Café Chapeau Mustache is a micro coffee roaster that delivers extraordinary products. What quality roasting! Sublime. The owners are welcoming and offer us a small place to enjoy a good coffee. They offer a variety of coffees roasted on site, as well as coffees to drink, beans or ground. You will also find a nice selection of homemade pastries, such as sweet and savory scones, date squares, muffins, biscuits and pancakes. The café encourages partnerships with local companies in the bio-food sector. Its a great place to have a nice time, relax and read a book. A very warm cafe. The food is delicious in addition to being able to purchase and taste excellent, well-roasted specialty coffees. I love going and sipping my perfectly extracted espresso! Vegetarian options: The paninis and desserts are incredible.

Warm welcome, beautiful atmosphere, good smells of cooking and coffee fill the place and the chocolate pancakes are exquisite! Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free chocolate pancakes.

Café de type 3e vague un peu léger en caractère pour mon goût personnel (en latté), mais tout de même excellent et de loin supérieur aux autres brûleries de la rue. Le panini au végé-pâté était exquis. Fait maison, avec beaucoup d amour. On l adopte et on y retourne avec grand plaisir !

We discovered this businesss coffee during a stay at the Vieux Loup de Mer hotel chalets in Bic. We were given a sample of the unique Vieux Loup de Mer blend and we loved it! So we went to Café Chapeau Mustache in Rimouski to get some and we also bought the Roaster s Discovery Box of 5 kinds (200g each). Thanks to owner Evan Couture for his warm welcome and excellent service!

The best coffee, from a passionate local microroaster who knows his job well. As a bonus, delivery without GHG emissions is fast, sometimes the same day! My favorite coffee is Doux Septembre because I like its mild taste, without bitterness, with my espresso machine. I recommend the discovery box to clearly identify which one is your favorite!
