When I come to Virginia to visit my daughter this restaurant is a must.

What a special evening we had! Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted warmly by the hostess. Then, we were seated close to a live pianist and instrumentalist who played beautifully and at the perfect volume. It was our server, Jeanne, and a lovely attendant who made our evening all the more special. Jeanne greeted us with a wonderful smile and genuine care, and we just knew we were in store for a remarkable dinner. There were five of us in our party and everyone loved their meal selections. If you re looking for excellent service and wonderful food you ve found it at Grapevine. Enjoy!

You know that feeling when you walk into a place and immediately think, Wow, these people really know what they re doing ? That s Grapevine. The moment we stepped inside, the heavenly aroma set the tone. To say they were busy would be an understatement they were hosting a massive corporate holiday party, accommodating several large groups of 9-10, and tending to their regular patrons. Yet, their customer service never faltered. Seriously, 11 out of 10. From the hostess to our waitress, the pianist, the drummer, and every staff member we encountered, everyone was incredibly kind and gracious. I felt immersed in the welcoming culture of Grapevine. And the food? WOW. Our party of six loved every single bite. The bread with oil and spices was chef s kiss. The spanakopita was perfectly light and refreshing, and the homemade Grecian dressing? So good! Now, let s talk main courses. I had Poseidon s Alfredo, and it did not disappoint. Restaurants sometimes over-season, but Grapevine let the creamy Alfredo sauce shine, perfectly complemented by tender shrimp and scallops. My fiancé got the gyro sandwich (which he loved), but those fries WOW. I d go back just for the fries alone. For ambiance, we sat near the live music, and it was incredible. The pianist could sing, and the music was just loud enough to enjoy without overpowering table conversations. Add in the Christmas decorations, and it felt like stepping into a Hallmark movie. We were so stuffed we couldn t even try dessert, but we ll definitely be back. If you haven t tried Grapevine yet, go. They will NOT disappoint!

Excellent food, outstanding service.

Food was good. Im a picky eater and once I got a crunchy noodle I was done but everyone else loved every bite. Service lacked, often repeating requests for refills, and other items and actually getting assistance from other staff members when our waiter (I think his name was Juan) was absent for a long time or came back without our requested items (ie. Refills, offered but never received a special salad dressing to sample that was requested a few times that we never got and the to go boxes we finally got from a female server)

The service and atmosphere were great and the food overall was very good. Ordered lasagna and penne ala vodka with chicken. In my opinion, the cannoli was ok and overpriced. Overall very good experience and will be back again.

I can t say enough about the incredible service Lucy and Aaron provided with our recent large catering order. Not only did they ensure everything was delivered promptly and accurately, but they truly went above and beyond by helping us set up our tents. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine willingness to lend a hand made our event so much smoother and more enjoyable. Thank you, Lucy and Aaron, for your outstanding service we couldnt have done it without you!

You can t ask for a better experience than with Grapevine! The family who owns it and their team, aim to please in every way! The food is both Italian and Greek and is delicious! We ve never had a bad meal and we ve been going there for years! They recently hosted my daughter s homecoming group of over 20 kids and nailed it! From the food, service and ambience, everything was perfect! The kids had a blast and we are so appreciative of Grapevine s hospitality! You will love this restaurant; can t recommend it enough! It s perfect for any occasion!

Food was not cooked and wife ended up sick at home after we ate here....couple beside us to was sick to ,believe using old food ,didnt feel well after eating my meal and will never go here again. Parking: Just all around bad and not good for what we spent for dinner.

The drinks and the food were amazing. Our waitress was incredible and spot on her recommendations. We will definitely make a stop here again next time were in Richmond!

It was my first time at grapevine and my expectations were blown away. Everything from service, Austin was amazing, to the food and atmosphere I would come back here 10 times out of 10. It seems like an amazing environment to be working in. The owner makes you feel at home and welcomed. It is so nice to see people smiling and having fun at their job.

