Had me waiting for thirty minutes without taking my order. Very disorganized. They have brand new staff every time you come in. Makes it hard to keep standards. This is a management issue, not a staff one. Without fail they always pass blame and never own their actions.

If you are in a rush ,between regular working hours when you running out of time and energy, this is good place to grab something and survive ,my husband take burger,French fries and Pepsi . They are young generations of kiddos who work there, very kind and relaxed,but my impression was a bit too much loud,crowded and confusing. They forgot to gave me Pepsi, we waited arround 15 min which I think is exceptional,but at the moment I felt discouraged where to wait for order because I have to move from one place to another, not to be on the way to staff. I didnt eat my husband did,but I would say,(This is only my opinion)$$25-$30 with tips, for me that was extremely miniature hamburger and everything which came in that order was fast food with Pepsi, and all in 1 that no way that I would pay that for mysel. Opinions are, of course, just mine,but let me tell you this,if you have 3 kids and 2 of us ,that wouldnt be affordable and exceptional, not at all,it is too small portion, not healthy, and pricy for 1 regular American family. I dont try to be rude,but after all, you need to be healthy and take care of yourself and your family. Once in 6 months, I could survive, but no longer than that, I dont think so. Also, Americans are beautiful and charming people, i dont want to see us unhealthy,that can also be a nice meal, just prepared with a little bit effort, perfectly healthy.

I really like the food - for adults. I ve been here a couple of times now and really enjoyed my food. We have done the build your own burger, steak frites with duck fat and Parmesan, and the Mac and cheese arancini. Good quality and flavor! I was super disappointed this last time, finding that our lunch with two kids, water for the adults and juice for the kids, was $66 before tip - and the kids only had a plain meat patty (no bun, etc. just one single meat patty on a plate) and they were charged $10/ea. Keeping in mind fries are extra. Great for date lunch or dinner - next time I ll leave the kids at home. Kid-friendliness: The seating is kid friendly, the prices are not. My kids like a plain burger - no bun, literally one patty of meat on a plate. Instead of charging an extra patty fee for $4 they were still charged $10 each for a single piece of meat on a plate. That s it. Way too steep! Wheelchair accessibility: Narrow doorways and corridors, not sure a wheelchair could be accommodated.

Absolutely the best burger I ve had in a long time! The duck fat fries were also delicious and extremely crispy. The donut dessert with ice cream was the best dessert I ve also had in a while. This place was cozy and had a great atmosphere for an evening out. Highly recommend.

I ve eaten here 100+ times, never had a bad meal. The duck fat fries, of course, are key but they also have just the right amount of Weezer.

First let me start my review, by stating that I gave the food a 1 star rating because I never got my food. I have eaten here several times before and the food has always been amazing. Im sure it would have been that night, but we never got it. This review is about the service we received while at the restaurant. We went to Beauvine prior to attending a show at Altria. We got there with enough time to eat leisurely and not have to rush to the theater. The host was very nice and our waitress was very nice. There were no issues with the seating or them taking our order. After waiting over 30 minutes and noticing that people that arrive after us got there food we decided to ask the waitress. She went to check and found out that our food was given to the table behind us. The table then questioned if they had gotten the right food after eating almost half of the meal. The waitress apologized and we told he that we didnt have time to order another meal at that time, because we had to be at the theater. She said she would get the manager. We heard her talking to the waitress and she stated that why did the table take wrong food which how would the waitress know? I dont even believe she was the person who was running foods to the tables. The waitress finally came back and said we could just leave. Manager never came out to apologize. Not sure if she didnt want to be bothered, but when something like this happens management should get involved and offer some sort of apology or service recovery. Im sure I will be back as the food and the atmosphere is excellent. I just wish this issued was handled differently. Hopefully my review will be a coaching opportunity for all involved.

Stopped in here for lunch when another place we had planned to eat at was closed. Built my own burger and it was really good. Sweet potato waffle fries hit the spot. The reason for 3 stars is service. We sat for quite a while waiting for someone to come take our order. Once the order was dropped off and they checked to see if we liked it, we didnt see anyone again for quite a few minutes. Had to flag someone to get anything we needed and also to pay.

