Creative Korean bowls dished up in a warm, relaxed restaurant set in a shopping centre.
Authentic Korean food!!! Very tasty & their Sujebi Gamjatang is food for the soul. My husband loved his dolsot bimbibap with jeyuk, which is stir-fried pork with spicy sauce. The mandu was good but nothing special. The banchan was fresh. Service was great yesterday as we went for an early dinner. We had several different ladies come to check on us. I even got an affection shoulder bump when paying the bill. We did have a reservation & it's highly recommended as they do get really busy there.
food taste good.. service was excellent. probably will come back again if I’m in the area to try other soup they have in the menu
Great food great taste. Authentic Korean food. Busy restaurant, little wait on weekend, worth wait. Friendly service. Missing photos for the Korean ribs and spicy chicken both were superb delicious ! We will be back
Absolutely love this place! I work right around the corner from where its located at yonge and Elgin mills and sometimes I'll be craving their galbi beef ribs and Banchan so bad that I'll pop over there for lunch and it never disappoints. The ambience is cozy and the food and service is amazing. Im addicted to their glass noodle banchan and kimchi. I usually get the galbi beef ribs and either kimchi jigae or japchae. You really can't go wrong with any of their dishes. The ladies who serve here are friendly and hard working. Love this place and have recommended to many friends. You also know it's good when you're usually one of the only non-korean diners there lol .
Found this place because we were nearby at the theatres. Really enjoyed dinner here. If there's a wait-list for a table they take your phone number and call you when the table is ready. Food was good, good proportions and seemed very authentic. The service was above average. They take Visa or MC but will give 10% if paying in cash.
I was craving Korean food (specifically tteokbokki) and my mom suggested Bueokae! That craving was fully satisfied. Price was ~$20 each if you include tax and tips. Bueokae is one of my favourite Korean restaurants for their authentic flavour, and refillable side dishes (specifically the pumpkin one!). We ordered tteokbokki, gamjatang and chadol doenjang jjigae and we’d get them all again - highly reccommend. 😋
The food was delicious, with standout dishes like the seafood pancake and la galbi that were flavorful and perfectly cooked. The ambiance was cozy, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
We woman really know how to run things. The service and food was amazing, me and my boyfriend ate so much yet had enough to take home. The portion size to price was very reasonable! Overall good experience and will definitely comeback again!!
Pros - great ataff, very attwntative - great atmosphere pleasant, not loud but not insanely quiet -amazing food! Cons - none. They did say they dont do split billing (i know thats an issue for soem patrons but personally not an issue for me)
Great food, frequent service with side dishes, and friendly staff
It was so good, delicious, and authentic! The service was great!
We went to this restaurant last Saturday. It was our first visit and solely based on the reviews. Absolutely amazing experience it was. The food was very delicious and the service of the staff is commendable. We were served by Joy who patiently listened to our questions and helped us choose the best dishes. A must visit if you want to try authentic Korean food.
Amazing food and the service!
Favourite korean restaurant in the area! Been here multiple times after having it recommended to me and I ll always be back for the amazing food and quick service :)
Foods are good but two little fly around the table
Love the side dishes of this places, especially the pumpkin paste and vermicelli. The main dishes is also good. We ordered one beef hot pot and one cheese pork rib. Food
Food is very fresh and staff are extremely friendly.
I cant say enough how much I love the food. Its great portions and amazing flavor. My favorite Korean place in the area. Good parking too
Amazing food, service and ambience. My favourite korean spot. I love the people and the food is so comforting. Vegetarian options: plenty of vegetarian options
We always pass by but this time decided to stop by for lunch. Service was amazing and the food was just as great. I had the gamja tang and hubby tofu bean paste beef soup. We re already talking about coming back again.