After purchasing a BMW earlier on that day we wanted to some good cuisine. Grapevine was recommended so we try them out. From the moment we arrived the atmosphere and greeting set the tone for the rest of the evening. I ordered their Special (Pan seared Sea Bass with capers peppers and shrimp) Wifey ordered Spaghetti with meatballs. The seasoning of the meal would give my dishes a run for the money. Met the GM/Owner Mitchell who front-end mannerisms took me back to the 80s/90s when people treated patrons as family and with respect not as paying customers. I Thanked Him for that expressly. Will be coming from Chesterfield to visit again with friends and family. Great place experience.

The most gorgeous restaurant! From the decor to the tables, to the plants. The service was great, we got freshly baked rolls, and my Alfredo sauce was made fresh when I ordered and was the best white sauce I ve had! The staff and owners are so sweet. And speaking of sweets their desserts are so decadent (I had the chocolate mousse cake). Whether you stop in for lunch or dinner you won t be disappointed. I will definitely be back!

If you follow our reviews, you will know that we will always search out great places via Google...and this time our community delivered the Greek and Italian goods! On an unusually busy Tuesday night, we were met with open arms and bright smile...Mitchell welcomed us and sat us promptly. As I said, it was unusually busy, however Katelyn did her very best to ensure that we didnt feel the busy...even if the service was understandbly a bit slow...it just felt more like relaxed. We ordered some Bang Bang Shrimp, a Khristos Sampler with House salad and Kims mother, Mary...had the Mother Mary. I know Bang Bang Shrimp arent very Greek...but they were non the less...delicious. Kim enjoyed all parts of her sampler and Mary barely made a dent in here Mother Mary...but was stuffed and very satisfied. About the only miss for us was the flaming cheese. It was more alcohol forward than we are used to and served not in a heated cast iron skillet but rather a china dish. I cant fault the Grapevine for this...you cant please every palate. I think without the heat of the cast iron...the alcohol was more present than we are used to. When Katelyn asked why we didnt seem to eat it, we gave that answer. It just wasnt our taste. We told her dont worry about...they all cant be home runs and this meal was full of home runs already. We told her directly to not take any action. Well that wouldnt stand for Katelyn or Mitchell. Mitchell offered to replace the dish. We again repeated ourselves and let him know that we were more than okay. We then ordered the Baklava Cheese Cake. If you like both...you do not want to miss out on this mash up. The desert tray looked far too delicious not to leave you all a photo. After a great meal we requested the check and found that Mitchell had gone ahead and removed the flaming cheese. He also ensured that we didnt leave without another (unnecesary) apology. It was only on the way out that we mentioned to Mitchell that we were avid reviewers...so the level of service was just their normal, genuine great service. We had a long talk with both Mitchell and his father Mike (co-owners). We thanked them both again for a great meal and experience. If youre in the Richmond VA area...and you love Greek or Italian food...you owe yourself a trip to Grapevine. The awesome decor is exactly what I would expect at a higher scale Mediteranian place. Not snooty...just not your average Greek diner.

First time here. Stopped in for lunch. Its 5 stars all the way. For the appetizer, we had the Grape vine combo platter. It was the perfect amount for 2 people to share. Homemade hummus and feta were outstanding, along with everything else that comes with it. We also had the Marianne Delight and added a medium Greek salad. The marinated chicken and pork were excellent. The salad dressing was also amazing, along with all the fresh ingredients. For dessert, we had the Tiramisu. Absolutely to die for. This is our new favorite restaurant in Richmond.

I m so disappointed ): I pickup up some takeout tonight (11/15) and ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo, Chef Micheal s, and Chicken Marsala as well as the Calamari, Baklava Cheesecake, and the Chocolate Mouse Cake. The hostess was kind and our food was ready when we arrived, the restaurant is cute inside and out.. but when we got home less than 10 mins later we slowly started to question the 4.7 rating more and more as we ate through the different dishes. The Chicken Marsala tasted more of oil/butter than anything else. Extra disappointing because I received a huge portion of chicken in the meal which would normally be a plus but not when the chicken is kind of gross. The Chef Micheals and Fettuccini were both very, very bland. Red sauce was just.. red sauce. No real flavor. Same thing to be said for the Alfredo. Baklava cheesecake had a beautiful top layer that fell off immediately when trying to take a bite. Chocolate cake was alright. Calamari was overcooked and chewy. I really wanted to enjoy my dinner tonight, but Grapevine didn t pull through for me.