Wish they would add a smash burger option. If you like thick burgers you will love it. Duck fat fries would be incredible with a burger sauce. Excited to try more

I guess this one depends a lot on what you like. The food and service were fantastic! But if you came for conversation, bring a megaphone or just text each other across the table. That s the only negative I found. I had (I think) the Beef Boy, which was decadent and delightful. The build-your-own option was a nice feature to see - my wife and niece both went that route and really enjoyed their meals as well.

Beauvine is my favorite restaurant in Richmond. I ve been going there for probably 5 years and I ve never had a bad experience. I get the Le Benny EVERY time. Best burger ever. The Green Goddess Ranch is the best ranch I ve ever had. The Duck Fat Fries are amazing. Highly recommend their house-made sodas as well.

The De Leon, Beauvine burger, sweet potatoes fries, the duck fat fries, rutti tutti, and the maple caramel shake are good! The sweet potato fries could be alittle more crispy but thats being picky. Great atmosphere and Leona was friendly and quick!

Really hit the spot. Wanting to have a local option, we did some quick research, and this place came high on various lists. Understandably why! Food was excellent. The apple pie milkshake was particularly good. Fries were crisp and held up well. All our burgers were spot-on. Wound up being $150 for six of us. A bit more than ideal, but thats inflation for you. Would definitely return again.

Okay I loved this restaurant down bad! However, the last time me and my partner came I felt a bit different. His order was made wrong TWICE. On the final error it was assumed that he ordered a burger already put together. How? When since the beginning it was a build your own? Always to have the order made wrong twice and to be told by the waitress they wont let me take anything off or discount is insane. After that second time the order was incorrect I would expect someone to come from the kitchen and see what s going on. Ummm kinda left a bad taste in my mouth. Can t say I ll be returning.

Ordered burgers and fries (to-go) today for the first time. Would have been a positive experience if the famous duck fat fries werent loaded with a pound of salt per order.

Edited after restaurant s response. The only modification that was made was asking for the toppings (the exact toppings listed on the menu- nothing different) to be placed on the side. My children were splitting a burger, one child likes toppings, the other does not. So I stand by what I said. I felt nickel and dimed. If I had known there would be an up charge for putting the toppings on the side I would ve done it myself. It felt silly and petty, and ultimately left us not so eager to return. The food is good. The nickel and diming not so much. If you make any modifications to burgers you will be up charged to a build your own burger. $1 to split a milkshake. It s good but the upcharging makes it less desirable.

Best burger joint in town, IMHO. I ve started eating plant-based since a previous visit and this time I had a veggie burger and sweet potato fries still nummy AF. If you re a carnivore, their duck fat fries are incredible.

The food was awesome, the service from the waitress was very good but the waitress was a bit too long. We waited almost an hour for our food to come. The atmosphere was very pleasant. I would recommend it, just be prepared to wait a while.

Every time I go, I feel like I wait a ridiculously long time to even be seen. Months of going here and every time Im sat down I personally expect to wait 15 minutes before even having a drink put in front of me. Food is pretty good (besides the fact they cook all their burgers past well done) But always watch as employees chat with each other or other employees at the bar that will get served several times before Im acknowledged. I wait and wait for improvement, but it never comes. I also have no problem tipping workers who have no choice but to be there, but if I know Im not gonna be looked at for 20 minutes once I walk in, why would I call ahead and pay 15% gratituity, if I know there was no love but only dollar signs attached to the phone call. Many other burger places in the city. Check them out.

Great atmosphere, but uncomfortable chairs. Came on a Friday night, service was very slow. Was told it was slow because of delivery orders, people dining in shouldnt be made to wait for delivery orders. When the food did arrive, the sweet potato fries were cold and soggy like theyve been sitting on the counter for a while. There are 2 types of seats available: the finger painting kindergarten metal punish block, or the medieval hangmans leg barstool torture device. After a 2 hour wait for food, and the fifth round of Dave Matthews era hipster audio garbage being blared between the flickering lights, we got our cold food, which was just a burger. Any way you want to cut it, its just a burger. Go to five guys and save the leg bruises.