Went on Labour day & was not disappointed! Food was delicious. Portions were good size & tasty! Really like the marinated/pickled baby cucumber side dish. Staff was very friendly & attentive. Their lunch menu is decently priced. Restaurant is bit small inside. Might need to wait/split up for larger tables. Would definitely go back to try other dishes! Lots of parking.
So good!! Love their house made noodles in the bone soup
Very good! The tastes different every time though I m not sure why.
yummy Korean food and friendly staffs. lots of variety. they have kids menu too. we like this restaurant in the neighborhood.
friendly staff great food
Our favorite go to place! All the food is top notch but I absolutely love their bulgogi bibimbap! The restaurant itself is cozy and warm and the staff are the absolute best!
Store closes at 10 PM I arrive at 9:10 PM and they say their kitchen is closed
Always packed must be good
Sweetest and most helpful servers I ve ever seen around here. Two times we re trying to find another restaurant because this place is so popular whenever we go in, but they always make us stay. This is the kind of business we need here. Additionally, the food never disappoints me.
A cozy dine-in spot with excellent customer service and delicious food. Everything they touch is gold, but Id recommend it particularly if youre looking for great soup.
Our favorite Korean restaurant when dining out uptown. They get busy during the evening for dinner after 6:30 and would need to wait a bit. It is best to try and arrive early to avoid waiting. The food quality is consistent and delicious with our favorite being the pork bone soup which is reasonably priced and the sweet and spicy fried pork with tebboki. The side dishes are a great addition for the meal.
They sell banger Korean cold noodles and the staff members are so friendly :)
Its really delicious
all around great food and service. very home-y vibe imo
Great food! Easy take out for dinner. Great pork bone soup
Awesome Korean food here and the service is always so good here. We ve tried many things from the menu and have enjoyed everything. I enjoy the sujebi gamja tang - it s the good ol pork bone soup but with the added hand pulled dough! The seafood pancakes are also great here - loaded with seafood and veggies and always nice and crispy.
Fantastic Korean food!
Great restaurant for Korean cusine
Super excellent services with delicious food. It is one of the gest places in Ontario. Eady to find car parking around. Its great place to go with friends and family
The food is great and on point! All of the servers are polite and efficient. The prices are very reasonable especially with all the sides they are offering. Food
Great food, great service, great times.
Excellent service and amazing food! The pork bone soup large pot was delicious! There was lots of meat and it was really tender. Portions are generous. Every side dish was so good! What made the experience the best is that servers were very attentive. They kept an eye on our pone bone soup pot and refilled with soup as needed. We usually don t get this at other Korean restaurants! I would say it s one of the best Korean restaurants I ve been to!
This Korean restaurant is probably the most cost-effective Korean restaurant in Richmond Hill. The service level is good, the food is also good, and the price is quite reasonable.
Their gamja tang is always top notch!!
Service was fast and friendly, food was delicious. Went back multiple times, it never disappoints. Even the side dishes are better than other Korean restaurants I have tried.
Great portions, fantastic service. Side dishes were all high quality. The wings were really good. Would love to try their hinoki combo next time
Another place I plan to go for Korean food. Korean owned ! Anyhow, the food was yummy. I enjoyed it as well as the side dish! The waitresses were on the ball. Always checking tables making sure they are or not needed. Asking customers is everything is good etc. Which is important. Good Customer service can go a lomg way !! Keep up the great work and cooking! Worth a place to try will be coming back again.
The service was good... but the food wasnt very good.
Good food, good service!
A lovely Korean restaurant. Enough said
Great spot for authentic Korean food at fair prices, plus the makgeolli is decently priced too. Highly recommend!
The food is above average but missing attention to details. I had something sandy in the food on two separate occasions. The ingredients were probably not thoroughly washed. The pork bone on top of the pork bone soup was cold, so it wasnt fully reheated before serving. Last time I visited the dining room was also full of flies.
I tried the Tonkatsu two days ago. Best in town! Enough portion and great taste!
