335 on the Ridge in Ridgeway

Tonight I ordered dinner at 335 on the Ridge and they declined to accept my $100 gift card, they said it was a year old. When the restaurant changed hands in the Spring I phoned up and said I had 5 $100 gift cards signed by Jen the former owner, that had been given to me by a client and would they he honored. I was told absolutely yes, at no time was I told there was a time limit. As a former manager of an extremely busy pub I was appalled that the manager would not accept my gift card. It is really bad business practice to lose a customer especially in a small tight knit community like Ridgeway. Thankfully I had already used 4 of my gift cards otherwise I would have been out $500! Shame on them, I certainly will not be back.

This restaurant REFUSES Gift cards purchased before 2022. I was given a valid $100 Gift card from a client who purchased a block of them back in Nov 2021. Thousands was spent on these Gift cards. 333 on the ridge told us (in the middle of our appetizers) that they purchased the restaurant and do not honor old gift cards from 3 years ago. Then tell me who stole my clients money? Gift cards are purchased with the intention of it being a valid gift forever. We left after our appetizer (cold sourdough bread and overly charged wine/scotch) $45 for sad bread and two drinks. I will never go there again.

We tried 335 after reading others reviews and seeing they hosted events. Looking for a venue for a small wedding reception in Niagara was daunting being 2 hours away. After speaking to Sophia and coming down to Ridgeway to try the food and service we selected 335 on the Ridge to be our venue. Well we could not be happier, the food was out of this world, the service is impeccable and every guest said theyd be back for a meal with family or friends. I cannot say enough for what amazing dishes the kitchen staff puts together and how accommodating and service minded Sophia and the wait staff are. They conquered each request we had and over delivered on each mark. Great job to everyone at 335 we will be returning over and over to try all your wonderful offerings. Wonderful experience! We ordered 3 courses plus cocktails and coffee. Every single item was delicious! We loved our server. The atmosphere was clean and well-appointed. We are still raving about our experience!

Came here by recommendations from a friend, lovely patio in the back with a brick pizza oven. Our server was very nice and attentive, made sure we got our drinks/water when we were sat. We ordered the charcuterie board to share which had plenty for two. There was salami, spicy salami, bread sticks, aged cheddar, olives and roasted peppers. For mains we got the Bianca pizza and chicken Milanese, both dishes were great. Highly recommend for a nice night out.

The service was unwelcoming and at times rude and short. We had bee s and flies swarming our table the entire meal. There is not a proper change pad in the bathroom for your babies. You have to change them on this pad (see picture) while they are falling into a bathroom sink. The overall atheistic of the building was nice but I will never come back here nor recommend this restaurant to anyone.

My experience was ruined when my meal was made incorrectly, it included toppings I specifically asked them to omit due to food allergies, I did get the chance to get sick because of the staffs error, and I still had to pay for my wife s food as well as $12 for 2 cokes and 2 refills, yes they charge for refills on cokes, which would have been fine if the drink didn t have so much ice. The place wasn t busy so I was discussed to wait over 20 minutes for the meal only to bite into my burger to discover that hidden under the patty were a handful of pickles, which I get severe stomach issues from. I do check my food to make sure it is done the way I ordered it, but normally the toppings aren t hidden under the patty on the bottom bun. I also wasn t about to wait another 20 minutes for the staff to refire my meal. If your wondering, no tip. I don t believe in the tipping culture to begin with, but when the food is correct and service is good then I will tip. But I hate excuses , someone made an error it wasn t me.

The restaurant was so busy when we got there and we still got great service.

Eat here once a year while on vacation at Crystal Beach. The food is consistently good if not great. In my opinion this is the best restaurant in the Ridgeway/CB area and worth the extra $s.

One of the best food that I have tried in Niagara region, my husband and I were delightful with the atmosphere, and with the taste of food. We will come back for sure to try others dishes.

