is definitely not worth the price $21.99. Not sure what the HYPE is. Definitely wont be back or recommend the place. Like always, there always a few Chinese people that feel entitled or too good to wait like all the others, get to skip the line cuz they re a regular or know someone. Dont under why the restaurant both to respond to bad reviews since the answers were generic and nothing has changed. Definitely no sincere in their respond. Plus they have enough customers not to be bothered by several bad reviews who are actual customers. The others reviews I read are very questionable if its actual customers or bots.

Items in the photo: Steamed shrimp dumpling on soup har gow ($8.99) Steamed siu mai ($7.29) Lily &garlic chicken feet ($6.29) ×2 Thousand thread shrimp ball ($12.89) Vegetable and shrimp rice roll ($7.29) ×2 Stir-fried yellow chives & egg noodle w/ soy sauce ($8.99) Stir-fried yellow chives & beef rice noodles ($22.80) Chrysanthemum Tea + Water ($10) In total: $110.88/$122 after tip ($30.50/per person [group of 4] + tip included) *This feeds 4-5 people Each item with its menu number: 02. Steamed shrimp dumpling on soup har gow: The soup is very light. The wrapping is thin and beautifully folded. The shrimp inside is a mixture of minced and chunks of shrimp. There is a slight sesame oil taste. The meat is moist, snappy and bouncy. Im used to the typical crunch from bamboo shoots in har gow but this one did not have any. 6.9/10 03. Steamed siu mai: The siu mai is on the massive side. It is topped with bonito flakes and the typical masago (fish eggs). I personally dont enjoy the bonito flakes as the fish flavour over-takes the fatty pork flavour. The meat filling is a combination of minced pork and shrimp. It was very succulent and bouncy as well. 7.9/10 08. Lily &garlic chicken feet: The chicken feet is pretty standard. It has a sweet and salty flavour with an addtion of chinese spices + black beans. Its soft and gelatinous. Its not something I personally prefer but for those that enjoy the skin of chicken wings, this would be to your taste. 6.4/10 24. Thousand thread shrimp ball: Imagine a mixture of minced and chunked shrimp ball with almond slivers rolled on the outside and then fried. That is just what this is. It was very fresh, plump, and snappy. If you enjoy fried food and shrimp, this will definitely be something to try. For the price, I didnt find it too worth it, but it was good. The balls can be split in half for 6 or so people to enjoy. There is also a dipping sauce it comes with that is like a chinese vinegar. 7.1/10 31. Vegetable and shrimp rice roll: Each roll comes with 2 big pieces of whole shrimps and a bit of steamed vegetables. The rice roll was even and thin. The shrimp was cooked perfectly. The vegetable is slightly bitter, but the soy sauce helps to balance everything. The soy sauce is sweet, salty with a faint taste of onion. 7.4/10 55. Stir-fried yellow chives & egg noodle w/ soy sauce: The first thing that hits while you put the noodles into your bowl is that smokey flavour from being cooked in the wok. The overall taste is nice, but the noodles felt overcooked. They were too soft and didnt have the slightly crisp bite that this dish typically has. 7.2/10 73. Stir-fried yellow chives & beef rice noodles: The rice noodles were pretty separated (not clumped together). They were also in whole pieces rather than small broken pieces. This is just a small thing to take notice of as it shows how well it was cooked/prepared. There were bits of yellow chives, red onion, slices of beef and rice noodle all tossed together in X.O. sauce. The rice noodles were tender and moist. (Even after reheating the leftovers, the noodles kept a pleasant bouncy texture). The beef was especially good as it was super tender and moist. 7.6/10 The tea options were either jasmine or Chrysanthemum. I enjoyed the taste of Chrysanthemum tea while eating these dishes as it left a pleasant aftertaste and helped cut all the grease. The staff, although extremely busy, were very patient and attentive to our questions and needs. In terms of service though, coming on a Sunday at 11:50amish, we ended up waiting till 1:20pm or so. You cant make reservations unless youre a party of 8 or up. While waiting, you can grab a paper menu and start order by writing down how many of which dishes you want. When your number gets called, youll be seated and find your tables number. You can write it at the top of your menu and hand it to a waitress/waiter there. The food comes out fairly quickly given the number of people that order. Also, ask for hot sauce as it goes well with many of the dishes like the noodles.

Now it s this white dull wrapper and the filling is like mushed up shrimp paste and it had this rubbery texture. Most of their menu items also have taken a nose dive in quality. I can definitely say this is no longer the best Yum Cha spot in the GTA

Big portion of food. Set dinner of four enough for five people, if you need more choices , one more dish should be enough, otherwise you need bring home. Services from there, excellent and polite

Quality is not as good as before. The Baked BBQ Pork Bun Pastry is not crispy at all. . The Shrimp Rice Roll: shrimp has no taste. Provided the long wait time , I expect the quality of food is good but just a bit upset for todays experience.
