Been a loyal customer for 10 years and it s been consistently great. Love the homicide burger, hot honey garlic wings and bbq chicken pizza.

Once you placed the order, it takes forever to come. I waited 45 mnt just for 3 burgers and 3 pcs of chicken tender. Ridiculous service i had ever experienced in my life. And also order a burger to go ,just forget about it. Never going back.

I almost always get the jerk chicken or just the grilled chicken sandwiches. Both are fantastic and the homicide sauce is legit spicy. Would absolutely recommend! Onion rings are also fantastic

Imtiaz and team never fail to disappoint. We ordered burgers and a medium pizza to share for lunch. All fresh and tasty. Perfect amount of food for 3 hungry men. Our server was 100% correct on the amount of food we ordered. Always a treat coming here and chatting with Imtiaz.

What an awesome team. They did an amazing job organizing and preparing food for a milestone birthday party. We felt very well attended to, and the food tasted amazing and came out on time. We enjoyed the ribs, jerk and honey garlic wings, popcorn chicken, burgers, classic pizza and BBQ chicken pizza. Brownies and ice cream were a hit with the kids and adults loved the molten lava cake!!! All our family members agreed that Toppings is a great venue for a party!

Absolutely love! I was in awe of how the food tasted. Seeing others get their food made me even more excited and makes me want to come and try everything else. I went with three of my friends and they all loved their food as well. Crispy dunk sandwich in honey garlic sauce, the all meat poutine and 2 bbq chicken pizzas. The ratio of cheese to sauce to toppings was all excellent and made every ingredient stand out. Nothing was being overshadowed. Our server was very polite and very helpful. Everything came out at a good time and I can t wait to go again soon! Dietary restrictions: I don t eat any pork so finding a halal restaurant where they have beef bacon and beef pepperoni made me excited because now I don t have to worry about any ingredients when I look at meat lovers or Hawaiian pizzas. I can eat and try everything as I like which makes me very excited. Need more places like this!

The food and hospitality were amazing. We ordered the Sunday special, and a bbq pizza. The food took around 20 minutes to prepare but it was definetly worth the wait. Akil our server was very friendy, He made us try the in house hot sauce (which was tasty but horrible) and always checked up on us to see if we needed anything. I would definetly reccomend this place and this won t be my last time coming here! Thank you Toppings and Akil!

I have been going to toppings for years however it seems theyve upped their prices and lowered their quality you pay roughly 30 dollars for a pizza and they dont even put enough cheese to cover the sauce. It s nice to have halal options that are reliable but it seems that it comes at a gruesome cost.

The staff is just amazing! the food was served in a timely manner and was freshly cooked each time. The milkshakes are amazing along with their pizza! Will be recommending all my friends and family to Toppings

This place was sooo good! The owner/manager was extremely nice, and the guy taking the orders in the front/at cash was so sweet!!

As soon as we walked in we were welcomed into the resturant by the owner. Charming and courteous guy. Place is clean, well maintained and best of all plenty of seats to dine in. Food is a 11/10. I had the canadian and bbq chicken pizza, AMAZING. The beef burgers were also very good. Thank you to the toppings staff and a special thanks to the owner, who took time out of his day to welcome us and chat with us.

The meal was enjoyable overall! I tried both the jerk chicken poutine and the pizza. Id suggest going for the pizza; while the jerk chicken reminded me of store-bought canned jerk mix and was a bit too seasoned for my liking. We waited about an hour for our food. Id still be willing to return and try other items from the menu.

This place has good food, it s really tasty but man the service makes you wanna smash your head against the wall. Take over 30 minutes to deliver chicken breast! And on top of that all of the food is not coming at the same time. My wife gets her food, cold. I get my food, warm. Employees are underdressed for a place that they serve the food. It has so much potential to garner more customers but the service is awful. Hopefully they fix it.

Pizza is not good. Wings and sandwiches are good, but prices are way to high. A lettuce burger has 2 ingredients and costs $13 with tax. They need to lower their prices.

Got take out. Found the pizza to be average at best. For the price would consider different pizza shops. Wings were dry. Would things be different if I were in person? Something to consider

First time coming here and to be honest, it wont be my last. The atmosphere was great, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We ordered wings and for sides, we got poutine. I ordered the BBQ honey garlic wings. They were the best wings Ive had. They were delicious. The owner came by and briefly spoke with us. We talked about the menu and he even went into detail about how the wings were made. The whole dining experience was amazing. Totally recommend coming here.

