We have had 2 private parties in Persian Palace and we can't be happier with our experiences both times. Our guests and us have been impressed with the quality of food, friendly & cooperative staff, nice atmosphere and elegant interior. Mr Behrang is very cooperative and quick to respond to our questions and concerns and really made our events a great success. We thank Persian Palace staff and management for hosting our events and for such great hospitality and will definitely come back to this restaurant for our future events.
We recently had our wedding at Persian Palace, and I cannot express enough how incredible our experience was! From start to finish, everything was beautifully organized, thanks to our wedding planner, Behrang (Ben). Ben was truly outstanding—he went above and beyond, not only handling every detail to perfection but also helping our out-of-town guests feel comfortable and settled in the hotel next door. His attention to detail and genuine care made everything run smoothly, and he ensured the day was stress-free and enjoyable for us and our guests. As for Persian Palace, it was an absolute dream! The venue was stunning and beautifully set up, creating the perfect ambiance for our wedding. The staff was warm and attentive, making everyone feel welcome, and the food was phenomenal. Despite 90% of our guests being non-Persian, they were all raving about how delicious and unique the food was! I admit, as a Persian, I was initially a bit skeptical and wanted everything to be just right, but both Persian Palace and Ben exceeded our expectations in every way. Thank you, Ben, for making our day so memorable, and Persian Palace for an experience that was nothing short of perfect. Highly recommend both to anyone planning an event!
“We recently had our wedding at this venue, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. The location was perfect, offering a beautiful and intimate setting for our ceremony. The management was exceptional, with the manager being particularly attentive and doing everything possible to ensure everything was well-prepared and on time. His efficiency and capability were evident throughout the entire event, and we felt confident knowing everything was in good hands. The room where the ceremony took place was immaculate and beautifully prepared. The entire venue was spotless, and the attention to detail was clear in every aspect. The services provided were top-notch, and the DJ kept the energy high, creating a fun and lively atmosphere. The staff were attentive, and the service throughout the event was excellent. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a small, well-organized, and welcoming location for their special day.”
We celebrated my sister’s anniversary at this venue and had an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and professional, especially Mr. Behrang, who managed everything perfectly. Beautiful setting and excellent service. We were completely satisfied
Persian Palace is a top-notch business! Their service is amazing, and their prices are very fair. I appreciate their honesty and expertise, and I'll use them again for future needs!
We choose Persian palace for our wedding, and I’m so beyond happy about everything they offered us. Mr Behrang was an absolute help, and his understanding management and communication was everything we needed. The food , their timing, and staff was incredible. Most importantly I would like to take a moment and talk about Mr. Reza who designed our flower arrangement. He made a bridal bouquet that I couldn’t asked for any better. Our head table, sofreye aghd was so beautiful, I left everything on their hand from the day one we choose them for our most important day and I knew it would turned great but honestly they went beyond and above for everything, their understanding , help and kindness was everything we needed as a newlywed, we are absolutely grateful for all of their services and of course we recommend them to whoever is looking for a classy, friendly, cozy wedding.
I planned my best friend's wedding in persian palace recently. my best Regards to managment group (Tahmineh and Behrang) for their professional and kind cooperation! I have to add a very special thanks to Reza, the florist of Persian palace, for his convenient price and awesome work as you can see his work in the pictures. Thanks a lot to all the staff of persian palace, you are amazing guys🖐 DJ Payam knowledge of different type of traditional music, from different cultures is great. He did his best to keep the party warm and pleasant. Hope to see you in more happy events in future 🌹
This banquet is very professional and experienced in delivering luxurious and high end events. The staff was professional and well trained. Food was delicious and well served. Reasonable price. They have 2 large salons. I didn't see any weakness in their work. I would definitely take my next event there.
Very organized ! Our Christmas party went so well and everyone enjoyed the atmosphere and service !!amazing DJ Mr Payam and 5 star to Raha and all team
Dear Management of Persian Palace Restaurant, Regards, I would like to sincerely thank you and your professional team for a very pleasant experience in organizing our recent party of 100 people at your restaurant. The wonderful attitude of the staff, the perfect service, and the good quality of the food made our party the best it could be. Without a doubt, I will recommend this great experience to all my friends and acquaintances. Please convey my gratitude to all the esteemed members of your team, especially Mr. Behrang, who played a significant role with his exemplary cooperation and commitment. Wishing you continued success, Yara Afshari
I went to this restaurant last year on New Years Eve. I do not recommend at all. Do not be fooled by its design 1- They force 10-12 people at each table. 2- They forced 30% tip in the invoice and charged with my card. 3- Their food service is very bad. They bring you food with their own spatulas, and its not like self-service at all. 4- The manager of the restaurant called after my comment and photos that I will refund half of your money if you delete your comment. I refused to do this to get my money back myself. 5- Most of the positive comments that you see here are written by the moderator himself, and most of them are not Iranian.
We had a rehearsal/ Hanabandon, they did a great job managing our party everything was great Behrang helped us a lot , everything was very organized and we loved DJ Payam who was referred by persian palace, I cant thank you enough for everything
I had my wedding at persian Palae, evething was perfect.
The new management of Persian Plus collection is very awful, rude, and cheap ((Mrs tahmine, Mr behrang)) I do not recommend Persian Plus with new management.
You enter this hall and are greeted by a group of kind, polite, and classy people. The staff are friendly. If you want to have a great and memorable night, this place is truly an amazing and excellent spot to enjoy every moment of your evening.
Love shopping authentic Persian food, very lovely staff
If you are going to plan for your weekend, dont hesitate going to the bar-restaurant located in the basement. DJ, Manager, Staff, Atmosphere, Food, are great. You feel you are in one of the Tehrans restaurant. You can dance with your family, eat and drink and the best option.. They serve Gelyoon( shisha) in this restaurant with a reasonable price. Enjoy!
Just had my wedding here. Such an easy process from beginning to the end. Behrang is extremely courteous and accommodating.we never felt the stress all couples feel before the wedding. Thank you to the whole team. Highly recommended.