We partnered for a private sip and shop event. Great service and very professional attitude. We are definitely gonna partner with them again.

It was my first time dining here and the service was amazing. Tina was the sweetest server, and Mitch one of the owners made sure that we were well attended and overall best dining experience in Short Pump.

Food was delicious! Went for the Greek the first time, gyro sandwich was everything I expected it to be. The Italian food looked and smelled delicious, and will be sampled next time. Fairly large drink menu, the ordered drinks were good as well. Atmosphere is excellent. Would highly recommend calling ahead or getting reservation, as this place is packed. We walked in and got seated, but will definitely call ahead next time. Parking: Beware: the parking is tight, and on busy nights difficult to find parking. There was a valet option, which might be necessary if the lot is full.

We travel to Richmond several times each year and when we are in town we always eat at Grapevine one night. We found it by accident and have loved coming here ever since. We love the atmosphere and the service here. The food is amazing! We highly recommend this restaurant! Edwin was our server tonight and he was wonderful!!

We enjoyed almost everything. I was super excited to have Pastitsio, I wish I had ordered something else. The Italian Stallion was a huge hit and delicious!

We hired the Grapevine for our wedding and had nothing but great feedback from our guests. Food was great and the service was efficient especially for 120+ people. Saide and her team were friendly and professional and we d hire them again in a heartbeat!

Grapevine catered my daughter s wedding at Avonlea Farms AND we had rehearsal dinner at the restaurant. For both events they went beyond our expectations!! They made sure we had different menus for both events and EVERYONE raved about the food both nights! When we had to make changes closer to the wedding Rita and Aaron were flexible never making us feel like we were causing any issues for them! Also, their catering prices were far below any competitors we looked at. The onsite staff, to include servers and the bartenders, were exceptional for both events! Can t say enough about Graoevine!!!

Grapevine provided food for my sons rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. They did an incredible job accommodating food allergies. The Alfredo sauce was absolutely delicious! Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free pasta and Gluten-free pita bread are available.

We LOVE this place ! Owners MIKE & his son MITCH are great ! The homemade bread is delicious! Nice bar area . The Greek sampler dinner is our favorite by far ; so much to choose from & generous servings . The wait staff is great polite efficient & professional!!! Go !!! You won t be disappointed!! We travelled an hour to eat here .. well worth it !

A first time visit with family (party of 7). The food was outstanding! Nice size portions, accompanied with hot fresh rolls. Servers were friendly and attentive. Management checked our table to make certain we we happy with our meals. Great place for Greek and Italian food. We will be back.

I had hummus and it was extremely watery. I asked for no pita bread and wanted more hummus instead. It appeared that I had very little or no extra hummus. The real killer was the flies and bees bothering us. Probably wont eat there again.

I cant say enough about this little jem. My husband surprised me for lunch. Simply amazing..

Kid-friendliness: Best place to bring your kids! Food

I had to take an emergency trip to Richmond because my 103 year old grandmother s nursing home had not delivered her meals in five days. I walked in to place a take out order for her and was told it would be 30 minutes. I explained, told them I couldn t wait, and went to leave, and this lovely man the chef s son stopped me and told me that he would rush it. Ten minutes later, he delivered the hot meal to me. The food was great, but I couldn t appreciate the service more. These are really good people. Thank you, thank you for making a really frustrating day better.

The food is always delicious and so fresh! I just keep going back! Went last night with friends who had never been there and they could not stop talking about the food, ambiance, and the staff. Every member of the staff makes you feel welcome and will address any need you have. The owner is personable and makes sure you are having a good time! We loved our waitress, Rita! She took great care of us! She had great suggestions from the menu including the berry cake absolutely delicious!