Service is literally amazing. Staff are very nice and know multiple language. Staff are very attentive as well ( gave more napkins when they noticed we used it all). And of course the food is so gooddddd
We ordered Beef bibimbap, Gamja Tang, and Wang Galbi Tang. The dinner comes with 4 selections of Banchan, they are great and refills are available. Bibimbap was a bit disappointing, Wang Galbi Teng was a bit too plain for my taste, Gamja Tang was good and our favourite!
Incredible. Worth every penny. The chicken tasted exactly like how it s done in Korea.
Our go to Korean restaurant for gamjatang pork bone soup. Highly recommend the pork bone soup although it can be quite messy. I don t recommend it for first dates but my wife and I love it. It s quite affordable too and very filling if you finish the side dishes they offer as well. It s definitely worth trying on a cold day This place can get quite busy during dinner time. Ive ordered takeout 90% of the time we order here and sometimes people are waiting for a table.
Very clean and well run little place. The staff are very friendly. It was busy at lunch but our food arrived very quickly. The Hot Stone Bibimbab was very good. Easy to recommend.
The Kim chi so spicy
The food is authentic and priced well. The service, too, was spot on and friendly. The atmosphere was good. It had a very good vibe to it and I enjoyed it, though it wasnt anything mind-blowing. Just a very solid experience all around.
Great authentic Korean restaurant with friendly service and a warm atmosphere
I didnt go to this place.
One of my favorites
Huge portions and amazing atmosphere!
Been here 8 times and have tried different dishes each visit. Consistently very good dishes and always satisfied. Additionally the service is always on point with courteous and friendly staff. Absolutely best Korean resto in Richmond Hill!
tried this place for the first time w/ parents! food was good and service was good too :) kimchi jjigae - very yum + flavourful, but i wish there was more pork. i think i only found 3 pieces which was a bit sad gamjatang - dad said lots of meat which was good! but the meat at the top wasn t hot, a bit room temperature. soon tofu - mom liked this one !! would definitely come again
Delicious food with quick and attentive service!
Good food and excellent service! Highly recommended!!
We ate the pork cutlet appetizer, tteokbokki, and bulgogi bibimbap. Food was flavourful, service was great and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. I just wish the mens washroom was cleaner. Other than that, I would return.
A great place for Korean food in Richmond hill. Food is always so tasty and the service is great.
Didnt expect much before visiting but the chef here know what he does. All of us 4 ppl were satisfied what we ordered and service was good as well. Strongly recommend the chicken stew (Samgye-tang) and the King Galbi-tang.
First time here. What a great experience. Everything was delicious. The short ribs were our favourite.
Excellent food and services. The lady boss is very nice. Very authentic Korean cuisine. Food
Overall pretty solid Korean place, the food was a bit sweet (depending on your taste) but the banchan was really good. Had to get seconds
We have been here several times, even with kids, and the service and food are consistently good! Their banchan are delicious and we love their seafood pancake and squid rings for additional appetizers. Their beef soup and noodles are delicious. The pork gamjatang has a lighter more acidic kimchi taste - different and not necessarily my choice but my husband enjoyed it. The staff are attentive and so kind. When we took leftovers home of the stew, they automatically included some extra broth for us. They are our go-to Korean restaurant! Give them a try - you wont be disappointed.
We loved the corn!
Was really looking forward to this place due to the number of glowing reviews . Just to be met with massive disappointment. But I must start by saying that we ordered takeout which might have affected the quality of food. LA Kalbi. 1/5. $35 + tax and tip for 9 small burnt thin pieces of Kalbi. Most disappointing dish of the night. Why did we even ordered this? $10 more and I could have went to Gyubee. Japchae - 3/5. Japchae tasted good. But this was $27 and would have been free if we were at the restaurant. There was some spinach and beef as well but would not have made it $27 more. Dolsot Bulgogi Bimbimbap - 3/5 This was watery when it came. Don t even know why a stone bowl bimbimbap was an option for takeout. Rice came in a styrofoam cup lol. Tteokiboki- 3/5. Came with two soggy dumplings. Sauce was watery. I personally like when the sauce is thicker. This was $17 each Sujebi Gamjatang - 3/5. Just a regular gamjatang and wasn t even that much to write home about. Broth was thin and doesn t have as much flavour as other Korean restaurants.