We had our engagement party on August 3rd at Persian Palace. While the venue was clean and everything was on time, several promises were not kept. The AC was not turned on, making it uncomfortably hot. Our parents tables were not placed as requested, and food portions were insufficient, with koobideh running out and taking 10 minutes to refill. Our cake cutting was disrupted by a staff member, and despite paying for fruits, we never received the leftovers. We were also promised food to take home but only received one and a half skewers of koobideh. Additionally, the table numbers were not set up when our guests arrived. Plates were taken away while guests were still eating, without any questions. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
This review is regarding our recent event. Management is super rude and doesn t know how to manage events. The main manager, Mr Behrang, was very unprofessional and rude to our florist, photographer and other contractors. Just be ready to be frustrated and disappointed with manager and staff if you choose this place. Food was pretty good.
I recently dined at Persian Palace and had a terrible experience. The food was bland and poorly cooked. Worse, the manager reportedly hires newcomers and doesnt pay them. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
Terrible management and a very low level manager by the name of behrang which is very rude and disrespectful with no real skills or compassion for their job. I was a customer recently at persina palace and witnessed a very brutal interaction between the manager and the customers, the manager also refused to turn in the ac as they refused to give the staff a pleasant working environment and a distasteful management style by the manager behrad. I hope the terrible manager gets fired and gets what they deserve as they do not deserve to work at persian palace and the owner should seriously reconsider everything about their business.
I recently attended an engagement at Persian Palace, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The management was ineffective, causing unnecessary stress for the bride and groom and disrupting the ceremonies. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, making the venue uncomfortably hot. On a positive note, the bar service was excellent. The bartender did a fantastic job, and I want to commend her for her exceptional service.
My family and I had a wonderful dining experience at Persian Palace last weekend. The ambiance was perfect, and the food was bursting with flavor.
Persian Palace provided an outstanding catering service for our corporate event. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff was professional and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless. Well definitely be using Persian Palace for our future events.
Recently, my sister held her engagement party at this venue, and I was disappointed to see the management perform as though it was their first time hosting an event. For context, I have extensive experience organizing events at various banquet halls, and I understand that perfection is rare what truly matters is how the management handles challenges with professionalism. Unfortunately, this was sorely lacking. The manager, had a habit of saying yes to requests only to disappear. When we asked for ice to keep the flowers fresh, he promised to check but never returned. Later, as the venue became uncomfortably hot, I repeatedly asked him to adjust the AC. He made excuses about the ceiling height affecting the system and, when asked if he had a fan, he said yes and disappeared again. Adding to the frustration, a front desk employee came to count the guests with such a hostile attitude that it felt as though she had been personally insulted. However, there was one bright spot: the bartender, who provided excellent customer service with a smile throughout the event. In conclusion, if you re considering hosting a special event here, I strongly advise you to reconsider and look elsewhere.
I recently had an event at Persian Palace, and I was really disappointed with the experience. I wouldn t recommend this place for your event. Here s what happened: Temperature: It was extremely hot because the air conditioning was off. It only got turned on three hours after the event started. This made everyone really uncomfortable. Food Service: We paid for buffet style and were told the food serving times would be announced, but the food and appetizers was just removed without any notice. Cake Cutting: During the cake cutting, the management interrupted us and wanted to take the table from under the cake just five minutes after it was brought out. This happened while everyone was gathered around for the countdown. Overall, these issues really affected our event, and I wouldn t recommend Persian Palace based on this experience.
I had my engagement at Persian palace. All the organization was amazing . My Sofre aghd was even better than what I was expected . Mr Behrang is the best planner who managed everything for me. I absolutely recommend it .
I had a great experience 2 years ago when i came here but i just came back 2 months ago for a party and or was horrible. Their service has gone so bad and they do not care if you complain. Quality of food was horrible, they had so much attitude, and if you tell them youre not happy, they will directly tell you to not come back if you dont want to. Will never come here again, most of my friends complained and i didnt believe them but now i understand why everyone is complaining.
Persian Palace exceeded my expectations! Their service is outstanding, and their team is professional and courteous. I highly recommend them for any catering or event needs!
Ive had an amazing experience with Persian Palace! Their service is prompt, reliable, and affordable. Ill definitely use them again for future events!
I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent visit to persian palace. The service was slow and unfriendly. The food was overpriced and underwhelming, with my dish arriving cold and lacking any real flavor.
I had my engagement there, food was amazing. I enjoyed the service and the vibe. Highly recommend for your events.
Polite and orderly staff, pleasant atmosphere and good management.
We recently celebrated my sisters engagement ceremony at the Persian Palace, and it was exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that every detail of the event was perfect. The food was outstanding, with the variety of delicous dishes. The decoration ams interior design of the venue was stunning. We highly recommend this venue for any special event.
Had our engagement party there, very friendly staff and the atmosphere was great! The lamb was abit undercooked but otherwise had a very memorable day!
The only thing Id like to say about this restaurant is that, either the poor quality of food and work abusing of newcomers as staff in busy events without paying them. A clear sample of fraud. Food
Great place for any venues, amazing staff, and great food quality. Id recommend visiting and enjoying your events here. The management is helpful and understanding, and the team and crew are amazing. Food
We have an engagement party there. They were always responding and trying to come me down and make me less stress. The food was really good and they were so underesting in managing to prepare food for our guests who had health issue and needed to eat glutton free foods. But unfortunately there were no air condition and hall was sooooo warm and everyone who were dancing were sweating a lot because of it and it effected our party and was inconvenience. Also, they gave hard time and shouted on to the person who came for decoration and they didnt let our Dj to use their sound system Even for 4 minutes clip that we had.