Had not been in here for years & decided to recently stop in,service is extremely slow,servers were nice but forgetful when it comes to remembering orders,the food is very bad to say the least,seems like the owners have lost the passion for great food,most if not all of the items were not fresh or previously frozen then reheated,not to mention fruit flies & regular flies in the dining room area.

The Grapevine fed 60 teenage football players tonight. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The portions were generous and plenty for hungry kids! I can t say enough good things about the Trak Family and The Grapevine.

We were in from out of town for a funeral and got the party room for a large group (14 adults, 4 kids) and it was one of the best dining experiences Ive had. Maggie and Aurora took care of our party and were fantastic. They brought out pizza dough balls for the kids to play with and offered to bake them, have never had a restaurant do that before. They were attentive to our drinks, explained the menu well and the food was amazing! The gyro pizza was awesome. Would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. Top notch!

The food was delicious. I sat alone at the bar, and the ladies behind the bar were awesome in helping with beverage choices. I loved how much you could tell patrons were known regulars and greeted as such. Wish I lived close by to become one.

Ordered the Big Fat Greek Salad. It appeared to be iceberg lettuce with carrots and green peppers. 2 Tomatos, 4 olives. Salad dressing tasted like Italian dressing. Cheese appeared soft and shredded unlike real feta. Dinner salads were served with cucumbers. No cucumbers on big fat Greek Salad. Maybe I had the wrong expectations but thought it would be more equal parts tomato, cucumber, dark greens and a crumble of cheese on the top. My friend who is Greek makes the salad out of tomatoes, olives, dark greens, cucumbers with a Dijon mustard like dressing. Tops with crumbled feta cheese. But then we are from Iowa with a large Italian/ Greek population. Sorry she took my plate before I could take a pic.

My husband and I fell in love with Grapevine when we came to Richmond as visitors, and now that weve moved here, its a must go at least 2x a month lol. The absolute best Tirimusu everrrr!!!!!

Had a great experience for my moms birthday! All four of us had amazing meals, and the dessert was incredible. We were seated outside in the enclosed area which was lovely, but appreciated the overall atmosphere. Our server Reece was the best! So fun, friendly and knowledgeable. He completely made our experience (and had great dessert recommendations!) He had great customer service and was incredibly efficient. Plus everyone sang to my mom which we loved. My husband and I enjoyed an outstanding dinner at the Grapevine. From the moment we walked in the door, we were given top-notch treatment. The manager himself welcomed us, and seated us on the veranda. Our server Maggie was charismatic and attentive. I took her recommendation of Mother Marys Special, and it exceeded expectations. It was so delicious and cheesy, and I brought home more than I ate. My husband thought his veal cannelloni was excellent and also brought home half because the portion was so generous. We enjoyed a couple of tasty cocktails and a decadent Greek custard dessert. It was our first visit of many we hope to make! Were eager to take others in our family to the Grapevine for delicious food served in generous portions and at a fair price.

This is my go to resturant! I have many food allergies and Grapevine has always delivered and accommodated me with my food allergies every single time! They have a lot of variety of Italian and Greek food available Also, the ambiance and the entire staff are incredible! Mitch is the owner of Grapevine and the resturant is family owned as everyone is very sweet! Also, the menu prices are reasonable and the food is absolutely delicious! I have taken many of my friends and family to Grapevine and they loved the resturant! Please go to Grapevine when you get a chance

We were gathered for a friend s birthday party and the service was excellent and all of the staff was courteous and friendly.

Maggie gave incredible service to our large crowd. As soon as she was told that one of our guests was vision impaired, she approached him with tactile cues and let him know verbally where she was placing his food. Her composure while take orders from our large group was amazing! Her service, as well as the owner coming to check in with us, is why I will be coming back very soon!

What a first impression! I have been wanting to go to the Grapevine for a few months since moving to Richmond. The place was packed when we showed, but managed to get three seats at the bar. My son, nephew and I were very impressed with the food and atmosphere. Sophia and Lucy rocked it for us, delivering outstanding service. I think I found my new go-to place. Opay!!!

I have been here twice now and I absolutely love everything Ive tried and my family and friends have also. I am gluten free and they do provide a gluten free menu! Its a fun quirky venue and has a warm family vibe. I will definitely be adding this to my go-to list.