I have always LOVED 335! The previous owner was wonderful, the food was amazing every time you dined and the service was always great. Tonight I went with my 2 girlfriends and it took 27 minutes to get a drink (not the servers fault). Also, the hazelnut espresso martini was awesome!! But, Everyone kept mentioning the bar was backed up. Consider putting on another bartender?? For dinner my girlfriends and I ordered salads. Mine was the arugula and I added $10 chicken breast. It was literally arugula and a small piece of chicken for $30. My other friend had the kale salad. There was nothing in it but kale. There is suppose to be tons of fruit and cheese. Lastly, my other girlfriend ordered a Caesar salad and instead of chicken, she wanted to add steak - this was a $35 up charge and the lettuce was soggy. Needless to say, it was an insanely expensive night and we miss the old 335.

The food and service was fantastic. Everything is freshly made and it shows. We enjoyed in celebrating my sons 24th Birthday. Did not feel rushed, everything came out hot and fresh in a perfectly timed manner. We enjoyed it and will be back.

Unfortunately things have gone downhill a bit since the purchase of the restaurant by 43 North Restaurant Group. The bread service no longer comes with cheese on half, the portion of bread is smaller, and the price has gone up. They are also advertising menu items on their website (e.g. the spicy sage pizza) that they do not make any longer, which is a poor business practice and disappointing to learn on arrival. I used to love this restaurant but it seems things are slipping under the new owners. Hopefully they are open to feedback and will bring 335 on the Ridge back to the standard its customers deserve.

Great food will go back

We had lunch on the sunny patio this past Saturday. We shared a bottle of the Alice Verdeca wine which was the perfect bottle to wash down the excellent entrees we each had. This place boasts a menu of hearty sandwiches and pizzas built with a really fantastic sourdough as the starting point. I love a good sandwich but can confidently say the one I ate here was among the best Ive had in a long time. The fries are also served crispy, tossed with a lovely blend of herbs and seasonings. Our server was learning the ropes a bit, but she gave us absolutely warm and attentive service which helped start our afternoon in town off just right. We sat ourselves like a bunch of dumb tourists. Dont do that. There is a lovely hostess just inside the entrance who will help find you a great seat. Great place on the ridge, well be back!

We ate on the small patio at the back. The atmosphere was perfect. The service was perfect. I ordered a mushroom pizza, it was excellent. In short, a very nice little restaurant, to be recommended without reservation. Parking: Street parking is free for two hours. Ive never had trouble finding places (mid-June), but it may be more difficult in high season.

WOW - Great atmosphere, great service, great food, all at a fair price. Seriously check out this place, the food was very tasty and fresh. Dining area & washrooms are very clean aswell. A must-try when you visit Crystal Beach!

Vegetarian options: Food

I made a reservation using open table for Sunday night and it went through, but it wasnt until we were trying to navigate to the restaurant did we realize the Google maps hours had changed on us and they werent even open on Sundays! I called them and got sent straight to voice mail, confirming they were in fact, closed. The saddest part is I could still go reserve for the Sunday on opentable! And got points for dining with them a few hours later! Quite disappointing experience. I understand if you changed your hours, but please ensure your reservation platform is up to date as well. And please cancel the invalid reservations so your guests arent caught off guard like we were!

10/10 the staff was wonderful!!! this place is amazing!!!! The espresso martinis are to die for! One of the best places that make them in the area and their muscles & frites! Wow! Delicious! Their pizza looks mouth watering! Definitely visiting again!

Food was good but service was not. Waitress was rude and argumentative when simply questioning an overcharge on the bill. No regard for customer service. This was our regular spot but after this encounter today I m not sure we will be returning.

Check the specials as advertised, we were disappointed that they were not available for our special occasion lunch.

Just came home from the most amazing dinner at 335. I believe our servers name was Robynn and she was just the most delightful and attentive server we could have ever had. Everything was perfect from the food to the atmosphere and service. Highly recommend for everyone to try. The hidden gem in all of Niagara!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here. The ambience was very comfortable and cozy. We had great service and the food was amazing. We had the charcuterie, the chicken Milanese and the seafood pasta. The portions were really good and we both took some home for lunch the next day. Definitely recommend.

We went for lunch the day they reopened after the 2022 blizzard. A trendy upscale bistro with tasty food. We started with the pepper dip, then split the chicken soup and the beef on weck stromboli. The food is delicious and is portioned generously. They also have an excellent beer and wine selection. We ve been once before and sat on the patio in back, this time we ate in the dining room, both are very nice. Service is friendly and attentive, it isn t cheap but it s worth the price.