Tried Beauvine for the first time today and was so happy with the experience. Favorite burger in RVA to date, great fries, great atmosphere with the windows open (no flies!!) and super reasonably priced. Also great options for my husband who does not eat meat Vegetarian options: Great options for vegetarians (they have a fry that isn t made with duck fat and beyond patties for their burgers)

The atmosphere was amazing. Service was good. The food was so-so. I was expecting a big juicy burger but it was a crunchy lil smashburger. Shakes were good. Fries in duck fat werent all that. I advised our waiter about my wheat allergy and it didnt seem like a big deal. Got a gf bun. I did worry about cross contamination though. Came out safe! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Update: They refunded my order and communicated my dissatisfaction with the kitchen staff. Kelsey, the GM, is very professional and accommodating. Ordered the Lafayette burger and sweet potato fries. They both sucked. The fries were the worst I ve ever had. Dry. Thin. Just awful. And the burger was not pink and had no Brie cheese like stated on the menu. Thought about calling to ask for my money back it was so bad. Not coming back.

One of the best burgers in Richmond. On top of that their wings are absurdly delicious. Recommend getting the sweet potato fries with their apricot mustard or add a side of the green goddess ranch (I could drink this ranch) with their mac and cheese balls. Shakes are great. We always sit at the bar due to being former industry and always have a great time chatting. Love it here always recommend!

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!!! I cant believe my waitress possibly committed fraud! My bill was $30.65, I paid with my debit card with a zero tip. I left her a $7.00 cash tip on the table. The actual amount that was charged to my card was $37.15!! She added an additional $6.50 tip on my card. This is insane! I will call my best card company to dispute! I question the workers integrity at this establishment. Im sure that Im not the only person this has happened to. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!! Always keep a copy of the signed receipt. Take a pic of it, then delete once you see the charge hard post on your account. I didnt notice that my picture wasnt clear. But you can make out the 0 for the top. Owner responded and stated it was a mistake.. Update: I cant see how thats a mistake if you have the ticket in your hand. What are the odds of two customers with the same amount??? I ordered a salad. two orders of fries and a drink. Owner responded again..and stated it s quite common Update - Since it is quite common to have multiple receipts with the same total and simple mistakes when closing the bill out. Customers- please check your receipts and verify them. I would hate for you to be overcharged because of a simple mistake and a mixup of receipts with the same totals.

Came in from out of state for the nascar race. This was in walking distance of our air bnb so we gave it a shot. The service is outstanding. The food is fresh and and delish. Highly recommend the Mac n cheese app. Our daughter loved the milkshakes. We loved it so much we went back our second night.

Coming back to change my rating. 2 years ago it had been 5 stars. Not anymore. The last couple times I went the burgers are now drowning in sauce. So much sauce its disgusting. Last time, I ate in, so I sent it back. This time, I ordered take out. 2 burgers and fries, $30. Ok. I went to checkout only to see the bill had jumped to $45. I go back to look and see that theres over $5 in new fees. Needless to say, I removed the tip bc thats ridiculous. After all the fees and disappointing food, Ill be finding a new favorite burger joint. Thats easy to do here in Richmond.

Tasty burger Service was quick Food

I order here semi regularly by delivery. The flavors are strong and great and there are several options for vegetarians or vegans. There are tons of options to put on your burger and the fries are great. Delivery can be subpar here and there but its expected when food is sitting for some time.

This is my favorite burger place. A lot of speciality burger restaurants have mediocre or even poor service. Beauvine has several people walking around, checking drinks, and asking how the food is. This is very rare these days unless you are in an expensive, high end restaurant. And even then, weve been to a few of those where the waiter forgot about us for 20 minutes. Beauvine seems to make a point to ensure that you see someone every few minutes in case you need something. The custom sodas were very good and very unique. The food was also great. This is definitely one of my favorite places to visit in Richmond.