Disappointed! My husband and I were looking forward to going there for our anniversary. We were seated in the enclosed terrace area. Between the music and people, it was like trying to talk in a club. We practically had to shout at each other. Our waitress had our table, two other two-tops and a 10-top. It took quite awhile to put in our order as she seemed overwhelmed. My husband order chicken alfredo and I had the baked spaghetti (I added the 2 large meatballs-which I was so looking forward to authentic meatballs!). My husbands food was just OK. Mine was very lackluster with not much flavor at all. The worst were the meatballs! They were inedible. Do they not make their own? They looked like ground turkey slurry shaped into a perfect ball. They tasted freezer burnt. I couldnt eat them. I gave my husband a bite to see if it was just me. He agreed. Not good. We brought them home for the dog. Then mid meal another 10-top was sat on the other side of us (second one)for our waitress! I saw one of the other couples sitting near us with their dirty plates, waiting. It was pretty pitiful. They do seem to have folks helping to refill drinks. One asked if I wanted a sweet tea refill (which I did) he took my glass and never returned. Getting the check was a project. We were ready to just go back up to the front desk to pay. Needless to say, we spent, what we were hoping to be, a relaxing anniversary dinner watching an overbooked waitress buzz around in an unnecessarily loud restaurant eating food that was not worth our drive. We wont be returning.

Outstanding from the service to the food!

Our waiter, Jacob, was phenomenal & deserves 5 +!!! He was super personable, attentive, kind, efficient, everything you want in a great waiter. We unfortunately had a little something extra in my meal, which is the reason for the lower score. Jacob was so incredibly apologetic for it, which had nothing to do with him & was completely out of his control. He tried to do everything in his power to make sure we had the best lunch possible, even after the mishap (again nothing to do with him). Grapevine is VERY lucky to have him b/c you can truly see he cares about the customers & their experience. If we returned, we would definitely request Jacob, simply b/c of his professionalism & his attitude!!! Unfortunately, we did not feel the same way about the manager. We found a piece of aluminum in my spaghetti (what looked like to be a piece out of a brillo pad). I immediately took it to our waiter, on my napkin & politely explained we were not going to have anymore of our meals (all 3 of us were only about 1/2 through eating). Again, he was incredibly apologetic. A little bit later the manager approached with questions about the piece. I explained to her how/where Id found it, what it looked like & that Id given it to Jacob. She continued to ask if I still had it, again after me telling her Id given it to the waiter. She had a bit of a, for lack of better terms, snarky attitude towards us, making us feel like we were trying to pull something over on her. Trust me, we had no intention of coming out for a nice lunch, at what used to be one of our favorite places, only for all 3 of us to lose 1/2 of our lunch. She eventually offered to comp MY meal & offered me a free desert. At first, I declined the desert b/c of her attitude, but eventually I accepted the offer & took it to go. We understand things happen, but aluminum in spaghetti shouldnt & following it up to your customers with a condescending attitude definitely shouldnt. Grapevine has always been good to us, but this certainly wasnt the same Grapevine weve always known!

We ve been going here since ~2007. It s almost a two hour drive that typically involves a hotel stay over and Uber. We have yet to be dissatisfied. In fact we are constantly amazed by the angelic culinary gods, phenomenal service and cleanliness. To quantify this: I find myself eating something so delicious that I close my eyes and wonder , am I literally in heaven? It is so great to see this independent establishment thriving. I m not surprised as you can feel a pride vibe in everything everyone does. Some poor guest lost their phone there and despite how busy they were one of the maitre d s cared for them as if she had lost her own phone. I haven t seen care like this since the 1960s and as a former airline pilot I ve traveled and eaten out quite a bit.

Always very busy. The food is OK but I wish there were more options. Very slow service and difficult to get seats.

Being from the Jersey Shore, I m EXTREMELY picky about my Italian food. Most Italian food I encounter in the Upper South is a solid MEH at best. Grapevine deserves the hype. The bread is literally to die for. Some of the best I ve ever had. Chicken parm was also delicious. Rita at the bar provided prompt and friendly service. Definitely a great spot in RVA!