Came in with a larger group and our server was amazing! It was a busy night and our table felt well taken care of and the food was amazing! If you are visiting the area, I really recommend this spot! Will come back next time Im in town 10/10

We had our date night at 335 a couple of months ago and loved it so much we brought our friends back! Service is prompt, friendly and professional. The atmosphere is perfect. All the food we ve tried has been 10/10 delicious - the pizza, mussels, pasta, salmon, chicken, bread, appetizers, drinks, everything. This is a new favourite of ours! Thank you!

My wife and I visited for lunch on a whim, and this is our new favourite spot! The drinks were unlike anything I ve ever had and the food was unique, delicious and fresh. Well done on the ridge, needless to say my new favourite spot in town.

Excellent atmosphere and service. Food was delicious and impeccably presented. The sourdough pizza is uniquely delicious - a refreshing take definitely not derivative pizza Napoletana. Worth the visit by itself. The pizzas are much larger than the ~13 you would find at most upscale places - definitely appropriate for sharing. Dessert - Belgian waffle with delicately sugared apple and caramel - was outstanding. Highly recommend.

I am going to be thinking about how to recreate that beet sandwich for awhile. It was messy and delicious.

Great lunch specials.

A group of 6 of us went and some of the ladies were saying it was the best pizza they ve ever had in their lives. Got the one with a ball of burrata in the middle. Also great cocktails and great atmosphere. Can t wait to go back in the summer and sit on the patio.

Was not impressed at all today. Started off with the server not being pleasant at all, she seated us at a table that had resumes on it, continued to be unfriendly the entire time. We ordered 2 of the kids cheese pizzas and they were burnt, black on the bottom where all you could taste was the burnt flavour, our kids didn t even want them they were so bad. The other 2 children at our table wouldn t even touch their chicken bites they looked awful to us adults as well. The only good thing I can say is that our ham and Swiss sandwiches were great as always.

Went there Wednesday March 15 for lunch with nephew. Everything was amazing. Nephew loved his pizza. Will be back again.

Kid-friendliness: Not really a great experience, we were seated on the hidden corner where the heat was blowing on our faces, and when we asked to be moved they said they will fix the heat . Then the heat bothered us again we asked to be moved again but they said that everything was already planned mind you that all the tables were empty from the time we came till we left. We felt that we were discriminated. For sure we will never go back again even if the food is great.

Food was great but Robin gave us attitude when she brought over one bill (without us asking for it) and when we told her we wanted separate bills, her exact words were that would have been good to know before hand (she never asked) while rolling her eyes. I privately asked to speak to the manager but she insisted on speaking to the table herself (even though I asked her not to) which made the whole interaction that much more awkward. And in turn she never brought over the manager. Understaffed or not the service affected my families experience

Our server Robyn had a good start and fell off the rails when she brought over the bill. She gave all of us a strong attitude when we asked for separate bills (which she admitted she didn t even realize) after she made an assumption of one bill for our table of 8. Interaction was awkward and our experience was ruined at the end.

The room is smaller so it was noisy with all the people ther koe. Otherwise an amazing experience.

We went for Easter brunch and food was amazing, as always. I hope the carrot cake French toast and croque madame will be staying in the menu.

Very good food! A nice little place to have a good meal

Food was not what I expected, very plain. Atmosphere was super loud, could not hear the person across from me without raising our voices. Service was not good. When we booked we said it was our anniversary, this was not mentioned by our server. Would only go back for a drink on the patio, but dont recommend the food, more $ than its worth.

My favourite place to go for pizza, I tried the burrata pizza this time around and it may be the best yet. *Chefs Kiss* My companion and I both had the spicy margaritas and we were both mildly disappointed, it had large chunks of Jalapeño ribs in it which were unpalatable and made it difficult to enjoy the drink. Our server was wonderful. Kid-friendliness: Super friendly staff when I brought in my toddler, I was concerned a child of that age wouldnt be welcome but our server (I wish I caught his name)was a delight with him. My only criticism would be that the highchair provided was very wobbly and unsteady so I wasnt particularly confident in how safe it was.