On May 11/2024 which was mother s day event, we went there with a group of 20 people. From 7 pm when was the beginning of the event until 9 pm nothing was served even a glass of water. It was passed 9 clock when the waiter brought to dishes of icy kashobademjan and then served wine. Then at 11 pm, when every one was so desperate for food they served frozen and cold food in a usual manner. The waiter would bring a dish for a guest and then another dish 15 minutes later for another one. I got my food 45 minutes after the first person at my table got her food. There were no toilet paper in the washrooms. Isn t it too weird . At the end when I told the manager that I am going to write a review for your disaster service he was begging me not to do it and was trying to convince me with weird excuses. He had no idea of what is managing a restaurant is all about. I really had a bad time last night and will never recommend #persian palace restaurant to any one. They are awful.
We had my husband s 50 th birthday party at parsian palace. The arrangement was great. Food was very good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great experience.
We recently had the privilege of holding a memorial dinner at the Persian Palace and were truly impressed. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and the food was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every guest had a memorable experience. The food was great and presentable. I am incredibly grateful to Persian Palace for their outstanding service and for creating a memorable evening to honour my father-in-law. I highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion or event.
GARBAGE. Their manager/owner behrang is the most unprofessional self centred uneducated person I have ever met in my life. I had my engagement here a month ago, worst decision of my life. I ve been coming to Persian palace for over 10 years, their management changed recently and this idiot is apparently running this place. They re nice when you re paying, after that, they treat you like trash. If you re looking to have your wedding/engagement ruined. Come to this place.
Terrible service. It was my sister in laws engagement and they were so unprofessional. The manager behrang does not know how to run a place and it seems as he has anger issues.
Had a party once and there was a vegetarian friend that came. They told me that there is no Venetian options and that she could bring her own food. We went there and they denied it and gave us a hard time. Horrendous experience. One of the waiters was nice though and was able to handle the situation well other than that terrible.
I was there for persian new year event, the sold tickets for $110 for dessert, food and appetizers with live music but it was really bad experience in all parts and also they had sponsored for the package that doesn t worth more than $40.
This is my forth time that I book the large saloon for a major event. Just like all other times we and the guest received the best possible service, care and attention throughout the event. The waiters were so friendly, caring and walking around all the time. The food was amazing, I myself who is a cook can testify a great food quality. Management were cooperating and understanding and attend our needs, quickly are promptly. Even setting up the stage and the furniture was thoughtful and professional. I certainly recommend Persian Palace for any of your events and will come back for mine as well. Thank you Tahmineh, Reza and Mr Roshdi and all other staff who are working with your heart in Persian Palace. Jahanfar s
I was a guest of a wedding last week, everything was prepared professionally food was excellent especially the koobideh and chicken kebob, I am not much of a fan when comes to eggplant, but the gheimeh was amazing, keep up the good work.
The kabab was excellent I never had this kabab any very the places beautiful food is good especially kabab ohh yaamy
We went to Persian Palace for a music live last Saturday, but unfortunately, this Saturday we went somewhere else. However, Im glad I realized the difference between authentic Iranian food, and I congratulate the amazing staff of Persian Palace for their attractive trays of various kebabs such as kobide kebab, chicken kebab, shishlik kebab, sour kebab, and more, along with moras a rice, which was excellent. In fact, I should say each one was better than the other; high variety and authentic flavors. Many thanks to you and your extraordinary staff. We, 25 people, had the best kebabs at this place
Last weekend I took my family to Persian Palace and it was the best dining experience of all. Kebovs were truly fresh and juicy, especially Barg Tender made me go back again. Food quality was amazing as well as the price. I recommend Barg kebob, Kebob Torsh also Joojeh kebob. They had live music that made our experience more fun. I had to ask our server to send special thanks to the chef in the kitchen and he came to our table which was appreciated.
Wow, we have another wedding at Parshin Palace with amazing food, especially the unique kebab and very tasty fish. Thank you, dear Parshin Palace, for the beautiful environment and your good staff, everything is great. Thank you.
Hosting our memorial service at Persian Palace Banquet Hall was truly exceptional. From the moment we booked the venue, the management was incredibly accommodating and attentive to our needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and their professionalism was evident throughout. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, adding a touch of elegance to our event. Having previously attended weddings there, I can attest to the versatility of the space and the seamless execution of larger gatherings. Overall, I highly recommend Persian Palace Banquet Hall for any occasion. They exceeded our expectations, and Im confident they will do the same for you. Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian option but they would prepare more if they have an event Parking: You could easily find a parking spot Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs are needed to access the venue
Had an office event - loved the venue , the service and the food was yummy!!!
We did have a very exciting last night, the live show was very good and the services were very good. The waitress was very polite and friendly
I was very surprised by the very unpolite and rude staff during an serious event. Unbelievable, needs immediate change.
I had a microwedding here at Persian Palace. Mr. Behrang and his staff went above and beyond for our special night. The service was amazing. Food was so good and the atmosphere was just perfect for my wedding. DJ Payam was also so so great with his choice of music and energy. Thank you all!
This place is a culinary hidden gem that provides more than just delicious food.
We had booked this restaurant in advance for a birthday party, inviting family and friends to celebrate. However, at 3:00 pm on the same day, we received a call informing me that they were canceling our reservation because they didnt have enough guests. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially considering we had made plans and commitments for this special occasion. The last-minute cancellation left us scrambling to find an alternative and left a negative impression on the overall experience.
Persian Palace did an incredible job hosting our wedding party. With the management team, Behrang and Tahmineh, we knew that we were in good hands and the entire event would be stress free. The food, appetizer and dessert were super delicious and well decorated, the staff was so polite and friendly as well. I would like to specially thank Reza from Royal Modern Florist who did a fantastic and eye catching flower design for our event. He went above and beyond our expectations in designing the bridal bouquet and centre pieces. We also received a special surprise from Reza which made the party even more exciting. Another special thank to DJ Payam who politely and professionally kept the party warm and vibrant from the beginning to the end. His song selection was great for the event. We definitely recommend this team to anyone who is planning to have a memorable night.
Very low quality and cold food and rude and uneducated owner that uses rude words instead of satisfying customers.
I do not recommend this environment at all and it is not a family environment at all.
