One of the worst experience we ever had. Food is overpriced (ex. $17 small bowl of French fries). Service is very bad, the waitresses do not know who ordered what and mixing up things. We came for a BD party and asked for separate bills. None of 10 bills were right. They tried to put on the bills anything random and argue about it. Food is very plain, nothing spectacular. When I finally got the correct bill, the waitress tried to point into %20 tips. So funny! The interior is great, but that the only thing there. They are trying to pretend to be a high end place but they are far from there. Find other place to spend your money.
Pretty bad overall I suppose. I saw another review noting how uncomfortable the chairs were and I laughed it off thinking to myself “who cares about chairs?”. Boy was that review right! For some reason you’re seating in like, very deep, low sofa chairs, and the table is kind of at your knees… so when you’re eating the food is basically below your knees. Very strange. Very uncomfortable. Food itself was hit and miss. My carbonara was actually pretty good! My fiancé’s fettuccini was terrible are very underseasoned. It basically had no taste at all. Was also quite expensive. $140 all in for two pasta dishes and two drinks. I wouldn’t come back, or recommend. You can definitely get better food elsewhere in the are, or at least better bang for your buck. Too bad!
We came because the place is marketed like a bar. The cocktail list was only the most basic short list and they said they could only serve 50% of the drinks. We tried to order straight whiskey from the menu as well but still they could only serve 50% of the whiskey’s they listed as drinks, and it was only served as the whole bottle. This was I assume because they didn’t want to open the bottle. We didn’t try the food. But if you are hoping this is a good bar, please do not come. The singles are super expensive and a short pour and it’s simply just not worth it. You will feel stupid you came here for drinks, and your friends will laugh you brought them here. Go somewhere else, anywhere else, like the KEG. I guarantee that all the reviews here are from the owners friends. Don’t believe it and waste your money. Look at my other reviews, I live in the area and I never lie.
Atmosphere is fantastic. Clearly the designer did a great job for the space. The lounge chairs way too big and uncomfortable in the center of the restaurant. Perhaps at least a cushion could be of help. The Food is definitely not worth the price. Way too expensive for what one gets on the plate. Service was quite friendly even though by time the staff will gain more experience and do even better.
Perfect Spot for a Surprise Birthday! We celebrated my friend’s surprise birthday here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The staff was incredibly accommodating, helping us pull off the surprise seamlessly. The food was absolutely delicious, every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The variety on the menu ensured there was something for everyone. The elegant ambiance made the celebration even more special. Luxe Bar Richmond is a luxurious and stylish bar located in Richmond Hill. The bar has a beautiful ambiance and a friendly staff. The bartenders are very professional and knowledgeable about the drinks. The management is also very professional and attentive to the needs of their customers. I had a great experience at Luxe Richmond. The drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this bar to anyone looking for a high-end bar experience.

The atmosphere and interior design is luxurious. Servers are nice and very welcoming. The food quality is high and the price is reasonable. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the delay between the time we ordered and get the food.However, the management gave us 2 free appetizer to make up the delay. Overall, I would say they are great and you should try it. Specifically for your date night.
Worst experience I had with staff and service. As a bar they cannot execute a proper bottle service. They dont have a bottle service menu. They bring you 2 ice cubes at a time with sugar cube tongs funniest thing i ever seen. They only had one bottle of what we ordered, had to pick another type of liquor for second bottle. All the food did not arrive at the same time for party of 6, we had to wait 10 minutes to get a pizza so we could eat at the same time. Some of the staff were very rude.

I liked the atmosphere, the friendly staff, and, most importantly, the fact that, unlike some other places in RichmondHill, the staff cares about their clients. Highly recommended!!!

All the staff of LUXE.RICHMOND.LOUNGE are awesome, they are amazing with their forever smiles. They are quick to prepare order and they have an awesome service & environment, Great music especially if you are going for dating, business meeting. Pure romantically perfect place. Drinks,food, and service, 10/10!! Absolutely love this spot, been here twice already and have had a great experience on both occasions. The bartender is extremely skilled at what he does, and the cocktails never disappoint! Tara & Mehrab was great and accommodating, they ensured I were satisfied with everything. The quality of the food and cocktails drinks is REALLY good, smooth, and tastes nice. I Highly recommend LUXE.RICHMOND.LOUNGE & I will definitely be returning :) Special thanks to the Manager Mrs. Shabnam for awesome attitude & service

I recommend there so fancy for date and meetings, Also I recomome to try pasta in their Italian menu. Also TARA and MEHRAB are really kind and have good suggestion about the menu .

A fancy restaurants , with a reasonably diverse menu. The food was served a little bit late and some came cold but we received two complimentary dishes. I give 5 stars to support the business and definable will pay more visits later to make sure my comment and rating is fair

We arrived at 1 pm, and despite being starving, we didn t get our food until an outrageous 2:10 pm over an hour of waiting. To make matters even worse, when the food finally arrived, we found a long red hair string tangled in the pasta. Absolutely disgusting. The waiter was completely clueless about the menu and offered zero help or apology for the delay or the unsanitary food. The entire experience was appalling, from start to finish. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone it was a total disaster.
Great service and nice ambience. The pollo chicken was quite tasty. Pizza was good but a bit salty. Salads were average. Bruschetta s weren t crispy. Place is more designed for night not lunch. Overall good restaurant lounge, we will try the night life too.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated throughout, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The exterior and signage are thoughtfully designed. The staff were patient, professional, and friendly. Portion sizes were generous, and the prices were fair. Our group sampled the Margherita and Mushroom pizzas, Filletto, Pollo, and a burger. Everyone was pleased with the quality and presentation of their meals. I highly recommend Luxe Richmond.

It is a beautiful place and also very nice professional. The staff food is amazing. The environment is very very very friendly like you have gone to your own house and you re having a party at your own house and they would treat you like their own family.