This was my fourth time coming, and has officially been my brothers must eat when he visits from Connecticut! The duck fat fried foods offer a flavor unlike regular fast food or chain fries. The burgers are so good with the creative ingredients to offer a powerful flavor combination that are great each time happy have your fave, or build a new one to try something else. Def highly recommend!

Burger was less than expected. Turns the fries (not fat fries) to be extra salty. The good salt (crystals) was used but I think Im excess. Vanilla shake was yummy. Price was high. $17 for burger and fries (no shake included).

I appreciate the grass fed beef, but for a $9 burger (no sides) I expected more. Or was less than 1/4 l and I expected a 1/3 or 1/2 LB. The avocado was 2 super thin slices and the salsa wax undetectable. They mixed up the order by putting my burger on my friends tray with fries (ordered fries) and gave me tray with his burger (no fries). Obviously, we didnt realize this until he took a bite and was surprised by Jalapeño. We then swapped burgers. $4 sodas (no free refills) seems bit much. We were seated right away in what must have been a walkway to the outside section. People were coming by us on either side a lot. They should dedicate an aisle. We got water other drinks right away. The bottle of water for our plastic cups wax exhausted quickly and a refill was never offered in 25 min it took to get 2 burgers and 1 fry. Eventually the bottle was taken and never returned with fresh water. Luckily, I had saved the beer I ordered from 25 minutes ago (to have with my burger), which was now luke warm, but at least I had something to wash down the 4 bites of burger. For those wondering, no, they were not busy. I often noticed all of the servers standing by the bathrooms chatting. The bar tender was eating dinner behind the bar. Cool viby environment reminding me of New Orleans. Candlelight tables. I dont know what its like on a not busy night but Friday busy night it was not quaint or quiet. Other than being dim. The food definitely was packed with flavor and was delicious I would come back for the food on a less busy night for sure. The Gouda arancini mac and cheese balls were pretty good. The vegetables with goat cheese also very good. I dont think I understand why onion rings need to be fried in duck fat But they would not give us onion rings that were fried in vegetable oil. Had a vegan burger that was absolutely delicious with goat cheese fairly flavorless red onions but again still very good. Guys were good But you do have to ask for them to not be fried in duck fat. Had several problems here but I think it was just a busy Friday night I doubt consistently like that. Overall recommended. Busy and loud on Friday if that bothers you.

Went there for a late dinner, around 11PM. Food was great service was awesome. Normally get their fries, which are amazing, but we got this for really good roasted vegetable appetizer this time. Their burgers and shakes are always great.

The food is good, I think what my grandkids like the most are milkshakes. This was my first time visiting, Im dont want to say that the service is bad just because the server that attends our table. She didnt check on us, no even one time, during our dinner. Parking: Parking may not be available near the restaurant, and sometimes required to walk two blocks or more. But unfortunately, that is in most cases around restaurants in Richmond. Wheelchair accessibility: No easy accessible for a wheelchair but manageable with help.

Amazing food and service

Was in a meeting and this restaurant went out of their way to call me and confirm I was ok for modifying my order for an up charge. I confirmed I was ok with it . They ended up never putting it through . Additionally, I requested sauce and utensils and didn t get any of that either . I won t order from here again . Huge inconvenience . Took almost 2 hours for the food to get here , disrupted my meeting just to not follow through due to the person calling me forgetting to actually put through the modification that SHE CALLED ME about . Awful service , subpar food . 50$ hole in my pocket on a Monday afternoon .

Beauvine was good but not great based on my initial experience. The burger I got was fine but the parmesan & herb fries were overcooked so that was unfortunate. I also got a strawberries & cream milkshake and it was ok but nothing extra special. I think if you stick to their burgers you ll be pleased. Also, be prepared for a crowd if you go anytime during the weekend evenings.