Very unprofessional staff ,, the money for the food Doesn t worth at all Don t recommend
The place is very nice, music is very good, but what a pitty that the food is of poor quality and taste, if the event is with a buffet, the servers provide little food in your plate and you have to wait for them to bring more food cause they don t want to spend so much in food. there are only 3-4 servers for such a huge location and you have to stay long to be servd. I hope the management can make it better. so it s always 5 stars.
The service has become absolutely terrible. Before the management was changed this place was great but under new management it s terrible when you come to this place you expect to be served right and correctly. One of the changes which is absolutely cheap is giving wine to the customer but filling the glass with a drop of wine and the rest is water they should be ashamed of this behaviour and this place used to take orders and bring the food for you now they do self service what is this a buffet. And who serves pasta at a Persian restaurant it s a Persian restaurant for a reason. I would suggest going to another Persian restaurant and not spend your money here. Because this is not authentic Persian cuisine. Take your money somewhere else.
Yalda night was unique, different traditional dances with live music and excellent singer and DJ. Complete buffet and dinner with continuous service. It is strongly recommended. Yalda night was exceptional, featuring various traditional dances, and excellent live music with a great singer, and a DJ. The buffet and dinner were awesome, complemented by continuous service. Highly recommended!
We were there for Yalda Night Party. The the singers performance was entertaining. The food wasn t perfect and it was crowded during serving, dissatisfying. We had non-Persian guests and nobody talked even a word in English at least to welcome them. We paid a lot and it didn t worth it, I don t recommend it.
This was our first and last experience in this restaurant. It was around 9:00 pm when we arrived at the restaurant and at first we realized that there was no separate table for us to sit and we had to sit at other peoples tables and despite our protest, no one responded and the manager of the restaurant They said you are right, but there is nothing we can do. And we had to sit at the table of another family behind the stage. At the time of reservation, it was said that the food is a buffet, but there was no buffet, and people stood in a line with plates in their hands, and the restaurant employees poured food for them, and a scene that you cannot see even in the worst restaurant in Iran. At dessert time, they put a plate of sweets and a bowl of Ajil on the table for every 4 people. The bathroom was extremely dirty and without towels. In my opinion, the organization and management of this restaurant was at the lowest possible level. Spending money and time on important life events in such unorganized and unorganized restaurants is wrong
Very unintertaning. When we ate our dinner, perfomers came and danced arabic for us and after we were finished our food, they played melow music. Well, when your guests are eating dinner, you need a melow beat or music for them to enjoy and the dancers to come dance after. Sadly, the singers voice was bery loud and unpleasent to hear. They did not even do a countdown for the new year. The koobideh was not flavourful at all, so was the jooje because of the lack of the juiciness there was. The atmosphere was very bright at the start, and in the following time it has gotten turned off with the disco lights. The service was in fact poor too. Approxemitaly each 20 minutes our server asked us if we needed something, or assistance. Also the vegitarain options were very much poor. I really feel bad for the vegitarians that were there because there were only salad with chicken for them. To conclude all of the following statements that have been showed, I will never come back to this place ever again.
About last night, it was not well organized, too many people in that space, I saw some people complaining about their hosting and their tables. I did not see such a buffet which you could not choose by yourself. They forced me to give a tip. I dont recommend it to anybody at all.
Manager was very rude and unprofessional! They don t have any manners to treat people! Do not recommend this place Food : 1/5
It was a very bad experience. The restaurant manager and staffs are very rude. They don t care what people want. The quality of food was terrible. My friends and i have very bad night there and we will go there again. I read their reviews just now. I should have read them before i go to the restaurant. I don t recommend to anyone
Very nice, family friendly loved the service and food was great just wish it was more spicy
Amazing staff and good environment, Good place to hang out.
We were extremely disappointed with the slow service and the quality of the food.i asked for manager but they did not pay attention. I dont recommend to people. Food
I had the best time with my family. The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. Its a must try!
Excellent restaurant! We did a girls night and everyone loved it.
Without a doubt, this place stands out for its outstanding services and authentic cuisine. The Olives were a perfect accompaniment to the delicious Baghlava, showcasing the best quality. The owners warmth and friendliness added a personal touch, making it an overall satisfying experience for anyone seeking affordability and great service.
For those craving a taste of excellence, look no further. The Fillet Kabab with white rice was a masterpiece, and the Lamb Shank with Baghali Polo was a true delight. The Grilled Chicken Leg with white rice showcased their commitment to high quality. With the best overall service and a nice owner, this place offers an affordable yet premium dining experience.
Exceptional in every aspect, this establishment truly stands out. The Zereshk Polo with Chicken was a unique and delicious option. The Beef Shank with rice was a savory treat, and the Roast Beef Sandwich was a delightful surprise. The Ghormeh Sabzi Stew with white rice was a perfect blend of flavors, making it the overall best in this location. The friendly staff and commitment to the best quality make it a must-try for those seeking an affordable and satisfying dining experience
The Chicken Stew with walnut and pomegranate sauce is a culinary masterpiece here. The owners personal touch and genuine friendliness elevate the dining experience. Exceptional service coupled with top-quality dishes make this place a standout gem for those who appreciate the finer aspects of gastronomy.
The quality of the food was bad, the customer service was awful, they were rude, the management was very rude and misbehaved, in general we were not satisfied at all.
Did not have a nice experience, food was terrible and after compaining they said it is what it is. Management was rude. Proposed to buy off our google review after posting my review. Dont really care for customers but only money. Fyi it was expensive af. Wouldnt recommend even if i were dying with no food to eat.
I went to this Iranian restaurant for the first time with my friends. I had heard that it used to be a good restaurant and now it is not very popular among Iranians and non-Iranians, but I wanted to try it myself. Without reading other peoples comments, we went to Persian Plus and it was there that I realized that I made a big mistake. The food was normal, but what upset me the most was the restaurants atmosphere and the bad behavior of the staff and the so-called manager, who was a gentleman. Now that I have read the comments, I have doubts and in my opinion, the comments do not agree with each other. I just wanted to share my opinion. I hope the management will take care of this situation as soon as possible so that this Iranian restaurant does not lose more customers.