We love The Grapevine and it has been one of our favorite restaurants for a long time! We had our rehearsal dinner here recently and they did a wonderful job with the food, menus, and service. There are many good things to say about this restaurant on our first visit here yesterday. We were greeted by Mitch, the GM & treated almost as though he had known us previously. The first thing I noticed was how clean the restaurant was. Experience has shown me that if the dining area is clean, then the kitchen will be as well. Maggie, our server, approached us with a smile & was very friendly and efficient. I ordered chicken parm & my wife had the eggplant. Both dishes came hot & delicious. But one thing that stood out was the thickness of the tomato sauce. It was the thickest tomato sauce Ive ever eaten anywhere. That alone would keep me coming back. On our way out, the mgr asked us if we wanted a cold drink to go since it was extremely hot outside. We declined but were delightfully surprised at the offer. I think we have eaten at most all of the Italian restaurants in and the Richmond area so making a comparison is easy. We were not surprised at what we encountered here once we learned that this was a family-owned business simply because privately owed businesses are the only ones who havent forgotten what customer service really is. Finally, it is rare to find a restaurant anywhere that offers all the good things Ive listed above. We plan to be customers here for a long time.

Food was.great, took some home for tomorrow! Service was first class. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and ready to help. Lasagna was great. Highly recommend Grapevine, Ill be back to try more of the food.

Were leaving the area and moving out of Virginia, but we had to make one more trip to enjoy some of the best service and food this side of the country. This is an amazing restaurant. The parking was full, at least on a Friday night, but thats a great problem for a business! The entire staff was prompt, courteous, helpful, and on their toes. They moved with purpose and professionalism, but without making a customer feel rushed or forgotten. They were all so polite and genuinely appeared happy to be there. The food was great as well. Ive been looking for an Italian place for some time, and I will definitely return to this one. Some of it could probably use a bit more flavor, but Im an elitist, and its certainly worth trying. It was all well prepared and presented, and there are so many dishes to choose from. Ill have to try many more before I get a good feel for them all.

Lucy and Sophia were the absolute kindest and most professional bartenders/waitresses! This was our first visit at this restaurant and we will absolutely be back. Had dinner at the bar. Lucy and Sophia greeted me with a smile. I wasnt entirely sure what I wanted to eat or drink. Sophia made me a delicious Mocktail and Lucy with a few questions was able to figure out what I was craving recommended me a posiden Alfredo. Boy did it hit the spot.

We hosted a celebration dinner for our UVA grad at Grapevine. I called approximately 6 weeks in advance and spoke to a wonderful person helping to plan our arrival. Due to the rainy weather that day, we had to change our timing and the staff was amazing. We were placed on the call ahead list and our group of nine were seated in less than 10 minutes upon arrival. The service was AMAZING! Saide was our server and she was patient and friendly. She and her assistant were constantly checking on us assuring we were content. The food was delicious. Everything from our appetizer platter to dessert was perfection. One of our guests is not very adventurous (meat and potatoes kind of diner) and even they found lots of options. We all left full and happy. Grapevine is a must visit!

One of my favorite Greek/Italian restaurants in the city. The food is great and the service is exceptional. They work very hard to please. Parking: Finding parking can be difficult on a busy night but it s worth it.

I love eating at the grapevine. There food is excellent. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is excellent. They have some of the best people best service. I have eaten there a few times with my family. They treat everyone very well there. They have some of the best baked spaghetti I have ever eaten.

This was the best italian food that i ve ever eaten. My mother with cancer had just had a horrible day and we were looking for a place to eat. We stumbled across this restaurant and it was the best food and customer service we ve ever had. We stayed past closing and felt horrible about leaving so late but the staff including the owner were so welcoming and warm. Our server Rita was amazing as well. It turned our day around to be surrounded by such an amazing environment with such amazing workers/people.

This place has an amazing amount of space inside. Buzzing with friends, families, and wait staff. We went to the bar to wait for our to go order. You could tell it is a place that people often visit more than once. I will return. The meal was equal to the feeling I had there- delicious.

