Les Puffs étaient non seulement alléchants, mais tout aussi succulents (2 sont disparus avant la photo😂). Le service était parfait. L'endroit est super propre. La déco au goût du jour. Un sans faute.

Attention lors de commande par internet via le site web de mr puff. J'ai commandé ce matin via le site internet une commande pour emporter au magasin de Rimouski. J'ai reçu la confirmation de ma commande par courriel et texto. Le montant sur ma carte de crédit a bien été débité. Je me suis présenté au magasin pour 11h45, la caissière m'a répondu qu'elle n'a pas reçu ma commande. Elle s'est référé à sa gérante qui lui a dit de ne pas effectuer ma commande car le bon de commande papier n'avait pas sorti de son imprimante. Je suis totalement insatisfaite de mon expérience. La gérante m'a dit d'appeler au siège social mardi prochain afin d'avoir mon remboursement. J'avais effectué ma commande en ligne afin de gagner du temps, mais j'ai perdu 30 minutes en magasin en montrant mes preuves de commandes et en ressortant les mains vides malgré que j'ai payé et sans compter que je devrai perdre encore de mon temps en appelant au siège social mardi... Ce fut la dernière fois que je me pointe à ce magasin de Rimouski ! Mon expérience à été horrible ! Je suis consciente que les bugs informatiques existent, mais ce n'est pas au client de devoir régler le problème. Je ne recommanderai pas cet endroit à qui que ce soit. J'espère réussir à avoir mon remboursement.

Certains employé ont un super sourire et donne un excellent service dommage que d'autre l'ont oublié à la maison. Les beignes sont très bon mais vous ménager un peu sur les garnitures et se faire dire que c'est la norme quand ont demande d'en rajouter un peu plus... Non ce n'est pas la norme, j'ai été dans plusieurs Mr Puff et je ne me suis jamais plaint. Merci au gestionnaire de prendre en charge.

Friday December 30 I bought some puffs and they were full of unedible oil and we threw it all in the trash: too bad for a box of 30. After shopping for the 31st, this Saturday I had a surprise when my children and I decided to eat puffs and what can I say about your puffs: BIG, BEAUTIFUL, GOOD, APPETIZING AND ESPECIALLY NOT FILLED WITH OIL! We love it! the service was fast and the young cashier was very friendly. Kitchen and cashier know what they are doing. Finally, we decided to buy several boxes for Christmas Eve with the family! I was right to go back.
Just entering the store is already a great experience. All the flavors tasted so far were good and the donuts were crispy!

The bites are so good. When you have a sugar craving, this is the place I recommend. All the balls are the same, its the flavor of the creaming that changes, just yum.

Super good in general just put a sign saying its open in the window, Sunday July 3 there was only one car and the puffs were lukewarm, but I understand that.
WoW, honestly when I saw the line I told myself that I was going to wait hours to be served and it didnt even take 30 minutes! Incomparable service compared to mrpuffs in Quebec City. Dont give up on your good work
When I went by it was 3n out of stock for the milk shakes whatever the flavor very disappointing

Your donuts are okay, but with your floor do you want to kill someone? I find it extremely slippery, what will it be like this winter with snow? Slippery floor + water or snow = person who could break their face. Your floor needs to be completely redone.