Hands down the best hollandaise sauce I ve ever had. The food is absolutely delicious, the service is amazing and the patio is dreamy.

Everything was a 20/10. We arrived with a party of 10 and the staff was so accommodating and so sweet and genuine. The food was AMAZING. We ordered a bunch of appetizers, pizzas and entrees and everything was a phenomenal flavor. Sourdough pizza s? PHENOMENAL mussels? AMAZING Risotto? SUPURB Octopus? You guessed it. Michelin star worthy. Anyway, love you thank you.

What a great resturant for bunch. The food is amazing and presention is amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Even with some dietary restrictions they were helpful and double checked with the kitchen. Be warned they dont really have gluten-free / dairy free menu. Theres maybe one or two options for restrictions.

335 On The Ridge is my all time favourite Restaurant. The food is amazing as well as the service and ambiance.

Food is good but service is lacking. Complained about the blowing vent on top of my table twice and asked to be moved only to be told repeatedly that they are fully booked so that s not possible. I reserved a table so I m not sure what made me different from other reservations. Best part is until we left, the entire dining area was empty minus one table. We could have easily been moved but they just wanted to argue and do the absolute bare minimum. It sucks when the food is good but the service totally ruins your experience

I have been here couple of times now this restaurant definitely does not disappoint me, It has some of the best homemade sourdough bread And delicious sandwiches! The portion size is very large and very flavorful they have a beautiful large private outdoor patio with great service...

Wow! This place is absolutely amazing. I m not from around here but was looking for a place to go out and grab something to eat while in Niagara. Stumbled on this place and I am beyond impressed. The Food was Absolutely amazing, I would recommend the Chicken Tucson Pizza. The outside patio Atmosphere is quite and peaceful and the servers( specifically Paige) we re awesome. I don t give reviews often but I pulled out my phone to do this. The only downside is I don t live closed to come all the time. Come by and it won t disappoint!

We went for dinner on Sunday and really enjoyed our meals. We had salmon and beef tenderloin. Absolutely delicious! The service was also excellent. Our server Jenny (I believe) was amazing. Went for dinner for our anniversary food and service was good. We had an early reservation. By the time we left the place was packed. Which is good for a Wednesday. Beautiful patio in the back.

One of our dishes was good, our other dish was under cooked. Start to finish it took about 2 hours. It was a long wait, even for the bill. Drinks were also too strong. Service was okay however we weren t really checked on or asked how our meal was. Over all I think 3 stars is fair.

One of our favourite hidden gems! We have been many times and have loved our experience each visit. The burrata pizza with prosciutto on it is to die for. The crust the so flavourful and the toppings are always fresh. The outdoor patio in the back is a beautiful bonus too! Will surely be back again for more pizza!

A real treat is their Saturday morning baked goods sale on the front Patio OMFG I ve never tasted better pastry ever!! Baby quiches to die for, peach roll ups in pastry that you MUST try, butter tarts that are the best I ve ever had and I m a self proclaimed expert! And their sour dough bread . Mmmmmmm. You won t be disappointed!

Very impressed by this spot! Food was amazing, drinks were great and strong, sooo many menu options to choose from, and they were so accommodating with my little one, even provided a changing pad to change her in the bathroom. Also, don t think I didn t notice the charmin toilet paper!! 5 stars in my books for that alone lol. Will definitely be back when we return to the area!

This place is a bit out of the way for us (40 min) but worth the trip! Its location makes it popular with tourists in the summer so I recommend a reservation. Seasonal menu with an earth to table approach and great cocktails. An absolute gem!

I can no longer eat your run of the mill pizza after discovering 335 s sourdough pies! NEXT LEVEL DEELISH! The beef on weck pizza is my personal favourite.

Never actually got to taste the food. It may be amazing, but when my adult daughter, my husband and I stopped for lunch today while cycling the friendship trail, both staff that we interacted with were abrupt, and dismissive a few times and by the time the water was on the table all of us felt very unwelcome. So much so that we decided to leave. I have never done that before, but the experience was very negative Dietary restrictions: Seemed very put out when I asked about gluten free options

I was in town for the weekend and was told this a must stop. Food was awesome and service was great. Will definitely come back next time Im in town!!

