Seasonal cuisine served in a hotel restaurant, lounge & bar with art deco touches.
I loved every bit of it! Service and food quality stood out. Order the blackened salmon sandwich and Brussels! You won't be disappointed.
We sat at the bar area and had a fantastic dining experience. Leah and Kelsey were lovely! The crabcake sandwich is 🔥🔥
Everything my was great! Service was very nice and friendly as well as attentive. The food was delicious , all flavors blend in very well and not so bad portion for prices. We got the salmon and the crab cake meal. Both delicious! This was during a week day and so it wasn’t super packed on the dinning area. Perfect for celebratory reasons. A bit pricey however its worth it! Quick service as well and alcoholic drinks are also delicious! A must try if your around!
Food was yummy and they had a good drink list
Very quiet night. Server was attentive and refilled drink without being asked. Had brussel sprouts as an appetizer which were fine, but not as crispy as I prefer. Ordered the salmon for the appetizer. They accommodated my request to modify the entree by substituting low carb options. Server asked how I wanted the temp of the salmon so I ordered med-rare. It came out medium, but wasn't a big enough issue to complain. Perfectly acceptable option for a hotel restaurant.
Restaurant is inside of the Westin. Nice ambiance, laid back atmosphere. Decent service, out of Cabernet. Crabcake sandwich was a generous portion. Tofu entree was okay.
Evi was an excellent host...the food came quickly and was well prepared with outstanding presentation. Our chefs definitely knew what they were doing...if I had to have a criticism, it was that the main course came before we had a chance to adequately eat our appetizers... that being said I'm probably coming back for breakfast 😋
Not what was expected based on the restaurant name, theme (farm to table) and the culinary expertise of the chef per website. Our visit on New Year's Eve was pleasant. Definitely short staffed based on the amount of tables the one server had to handle supplemented by the assistance from the bartender and what I believe was the restaurant manager. Atmosphere, that of a hotel of this caliper. Modern with good table spacing for conversation and comfortable. The food is mediocre. Not horrible but nothing special. Two notables are the brussel sprout appetizer and the french fries. Both are excellent! Most notable comment was the sauce on the TOFU dinner tasted like it was from a grocery store shelf. That said, worth a try but do not go with high expectations of this being a Richmond best kept secret.
They accommodated our large party on a Friday evening. Everyones order came out correctly and they whipped up a strawberry lemonade for me.
The smoked chicken lollipops are amazing. I had the small batch dry rub and it is a good mix of seasoning. The burger I took to go last night was very good as well.
Great dinner service and breakfast service
Stood there for 5 minutes at the hostess stand and finally just left.
Food and service were top notch! I will be back soon!
The burger and the brussel sprouts are the best i have had in a long time! We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and eat here about 6 times and everything we had was very good.
This is the restaurant inside the Westin Hotel where we were staying on a trip south. We ordered both dinner and breakfast from room service. Food was quite good (never said that about room service before) and arrived quickly and still hot.
My wife and I had an absolutely amazing dining experience. Appetizer, entrée, and desert 10 out of 10. Salted caramel cheesecake is the best but I recommend you try them all. You only live once. Generous portion sizes.
Food was OK (shrimp pasta with cappelini was not very flavorful, but the crab cakes main course was pretty good). Service was not great. When we arrived and were sat down with menus, it took the waiter 15 min to come back and take our order or even bring water. It is convenient if you stay at the Westin, but I would never eat here otherwise.
For being in such an excellent hotel the customer service in this restaurant is horrible. There s absolutely no sense of urgency what so ever ! The food is good. That s about it.
Went to this restaurant for a Thanksgiving meal. Thought we would skip all the kitchen work ourselves. I regret it now. Untrained staff. Food not prepared properly. Meal was stone cold when it arrived at our table. Cafeteria worthy at best for such a high price. Disappointed all around. Will never recommend this place to amyone.
Delicious Dinner, Nice & Safe
Food was good..went for lunch...not crowded at all..the lady was served us was very sweet..Tables were very small to accommodate 4 ...will go again..
Amazing salmon benedict! They were slammed so everything it took a little while, but well worth the wait! Staff was very kind.
Beautiful ambiance, very attentive servers! Dishes are pricey but portions are large and food quality is as an upscale restaurant should be.
Please advertise In Westin Service, food and atmosphere very good.
New menu tries too hard to be creative. Could use a few basic dishes with broader appeal. That said, the location and atmosphere maker it a unique place for quiet business lunch in near West end. Just dont expect too much from the food
