My favourite Persian restaurant it is sooo good. Koobideh is always juicy and food is so fresh

The restaurant used a completely unsuitable container for my takeout order. Despite calling ahead and placing the bag upright in my backseat, oil leaked everywhere during the short 10-minute drive home.

I ordered Joje Kebab, and the Joje was delicious with a unique cooking style. The rice was not bad, and the Tahdig was amazing. Overall, I think its one of the best Persian restaurants in Toronto(GTA). Food

This was my first time ordering takeout from Khaki Restaurant, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! We got the Koobideh and Barg kebabs, and they were absolutely delicious. This is the first time I ve had Iranian food in Toronto where not only was the food tasty, but the price was reasonable as well. What stood out the most for me is that every kebab I ve tried in Toronto so far has been overly spicy and just didn t taste right to me. But here, the flavors were so authentic and brought back memories of kebabs in Tehran. My family and I hadn t ordered from Iranian restaurants in Toronto for a long time, but thanks to a friend s recommendation, we decided to try Khaki Restaurant and we re so glad we did.

Unbelievable taste, best Iranian food Ive had (and Ive had a lot) and such friendly owners.

Honestly the best takeout restaurant ever. The service there is awesome and the foods are just out of this world might sound funny but it makes me dance whenever I eat their food. There has never been a time where the food was bad. The foods are always fresh and tasty. I would definitely recommend the zereshk polo which they have on fridays. The employees are awesome they have a great personality, I will always get my Persian food from here. Totally recommend.

Sometimes we order from Khaki, but unfortunately this time it was salty and the marinated olive were not what they should be and they only poured sauce on the olives.

Really friendly staff, gave us extra Tahdig! Very nice chicken skewer and delicious Koobideh. We also ordered Baklava and Zulbia Bamiye which were nice! Mast Moosir was yummy too! Keep in mind its mostly a take-out place.

I would love to give 5 stars because the food is excellent. But... the lady at the cash was a bit rude. She ignored us for 10 minutes or so talking to the lady in front of us... just talking not preparing anything that i say she was busy!! Also, the place was a mess. The dishes of the 2 tables out of total 3 tables were not cleared and there were boxes of supply everywhere... Despite all, the food was so delicious.

A bit pricey but very good and tasty food. Made from scratch and delicious. Try polo with fessenjoin ! It s amazing Parking: It s a street parking but if busy park in the nearby plaza and walk.

We had a friend come over and we order a duo platter. The Koobideh was completely raw! The whole meal was not satisfying at all.

The staff members, Tina, Shabnam, and Saieedeh, are all well-mannered, respectful towards customers, and attentive to providing service in a timely manner.

The best Iranian food you can find in Toronto! Their Gheymeh Tahdig and Loobiya Polo are hands down the best I ve ever had, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend, and from now on, this is our go-to spot for Iranian cuisine.

My friend and I had dinner at Khaki Express yesterday, and it was fantastic! I ordered the kebab bowl with rice, and my friend had the Lobiyapolo. Both dishes were absolutely delicious! The kebab was flavorful and juicy, while the rice was perfectly cooked. The Lobiyapolo was a hearty, comforting dish packed with flavor. Special shout-out to Nazanin for her outstanding service. Her warm and friendly attitude truly elevated the dining experience! I can t wait to come back for more. Highly recommend!

Very busy Persian take our restaurant. Food is excellent and portion sizes are large so prepare for leftovers.

They have become our go-to for outstanding Persian food in the GTA. Their takeout is a treat every time, delivering authentic flavors and generous portions. We especially love their mouthwatering kebabs and aromatic saffron rice. Don t forget to get their crunchy Tahdig!

I have got to say their veggie fesenjoon has got to be one of the best. I called to order and the food was ready in 10 mins. I do wish their uber eats had the tahdig options as well as it would make it an easier process.

They are not honest with their customers. They are charging 3,5 % extra when customer pay with credit card and they are blaming credit company for that charge to customer while credit company charges all businesses accounts that are using the credit card service but not a customers, but some businesss owner try to be smart and charging extra money for credit card users, ofcurse is not illegal to charge them if they mentioned, but that not saying any thing about the charges on program the machine that not show that service charge on the recipe is illegal also how they programed the machine that charges you for food,tax and credit card service but how they dont shows the credit card service charge on the bill, is something new and how they do it ,I dont know and this is illegal and it is stealing from customers without them know it while majority of business are paying for the credit card service but never charging a customers.i often buys food from them but now for this reason Im not buying food anymore from them.i hope they realize that they can not fools everyone and it is not right.

If you like Persian style kebabs, you should try their koobide.

I was disappointed with their service today. Ive found a piece of sharp wire in my food. They responded ohh its a part of a steel dish scrubber they werent even sorry about it. Im not picky, things happen but their attitude was very disrespectful.