We have been a few time to this establishment. My kids enjoyed the burgers. The wings were ok, not the best. I recommend sticking to the sandwiches and pizza. Like always, try it for yourself.

We ordered 2lbs of wings. My friend said the bag felt light so we weighed it. It weighed 1.11 ounces inside the container and bag. Each container was less than 16 oz (1 pound). Maybe the wings were weighed before cooking and shrank.

That jerk chicken poutine was fire

I went there December 30, 2023 at 7 p.m. after a long time with four guests. I m glad they fixed the seats! It looks nice now. The food was amazing but they skimped heavily on the ground meat on the pizza I ordered. This is not acceptable for the cost paid for the food! I m also disappointed with the service and atmosphere especially when I tipped well (14%) in advance. No heating, my guests and I wore our jackets the whole time, no soap in the washroom and the staff didn t once check on us when it wasn t even busy. It would be fine if it was busy but considering that it wasn t, there s no excuse. My guests went to the counter anytime we needed something. The staff bided their downtime on their phones as opposed to checking up on the patrons.

Everytime I order online, the wings specially are dry and very poorly made. When I order online and order wings it is dry. When I call and place an order for dine in the wings are dry and poorly made. It s as if they have a specific batch of wings for online orders. Everytime I dine it wings are excellent. But for some reason online order or calling the wings are always poor. Please respond to this as I ate at toppings for over 5 years. And I ve placed countless orders online and dine in and each time the online order wings are trash. Even if I order online and dine in the wings are trash Other than that, the service isn t good they need to show more care. The workers seem to all know owner personally and therefore they don t take the job as seriously. Very monotone mood and they don t check up on us while we eat. For the food prices they should provide excellent service

Pretty decent place with a fully halal menu - interior is quite large and was empty when we went, which I preferred. I enjoyed my chicken club sandwich which is a grilled sandwich with halal bacon. It was $12. It should be $8 in a pre-COVID world since it was a sandwich only but consumers are pretty mum with post-COVId pricing

I ve been coming here since this location opened 8 years ago, and previously went to their prior location before this one. Amazing food (I especially love their wings and short ribs). They never miss! They always follows food instructions exactly the way you like it, hospitality is amazing, and the restaurant is so ambient you d definitely want to dine in if you can. This place is always my go-to during Ramadan as well. Highly recommend!

Nice, I didnt have high expectations to begin with, so I wasnt disappointed.

Took a bite of my chicken wing and it s RAW. it s basically still walking. My young kids are eating this too and this is unacceptable. literally livid right now .. I expect someone to get back to me from management because NO ONE is answering my calls BTW - I waited FIFTY MINUTES FOR THIS. So I expected my food would be at least COOKED

Good food but please do so something about the entrance door. As customers come and go the door literally bangs shut and shook my seat everytime and a cold blast of cold comes in due to which we are not able to enjoy the food.

Ive been a loyal customer of this restaurant since 2019, but my recent experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. After waiting patiently for 20 minutes to place my order, I was informed that they were no longer taking any more orders, despite the fact that they had accepted orders from people ahead of me. This inconsistency in their service is completely unacceptable and reflects a total lack of regard for their customers. Its incredibly disappointing to see how they treat their loyal patrons, and I can no longer recommend this restaurant to anyone. If youre looking for a reliable dining experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere. I wish I could give them zero star

Seats look all ripped up. Owner called me at 10 pm one night before my reservation to let me know they would be closed the next day. Very unprofessional.

The owner was very unpleasant. He rushed me to order while I was looking at the menu. He strongly suggested Jerk Chicken Burger which was awful. The chicken meat was very stinky. And worst part he sounded very bossy to his employees

Passed by this restaurant for many years, and finally decided to try it. Seating is spacious and comfortable, very kid friendly. Parking is also stress-free. Ordering is done at the counter and the staff will bring the order to the table. Our party ordered pizzas, cheeseburger, chicken strips, poutine and milkshakes. There are 33 flavours of milkshakes and you can mix 2 flavours so theres something for everyone. It was definitely the highlight for the kids and adults alike. The pizzas are reasonably priced and there are many varieties. Chicken strips were probably my favourite, other than the milkshake, of course. Overall this is a nice, family-friendly restaurant. Will be returning in future.