The steamed cypress was delicious and there was a lot of it. The plum ade that came with it was also good. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious.
The LA kalbi came burnt and only a few pieces. Not worth it for $35. They need to clean the grill better, the char marks should be dark brown not black. The gamjetang was good, but only came with one piece of potato. I wish it had more potato. The side dishes are good, especially the noodles and the mashed pumpkin
Excellent authentic Korean food. Service was amazing. Very busy restaurant even on a Thursday night. Reservations recommended.
The best Korean restaurant I have been to, everything is fresh always made to order. The hotpot bulgogi and kimchi jjigae is the best in Toronto. A reservation is highly suggested since they are always busy and always have a waitlist on weekday and weekend evenings. They should def open another location in north york!!
Been here several times. Never been disappointed. Update Jan 5/24: Still great food and great service! Food
A quaint little Korean restaurant tucked in the corner plaza of a busy intersection was our destination on this day. The servers were very nice and greeted us before we even opened the door. Although the place was small, it didnt feel claustrophobic or tight when we were seated. We ordered the soft tofu stew (which comes with rice) and the black bean noodles. The stew tasted a bit watery compared to others that Ive had before, but it was still tasty nonetheless. The black bean noodles were a decent portion, but my only complaint was that the ratio of noodles to sauce were a bit off. The sauce was also too salty in my opinion and it was hard to enjoy the chewiness of the noodles which Im sure were delicious. The employee that we told this too was very nice though and even offered to give us a bowl of rice to mix up with the sauce so it wouldnt be too salty, but we were too full for another bowl. At the end, however, she did discount our meal by a small percent which I am forever grateful for her kind attitude and sincerity.
The service is very warm. I really like their chicken wings, but they are a bit pricey. Been here three or four times. Always full every time I go
Amazing space , the servers treat customers with respect and attentiveness! My new favorite traditional Korean restaurant in the York region
Good food and value.
Food was delicious and service was great! Tried the gumjatang dish and would love to come back again to try the other dishes. Prices are reasonable too.
The food and service were great. Well defintely be back
This is an excellent Korean restaurant, the Gamjatang is a must for me. Last time, tried the spicey cheese pork ribs, it was fabulous.
Best pork bone soup ever! Portion is large and comes with potatoes and cabbage, the meat was so tender and delicious. The soup flavour was good and it didnt taste as salty or full of msg as some other places. We also really liked the side dishes, the kimchi, japchae, bean sprouts and especially the cucumbers were all good and done nicely. The service was also kind and friendly, would definitely come back if in the area!!
Love the short beef rib soup! Yummy!
This is my favorite spot for Korean food. The staff are welcoming, and they go above and beyond. This will forever be my favorite place to eat at, i would recommend this to everyone.
Generally good, but I really don t want to order the ribs. I don t want to order them.
Food & service is great.
Bueokae - Had lunch with the homie and we both wanted something soupy and warm so we copped the (seolleongtang) beef bone soup with sliced beef and thin noodles. Threw the rice into the soup and it becomes such a hearty meal. Really reminds me of a soup my mom makes and warms my tummy and my heart. #TomEatsYummyFoodBecauseWhyNot
When the Korean food craving hits, Bueokae is a great option! The space isnt huge so there may be a short wait during peak times, but not too long and well worth it. What we got: - Bibimbap - Bulgogi Hot Pot - Mandu - Soon Tofu Jjigae - Takoyaki - Jjajangmyun - Naengmyun - LA Galbi My Favs: The LA Galbi was very tender and any of the classic dishes such as soondubu jjigae or bibimbap are sure to hit the spot! Final Thoughts: This far north in Richmond Hill there arent as many Korean restaurants to pick from without having to drive closer to Thornhill or Markham. Having a solid option at closer proximity is great and all the food has been consistently great! Ill continue to visit when I get a craving!