The Chicken Stew with walnut and pomegranate sauce is a taste revelation! The unique blend of flavors and quality ingredients truly stands out. Add to that the friendly staff, and youve got the best dining spot in town.
The Baghlava here is simply divine! Not only is it the best in the area, but the overall atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staffs attention to detail and the nice owner make it an absolute gem.
Morgh Torsh is a must-try here! The combination of flavors is unmatched, and the attentive staff ensures a pleasant dining experience. Undoubtedly, the best restaurant with top-notch quality.
Grilled Chicken Breast with White Rice is a standout dish, and the very friendly staff adds a personal touch to the dining experience. Affordable and high-quality food makes this place a local favorite.
Fillet Kabab with White Rice is a culinary delight! The nice owners presence and the cozy ambiance contribute to making it the overall best in this location. A true taste of authenticity.
This restaurant is unquestionably unique for its delicious food and excellent service. The Olives showcased the finest quality and were the ideal complement to the delectable Baghlava. For anyone looking for excellent service at a reasonable price, the owners warmth and friendliness added a personal touch, making the entire experience satisfying.
melt-in-your-mouth The combination of aromatic white rice and kohlbap tastes amazing. The entire dining experience is enhanced by the delightful atmosphere that the friendly staff creates and the flawless service. This location sticks out as a superior option in the neighborhood.
Every dish, from the Zereshk Polo with Chicken to the Grilled Chicken Breast with White Rice, was exquisite. One of my favorite dishes was the Ghormeh Sabzi Stew with white rice. It was the best dining experience overall because of the warm owner and the attentive staff. Superior caliber at an
New Year s Eve we had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly poor, and despite the owner ( Behrang )promising to refund our money, they went back on their word ignored our calls not to return the money. On top of that, we were treated disrespectfully and encountered racist behaviour, because we are Afghans, I want all my Afghan fellow s to know and not to go to this restaurant Its important to share this feedback so others can be aware. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve their service and address these issues.
This is the highlight of the night(belly dance ) Experienced it So lively and fragrant~ The food is absolutely amazing Look at this whole plate of food I killed them all
Waist of time , low quality food & not a great management , one waitress serving 6 tables all or there s wrong & late no one ate together
Although not everything was perfect but the management and staff did their best to make sure the guest are well taken care of.
We had been there for the new year, and service was zero, the music was so loud we could not even talk with the person beside us, and the table was too broad; the food quality, except Kabab, was terrible. I wont go there anymore.
Will go back..
Persian Palace, sadly, isnt the same anymore. The food wasnt great, the olive dish didnt taste good, and our meat was raw. Some of us at the table were too shy to mention it, but it should have spoken volumes when most plates came back with chewed up meat that was spat back out. I hope this gets sorted out because this isnt a cheap place to attend and to expect mediocre food quality. Please step it up Persian Palace, would hate to see this place go.
They charged cover fee of 15$ per person and gratitude when went for a dinner on Saturday night and they had live music. However, they did not inform us when booking. Also, they charged the gratitude on the bill, and when paying the machine still asked for gratitude on top of that. We had koobide and salari, with two drinks which cost 140$ for reference.
I love this restaurant. Food and ambiance both..
Amazing atmosphere with live music and an incredible bellydancer from MM Entertainment who got us all up and dancing. I had so much fun. The food is top notch too!
Charged us a $30 cover charge for horrible music with 100 people crammed in a small space. Food was atrocious and was served at 11pm! One waitress per 30 people! We didn t find out until our friend pointed out that they included a 15% gratuity into our bill and then had the nerve to ask for more of a tip. Worst restaurant I ve ever been to! DO NOT COME HERE!!
Persian palace is an amazing place to be for an event. Management was excellent and all people working there were professional, nice and charming. Food was fresh, delicious and served professionally. Our special thanks goes to Soheila for her outstanding job. Good luck.
Disaster service, very bad quality of kebabs, they served fruits which wasnt fresh and some spoiled and molded strawberries in dish, no forks for fruits, they gave some unacceptable excuses after complaining. Do not recommend.
If i could give zero star I d definitely would. We attended the Persian new year event at this place, it was one of the worst experience i ve ever had with Iranian restaurants, rude personnel, low quality food and overcrowded space. The management clearly doesn t care about service level and customer satisfaction.
Kabab s quality was worse than a regular take outs, also they shortened the Kabab barg which normally is about 13 to 14 inch to less than 9 inch. I paid $51 plus tax for barg and joojeh plus %15 mandatory service charge( tip) and $20 cover charge and when I wanted to pay the bill still the machine was asking for what percentage I d like to leave tip!!! Good quality was awful I guess the reason is the original owner has sold the business. Not recommended
Ive been there for dinner, good service and food
We had booked a venue for a funeral late lunch, the place is clean, the staff is not too friendly and for buffet they served very very little food to our guests . We only found out afterwards, which was very embarrassing for us specially since they charged us per head so we had assumed they are giving our guests enough food to eat. I can only guess that the staff wanted food to be left over so they can take it home themselves...
The food is completely poor quality, the reception is at the lowest level
It was perfect! We had a small wedding ceremony with 30 guests at Persian Palace on July 02, 2023. The atmosphere was great! The food was very delicious and the staffs were very friendly and accommodative and ready to help when unexpected issues came about. Our schedule was performed right according to the timeline we provided. All our guests were happy about everything. P.S: We reviewed the previous Google reviews a bit late (after booking the venue). We realized that there has been recently some poor reviews with negative comments complaining about unfriendly staffs, low-quality food, etc. That made us a bit worried. However, after our ceremony we found all such comments absolutely unfair.