I walked in here on a hot day because I wanted to get a cold drink for myself and my friend waiting in the car. The only thing I ordered was two Strawberry & Oreo milkshakes to take out and had to wait almost 30 minutes for them! And there was literally NO ONE ELSE in the whole place. Just for that, they get significant deductions in the service aspect. The milkshakes themselves were not particularly special or worth the price of almost $16. I wouldnt come back or recommend

Horrible experience waited over 45 mins for a poutine, my friends ordered after me and they made 4 pizzas how many pounds of wings, and when I asked the 2 children who work at the front, not very useful, it takes no more than 10 mins to cook fries in oil, let along wait 40 mins for a poutine Will never come back horrible service

Im working a job site near the store and I like the food since I was a regular at the VM store. The first time I entered the store no one was inside and 1 employee at register and probably 1 inside cooking. I ordered and waited for 56min wasted my hole lunch time just for 3 burgers, wings, and popcorn chicken. The food was good and the service was super friendly and apologized like 9 times for multiple delays poor fellow it wasnt his fault 1 cook and him answering calls, greeting walk in customers, and serving food to us. He had 3 job titles. The next day I went to church chicken and ate their so I wouldnt waste my time. The next day I called ahead of time 30min to be exact went in and waited for another 30min. I was like that makes no sense the store has only 1 table seated but I saw 2 delivery services come in and had tons of food and I said makes sense now and yet two jobs were added to the cashier because the bread delivery guy came in from the front door for some reason instead of the back and talking guy while hes on the phone and 2 customers waiting. Feels like TV show not a restaurant so understaffed poor guy had five jobs safe to say Im gonna go to churchs chicken for the next 3 month or somewhere else. This is on management not employees. I attached a photo showing the guy talking on the phone, dealing with 2 customers and receiving stock. Hope this review gets someone to fix the situation. If the front desk employee quits and the new guy I saw last time who was left alone with barely any training leaves then who covers that shift like a new employee was left alone with barley enough knowledge to operate the cash register. Someone must be by his side for at least a week helping him learn the way the place runs. He apologized so many times for the inconvenience I felt bad even though I only asked once how long is the food gonna take.

Great decor, cool laid back atmosphere, amazing food, and some of the best service youll ever have. Its a rarity nowadays for the staff to make you feel so welcome and leave you satisfied and smiling

I went with a group of 6. I made a reservation, but they couldn t find it. But even so, they found us a table in a booth and we re apologetic about it. We ordered a deluxe topping medium pizza with a thin crust for the table (really tasty). Each of us also ordered our own entree: a regular burger (not overdone. Just right!), a homicide burger (spicy but didn t make the mouth too hot), bacon cheese burger (done well but not overdone), grilled chicken poutine (perfect for our picky eater who ate more than he normally does!), spare ribs (thinly sliced, flavourful and tender) and bbq honey garlic wings (flavours nicely balanced). We have never been to a restaurant where everyone was absolutely satisfied with their food! All of us enjoyed our food and the portions were big enough that we were able to share. The customer service was great. Server came to check on us several times and each time we asked for something, she was back quickly with what we needed. The food came in a short time, so we didn t have to wait long (we were starving). As we were leaving, our server surprised our kids with lollipops and a smile. They were really happy. We are already planning a trip back soon!

I ve been coming here since I was in elementary school in 2012. This place feels like home, the food is amazing, and the owner takes such good care of their customers. Every time I come to visit, I experience incredible service and fantastic food. I highly recommend Toppings as a go to restaurant, and will continue dining in as I love the atmosphere, service, and exceptional food! If you like spice, they make an in house hot sauce homicide. it s so good!!! Definitely recommend. 1000/10

A kid s favourite. Had the pizza and chicken burger. Also onion rings which were huge and a great value. Also had milkshakes which is really what the kids come for. Didn t take pictures so boo-me The place is spacious and usually has seats. It was cold that day and don t think the heat was on. It s counter service so you have to go up and order. Though they bring the food to their table. Good pizza and burger option if you re in the area. And don t forget the onion rings!

Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit at Toppings. I had the wings and poutine and both were excellent. Lots of choices so will definitely return to try something else. This was place great, food was on point ! Had the burger & fries, and also tried out the popcorn chicken. All of it was full of flavour and perfectly cooked. Food took about 20 to 30 min to come out, so not bad as we were dining in.

We stepped in here for late lunch on the weekend. I wanted to try beef jerky poutine and pizza . Its order to be made. After you order at the counter, theyll serve it to your table. The pizza was really soft even though we ordered regular crust. I would definitely want to try some more pizzas in the future since they have a variety of selections such as peri chicken pizza . On the side, fries were freshly fried, which was crispy and yummy. Although I found poutine gravy was too salty otherwise it wouldve been my favorite. I would order fries with gravy on the side next time. Definitely recommended, especially since there arent many restaurants nearby.