This is my favourite place for Korean staples. I have had the sundubujjigae and gamjatang at so many places throughout the GTA and none have hit the way Bueokaes does! Their jjajangmyeon are to die for, be sure to try them if you head there while they have their winter menu. Lastly, the service is great! They never miss an opportunity to refill your banchan the second you run out. Highly recommend!
Great service and atmosphere, but the food is mediocre and portions are on the smaller side. Prices are quite a bit more expensive than other similar style Korean restaurants, not worth it for me. Decent overall but there are much better Korean restaurants to visit than this one.
Hotstone Bueokae serves very hot, so the rice gets burned and crispy. Taste so good. 4 small Korean side dishes, delicious and free with free replacement. Vegetarian options: Tofu
Good food and great service
Our new spot for Korean food! Both their kamjatang are amazing but their sujebi is my fave because its really hearty. Have only gotten takeout, but everything is packed really well and their side dishes are the best Ive had so far so we always get extra! Service is always fast, but friendly and efficient. They also do 10% discount if you pay cash
This is a great Korean restaurant, I would highly recommend! I ve been here about four times now and each time they provide excellent service and quality food. The food is delicious and tasty! I always love the side dishes that come with the food. The Hot Pot Bulgogi and Chicken GangJeong are stellar!!
Best Korean joint in the Richmond Hill area. Came here many times and is our go-to K-restaurant. Great value for your money and staffs are always friendly. Keep up the awesome work!
This is the nicest place with the nicest staff! Food is very authentic and the price is good.
The first time we ate at this place, it was quite good. However, the last time we visited I developed severe food poisoning - I never really get food poisoning but this was the worst Ive ever had in my life. It was painful, and made me very sick. Nonstop trips to the washroom. Eat at your own risk.
Cozy authentic Korean spot. Good food and service. Food
The food taking out is not what you expected.
Really amazing dinner. Another great restaurant in Richmond Hill. Will definitely go again.
Bueokae is located in a cozy corner of a tiny plaza in Richmond Hill. The staff there was attentive, accommodating, and genuinely passionate about ensuring our satisfaction. The Sujebi Gamja Tang was a true highlight. It offered a comforting and hearty taste. The hand-pulled dough noodles were soft and chewy, adding a wonderful texture to the dish. The Hotpot Bulgogi was equally impressive. If youre in Richmond Hill and craving authentic Korean food, Bueokae is definitely worth a visit.
Nice little restaurant food is authentic and nicely presented The servers are very friendly as well
The doenjang-jjigae and complimentary side dishes were delicious. I would come back for more.
Honestly we cant get over how good the food is here. Ive been constantly trying new things and have always been pleasantly surprised by how good the dishes are. My wife sticks to her pork bone soup but its always a good hearty and warming meal. I would recommend this place for all Korean Soup Lovers!
My new favourite authentic Korean spot. Homey, delicious food and great service. Price is very reasonable with sensible portions, seasoning is well balanced - not too spicy, not too spicy nor too sweet - just right! We go here a few times a week because it s been so pleasant and easy to throw into our weekly dinner rotation. Parking: Plaza has plenty of parking
First time trying this place out and I will definitely be coming back. The service and food was incredible. The side dishes were my favourite part. I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night and it was really busy so keep that in mind.