Owner was absolutely oweful ! I had a reservation for my anniversary at the window in the dining room ( confirmed with Sam on the phone) and instead she ruined our night by forcing us at a table in the coldest area in the back of the lounge . We asked her we had confirmation for dining and window. We drove 45 min to be there. She did not care an inch ! Extremely rude!!!! Server Jen was a gem ! Too bad her natural talent and care is wasted at this place which far from a fine dinner . We were forced to sit at the end of the lounge even through warmed up tables were empty.

I dine here quite often for lunch and dinner. I enjoy the patio in the summers and the indoor dining is very pleasant. I always look forward to all the different menu items they have.

Great girls meal. No room but they sat us at the bar which was fine by us. Great food. The pita was so large it was two huge meals. Yum!

Food is to die for here, every bite was just bursting with different flavors, and the menu changes with the seasons, if you are on your lunch break, you can call in and order a deli sandwich which is just packed with meat. I highly recommend.

Today was an extra special day that I shared with a friend. 335 hosted a gathering with Lush Florals where we were treated to a lovely brunch and then we made a Christmas centerpiece. We started with a chilled mimosa followed by an assortment of breakfast items (we chose the Eggs Benedict, please note that the poached eggs were perfect) and a choice of sandwiches and fries. Following this was an assortment of dessert with coffee or tea. Oh my goodness, it was all so delicious. Kudos to the staff who were all so gracious. A special thanks to Jenn for this special time.

I have been to 335 several times and have never been disappointed. Whether dining inside, outside or ordering takeout, the care that goes into every meal I ve ever been served is second to none. To say the food is always amazing is an understatement and it s evident the staff involved from the preparation to the service takes the upmost care to ensure you experience is pleasant. I d like to say that since Covid, the owner has really gone the extra mile to make sure you can enjoy outdoor dining and feel comfortable. Down to the last detail including the decor, service, ambiance, service, food, drinks, this restaurant is a MUST visit. You won t be disappointed.

We had lunch at a table outside. Despite it being a very cold day, yhe heaters were great and the fire feature on the table was beautiful. I was warm enough to unzip my jackets and take off my hat and gloves. The wagyu steak was amazing and perfectly cooked. I also really enjoyed the Italian deli sandwich. Service was amazing.

We were staying at an Air B&B in Crystal Beach so we did not know where to eat but we ordered the On the Ridge Pack, with a meatball marguerita & spicy sage pizza, the meal came with a Cesar salad, wings & calamari. This was by far the BEST meal we have ever had!! Everything was so fresh & amazing, we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND it we are ordering from there again tonight!

It was a cold evening out on the Ridge, but it was well worth it because the food was excellent!

What an phenomenal experience! We re from out of town and stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant randomly driving by. The manager and server accommodated us, despite their busy reservation list, and seated us on their charming outdoor patio. The chill music, lamp heaters and beautiful table top gas heaters lended to the cozy ambiance. Both mains were out of this world- the braised short ribs were falling off the bone, the mashed potatoes were creamy, smooth and perfectly rich and the roasted vegetables were perfectly cooked; the chicken Milanese came with two golden, tender chicken cutlets, silky polenta, a fresh arugula salad and was topped with crisp prosciutto. We came hungry and their generous portions certainly did not disappoint. 10/10, I can t wait to come back!

Excellent food selection and staff. More heating is needed on the outdoor patio in winter. Hopefully indoor dining will return soon.

We had an amazing Valentines Special shared dinner here. They provided the most amazing menue with more food than we could actually consume. The quality was done to perfection. The value was above and beyond. We will certainly dine here again.