This is one of the best burger spots in Richmond. My favorite part is that you can customize your burger to any dietary need (plant based, gluten free, vegan, non dairy, etc). Also, the boozy milkshakes are the perfect dessert with a burger.

These people are extremely rude and aggressive and will not let you speak to a supervisor. The bartender Sam is a complete nightmare!! She s extremely confrontational and low vibrational. I brought some friends to the establishment bc I enjoy the burgers but I had no idea that she would treat them so poorly when I went to the restroom. She frowned the entire night and accused one of my guest under 21 of trying to drink alcohol (which never happened) bc we were dissatisfied w how she treated us. The guy friend i was with didn t want to leave her a tip bc of how nasty she was but I did anyway bc I always do. She still yelled at us and ran to the other side of the bar to play victim. I thought it was just her attitude but I ve called numerous times attempting to speak to a supervisor about this before posting here and on BBB. But Sam answers the phone and would not let me speak to anyone. The last straw was her hanging up on me while trying to verify it was her that I was speaking to. It doesn t help that one of the employees that pretty much begged for us to buy a shot let us know that she had just previously got chewed out by a male customer for the same exact behavior. He also let us know that they were intimate (completely out of line but not my business) I pride myself on where I spend my hard earned money and this establishment made us feel extremely unwelcome.

THESE BURGERS SLAP! I got a goat cheese burger, and that thing was majestic. The restaurant gives millennial core but in a stylish millennial who wears mom jeans kinda way! I think I gained ten pounds from the duck fat pimento cheese fries, and those were the best pounds I ve ever gained. Come here if you are cool, don t come if you aren t (actually still come bc this place must stay open)!

If my experience is the norm, here it is: You enter into the worlds smallest foyer to be seated. After the wave of claustrophobia dies down, you are in for more of a treat. Cue the oughties monstrosity with dusty light fixtures and zero sound insulation. So not only are your eyeballs assaulted by the dated hipster chic decor, you are now deafened by the sound of every patron shouting to be heard over one another. If you are not enjoying yourself yet, just wait for your disproportionately seasoned fries and onion rings accompanied with a burger with a burnt and slightly stale bun. Yum! Wash that down with the worlds priciest milkshake, and hope your server ever notices you to retrieve your check. Enjoy!

Hands down, one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. Excellent taste,and very generous size-wise and sides-wize. Definitely try the milkshakes. Service is flawless and the personnel very friendly.

Finally made it to Beauvine - glad I did! Delicious! Burger was perfect - Duck Fat fries were crispy on the outside and light and tasty on the inside. Great service. Went on a nice day so sat outside - plus, the inside was pretty full at 1:30 on a Monday. Will definitely go back soon!

Do not order online!!! I have ordered from here multiple times and my order has been wrong every time after being charged a take out fee and online convenience fee. Disappointing because they have amazing food and I have never had any problems with in person dining but I would avoid pickup/delivery.

The food and drinks are fantastic. I had a turkey burger with fries. They have vegetarian options too. The server was friendly and brought us our drinks and food pretty fast. The prices are great for the quality of food you receive. I would definitely go back.

Never a disappointment, so many small food joints in Richmond to visit. This is by far a great burger joint and always a pleasure to get full of their food. Awesome, big giant onion rings to add. Willing to spend a dollar more for the specialty burger than fast food any day.

To say a disappointment would be an understatement. I ll start with the good points the atmosphere the service. The historic setting was absolutely amazing. Music was a little too loud, but overall the restaurant itself is a great place to go to now the downside it s known for its burgers, and I must say I was beyond disappointed. The burger, which I ordered, medium rare was more medium with that said the burger had no taste at all. In fact, I called a clean burger, but that s not a positive. The char on the burger had no flavor, and the burger itself was absolutely bland, if I m reading just burger at 10 I ll give it a two point 7 Great Pl. to go if you d like just hang with friends the bar seems like a nice really good place and the service and people there are great unfortunately if we re talking about burgers this would be one of the last places I would ever go to just being honest was fantastic. Actually saved it from not being almost a zero score. The sauce had no flavor. Ranch really shouldn t be called the ranch. It should be called the spicy cilantro dip just being honest. The french fries are fresh, but they were overcooked and way too salty. I wish some of that salt or some flavor and could ve been on the burger itself. Would I go back again? Yeah if friends wanted to go back because the atmosphere is great, but as far as burgers go, it s probably one of the bland burgers I ve ever had just being honest, but thank you for the incredible service and great atmosphere and smiles on all the employees faces