Great and prestigious place to either have good food or enjoy elegant place
I walked in to pick up my dinner. It took forever, and I was the only person there at 7 15pm. The 2 girls at the front desk were friendly and told me it would be 10 mins. It turned out to be 20 mins. The lobby and front desk were dingy dark gloomy. gothicey. Not very pleasant. Something from the 70s but worst. Dusty a d looked really bad. Its 2023, folks, get an interior designer, and spend some money. If I wasnt there to pick up food, I would have walked out. Its not a pleasant place to dine in. I got my meal and was surprised at the bill, but never the less, I paid it with a nice tip and left. Food was still sorta warm but not got. Was disappointed. I have tasted a lot better for less. Richmond Hill has a lot of Persian restaurants. This place wouldnt be my first choice or my last choice. Im fact I wouldnt be going back. There are too many choices around Yonge Street. I did give most of the food to my persian beighbour, maybe they enjoyed it. I had a sandwich. Persian Palace, you have to do better. I would not be back. I did give it a chance, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. Believe all the bad reviews. I took a photo of the lobby, but the lighting is so bad the picture didnt come out well.
Music and bele dancing were very nice .
The kitchen is average the rest is well done
Had my engagement there and they were amazing starting from their service before the party and during the party and everything the decoration was more than amazing the lights the food the timings everything was amazing honestly whoever wants to have any type of celebration have it there they re amazing! Honestly I will definitely go back there!
Absolutely horrible. Took over 1/5 hours to be served. No attentiveness toward the guests. The kebab was dry and not enough saffron on the rice. Food : 1/5 |
Horrendous service. I ve never seen such a rude, inattentive, and irresponsible staff ever. The customer is treated incredibly poorly. Took them over 1 hour to serve us. They started their live music performance and turned off the lights before we had even received our food! Will never, EVER go back Deeply disappointed
My recent visit to the Persian Palace for my friends wedding was marred by an unpleasant experience. The managers rude and aggressive confrontation, stemming from a missing appetizer at our table, left quite an embarrassing impression. The lack of professionalism and hospitality concludes to not recommending this venue.
They are so professional Best service Super delicious Food : 5/5
They absolutely rock at what they do. We had my wifes birthday party over there. Running a family business, they gathered all their family members and crew to make sure we enjoy the party. They did a great job and we loved both amazing food and excellent service over there. Thank you guys! Keep up the good job...
Sleepy service, poor food quality (raw chicken wings), and was overpriced. We were planning to stay longer, but we left the restaurant after 1hr, and we did not even finished our food. Save your money and time.
The behavior of staff is so rude. I tried to make a reservation on the phone, not a welcoming staff on the phone. I have heard of poor customer service there but I didn t believe till I had that experience.
I had a rather unpleasant experience when I dined at this restaurant. During my visit, a cocktail was accidentally spilled on me by the waitress. What disappointed me the most was the absence of an apology or assistance from any staff member to clean up the mess. This made me feel uncomfortable and overlooked as a customer, since neither the waitress nor the manager offered an apology and their behavior towards me was very rude and out of line.
I recently had the pleasure of hosting an event at Persian Palace, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. This banquet hall truly lives up to its name as a palace of Persian elegance and hospitality. The venue is located in a convenient and easily accessible area, making it a great choice for various occasions. The interior decor is breathtaking, with intricate Persian designs, beautiful chandeliers, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Its a perfect setting for both intimate gatherings and larger events. The attention to detail in the décor adds a touch of luxury to any celebration. The staff at Persian Palace are not only professional but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of your event runs smoothly. From planning and coordination to service during the event, their dedication is truly commendable. The catering at Persian Palace is a highlight in itself. The flavors and presentation of the Persian cuisine are outstanding. Guests were raving about the delicious dishes served during our event. Whether you prefer traditional Persian dishes or have specific dietary requirements, they can cater to your needs with excellence. Overall, Persian Palace is a hidden gem in the banquet hall scene. If youre looking for a venue that combines elegance, excellent service, and delectable food, this is the place to consider for your next special occasion. I cant recommend it highly enough!
Fancy restaurant
Whole place smells of gasoline
Delicious foods, nice music.. Especially Lady singer Simin was great.. Hygiene is perfect
Very good
Great place. To dine, have events, birthdays, dates everything. Great service and food too. Luxury place for reasonable price. They have live persian music too.
Very satisfied with service. I had a memorial ceremony. Food, organization, tables, services, everything was great. Highly recommend. Great management.
Amazing staff, decent prices. Atmosphere was great!
Music was good and the vibe was fun but after 1 hour and 45 minutes I am still waiting for the food.
The place is very nice and clean. But the food was awful. Loghme was dry, barg and kebab torsh had a weird taste. Rice was low quality and they charged us for every little thing. I will never come back here and wouldn t recommend anybody else to go there.
We had a memorial event in Persian Palace last night and I am very happy and pleased with the service that we received. Everything was great: set up, food, staff behaviour, I would recommend this place if you are planning for an event or gathering.
Excellent location. Beautiful decor and interiors. Good food and service
Had a great time and the food was amazing. Did take a little long to get served but the live music and dancing makes the time fly by.
Love the food and atmosphere
Amazing food, just great! The service was very attentive and friendly. The only thing I would not recommend is cream brûlée - it is the one they sell at Costco. Otherwise, the food and service were superb!
I was at Persian Palace for a wedding party yesterday. Amazing food and desert, great atmosphere. The service was very attentive and the staff were friendly. Specially Mr. Siamak with his energy make everything enjoy the dance part. I had a good experience and enjoyed a lot.
Excellent place, well decorated, Persian food at its best, atmosphere is one of best, service is at best, try their lamb chops it s one of best.
We arranged and recently held our wedding celebration party at Persian Palace. I cannot speak highly enough about Syed, Suheila and all of the friendly and attentive staff at this restaurant, which presents as 2 separate banquet halls. The ambiance of the front dining room and dance floor area is spectacular; and of course, the food is completely delicious and reasonably priced. If you are looking for an amazing venue to host your next party, or just a nice romantic dinner for 2, you should definitely consider Persian Palace. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this venue.