After moving back to Niagara from Toronto - I definitely was missing out hard on the strong and diverse restaurant game there. I tried a few places here which were unremarkable, aside from a couple wineries which, though delicious - break the bank. A local friend knew my taste and strongly recommended 335 On The Ridge. To say I was blown away is an understatement. To learn that literally everything there is homemade and sourced locally whenever possible was a HUGE plus for me. Even their bourbon soaked cherries in their Manhattans are made in house - the bartender was so kind and even sent me home a little container of them because I raved about them so much. The service was on point. Attentive, timely, yet not over bearing - and very accommodating for any little request we had. I had the Brussels and calamari to start which was incredible with the homemade aoli. I also discovered that beef short ribs are my new love language. To say they were tender is an understatement...the Brussels with it (again) were cooked to perfection and whatever they do to their mashed potatoes I need to know. My friend had the spicy sage pizza - which was made in a wood fired oven and their own sourdough crust. UNREAL!!!! Try dipping the crust in their house dressing Bianca sauce. Incredible. I was the driver, so only had the one cocktail, but my friend tried a few from the menu and she was raving about them, because everything in them was fresh and homemade as well. I literally cannot wait to go back!!!!

Food was okay at best, extremely over priced for what you get, little blonde waitress was very friendly and polite brought our drinks almost immediately, bathroom was well kept and clean good for doing rips, if the prices were a bit better it would be a decent place.

Me & the wife drove here from Hamilton to meet some friends for a birthday dinner. I had the salmon & it was delicious! The service was of high quality & the venue was nice. My 7 month old daughter also enjoyed being able to see them prepare the pizzas & place them in the oven behind the glass sliding doors. Kept her entertained for a bit lol

Lovely atmosphere with amazing attentive service!

Absolutely horrible customer service I m convinced the owner does not care which is a shame I ve brought clients there and the food is exceptional but the way this place is run leaves a lot to be desired. Called many occasions many times they either have 1 line or they take the phone off the hook which is sad funny they give real estate agents free vouchers for pizza but you can never get it lol I will be talking to my agent about thier awful service or yours should I say very very sad we used to like this place so much and it s been downhill for a while and I m not the only one I hear many many complaints with no attempt to rectify the situation or change thier ways they just ignore them. What a disappointment for Ridgeway. We are the type of people who order what we want my dogs eat filet minion for thier dinner we don t mind paying for good food.

Sat out front for lunch. Had the bread starter/service, vino and beer followed by the Korean Fried Chicken sammy and Chicken Milly sammy. Bread was delish, sandwiches good, fries amazing, service fantastic. Cant wait to return for dinner on the patio with creme brule!

Takes forever to order forgot, to check 1 star reviews while waiting 40 mins in see this place has an MO. Ask for bill at least they had the decency not to charge for the drinks. Figure it out. Get one of the 5 waitress to cook or maybe open a seperate pizza joint cause those bad boys were popping out the back faster than the random children. EDIT*** It takes 20-30mins for main course. We spent 40 minutes sitting there no app nothing, it was lunch time. There was a zoo in the back. What restaurant do you know that makes their food not from scratch?? Like 0 prep? Idk for the size of the establishment and the amount of staff there was 0 sense made in the running of this place.

Amazing! I d give 10 stars. My family and I enjoyed the best pizza we ever had in Canada! Simply delicious and well made. We ordered the Marguerita and asparagus with prosciutto. Fantastic. The place is also very clean and cozy.

They have great Fries! I ordered shaved top sirloin om sourdough and it was really good and filling. Just a bit pricey. But the ambience is great. They have patio in the front and the back of the restaurant.

The food was excellent. Who knew brussel sprouts could be delicious? The dining experience, however, was not so good. Rather than expecting diners to know the layout of the restaurant when making a reservation, by phone, it would be courteous for the employee taking the reservation to describe the seating options and let the diner decide where theyd like to sit. We made an early reservation and upon arrival were shown to a table at the busiest spot in the place....at the juncture of the bar and the washroom. When we asked for a different table we were offered the one beside the door to the patio or a table on the patio. (It was then that we were told if we wanted the dining room we should have asked for it when making the reservation) It was too cold to sit out so we reluctantly took the table by the door....which was left open more than it was closed. Those who chose to sit outside were at least offered blankets to keep warm. A memorable dining experience.....but not for the right reasons.

We had a wonderful meal!!! We ordered the Ultimate Pepperoni Pizza with the lemon dressed arugula on top. It was absolutely delicious i especially liked the cup & char pepperoni.

