Located downtown, near the river, but you cant see it from there. The terrace is somewhat thin, and the place is a little dated, but the beers are effective. Nothing revolutionary, but it drinks well. The service is adequate.

I liked the place, I sat outside. The server was very pleasant! Pepper beer Unfortunately, we cannot buy it on site. The sandwiches may not seem like much, but the vegetarian one was delicious.

Very good microbrewery with a beautiful terrace and friendly service. We really liked our beers and there was a small food menu including sandwich, sausage and rillettes.

Excellent vrmt food, very tasty beer, different from my usual but really very good. Very warm and attentive staff. Very well served and recommended in terms of the tasting platter. We spent a lot because it was so good. 10/10 I recommend.

The service leaves something to be desired. We went to see a comedy evening and the two waiters talked the whole time, showing each other things on their cell phones. A big lack of respect for the comedian.

For a night in Rimouski, this brasserie is really a nice base. Cool atmosphere, good service and the beers were delicious. Lovers of sausage, they serve a blue cheese which is really great, even if they dont produce it

A nice place to chat or celebrate, on the other hand, I dont understand whats going on with the quality of the beer. Whether its a choice or a lack of supervision, I dont know, but the beers taste unhealthy or empty. I have often tried the noctambulbe, and each time, despite all my efforts to like it, I always find what the black boreal tastes like where we would have left garlic overnight. Plus, the rillette at $16 is horrible. It was smaller than my stitch size, with mini pickles and crackers. I can imagine that the profit margin must be very good.

Average service, the bartender serves the beer without delicacy and spills it. Bar closing which is done with very loud music and flashing the light, instead of simply warning us. Inadequate health control. The beer is good.

The Gélinotte despite its rye and buckwheat tastes like water, the cream ale is also not very tasty, their IPA not too hoppy (I liked it), their Pale Ale with galaxy hops was worth the happy hour at $5. Update May 3, 2022: I attended the Slam evening on Monday May 2. Beautiful atmosphere! I took a lemonade that is advertised as homemade and I saw the employee make it like this: 1 shot of concentrated lemon juice, 1 shot of maple syrup, carbonated water, juice cranberry. Not great. In addition, I paid with a $5 bill (the lemonade cost $4) and the employee had voluntarily taken a $1 tip as if 30% (price before taxes of course) tip is normal. I found it uncomfortable.

Good beers and nice old place. On account I found that the lack of cleanliness of the place left something to be desired. Dirty windows and beer slides on the wall where we were. I find that a shame because it is the credibility of the brewer that risks suffering. A little housekeeping and I give it a 4.5.

Cute little micro brewery. They placed doors between the tables for covid, which makes the place more welcoming. On the other hand, very little choice in soft drinks (water, cranberry juice and kamboucha) and meals are simple appetizers. Nothing complete, correct and expensive for the quantities and choices. Go there if you like tasting beer, thats it.

I came with a friend. we ordered 2 beers and the fish terrine. we informed ourselves of the content. we were told it was a trout pâté . my friend is allergic to seafood... the terrine contained it. my friend had an allergic reaction forcing him to use an epipen. the waiter charged me the beer and the terrine which had barely been started and took the time to chat before making me pay...I wanted to accompany him to the pharmacy in case he lost consciousness due to his anaphylactic shock. lack of knowledge of the menu and good manners of it. a disastrous experience. Cool little microbrewery in Rimouski. Nice place to have a beer at the end of the day, there are still several interesting choices, the Gose is one of the very good ones Ive had! A little noisy on the other hand, but if you want atmosphere, there is plenty of it. The service is good, but it is above all the kindness of the staff that leaves a good mark.