I recently ordered takeout from Khaki Restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Having enjoyed their kebabs in the past, I was expecting the same quality, but this time it was far from it. The kebab was really bad lacking flavor and poorly cooked. Additionally, the rice was incredibly dry and tasteless. Its disheartening to see such a decline in the quality of their food. Based on this experience, I wont be buying from them again. I hope they can improve and get back to the standard they once had.

The first time I visited Richmond Hill, I ordered a kebab bowl, and they introduced me to their second branch in North York, which was very close to my home. Unfortunately, I ordered three times, each time experiencing issues such as price differences compared to Richmond Hill, low-quality food, and not fulfilling my request to not chop the kebab and to separate the food portions into two separate containers. Despite ordering two days in advance and emphasizing it, they also told me that the stuffed olives I ordered were finished, even though I had placed the order the day before. I faced problems every week for three weeks. On the fourth week, when I went back to Richmond Hill, sadly, I saw the same person who manages the North York branch there. With my family, we made the best decision not to visit again.

The food was so tasty and the portion really worth it compared to the price. Nice Persian food.

If you re looking for a Persian cuisine with an unforgettable taste in Toronto, I highly recommend Khaki restaurant. I ve tried koobideh and kebab bowl, and I must say they both taste like heaven!

Khaki is our go to takeout for Iranian grilled kabobs in the city. The koobideh (ground beef) is so juicy, tasty, and simply incredible. The joojeh (chicken) skewers are perfectly seasoned and delish! The basmati rice and soup are great too. You can t go wrong with anything on the menu. Portions are big, prices reasonable, and food quality amazing. I always use them as my go to for catered events.

I ordered koobideh from Khaki express. Service was relatively fast for a pick up. Food was great and came with a soup. There are two tables for dine in but this restaurant is mostly for takeout. Free street parking available. Parking: Free street parking

This place is a FRAUD with the worst customer service, save your money. they give their customers raw Kabob and blame it on the type of meat it is. WELL CHANGE IT THEN! The past 2 times that we ordered their Kabob it came raw on the inside and overcooked on the outside. The first time we called they told us it s because of the new meat they ve switched to and they did not offer any refund or to replace it. And now a few months later we ordered again hoping it s better but it was raw AGAIN. My husband called them and the lady who works there was incredibly rude and unprofessional, no customer service knowledge at all. We won t be ordering from Khaki again. Responding to the owner s response: first of all let me teach you basic customer service skills LISTEN to what your customers are saying and do NOT insult them, if people are complaining about your uncooked kabob then take the time to resolve the issue instead of excusing it for the type of meat and being rude to customers. second, stop lying, we never asked for a refund if we wanted free food we could have reported to ubereats and get our refund easily but we called to let your staff know about the uncooked kabob and in response your employee was extremely rude and unapologetic and know very well that your staff is rude and untrained to speak to customers. We did not finish the food this was just the piece that i took a picture of. But thank you for further proving my point by leaving such a rude comment insulting us again. We used to order from Khaki consistently because it used to be good so just accept that the quality of your food is bad and stop embarrassing yourself. It is very unfortunate for you to ruin your own business by being so arrogant. We NEVER insulted any of your employees, your employee was the one who insulted my husband, never even offered a replacement and you know that so stop blaming the customer. Anyhow, your other reviews are proof that we re not the only ones who had a bad experience with your business. Do better.

They serve frozen kebabs from the freezer and they also charge tax for paying in cash. Its really interesting

They had a few times forgot things in my order or mixed up often vegetarian stew order with meat in it etc. BUT TODAY I GOT DELIVERED RAW KEBABS!! This was absolutely unacceptable this place does not have any standards anymore and zero customer service when u call them to tell them the issue they just get upset and hang up. Disgusting!! Vegetarian options: As a vegetarian you should always double and triple check as they often just serve or pack none vegetarian and hope they can get away with it

I dont recommend this location as I was there yesterday, and I ordered Kasse kabab and the Chengeh and Chicken was burned and it was over cooked and the taste was like coal, I also showed that to the server and Told them that this quality doesnt match with the pricing, However I highly recommend Their North York location as they have better Foods and better Atmosphere, but The other location was really bad and I really regret.

I ordered bowl kabab today, the koobideh was row and in side was completely pink, I call them and then explain the issue, she was telling me you close your eyes and to eat! It is not raw it is just because the type of meet we use to make koobideh! It is not acceptable answer from them to hear!

I am a big fan of Persian food, and this place always serves the best quality food and service possible. The employees are very friendly, and the food is top notch. This is one of those places that makes every meal on the menu great, so really anything you order tastes amazing.

My place of work is Farah salon spa, a little higher than the restaurant, and when I want kebab go there, because the quality of the food is excellent.

Please be more responsible for our time and money! I ordered fresh food but it looked like leftover food. Even the portion was not enough for one person. It seems your place is not a good place for night orders!

Great persian food, i had the bagalipolo with lamb shank which tasted great but could have had a bit more meat. Ive had their ghemieh tahdig which i highly recommend and their koobideh is some of the best in town. Vegetarian options: Some side dishes can accommodate vegetarians but the highlight of this place is the kababs.
