We go to St-Hubert for consistency and the good food. This place didn't disappoint. Nice décor, large restaurant, fast service and great food. Service was pretty good but the young waitress kept on forgetting to bring us our refills and drinks, we had to rem8nd her on a couple of occasions. Other than that, we were pleased.
My brothers and I traveled here this spring for a family event. It had been decades since I'd been to St Hubert (maybe even since childhood!). My family all said they loved going here to eat and recommended we meet up and have dinner. We went on a week night, and were a group of 8 adults. The food was so mediocre and it was such a disappointment. We had a variety of foods/orders... BBQ poutine, chicken salad, lobster sandwich, fries, chicken dinner and a variety of beverages. I don't think anyone had anything really great to say about their meals, but the beer was cold. The cost of my own meal (Bankok chicken type salad) and 1 domestic beer was outlandish! $30 plus tax+tax? Ummm... ridiculous. I didn't see much chicken and the greens were really basic. If I lived in the area, this restaurant would be on my "last choices" list. Our server was super nice, fast and professional. The eating area was very clean, very well decorated, great vibes/atmosphere. Bathroom was very clean. Tons of parking on adjoining lot. Wheelchair accessibility is great.
From our trip at NB we stop at Rimouski to have our late lunch. We had a very good service, a delicious food and clean environment.
My family is full English and when we arrived at there location in Rimouski we where turndown at the door. There was nobody in the parking lot and nobody in the restaurant, it was completely empty yet your staff informed us that they were full and we would not be getting a table tonight. Along with this the staff where standing and huddled around each other in front of us for around 15 minutes before they told us anything. My family was looking forward to having a meal here due to people telling us great things about it but unfortunately your staff made our first impression of St-Hubert a not so great one. 1 out of 5 stars because staff refused to let English speakers eat at there location.
Was the worst St-Hubert Restaurant I’ve ever been to. Waited endlessly for our food. Was served chicken that was raw in the middle. Was informed by the server that the manager offered a $10 rebate as some of the chicken was eaten. I had to eat some meat to get to the bone where I saw blood, so stopped eating the chicken. After I informed the server that I was extremely dissatisfied, I also told the server that the manager should have been to one coming to the table to try and resolve this issue. I paid my bill (less $10.00) the server didn’t get a tip and the manager was happy to just stare me down as I walked out. Very degrading, and if I was the owner, I’d be looking for a new manager.
Staff was rude immediately upon our arrival. I am bilingual and was speaking English with my partner and French with the staff and they stared at us while we ate it was degrading. I was served raw chicken and told that the red in my chicken was normal. After not leaving a tip the waitress got angry and threw the receipt on the table and stormed off. So disappointed in my experience and will NOT be going back.
Great food great place! I'm giving it a 4 star because one of our glasses was cracked a bit, but the chicken breast and maple pie were insanely good! Love it!

I very rarely go to chains. I got caught by a promotion with coupons. We chose the damn Bol St-Hub where the 2nd one was offered at 50% off. Again, lucky because otherwise 2 bowls and a glass of Orpailleur white wine would have cost me $60 before tip. The bill was still $48 + tip. Out of 3 choices of bowls, we took the original (BBQ whiskey sauce) and the piri piri. And this is where everything goes wrong, we receive 2 quasi-sample formats for a value of $20.99 per bowl. The bowl in question is a cone-shaped almost funnel shape which on the surface gives the impression of being bulky. The cook divides the composition in two with a meager portion of rice on one side and well-spaced leaf lettuce (which amounts to empty space) On top some radishes sliced so thin they are almost transparent with some low end yellow cheddar cheese sprinkled cosmetically. To this, shredded and almost non-existent chicken is added. None but no chunk of substantial flesh. Niet. To hide this odious scam, a mix of sour cream (which was not mentioned) was poured in combined with the sauce. And some shallot to make you believe that its a sought-after dish. I told our very friendly waiter quite frankly when they asked us if we liked 3/4 of this sample. Of course, he couldnt do anything about it, supposedly spread the word in the kitchen, that the recipe had been followed (so the scam was intended) but that he wasnt the usual cook, blah blah blah. In short... avoid this dish but also see the prices on the menu, skip your turn and go to a real good local restaurant. Youll get a lot more for your money.

On the evening of December 31st we ordered 2 chicken skewers. I ate some at the restaurant and they were super good! But on the evening of the 31st they were disgusting. Brown, hard, cold, soft and undercooked fries. For $50 its frustrating when its bad. It made me sick of their chicken for a long time!

Entrance received lukewarm....ultimately an experience not to be repeated. On the other hand, congratulations to our server, probably new, but he gave us his best, thank you.
Sunday 2023-04-23, my sister and I ordered soups and fish in Rimouski. My soup, chicken noodle, was SO SALTY!!!! IMPOSSIBLE to eat (even if Im a salt bite)! And IMPOSSIBLE that someone else hasnt complained!!!! And, this is not the first time NO SPOON !! And we asked for double soda biscuits, for 2 soups 2 sachets of buscuits!! Very disappointed

One lunchtime during the Quebec Games, we went to eat with the whole family. We were alone, so as for the atmosphere, it was difficult to see what to expect. The place was clean. The waiter not very talkative. The food was very good and although we took the Midis-Go menu, the portions were just as generous as usual. The only problem was that it took a long time to receive our dishes, even though the restaurant was almost empty. (There were 6 of us)

Food ok but not served hot. The wait was long. One of my relatives already worked there and the hygiene was not great, however the food is excellent and I am never disappointed every time I go to St-Hubert. The employees are a bit young and do not always meet my requirements, when asked questions **sometimes** they are not able to answer. A bit deplorable but its only some and generally they are all very good. Recommended
For your drive-thru service, it would be nice if the verbal order was recorded. This would allow us to confirm our order in the event of an error by the attendant who enters it and who makes you pass for a cellar when you confront her with your order, after having received it. This happened to me twice in Rimouski.

They made me wait 2 hours to realize that things were missing and that the order was incorrect! They then made me wait 1 hour to bring back what was missing from my order, cold as night! In other words, they gave me what they forgot about my order in the stove without charging me again!!! This is really disgusting of you!! Worst customer service!!!!I really dont recommend their delivery services!!!!!!
Easy and quick online ordering. I avoided waiting in line for the drive-thru. Everything was perfect and delicious. Parking: Good idea to wait in the car! A few minutes of waiting and thats it.