Unfortunately my recent visit was disappointing. sleepy service, laud music, poor air conditioning and bad food ( Kabab) The only fine part was appetizers and
Nice venue different concept of set-up.Traditional Iranian stautesand arts, king Jamshed protraite lots of Persian culture introduce in western country .Tradition Persian food and appetizer taste and flavour is awesome.Go and get your function there you dont regret.
The place has a luxury appeal and it gives the authentic Persian culture. The only thing it didnt get the 5star due to the following: - the reception is a little uptight and not so welcoming - the food was served cold - the koobedieh kaboob is so dry - we have to go after the waiter/waitress to bring us coffe/tea and the sweets was served halfway thru our beverage almost finish.
The team at Persian Palace has made my moms 80th party the best one ever. The luxurious decor and the table setup was very classy. The food was excellent. Service was top notch. Just the best venue ever very reasonably priced as well. Thank you again for the Persian Palace team for helping us put the best party for our mama.
Place is a dump, soo gross to drink out of dirt glasses, and we were disrespected by staff while family members were trying to take photos in a quite place. My recommendation is the use of bleach on stained seat covers, fix the burnt out lights in several areas and contact a painter. The nicest thing there was the owners car. Typical
Super poor customer service. If you are looking for a place that you feel good in there this place is not the one. I was about to have my party there and spend more than a thousand dollars on it cause I liked the space but I canceled it because of the terrible customer service that they provided to me. The management was extremely rude making ruling points on our appointment. This was the reason for our disappointment. It is sad to see a beautiful restaurant providing poor experience to customers ( as I experienced)
I was there last night, Saturday. Good live music, but I expected better service from such well decorated place. 1. Slow response. 2. Food was taken before finished, without asking. 3. Tea was served before cake was ready and got cold 4. Food was average
My sister has booked her wedding party with them . They confirmed everything and she invited her guests and after three days they called her and told her they decided to go with another client. It was so frustrating. This is so unprofessional. Im writing this review to say money is not everything you need to build up customer loyalty by positive attitude.
My husband, myself and my sister went to persian palace to book their event room for Christmas day for 36 people. We went through a form and finalized everything including the appetizers and dinner and desert. When we suggested to pay the deposit he said the staff will e-mail us and that s when we should pay the deposit. He clearly said the room will be on hold until the paper work is completed. One day after that a lady called my sister and told her that they received a request for another party of bigger size and they are going to cancel our event and when my sister complained that they promised the room will be on hold, she said you haven t paid and technically there is no agreement while we had a verbal agreement and willing to pay. If there wasn t any agreement then why they called to cancel our booking without any valid explanation!!! She said we need to talk to the gentleman we talked and he is not in so we need to wait until Monday when he is back. He didn t call on Monday neither Tuesday and they ignored several my sisters calls. This is unacceptable business practice. They are so rude, unprofessional and unreliable!!! I will never recommend them to anybody.
Ive been here twice. Once back a few years ago for a dinner catered for a private event and recently for a wedding. Overall recommend the place. The food has been fantastic both times: tasty and authentic. The ambiance is good: The wedding venue was beautiful. The music/DJ was good. The dance floor and the bar is separated from the round tables which is excellent for those guests who may not want to be right next to the loud music the entire time. The service was generally prompt and courteous. However there was one middle-aged lady who was collecting the dinner plates from tables while guests were still enjoying the food. I also suggest management to re-evaluate and consider delaying the timing for removing appetizer, sweets and water/drink from tables.
Hi everyone! I have called this restaurant to reserve a table on Sunday for Mother s Day. Unfortunately I didn t like the service, whatever we wanted on their menu was not available! I am Persian and I felt so much embarrassed in front of my partner. My partner asked for ice tea they didn t have! We were so surprise that this restaurant was forcing us to take whatever they have. They provide menu but when you ask for anything on it they say it is not available. Then it is better to shut it down if you can not serve people. There was no music on, we were not expecting that. Not only we never go there again but also we don t recommend anyone go there too. Thank you for reading our review.
There services is good but one of their singer Mr. Baman accent is not interesting ( his accent is like shomalii), I hope next time someone else be there.
We had a wonderful time at the Persian Palace!
I visited Persian Palace for the first time last night and I had such a great time with amazing music! The server we had was such a nice guy and made sure we had everything we needed! He kept making sure everything was good! The food was delicious!! We ordered vaziri platter and sultani kabob platter. Definitely would come back again!!
They charge you much for tips (it is in the bill ) and food quality is not good
Excellent! I was invited to a wedding in this place. Everything was very good. We had super foods in this place and everything was well presented. The wedding ceremony was presented very professional. Best Persian Kabab, rice, etc... I highly recommend this place for all visitors. Happy dining!
It,so a very nice and warm place with an experienced management and very polite and kind employees. We had a exiting lovely wedding night there. Everyone was happy and satisfied. The service was amazing.
Nice place! Good food, big portions, friendly staff!
Not sure if Farsi people should be dishing out alcohol, but this looks exactly like a Russian restaurant. And you know; this will be a good night!!!!! Is best night.
The food was ok, except the Shishlik which came very charred and with little meat and alot of bone the portions in general were economical which was fine since the food was not great. The quality and quantity didnt match up to the price at all. The service and ambiance didnt feel like a high end restaurant. I wouldnt recommend coming here for any nice occasions and for take out; there are dozens of better Persian restaurants in the GTA at similar or lower prices and with much better quality food.
Not fresh at all Kobideh was not tasty and the meat they used was low quality. It was my first time to try their foods and for sure would be the last time.
Exciting place with a great party atmosphere. There was live music and the singers were great. Music was loud, but perfect for lots of dancing. We ordered a platter and it was a lot of food.