Best burger Ive had in a long time, and probably the best burger Ive had in Richmond. I had a DeLeon and was delighted by the flavors and textures with just a hint of spice/heat! We also had milk shakes, pickled veggies and the smoked Gouda Mac and cheese appetizers, all were great! Also, service was friendly and prompt, so we had a great experience! It was my sons birthday and we couldnt have chosen a better place for his taste!

Not your typical burger joint but definitely one of my favorites. Uniquely created combinations for every taste, even vegan.

In my humble opinion, this is the best burger in the area. Ive been here many times and not once have I been disappointed. The atmosphere is also great, and I never a complaint with the service.

Im always happy when I find a place that offers gluten-free burger buns, its just not the same having a burger sans bun or with lettuce wrap...boring. So from the start I liked the place. The atmosphere was fun. The service was excellent. The food delicious.

Repeatedly makes the BEST impossible burgers Ive ever had. As a gf/vegetarian, I like to get the Belle Ringer with impossible burger and lettuce wrap--my favorite meal in the city. Vegetarian options: Can sub beef burger with Impossible burger. Duck fat fries can also be ordered vegetarian.

Its a nice place, although it can be pretty expensive bc the burgers dont come with fries (you have to order them separately). The duck fat fries + the sweet potato waffle fries were definitely worth the extra cost though!! Dietary restrictions: They do provide gluten-free buns as an option or a lettuce wrap, but I think they cost extra? Kid-friendliness: Not really the place to bring your kids and family... Wheelchair accessibility: Not super wheelchair accessible...

Idiots don t know how their ticketing system works. Waited an hour when they said 20-30 minutes. Ended up getting g a refund now I m hungry. Thanks owner for not turning online orders off on a holiday.

I walked it at at midnight. Took a little longer than usual to be seated but the host was nice. Ben was very courteous and professional nice guy. Ordered a burger and fries. I ate it pretty quick it was good. I give the burger a 6/10. Reason is there was a salty taste to it maybe I ordered a burger that was saltier than the rest but it didn t help the burger but it was good. Definitely a good bang for your buck kind of place. Atmosphere is good you can sit and watch some senseless sports if you d like I wish I would of told them to put Fox News on then I really would of liked it. I would recommend this place, but don t ever go up on your prices unless you significantly increase quality. But dont listen to me I just went here once on a whim. Nice place.

If I could give zero stars I would. Heard good things about the food but never got the chance to try it. Sat for 23 mins with a few friends and observed the server take care of a bigger party of 6-8 people rather than tend to our party of 4. Water bottle laid empty. Did I mentioned we waited 25 mins to be seated. Drinks were never taken. Meanwhile other people were getting milkshakes, checks taken to their tables and service. We were never acknowledged.

Party of 4. Never got to eat. Waited for 20 minutes. They never called our name or number. Then waited and extra 10 minutes to be seated. Finally seated and waited at our table for 23 minutes before walking out. All we got was water from the hostess. Our waitress saw us 6 times and even went to the tables around us and never said one word to us. As of now, I won t be going back but if I do, I ll update the review based on the food.

I ordered through Uber eats and received the completely wrong order. Uber only refunded part of the order, so I called hoping to receive some sort of coupon or compensation. Whoever answered the phone said There s nothing we can do . The food I DID receive was actually pretty tasty but the service was subpar.