The food, atmosphere and environment was amazing from start to finish and we hope to be back soon, hoeever we had an awkward encounter with a male server making jokes and comments about some of the males in our group hitting on him and made a few crude comments that made our one friend pretty uncomfortable. Friday night reservation for 2, waited an hour for food. Took 15 mins to get the machine to pay with credit card. Overpriced (dinner for two with 1 appetizer and two drinks ended up being 100 dollars). Biggest blow: the food made my stomach quite upset because it was very greasy and too much salt. Wont come back again.

Hands down the best restaurant weve been to in a very long time. We went Saturday night ( busiest night I guess with the festival) we had the Dads pizza (OMG the best!!!) and a salad to start with the calamari and Brussel sprouts to start ..incredible I had the seafood pasta, we had a big group and ordered a variety of different mains and drinks. They kept the kids happy with starters and bread..the service I thought was amazing and no one missed a beat and checked on us regularly ..if this is how the service is on the busiest night Im looking forward to coming back on a regular night..best patio in the region hands down!!!

I love the atmosphere, service and of course, the AMAZING food at this lovely gem in Ridgeway. 335 on the Ridge has such a cool vibe during the Summer months, with a tiered patio and seasonal menu features that leave you wanting more! I would highly recommend the Brussel sprouts and calamari as a starter and ANY of their pizzas! The staff go above and beyond to ensure that your visit is a special one :) I cant wait to dine here again!

I love this restaurant! The patio is an awesome place to dine with friends and enjoy a summer evening. The staff are all super friendly and accomodating. I recommend starting with the 335 Classic Salad (so so good). The pizza is insane (really doesnt matter which one you pick - theyre all good) and the Chicken Milanese, which was my latest try at this restaurant, has become a new favorite.

The best pizza we have ever had. Light thin and crispy, and so flavorful. Great portions, the pizzas took up our whole table. We got prosciutto pizza as well as classic pep. We tried a caesar salad as well that was phenomenal. Everything was made in house and top quality. in our opinion, this meal was worth every penny. We will be back to try more of the menu! We had my husband s 40th birthday on the upper back patio. Jenn the owner helped me plan out the menu and all the details (50+ guests). The day of, I was allowed to go in an hour and a half prior to guests arriving to decorate. We had two servers, Jonathon and Zak. Both were very helpful with rearranging tables and helping me decorate. Jonathan was very organized and went through how the evening would roll out with me prior to guests arriving. I was blown away by how hands on and professional everyone was. Guests started rolling in, both Jonathan and Zak were greeting and taking drink orders. Drinks came quick. Many guests appreciated how the servers remembered what they were drinking and asked them if they d like another. Food came out and it was all incredibly fresh and delicious! Jenn the owner popped in from time to time to ensure everything was going seamlessly. Honestly, the night couldn t have gone better and my husbands 40th truly was a night to remember. A BIG thank you to all who worked that night.

We visited 335 on Saturday evening after choosing it based upon images of their food, online, and were impressed immediately. The patio is beautifully designed and placed, creating a fantastic environment that compells great conversation. I chose to get the aloha pizza, and can firmly state that this specific creation is the best pizza Ive ever tasted, and I believe my experiences are broad. The pineapples were cut with the intention of watering your mouth upon each bite, and the peameal was sliced thinly enough to be mistaken for prosciutto. The housemade mustard possessed a sweet flavour that perfectly complimented the other toppings, and the dill aioli is as unique and unmatched unlike any aioli Ive previously tried. 9/10. Go Niners. Put up a Pearl Jam poster and Ill increase the rating to a full 10.

I love my food when it comes right out of the kitchen and not sitting under heat laps. It was perfectly hot! The mussels were made in a very yummy sauce and French fries were perfectly crispy. I would give this meal a 11 out of 10.

So very glad we stumbled into this gem today. My sister, daughter and myself decided to check out some shops and 335 on the ridge was suggested to us from another business owner. We literally just wanted a quick drink of iced tea and somewhere to hide from the rain. We ended up stumbling on one of the most amazing menus. We weren t really hungry but we ordered the bread service and some iced tea. We got this beautiful basket of this crazy voodoo magic I don t know what the hell it was kind of pizza bread, and sourdough bread and this beautiful oil dip. It was all just amazing. And then to add to that, our server was so genuinely lovely as were all the staff. If you are in Ridge Way, you will not regret going in for a bevvy and some food.

nice food and atmosphere!