I asked for the Vaziri kabob dinner (mild koobideh) and the waitress (short blonde hair) brought over the Vaziri Kabob but with the spicy koobideh. I wanted to tell her she gave me the wrong dish but she was nowhere to be found. When I advised her of this mistake, she apologized and said shed take the koobideh off the bill. I asked her for a to go container because I still had more than half my meal left untouched, including my chicken and rice. She said if you take the koobideh home, I will have to charge you for the full meal. Who does that? Why would I leave the koobideh out for them to throw in the garbage and waste food? Have fun with the following one star ratings over $5.
You guys are very cheap and dont own up to your mistakes. When you mess up on an order, take care of it.
Been here quite a few times and it is an amazing experience every time. The live music is spectacular, the servers are very kind and friendly. They do their best to make an event out of your night. The food is very delicious, the vaziri and soltani were very good and the portions are very large. It feels like a small wedding with everyone there. The decor is also very elegant and classy.
Perfect for events and gatherings
Pouya from Persian Palace did an amazing job helping host my engagement party at Persian Palace. Everything turned out absolutely perfect and I am very pleased to have held my event there. He listened to all of our needs and altogether the venue and the food was amazing. Highly recommend Persian palace and their team.
Lovely wedding! Thank you persian palace for creating such great and memorable night for us! Pouya helped us along the way and managed the night perfectly to ensure all guests are served and enjoy their time there! Staff were friendly and from start to finish helped the guests ! The aghd sofreh was phenomenal in my opinion, and had all the necessary elements of aghd sofreh! Overall a great experience not to be forgotten!
Last week I was booking a table for after my mothers funeral. Poya suggested a funeral buffet costing $45 and 18% tip with a minimum of 40 people. I explained to him that I might not have 40 people since this was not a formal ceremony. He rudely told me they only accept a minimum of 40. Then I wanted to book a table for 30- 35 people with having the option to order from the menu (I didn t like the buffet option which was very cheap food). Suddenly he told me he is not able to give me any service !!! Becasue he wanted to force me to accept his buffet offer. I couldn t believe what I was hearing specially at the time you expect more compassion from others, Persain Palace was trying to take advantage. I contacted Apadan restaurant and without any question, they booked a table for us and the food was amazing.!
A well designed restaurant. I especially loved the old door as a decorative piece. A nice variety of meal choices on their menu. We were all happy with our appetizers and the main courses. The prices are reasonable. The portion of meals are good but It would be nice to add more rice to their platters. The servers are neatly dressed and courteous. We had a good time there and will definitely come back again.
Absolutely beautiful venue, delicious kebabs and good Persian food, nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, poor service given they charged 18% gratuity plus $10 pp cover charge. Nice staff, but slow and almost non-existent service for the over $1000 spent by our group. Server brought the wrong items several times, insisted its what we ordered, then after 10 minutes said oops, heres your order. Two people in our group received their mains with their appetizers, then everyone elses mains arrived forty to fifty minutes later. When we asked why they charged more for a drink than the price on the menu, we were told the price went up! We wanted to order more drinks and dessert during the three hours we were there, but the server never asked after the first round of drinks, and was hard to find.
very bad experience, food was very cold, and we was waiting 25 min to see someone pass for help, not recommended at all ...
Nice reception. Friendly service. Average food. We ordered Shandiz and Barg kebobs but none of us liked the smell and taste of our food. They have various kebobs and stews on their menu which is really good and customers have lots of options. Restaurant s ambience is nice and it s a perfect place to throw a party.
Weve been hosting a series of events at this restaurant for the past few years now. Weve had an amazing experience each time thanks to the amazing manager, Pouya Benrashid. He has been super helpful organizing our events with 100+ attendees. He is always available to answer any questions and has made the process super easy for us. We have always had an amazing experience here and will continue to host our events at the Persian Palace. Thank you Pouya for your professionalism and hard work, youre truly a delight to work with!!!
The Persian Place is always my choice in Toronto and I definitely recommend it to every one. Food, live music and service is great! Staff and specially manager are incredible! Can t wait to spend my new year s ceremony there!
Clean place with lots of choices on the menu. Love their BBQ
Great place, great food and above all great service with amazing people.
A year ago, we had planned to host our event with a larger gathering at Persian Palace. However, due to COVID and restrictions in place we had to change the plans to something very intimate at our home. Persian Palace team did an amazing job providing the food and the high light for us was, the owner delivered the food to make sure everything is perfect and help with the set up. He had even provided us with a server which was a huge help. We like to thank everyone at Persian Palace to make our gathering a memorable one with great food. We definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to host a party or just have food at the restaurant. You have us as a life time customers, Persian Palace.
Great food and atmosphere. I was so impressed by the level of service I received in this place. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely go back. Highly recommended
Good food Some servers are good but not all For their prices I d expect better service and more servers Looks cheap when they look short staffed
A very nice restaurant, excellent service, high quality food, friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended.
They use to provide the best take out for koobideh in town( rice, 2 koobideh, grilled tomato, fresh herbs, a slice of lemon, pickle) it actually worth the price$15 CAD We paid a visit this Sunday and we were so disappointed in what we saw in take out tray... just rice and 2 koobideh and one tomato for $25 CAD We drove 40 minutes to eat their food, but I guess it doesn t worth it any more.
Tonight was the first time that I was in this restaurant. Every thing was perfect, from food quality to staff behaviors. We really enjoyed it. Specifically Mr. Arash who was really professional and friendly. We definitely will go back over there as soon as possible... they made us such a delightful night ...
OMG! What a Fabulous evening! Great customer service, food and music!! Special thanks to our server Mohamad! Thank you!
Exquisite iranian dishes in clean grand décor. Friendly service.
Food is very expensive. Music is good. They charge you $10 per person as Cover Charge and %18 as gratuity. And the end when you want to use your payment card payment terminals ask about tip! For $69 food for 3 person I paid $130.
We just had our Christmas Party here and it was awesome! Delicious food, great DJ, quick bar service. Everything on point. Highly recommend!
atmosphere and decor alone would give it 5 stars. No other restaurant in Richmond Hill is this majestic. Food is great too.
Great food, great service and the management (Pouya) is on top of everything.