Went here for a work function tonight and it was about 25 of us. The banquet room was the perfect size and it was beautifully decorated. Service, food, drinks, and atmosphere was awesome. Everyone was impressed with how all the food came out with perfect timing. We will definitely be back.

I had always wanted to go here for years because I had heard great things about the food. I finally got to go on my birthday, but I was disappointed with my experience. There was a large good in the enclosed patio-like section that was very loud, using a microphone at times. There was not much of a buffer from this noise. The waitress was obviously experienced but did not give us the attention we needed. She didnt refill water glasses, ever. She was rushing us for some reason & made us feel we should hurry up & leave. We had to request several things of her thats he should have noticed or ask us about without having to flag her down. It was a special day for me with one of my dearest friends who was the maid of honor at my wedding almost 43 years ago, & nothing changed that, but the service & noise really gave me negative vibes. Parking: Parking in this lot is adequate but tight.

We reserved the atrium for my retirement party with over 45 peoples. Alyssa, the event coordinator was fabulous!! From out first phone call to meal selection to having to change from a smaller room to the atrium she was very accommodating!! A true professional. The day of the event the two servers Saide & Lucy were more than just that ... they assisted us when we needed three small tables for awards and speaker podium ... set-up was quickly accomplished... appetizers were set out just prior to guest arrival along with rolls and breads.. beverage orders taken throughout the meal ... buffet main course was efficently/strategically placed... ALL THE FOOD WAS EXCEPTIONAL FROM THE SALADS TO THE MAIN DISHES TO DESSERT ... NO ONE LEFT HUNGRY ... it was all excellent great tasting filling and overall YUMMY!!! Great place, great pre-planning, great servers, great food, well priced...if you have never eaten there before then ...you all dont know what you are missing

Just celebrated my cousin s wedding at Grapevine. What a beautiful venue and lovely atmosphere! We had the event on the patio which was adorable with the lights and decor. Great food and wonderful service!! Their Baklava Cheesecake should be it s own food group! Also valet was great!!

Absolutely amazing!! I went to the Grapevine before a gala dinner and it was so delicious! Our server, Marianne was delighted and so accommodating. We tried Moussaka, Stuffed Shells, and the Cheese Pizza. Everything was delicious! Our food was delivered very soon after ordering and their bread and oil was delicious!! You can tell the bread was homemade. The bartender gave us drinks on the house and everyone was so pleasant. I will definitely be going back!!

If there was an option to provide a 0 rating, I would have opted foe that. I was in wait list for a party of 7 including 3 kids. The guy at the front told me it is gonna ve 20-30 mins wait. We waited, waited and waited for 90 mins and we were still not seated. When I asked they said people are not leaving and I have to wait more. By then there was another couple who waited foe 2 hours and left. I expect atleast certain amount of honesty from them. It was pathetic. Finally when the kids started crying, I left with my group. I wouldnt recommend the place as their service was pathetic and they are not honest. Too bad.

Stay away on busy hours or on special occasions, you will be disappointed. The waiting time is forever. After two hours of waiting, we decided to move on.

Attended a family gathering of 18 last weekend for my nieces VCU graduation. Despite the bustling Mothers Day and graduation weekend, the manager and staff efficiently handled our large reservation alongside walk-ins. The food was delicious, and the fact that we pre-ordered ensured timely service for everyone in our party. Kudos to Grapevine for seamlessly managing such a big event on a busy weekend! Great atmosphere and I highly recommend.

My husband and I tasted several local restaurants when deciding what food we wanted at our wedding reception. Grapevine s pasta dishes were delicious and reasonably priced. The catering order was delivered on time. My only regret is not ordering more food because we wound up running out of all of their dishes, despite also having a full taco bar for our guests too! That in itself shows how much our guests loved Grapevine. I would recommend to anyone!

Very very good food and even better service. The staff are friendly and will even box your food for you to take home. My girlfriend and I loved the Chef Michaels Favorite which is a baked spaghetti with pepperoni, mushrooms, and sausage.