Last Saturday was my first time I ve been disappointed with 335 on the ridge. My son was leaving for school so I thought it would be nice to take him and his girlfriend for a nice dinner. We sat in the back corner and it was extremely hot, our drinks took close to 45 min. We couldn t get a bottle of wine because we were worried we would be done our meal by the time it arrived. Unfortunately, our water was not refilled either and we were very warm. I understand it s very hard to find help right now, but maybe best to not pack the restaurant so the tables that are there have a quality experience and could possibly spend more. Just a thought.

It s a very beautiful space to enjoy dinner. Ordered steak frites and was a little disappointed with the quality of cut and size of the steak but the fries were the best fries ever (parmesan and garlic dusted). Ask for garlic aioli to dip them in and it s just amazing. Our server was very kind and prompt.

I ve been to 335 On The Ridge many times. My friend has been here twice. It s our go to restaurant whenever we re in Ridgeway. The food is exceptional. I had the Autumn Salad , with Arugula, Kale, Sunflower Seeds, Wine Roasted Grapes, Goat Cheese, Granny Smith Apples, Pecans with a Maple Vinaigrette. Such a great combination. The Autumn Salad is a must have . Very delicious and healthy. You won t be disappointed. I ll order this again. I also had a very good 335 On The Ridge Martini . My very good friend had the Fish Tacos , with fries on the side. The handheld Tacos and fries are very delicious my friend said. The best she s had. We dined on the large patio. Comfortable chairs, gorgeous trees cover the patio, many heaters are placed in various places, speakers are placed strategically around, a fireplace, gorgeously lit at night with overhead lighting. Perfection day or night!!!! There s also a small patio in the front overlooking the street where you can enjoy your meal while people watching. If you prefer indoor dining, they ve got it, very quaint and lovely. Great service. Very highly recommend. You won t be disappointed!!!!!

Had an amazing dinner the other night here with my mom and friend. Service was great, we came from out of town and we were late for our reso but they were so accommodating and kept the kitchen open until we could sit down and order! we never felt rushed!! The food is also amazing and consistent (i ve been a few times now) Would highly recommend.

This restaurant is amazing! I am pretty picky when it comes to food. I have traveled all over and eaten in many Michelin Star restaurants and let me tell you, this place is SO SO good! I was sincerely shocked because I was not expecting much. BLOWN AWAY! I will be back

From service, to food, 355 was a more than pleasant surprise while visiting Fort Erie from Toronto. Our server Jenna was amazing and felt like an old friend. The muscles and frites may very well be the best muscles I ve ever had. And serving them with the fries on top was so great. There were five of us for lunch, 3 adults and 2 teens, and each appetizer, entree, desert and cocktail was not only presented well but fantastically enjoyable for all of us. I also agree with the other reviews regarding portions they were incredibly generous. Thank you for a great dining experience. We will most definitely be back.

Jenn and her staff are phenomenal. The food at 335 is second to none. Even basics like sandwiches and pizza are elevated and flavorful. Ive never had a bad meal. And the only thing nicer than the patio would be the staff, who bend over backwards to make your visit memorable. Whenever family is visiting from out of town, we make sure to treat them to a meal at 335. Just be sure to make a reservation as it can get pretty busy!

I have been here a few times and have been with different people have always enjoyed eating here .However on my recent visit three of us had to return the soup , it tasted nothing like a red pepper soup .Our bread was not fresh and to top it all our waitress had limited customer service skills .

What a fantastic dining experience! The food, the service, the atmosphere, all amazing! From the moment we were greeted to the moment we left the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, all the food is made in house and they have an excellent wine selection. Definitely worth the drive to Ridgeway!

WOW what an experience, amazing food!!!! We had the mushroom pizza with egg drop soup and kale salad with barley, seeds, etc . Jen was outstanding on service as well as our greeter and chef staff. So glad we finally made it there, everyone told us how great it was. Definitely going back again and again. Great job guys, keep it up!