Craving some mouthwatering Korean flavors? Well, youre in for a treat at Bueokae! Picture this: a steaming bowl of their authentic Korean Beef Bone Soup, simmered with love for hours to create a rich, nourishing broth thats packed with tender beef slices and slurp-worthy glass noodles. And lets not forget about their Fried Crispy Seaweed Rolls, golden and crispy on the outside, with a savory filling that will have you hooked from the first bite. Its a culinary adventure you dont want to miss! So gather your foodie friends and head over to Bueokae for a delightful experience of bold flavors and irresistible aromas. Trust me, youll be tagging them in no time! ** Please note that their location is not very spacious, so during busy times, you might need to queue. Seolleong Tang (Beef-bone soup with sliced beef and wheat noodle served with steamed rice) $15.99 Gimmari Twigim (Deep fried glass noodle wrap with seaweed) (5pc) $9.99
Quick stop on a week night for some Korean soul food. Traditional choices at good prices. Service was attentive. Food : 4/5
Food was delicious. The Galbi Tang was one of the finest, with a large beef rib. Great atmosphere, and easy parking.
Great food, great service!
Delicious food and good service. Pancake recommended
Great little place for some authentic Korean food!
Best pork bone soup ever!!!
Great attentive service compared to many other popular Korean restaurants in North York/Richmond Hill/Markham. Walked in and knew it would be amazing: very authentic homey vibe and the food was reasonably priced and delicious!! The waitress saw we finished our banchans and asked if we wanted refills, a rarity in my experience with Korean restaurants, so I was very impressed! The washrooms even had mouthwash, toothpicks, qtips and feminine hygiene products!
I will definitely be back! The services and foods are immaculate! No wonder there was a long line up, but totally worth it!
I only had their take-out orders, which more or leas affected the taste and texture; nonetheless, it remains one of my to-go Korean restaurants. The only problem with this place is that sometimes they get too busy and become inpatient quite often. Food
Delicious meals, lots of side dishes, quick and friendly service Kid-friendliness: Kids meal available Food : 5/5 |
A great little spot for Korean food. The pork bone soup was a very decent portion and the soup was delicious. The restaurant inside was big and clean and most importantly, without a long wait. The staff are super friendly even when they look swamped. Definitely will return!
Great, timely service. A good variety of sides, with good portions for the price. They seem to have a lunch menu that people like, sadly I missed it.
they open at 1130am Sunday. Waitresses are very nice and friendly. Good choice of lunch special. 10% off take out special offer. food quality is good. food serving very efficiently. enough spacing between tables. will come back for sure.
Bueokae is our go to korean restaurant. The food and service never disappoint. Joy always makes us feel welcome. They are a must visit if you appreciate traditional Korean food.
I have never left cold noodles in my life... but I did. The noodles were not cooked well and the soup was too bland. The staff greeting guests at the entrance was indifferent... I thought they could skip greetings since they were busy, but no one paid any attention to guests coming in. The guests discussed with each other at the door;; Is it a lineup or not? Did I get a seat or not? We dont know;;; Still, the servers serving us were friendly.
Eveything is great except for this 1 middle aged server who wear glasses. She tells everyone the place is closed 30-45mins before the actual closing time. So make sure to come here atleast 1 hour before they are closing even if your just doing take out.
Excellent and authentic Korean restaurant. Food is tasty with good portions and fair pricing. Staff is friendly and attentive. Good all around experience and will definitely go back again
Excellent place with delicious food. Fresh appetizers. Great service. Generous portions.
What a lovely experience. Every detail is executed with such care and precision. Thank you for a great dinner! Food
SO GOOODDDD. GO HERE!!!! Get the !!
Used to come here often but the service is getting worse and Im not coming to this place again.
I don t have photo. BUT, the servers are extremely good at service. We were eating pork bone soup. She brought a bigger scoop for us to share and extra paper napkins without we asked. Good job!
Yesterday, I ordered two servings of Dolsat Bibimbob for takeout; with a side of Mandu. We did not receive any of the side dishes with the order. Is this normal?? Has your business stopped giving out banchan with your takeout orders?
Legit Korean food right here. Excellent.
A good place to get a good Korean meal with a friendly service.
