I went to buy coffee beans, very good service, lots of choice! However very expensive... Even with the loyalty card.

Noisy, the deconstructed salad to prepare yourself with Iceberg lettuce, quite ordinary.

Not to be missed.

Excellent coffee! We had lunch and everything was delicious. We didnt have dessert but they looked really decadent!

Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment for us in terms of this coffee. We stopped there for lunch. We notably ordered a pesto and vegetable panini and a panini with chicken, brie and caramelized onions. We received 2 grilled sandwiches prepared with small slices of very basic thin commercial white bread (I insist on this detail but if at least we had been served a bakery bread - it was rather a tasteless dry white bread ). The sandwiches were poorly executed, lacking in refinement (we are talking here about a panini in a roastery...) and for the price, this option turned out to be downright indecent. Lets still mention the courteous and welcoming service, the friendly place and the terrace which is well located for sipping a coffee while watching the action on this commercial street. The restaurant is easily accessible. We will not repeat our experience.

It is a quiet and charming place. The staff is welcoming and the space is quite spacious compared to other cafes in Rimouski. We went there 3 times during our stay there!

The panini is not a real panini at too high a price. It was in a sliced bread not the panini bread. The restaurant is beautiful but I wont go back

Pretty little roastery in downtown Rimouski. The coffee is roasted on site! They have coffee from around twenty countries. So there is something for everyone. In addition, you can eat soup and paninis there. And you have the choice of several types of cakes and pastries. I highly recommend her!

Its a large and attractive place with a European café style ambiance but, too expensive for what youre served, I paid over $24 for a small soup, sandwich and filter coffee. The soup remains excellent and homemade daily but the panini sandwich has a big flaw, it is made with ordinary toasted bread, which spoils the experience in my opinion, it is passable but nothing more!

We visited this cafe on a Tuesday evening. The atmosphere was very warm, the staff were welcoming, the place had personality and the coffee was excellent. All to say, it made us want to move to Rimouski!

I always wonder if its a place for tourists and Im never sure, I think its the very extravagant/eye-catching storefront that always makes me question it. Otherwise, burnt coffee in the burner, no thanks. Playlist to review. I dont know how they managed to get a permit to block the sidewalk with their poorly placed tables. Manage it badly or leave it behind, I dont know.

I love this Brûlerie. The coffee and food is very good. I was made to feel very welcome and the people took very good care of me. I go back there occasionally and have never been disappointed.

I really liked the atmosphere of this restaurant. Very friendly and you feel good there. Newspapers galore, large selection of menus and roasts. Good service and radiant smile. I highly recommend for a small lunch at dinner. Choice of beer and wine.

Dont get their iced matcha, its a slush that drops the lawn according to what one of the employees said when I asked to return it. The latte is meh too. Arrogant customer service that morning. You will be disappointed. Too expensive for what it is. To the owners: please remove iced or non-iced matcha lattes from your menu or learn how to make real ones. Just because it s trendy doesn t mean it s worth serving.

Great place with coffee on the big tick.

The place is rustic and we are served quickly. A young lady at the counter gave me my order. 1 mocha and an Americano to take away. Both glasses received chocolate milk, the coffee is really not suitable for making real espresso. Having tried several coffees across Quebec, if you are a regular at Starbucks (aromatic coffee but without taste) this coffee will probably be excellent. If you want a real espresso, mocha or cappuccino I really dont recommend it.

We were able to taste the homemade coffee which was excellent. The only regret is that I would have liked to be able to sit in on the coffee roasting! Vela must be very interesting!

Excellent roastery!! Staff always pleasant and knowledgeable about their products. They know how to properly advise you on how to have a coffee the way you want it and if not, there is always a detailed guide that explains their coffee well. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The size of the place takes away some of the intimacy sought from a café, but the interior terrace is exceptional. Nice place to relax, eat and chill.

Bel endroit pour prendre un bon café et desserts. Nous avon pris un cappuccino royal (celui avec la crème fouettée) et un café latté avec sirop au caramel. Choix variés de breuvages chauds et froids et plusieurs repas disponibles. Les portions de desserts sont généreuses. Endroit tranquille avec musique en fond, parfait pour étudier.

Convenient on the road to our journey more good and faster

My partner and I stopped at Brûlerie DIci at the start of a tour of Gaspésie. Rimouski is also the city where my partner grew up, she has known this place for a long time and has always appreciated it. We had a dessert (piece of cake), a coffee and we stayed there for a few hours to complete our professional tasks (using the free WiFi) before continuing our journey. Its a very nice place, which offers a selection of coffees and sweets (cakes, pastries) and a great opportunity to have a good time in a very pleasant and well decorated social space. To visit!

Magnificent place for a coffee and pastry stop or a homemade sandwich. The soup of the day is always to our liking and the service is fast and impeccable.

Fortunately the coffee is good because the breakfast paninis are disappointing. Dry bread and flavorless topping.

I paid $20 for 2 coffees and 2 crossants. The price was awful! Then the cup exploded and my husband was burned! The bottom of the cup detached and poured all over him. I m sticking with Tim Hortons.

The service and coffee are perfect, we went there twice this week. However, this morning we went to lunch and I would like to make a constructive comment or suggestion. So my partner had a western panini and unfortunately its not like an omelette but sliced boiled eggs with vegetables and ham. It was a bit of a disappointment for him and it was dry because the bread is not buttered before being toasted. For my part I took a croque-monsieur but since it was in the lunch section I thought there would be an egg but there was none. But he was really good

Café without personality like its old tables and rickety chairs. The quality of the coffee is inversely proportional to the exorbitant prices charged. Also, the inexperience of many employees does not help the quality of the product and service. Furthermore, due to a lack of civility, the staff welcomes you with an insolent and mocking attitude. Unfortunately, the very limited catering offer in this small provincial town forces us to compromise. Fortunately, the presence of the magnificent St. Lawrence River somewhat alleviates the warmth of the place.

The place is charming. However, my order (flat white with soy milk and square with dates) disappointed me a little. The coffee lacked a bit of character and the date square was rather soft. So I give my order a 3 star. Since these are products in low demand, it is very likely that the roastery was not able to perfect them in the same way as conventional products. For this benefit of the doubt, I give it 4 stars.

Really overpriced. I paid $10 for a piece of white toast with a slice of ham and and slice of cheese which by the way is not what I would call a croque monsieure.

Very expensive for what it is. The coffee leaves something to be desired. For serious coffee lovers, this is not the place and you are not the target clientele! Otherwise, nice place with seasoned baristas, nice variety of bulk coffee!

Expensive empty plates. I had the smallest club style sandwich imaginable, for 14$ with tip and taxes. It offered about one third of a normal sandwich. The included drink was never offered.