Ayoooo, Burger Quest 24 is in full effect with this spot, next on the list is Beauvine. The Quest that will decide whos got the best burger in Rich City. Continuing on the quest with my sword and shield I voyaged down main st and this place def did not disappoint. Service was ten out of ten, was served by Chris. Regular beauvine Burger was almost perfect. Thick pattie, well done, still juicy, good quality. Buns thick but light. I got it with the reg toppings it came with to stay true to the Burger Quest, lettuce tomatoes pickle perfect, cheddar melted on top. Slayed it all without even pulling out my dagger. 9.3/10 on the burger. Duck fries are 8.9/10, no condiments required although their house sauce is legit which is a mayo pickle concoction. I got a second burger for later if ya knaw mean. This spot is dangerous for me as its right outside my gym and open till 1 am and Im known for the swashbuckling on the bike, but shouldnt be hard to find parking if u drive there. So far one of best joints Ive already been to on Burger Quest 24. Word life Beauvine, word life.

Had the wings, the pimento fries, and the belle ringer. The wings and fries are both fried in duck fat and were crispy and flavorful. The burger didnt leave as much of an impression but was very good. It was perfectly cooked and the ingredients were fresh, it just felt like something was missing (possibly the tomato jam?). Ill definitely have it again!

Burger was a little overcooked, but the food was surprisingly good. I wont be returning because as we exited, I noticed one of the waitresses wearing a satanic sweatshirt, complete with a pentagram and Baphomet. I do not support businesses that dont regulate or keep their employees beliefs out of their establishment.

Update: Not great for takeout. We ordered takeout at the bar and while the servers were kind, the experience overall was lackluster. To start, we ordered shakes and we were asked if we wanted them for there or to go since the food would take about 20-25 minutes. We said to go thinking this meant wed get our shakes with our food and would be able to sufficiently enjoy them together. Five minutes later, we were handed to go shakes. I personally dislike melted ice cream, so while I wanted to wait for my food, I ended up having to drink my shake while I waited so that I could actually enjoy it. Even trying to drink it slowly, I finished it well before receiving my food. Whatever, we lived. But to make things worse, when we finally got to sitting down to eat, the sweet potato waffle fries were burnt past edibility and the duck fat fried were on the harder side of crisp. Hopefully, it was just an off night, but Ill definitely stick to dining in from now on. This is a nice date spot. The burgers are good, the duck fat fries and milkshakes are delicious. I cant speak to family friendliness as I usually go at night and I dont recall the kids menu or if there was one. My biggest complaint is that it can be a bit cramped and a bit cold at times. Ive definitely felt like I needed a sweater more than once. With that said, the service is great and its definitely worth a visit!

A friend and I went to Beauvine Burger Concept on a Saturday evening and had a great time! We sat at the bar and the service was amazing. I have celiac s disease and the bartender (I wish I caught his name) answered all my questions with confidence so I felt safe eating there. He even remembered to put in for a gluten free bun on my burger when I forgot to ask. And the food is just as good as the service! Honestly the best burger I ve had in a while. I can t wait to come back!

The food was delicious! I was craving a nice big juicy and greasy cheeseburger, and this was exactly it! The Magnolia pimento cheese burger and onion rings were amazing, as well as the creamy vanilla bean milkshake. My husband ordered the egg burger with sweet potato waffle fries, and he really enjoyed it. We went after 1 pm and it was not too busy which was nice. The location is great, and parking was pretty easy along the street as well. I would highly recommend this burger restaurant if you are looking for a good greasy burger and relaxing atmosphere.

My go-to spot in Richmond for a burger and shake. Fan District bar vibe and hangout VCU locals. Friendly staff, good service, and everything here is solid. A nice family-friendly joint with TVs for the big game. Worth checking out.

I ordered online, so i havent been to the restaurant itself but for this price point I was completely gooped and gagged. Burger was cooked perfectly, pickles are SO good like I need a jar. Fries are so good even w/o the duck fat (flakiest salt Ive ever seen) and the raspberry soda... GIRL. it needs a little mix to combine the soda and syrup but that is a small price to pay for the heavenly bubbly goodness that I had. ONLY complaint is there was a lot of ice, but that could be because of the online order (keep it nice and cold yknow?). Go there. now.