Ive been here a few times with my buddy. We usually go for some good Korean spots for lunch/dinner. Definitely coming back here. The food is delicious and super fresh. Had the same waitress so far and is very kind. Relatively small spot and busy for lunch, so get here early!
Didn t like the food. Had better Korean food at other Korean restaurants. Service was good!
Good food good service! The appetizers are so good. Big portion of pork bone soup, personally I like soft potato more. Soft tofu soup is okay, will be better if it has clams. Just one thing is needed for improvement, few flies are flying around our table. I understand that kimchi and some small dishes are fermented food which attracts flies, but as a restaurant, it s an issue.
Please go and experience great food with wonderful staff, our waitress was so nice , really really. And love that she was worry about us, asking the spice food. (We are ok with spicy) but really everything so good. I will leave some pictures but I would return to try other things I saw in other tables
Been here several times this year and food and service is excellent. Tastes fantastic and they use quality ingredients. Had beef bone soup, black beans sauce noodles, ginseng, chicken,, teokbokki, bimbimbap stone bowl. It s not the cheapest but there is great value. Washroom has amenities for the ladies. The one annoying thing is every time we go there is either a fly or fruit fly buzzing around. The place is full every time we go at dinner time. Lots if banchan and they always ask if you want a top up which is a hospitable touch that makes me fee appreciated as a customer. I have not reviewed restaurant in a long time, but felt compelled to for this place. Enjoy!
Kid-friendliness: They have kid menu Food
This is one of my favourite Korean restaurants The food is always so good!! Staff here are also very kind. They always check up on you and ask if you re okay. 10/10 must come here.
This place was full when we went inside. The server told us we may need to wait for half an hour before getting a table. Luckily, the other groups didn t want to wait and we got a table within 10 minutes. We tried the marinated beef hot pot with tofu and veggies. It was great since I havent had it for a long time. Next time I will try out the other dishes in small stone pot.
ABSOLUTELY worth a visit when you are on Yonge, dont delay! The secret sauce is INCREDIBLE, ramen, donkatsu, jim chae is all really, really tasty. But thats nothing compared to the top notch service. Everyone is so patient, helpful, and accommodating to tourists. THANK YOU!!!
This is a cute, well appointed Korean restaurant with delicious food. Service was excellent as well. I ordered the cold buckwheat noodles, which were amazing. My husband ordered beef ribs, which he thought were excellent. If youre in the neighborhood, I highly recommend this place. I would just ask for bigger cups for tea :D
The food was authentic and tasty. I tried Gamja tang (with rice) for the first time, and it was remarkable. Wonderful choice if you want something warm during winter. Appetiser and Dolsot Bibimbap were average.
Enjoy the food! The tteokbokki was average.. such a big dish but not enough fish cakes/tteokbokki. Katsu were delicious! Love the pumpkin salad side dish. Overall 4 star
Had the sweet and soy ribs. Super dry and unflavourful. Super disappointed.
Korean restaurant I wish I knew about sooner. (They opened 5 years ago). Not very big but clean and friendly. Korean food is authentic and tastes like my moms cooking.
Excellent service. Food is amazing. Would definitely come back!
Good food, good service. We ran into it ruding the day on weekend, were seated quick, served fast and it was all good.
Everything is great about this place. The banchan, the apps/shareables, the mains, the customer service (especially the main manager), etc. I love coming here!
Been here a couple times and love the food and the service!
Authentic Korea food. The gamjatang (pork bone soup) had a flavorful broth and plenty of meat in it. Service was good and the side dishes were unique. No complaints, and would definitely visit again.
Real Korean food. Not canadianized, but the real Mccroy. This is authentic amazing korean food. Amazing Service, very attentive! Very good atmosphere, good family environment. Food : 5/5
Great food and servers were very friendly! Would highly recommend this Korean spot if you re in the Richmond hill area!
We ate on Dec16. Owner is friendly.
