I traveled from the U.S. to Toronto, and a friend recommended this restaurant it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious, made with high-quality ingredients, and presented beautifully. The service was good but the food wasnt great. The koobideh was overcooked and the rice was way too oily. The music was WAY TOO LOUD. My ears were clogged after spending 30 minutes. It was also very expensive(you can go to better places for 3 times less).

Roses Kebab Land is some of the best Persian food, specifically koobideh, I ve ever had. I bought my food through UberEats, and I was amazed at the size of the dish. I know Persians offer some pretty big portions throughout my years of indulging in Persian cuisine, but my oh my this was big enough to impress me. The koobideh was delicious, juicy, and complemented the rice very nicely. They also gave me a small, grilled tomato, which is pretty much a staple in any koobideh dish you get from any Persian restaurant, along with some butter. Although, I feel like I m missing something. Anyways, I would really recommend Roses Kebab Land. Great portions, great tasting food. A little expensive, but that seems to be the case with lots of Persian foods due to the ingredients, quality, and labour put into making them. This is my favourite spot for koobideh, but definitely feel free to explore and see what else they offer.

I had an exceptionally pleasant experience, outstanding in every aspect.

Rude behavior feom the lady who was in front of the entrance. We entered the restaurant, it was relatively busy, and the lady instead of telling us please wait here to find you a table or something like that said in persian: vaisa inja which is absolutely not a polite way in persian to tell somebody to wait. I wanted to leave the restaurant right away, but was starving and tolerated it. Will never come back here.

The service at this restaurant was excellent. Our server, Ilar, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. They checked on us regularly without being too pushy, which made the experience very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place for both the great food and the wonderful service.

Called in to reserve, they said no need to reserve, you can come in. The moment we stepped in, they asked for reservation and said they are full! If you don t take reservation for two fine, but if all your seats are reserved you could have just mentioned that early on so we wouldn t have made the trip!

I called this restaurant earlier to ask about reservations, and the person on the phone assured me there was no need to reserve, saying tables would be available. Trusting this, I drove all the way there, only to be told by the hostess that the place was fully booked and we wouldn t get a table. When we reminded her of the phone call, she quickly changed the story to first come, first serve yet the restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived at 7:30 PM. Clearly, they had reservations in place but chose not to communicate that with us. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. The experience was frustrating and felt like a complete waste of time. I will not be returning and will make sure others are aware of how poorly this establishment treats its customers. If you re considering dining here, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Terrible Quality Stay Away! We ordered kebab kobideh, and it caused food poisoning for my husband and even our dog! The meat was clearly spoiled or mishandled. This place has no respect for food safety, and their quality has plummeted. Don t risk your health find another restaurant!

We visited Kebab Land tonight and were impressed by their excellent customer service it was truly outstanding. However, the dining experience fell short of expectations in several areas. We ordered Platter #4, but the portion sizes were noticeably smaller than what we ve experienced in the past. Unfortunately, the quality of the kebab koobideh was disappointing it had a strong, unpleasant smell and did not meet the standard we were hoping for. Additionally, we ordered baklava for dessert, but it arrived frozen and tasted stale, suggesting it was not fresh. While the service was exceptional, we believe there is room for improvement in the food quality and presentation to align with the overall dining experience.

We were 10 for a celebratory dinner and had wonderful appetizers and a platter of beef and chicken kabobs and plenty of lamb chops. The lamb chops were out of this world.

I Barely give 5 star but to be honest with you guys this place worth it and this is one of the best experiences, you can try and eat Persian kebab I highly recommend Kashke Bademjoon as an appetizer. For main course kebab torsh and koobideh was delicious and better than my expectations Azadeh was very friendly and she made us feel home. We ordered 2 different kinds of kebabs and we enjoyed both of them. At least we paid $120 for our orders for 2 person that you can see in the attached pictures.

Its a very famous persian food spot, with luxurious interior and great music. We got the torsh kebab platter which was good enought to share between 2. The saffron rice paired well with the smoked chicken and beetroot.

I have been to many Persian restaurants in Toronto and in GTA. My personal experience was ok. The music is too loud to even have a conversation at the table. The food is more about the looks than taste. I found the kebabs to be too buttery and lack of flavours.

Great restaurant, amazing food, exceptional service and wonderful music. We had a party of 20+ people that want very smoothly, thanks to the wonderful staff at the restaurant. Highly recommend their beautiful platters for groups.

This was our 4th time at Roses and this time we were more than disappointed. It took 80 minutes to get our food while others around us were eating. The waitress brought risers for the platters and then minutes later took them away. When the platter came it took up the width of the table where people were sitting and the staff didnt seem to care. I asked about the risers with no response. After we finished dinner we couldnt get the attention of our waitress to get our bill. I called the next day to speak to a manager. Someone other than the manager called me back and this person had no authority to do anything other than say Im sorry. I said, You cant even offer me a bottle of wine next time. She said, I have to get back to you. She called back and said Well give you a bottle of wine. This was a CRAZY response. Why is it the manager could speak to her and not to me? I said, Please have your manager call me. Im still waiting from his/her call. If I hear from the manager Ill post a response.
